Wasn't too difficult to put together, however the allen wrench for the slats was missing, and they are very time consuming to screw down, so I just thumb-tightened the screws and it will be fine. The bed has worked out fine. Seems to be a decent bed for the price and no issues with assembly. I did have issues with the delivery. It arrived in two different boxes on two different days. I specially left special delivery instructions on where to have it placed. One package was placed correctly on one day, but the other on the second day wasn't.
