Sealy

Sealy is one of the most recognizable mattress brands in North America and globally. As a mid-grade brand of the Tempur-Sealy conglomerate, they are well-known for selling competitively priced options in a variety of designs, like all foam and spring. Sealy is intriguing, having adapted its brand from in-store only to also offering online choices. With many firmness options, most customers like their Sealy mattresses, but there are some durability complaints reported.

Springwall

Springwall is a North American mattress manufacturer based in Canada. Springwall has a few different mattress collections, including Chiropractic®, Comfort Pockets®, Springwall 2 Go, and they even create Sesame Street themed mattresses for kids. With a range of firmness options and the only mattress recommended and endorsed by the Canadian Chiropractic Association, there's a lot that sets Springwall apart from its competitors. Still, while some customers find Springwall products comfy at first, there are some complaints about durability and firmness.

Based on our aggregated reviews and our scoring method, we recommend Springwall in this match up!

Sealy's Owner Satisfaction

Sealy has a wide range of mattresses to choose from -- from the high end to the lower grade and budget friendly. When it comes to comfort, there are some mixed reviews across all of their mattresse. While some of their models do better than others, there are customers that report issues with long lasting comfort and durability problems. If you are looking for lasting support, take a look at our list of top rated mattresses.

Sealy's Supportiveness

Some folks feel good with the support in these mattresses, but some others have been dissatisfied. For those with achy backs that need spine alignment, Sealy's zoned support systems do well alleviating discomfort at first. However, with the issues reported with durability, this may not last for all sleepers.

Edge Support
There are mixed signals about edge support on these mattresses. Some folks have reported good amounts of comfort throughout the mattress, but others had issues with supportive comfort and changes in support.

Sealy's Durability

Long lasting mattresses are wonderful, but not always easy to find. Unfortunately, customers don't tend to rate these mattresses well in terms of durability. This means that some customers may experience that their mattress lasts longer than average, while other mattresses may break down faster. Versus Springwall, both Sealy and Springwall have issues with durability reported so take that into consideration when you are judging the price value.

Springwall's Owner Satisfaction

Springwall has a wide array of hybrid and traditional innerspring mattresses to choose from, which is quite similar to Sealy's mattress offerings. When it comes to comfort, Springwall's customer feedback has better overall comfort ratings for the price. That said, Springwall still receives some negative feedback from customers, especially on durability complaints. If you are looking for long lasting comfort, take a look at our list of top rated mattresses for strong alternatives.

Springwall's Supportiveness

Better mattress support can lead to a better night's sleep. If your mattress does a poor job supporting you, you are probably not getting the best night of sleep. Overall, most customers resonate with the supportiveness from these mattresses (at first). However, there are some complaints about customers having problems with the support lasting.

Edge Support
These mattresses offer good edge support in the beginning as well, which is ideal for those who like to put weight on the side of the mattress. Some folks that have larger builds may still experience some dipping along the sides, and there are some reports that sagging is common over time.

Springwall's Durability

Mattresses that have good durability ratings last between 7 - 12 years based on the materials used. Foam mattresses are less durable, while mattresses with springs tend to last longer if they are well made. Customers give mixed reviews to these mattresses. Some have had complaints about them wearing out over a shorter than average duration, which cause some to steer clear from this brand.

It really is a top quality innerspring mattress. It REALLY is!
I did a lot of research before buying this mattress. The deciding factor was the recommendation of Consumer Reports. When I first received this mattress, in a square box, I was soooo disappointed and upset. I attempted to return it before opening it, but realized how expensive shipping would be. I returned to the website and their were no reviews but I searched some other mattresses with the same features and price points and discovered that it would, when unfolded, rise to it's full 12 inches and it did indeed have cloth covered coils (innersprings). It Did rise, and then some. I think it's about 13". Very comfortable, everything Consumer Reports said it would be. It's a little firmer than I would like it to be. It's not hard by any means, in fact it's quite comfortable and very good for my husband's back, he likes it a little firmer than I. after putting a good quilted mattress cover on, it added just the amount of plush and squish I love. I get a good night's sleep and wake with no stiffness or aches. I really like it.

