We bought this mattress a little over a year ago and it has become very uncomfortable. it sinks in and the mattress has springs showing thru on one side. hate it.....
This is listed as a "FIRM" mattress and there is nothing firm about it. It's like sleeping on a trampoline. I'm in the process of returning it.
First time buyer of a mattress set online. I was very pleased with the experience. The Brindale Queen Firm Mattress is very comfortable. I'm 6'5" and weigh 285lbs and sleep like a baby on the mattress. Sam's white glove delivery service was as advertised, very professional. When the first mattress delivered was unwrapped it had a hole in it. It was taken back by the delivery company and I called Sam's customer service to report the damage. It was replaced with NO hassles.
I shopped initially at a local mattress business. The mattress I wanted was $800+.
I just could not spend that much. I decided to check out Sams and I am so happy I did. The same mattress was LESS THAN HALF that price. I am a retired RN and am having the best night's sleep ever. Better than 50 years ago. I wake up refreshed, energetic and happy. I must also recognize the delivery company, MXD.
The two men were well coordinated, friendly and thorough.
I bought this mattress for an extra bed in the guest room, but I find myself making excuses to sleep on it. I sleep very soundly on it. It is really comfortable.
I bought this mattress about one year ago from the fist day it bothered my back .,they were going to pick it last Friday ,but nobody showed up.I hope you get the piece of garbage out of my house soon.

The order and delivery process works well up until you are contacted the day before your delivery date and told that your order will be shipped at a different time than you were given a week prior. Was frustrating, but adjusted my schedule accordingly, hope your job allows for the same. Otherwise, besides for the rainy day delivery and some wet footprints on my floors and rugs, the delivery and installation as well as the removal went well. The mattress is really nice, tons of comfort in the super pillow top with a good amount of firmness. Adjustable base is really nice too, but wish the massage feature was a little more expansive and a little less noisy. All in all, the features and versatility of the adjustable base justify the uptick in price. My girlfriend and I have noticed that we feel warmer at the mattress surface than we are used to, but are using a mattress cover than we think may reduce cooling features of the mattress. Still working out the nuances of the new gear, but very satisfied with the purchase and the value.
This mattress is wonderful with only two exceptions. It cannot be flipped because it is one sided and has no handles on the sides which makes moving it a bit of a hassle. Aside from that it is very comfortable and a nice material.
We have had this mattress less than 6 months and the springs are coming out and the stitching is coming undone. Very uncomfortable to sleep on for an adult, may be acceptable for a child.
Not firm at all I bought it base on the comfort of the one in club it feels more like a soft pillow top instead of a firm mattress
Great value on a good mattress. The serta delivery process is horible. Got the matress 3 weeks after order. They refused to work with my schedule. They need a pickup at the store option for goods ordered on the online site.

I purchased this item for my college aged son for his apt and Fraternity room. we were concerned that it said "firm", but the Mattress is not too firm, just perfect. Comfortable, and just the right price. Very pleased with ease of pick up at store near the College as well. Store employee helped to attach the item to the top of our car.
One of the features is that it doesnt sag because of its durability. Well unfortunately it sags a great deal to a point to lay on the bed (for sleeping) you have to arc your body or you almost fall off. It is a serious sag.
This mattress "fixed" me! Firm enough, without being hard. I simply get up in the mornings, now, instead of rocking side to side for 5 minutes, trying to get my back to quit spasming on me.
My wife and I both woke up with sore backs after one night of sleep on this mattress. We returned it and are looking for something better. The return process was very easy.

When the mattress was delivered, it was awful (see photo.) The mattress was deformed and I immediately returned it to my local Sams Club within an hour of its delivery. Definitely not worth the money - cheap, cheap, CHEAP!!
We were looking for a new mattress and adjustable base and found this one at Sams. This mattress is firm and is comfortable enough to be able to sleep on my side. The adjustable base helps by raising the head to help with snoring and reflux.
We bought it for the spare room but my husband and I decided to sleep on it to try it out. Oh we had a great night sleep...glad our guests will sleep well when they stay over.
Unfortunately I was sore on my hips and shoulders from sleeping on this mattress for 2 days. I had to return it. It might work for some people but not me.

My husband and I bought this mattress for our 5 year old. It's better than expected. Very comfortable. Although it's much thicker than our previous mattress, therefore covering up more of the headboard.
Mattress is great! would highly recommend! but the box spring would not fit thru the door. driver wouldn't take it back, they don't offer a split box spring so it went in the trash and we are using our old box spring. looked like a really good quality box spring too.
My daughter went to Sam's Club with me to choose this matchess. She has been slept on it for less than a month and seems like it.