Good matress
Excelent matress, I wasn't sure to get it for my daughter since it didn't have any reviews but after a month of using it, she loves it, firm but comfortable; stays cool and no more joint pain.

Do not buy this !
We bought this mattress 2 3/4 years ago and I've been having chronic severe back pain for over a year. I had noticed that the bed definitely sinks in the middle when I lay on it and I'm a hundred and fifty pounds. We've only had this mattress for going on 2 years & 9 months. We loved it at first, until the past year. I didn't attribute my back pain to the mattress until I slept somewhere else and my back pain was considerably better. Everyday when I wake up after sleeping on this mattress my back hurts more than it does all day. My boyfriend has been sleeping in the basement on the couch because of his work shift for the past 4 months. When he sleeps on his mattress on the weekend he says his back hurts too. I just submitted a warranty claim, but have a bad feeling that I'm going to get the runaround from the reviews that I've read.

This matress is inches of metal coil and 4 inches of foundation nothing like I was expecting at all

Sleeping Great
My old mattress was very soft, in comparison this one is a rock, but I don't wake with the same sore spots. I have arthritis through out my back, shoulders, hips, etc but I'm sleeping better with this Sealy.

1 year later and I would certainly buy this mattress again.

sweat factory!
Mattress is about 1yr 4m old and is terrible! It's well worn and sagging where I sleep and the amount of heat the 'cooling gel' holds in is ridiculous! I sweat all night long and wake up drenched. I wash the sheets almost every day now. I don't know what we were thinking when buying a foam mattress. When you squish foam it seals up all the holes in the foam eliminating it's availability to breathe! No brainier if we would have thought about it. Skip the foam it's not worth it!

Was worried that it was to good to be true
Was worried that it was to good to be true.not a single thing wrong with it and it's absolutely wonderful to sleep on.saved us over a thousand dollars.

Soft bed, very comfortable but not for me
I bought this bed from another place and thought I would give it another review to help others out. First off I'm a bigger guy who is a furnace in bed with lower back probIems. I spent a month in the bed to give it a chance but ultimately had to take it back. It was soft enough to be comfortable and fall asleep in easily. Around 3-4hrs in I would feel my back slowly be unsupported and I would bottom out to the foam base layer due to my weight and the heat I put off would cause it to soften. I noticed though before my back would be unsupported I would sleep deeper and easier. My fiance is a belly sleeper and the softening would cause her minor back aches but she had liked the softness and comfort too. The bed felt as warm or a bit warmer as a spring mattress with a topper on it but a lot less hotter than a memory foam without gel. There wasn't too much off gassing. Overall construction was good but felt like this was for a lighter, cooler person.

Pretty nice mattress
Love it so far.I've had it for a few days and wish i would have done it a bit sooner.maybe is just me coming off an old futon 😝 but it's definatly plush but still firm

TRASH!
If I could give this matress 0 stars I would. After one month I noticed a moldy smell around my bed, I pulled my matress cover to find the smell coming from all over the matress. It's not chemical, think mold dish sponge. It's also sinking by bout 1/2 an inch, I weigh 160 lbs, that's after 1 month.

You can assume that any good sealy review is a plant/fake review. sealy is a trash company that makes trash products. I'm out $550, have no bed to sleep on, and couldn't be more furious. BUYER BEWARE!

Wasn't intending to get a foam matress, but...
I am 6'3'' and weigh 220 pounds. I prefer a firm mattress and have only slept on box springs my whole life. I am a side sleeper exclusively. I went to 2 separate mattress retailers and laid on every mattress on their showroom floor. Both times I gravitated to this mattress. It is the most firm of the 3 Optimum model mattresses. I laid on all 4 of them as they were side-by-side. They got softer and more expensive as I went up the line. I've only had this mattress for a week, so my review is an early one. I had no intentions of getting a foam mattress when I went shopping. I was concerned about comments about them sleeping hot. This mattress does not sleep hot in any way shape or form. The salesmen explained to me that the initial Optimum mattresses didn't have enough cooling gel and they have added more and it has resolved that complaint. I concur. I haven't noticed any problem with sleeping hot. The biggest thing you will notice with a foam mattress is you won't feel any pressure points like a box spring. When I laid on any box spring, I would immediately notice a pressure point on my hip and my shoulder. I don't feel anything on the foam. I have slept just fine for the past week and no complaints of back pain or any pain in the AM. I am impressed so far. Will have to come back on in a few months or a year and comment on how well the mattress is wearing. I have also read comments about this mattress having a odor when delivered. The mattress and the box spring were both in plastic when the delivery people unpacked them and installed them in my bed frame. I didn't have any odor at all, so I'm not sure where that is coming from? I bought 2 of the Optimum pillows which I slept on before my mattress was delivered. They smelled a bit for a few days, but it gradually went away. I did not buy this mattress from Amazon, but decided I would comment on it here after I did buy it. These reviews of all kinds of mattresses are so frustrating. Who is commenting? The company that makes the mattress? The competing company? Disgruntled employees? I am just an ordinary consumer that needed to replace his 25 year old box spring mattress. I've owned 3 Sertas and a Beautyrest. This is my first Sealy. The salesman was telling me that several of these companies have bought out each other, so they are all about the same manufacturer now. I am pleased with my choice so far and recommend you go lay on this mattress if you prefer a firm one. This was the most firm of all the foam mattresses I laid on.

It is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life
I can't believe how much money I spent on this bed! It is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life! I have never had such severe back and hip pain when I wake up in the morning. Do not waste your money on this or Sealy's adjustable (head up only) frame! You can feel the space in the frame when your head is raised through the mattress…terrible!!! I recently spent two weeks away from home sleeping on a cheap mattress and felt so great in comparison to being back home sleeping on my expensive junk!!!

Has yet to get comfortable.
I've had this mattress for 8 months and it has yet to 'break in'. When we went to mattress store, we laid on all of them and ended up with this model. It felt perfect. For some reason, the one we got is like a brick. Both my partner and I are on the lean side, but still.

very disappointed
I bought this mattress on march 15 and the first 4 nights I loved it no back pain and very good support but then I started noticing that although the memory foam always went back to its original form the inner layers of non memory foam on the where getting softer and I no longer had a firm mattress. Im a stomach sleep and this mattress turned onto a nightmare I hated how soft it was and when I was watching tv my bottom would sink in all the way. I no longer have mid back pain like my inner spring but now my neck and shoulders hurt from the rest of me sinking and putting stress on my shoulders. The box spring on this matress is horrible it does not provide any support and the whole motion transfer thing was as advertised for the first week after that i could feel my husband moving. Not as much as an inner spring but not was it was when i first got it well to top it of on the first week of april I called the store where I got it and told them it was sinking and sure enough a tech came and siad it has sunk 3/4 of an inch in less then a month so they gave me the option of getting another one or one for greater or lesser value. I decided to get the tempurpedic contour select it was $1300 more but my parents had bought one a week before I got my sealy and the tempurpedic is still as great as the first day so I didnt wanna risk it with getting anything else. Now im sleeping like a baby and glad I could change it.

Worst Mattress with 10 year warranty Sales Tactics
reviewed on Dec 05, 2018 Purchased Sealy Posturepaedic from Harvey Norman, Warwick,QLD in March 2016. Within two years of use the mattress has sank in the middle, low enough to make uncomfortable even to just lie down rather sleep and cause body aches. Have rotated the mattress periodically as specified but just not durable even though the warranty is 10 years. The warranty terms and conditions doesnt justify for claims. 30 35mm sag is deemed to be normal in their terms. But given the width of the double mattress not much, that sag is substantial enough to cause issues to the body. They claim to use titanium springs for durability in their mattress. but having used for two years it has to be concluded that it is poorly engineered and the quality of their product is compromised for a rip off.

Sagging again!
Put he’s a queen size Sealy from Macy’s in ChicAgo burbs in late 2017. Paid about $1,200 tax and delivery. Started to sag really badly in the middle after 5 or 6 months. I called Macy’s to complain since it’s under warrenty. They sent a technician out to review and look mattress over. The tech measured the depth of the sagg and it was well over 2 inches in the middle. I’m 5’8” and weigh 175. This is a sealy brand but I don’t have a model number. It was on the softer side with a pillow top. My back and hips were sore every morning. Macy’s made good on the warranty and I chose the firmer model as the replacement. Well, 6 months later I’m laying in a huge gully or canyon again. I’m beginning to wonder if these Macy bought models are more low end then high end. Time to call them back and replace number 2.

Poor Customer Service
I will never buy another product from Sealy. I bought a Thermapedic Mattress made by Sealy from Rooms-To-Go. The adjustable base would not raise the mattress within two weeks of purchase. I was directed to Sealy through RTG customer service. The Sealy agent stated that the base needed resetting. She wanted me to go under the bed to get a box to reset the base. When I informed her that I was unable to go under the bed, she told that Sealy does not send repairmen to reset the box. She told me to call her back when I could find someone who could go under the bed. When I informed RTG of her response, a RTG repairman was sent He went under the bed and retrieved the box. He stated that the adjustable base was broken. Resetting the box would not have fixed the problem.

Noooooo
Horrible hard and very thin not even worth what I bought it for

POOR POOR POOR POOR DONT BUY IT
I got the mattress I was highly disappointed. To begin with its a 3 inch mattress. Not happy at all. This was the worse mistake ever. I returned the bed and mattress. Had to take a $125.00 restocking fee and a $50.00 re delivery fee. Plus the only way that I can trade it in was if I bought a new bed so I will take the loss this whole thing leaves a very sour taste in my mouth and I will take the loss the picture above is very misleading. do not buy this product

Uncomfortable mattress. Could never have imagined how terrible it is.
The mattress is so uncomfortable!! Ughhh! Hate it will not keep

Not as thick as it looks but still good
I ordered before the previous review but read said review before my order arrived. So I was not surprised when my order arrived and the mattress was thinner than I originally expected. It looks much thicker in the picture. The box spring is probably double the thickness. With saying that, it is still a good height if not on the ground. The mattress is quite firm but I still go right to sleep as soon as I lay down whereas that was not happening on my old mattress. I would reorder.

Mattress is NOT as pictured.
I ordered this mattress online. Cheap & cheerful... or so I thought. The mattress was delivered today, its smaller (in thickness) than the box springs. The image on this product is completely misleading. The mattress is probably 2-3 inches thick. Completely disappointing & extra frustrating.

Great choice.
Buying a mattress online is risky. However, if you are not physically able to get out and shop, you may have to do what you have to do. I bought this knowing I wanted a mattress with a plush top. I wanted it to be durable and strong enough to hold but when I laid down on it - it was soft for arthritic patients. I love this mattress. I look forward to going to bed and I don't wake up in pain from laying on a hard mattress.

Mattress to soft
The matteress is to soft. I should have ordered a firm

this is a great mattress. it has made my sleeping much better!
Great mattress equals many great nights of sleep! Plus the delivery service was great also.

for what I paid-definitly worth it.
liked how I got a good deal around presidents day.

Nice looking matteress
I had thought I had ordered a firm mattress but a plush pillow top was delivered. I was gone at the time it was delivered at my house, the old mattress & box springs were gone and the new this set was on the bed. So, it couldn't be returned.

To plush
I ordered this bed set on line with out trying it out big mistake. I'm sending it back, its like sleeping on a deflating air mattress. I woke up soar it's just way to soft for me.

Great sleep - Great savings!!
I saved a ton of money of my new Queen Sealy mattress and am now sleeping better than I ever did on one I spent double on!

Great buy
We bought this bed on sale and were not disappointed! This bed is amazing. It is definitely plush and not a firm mattress. The delivery service was outstanding too. They called us often to update us on a time and they were in and out and made sure everything was perfect.

I sleep very well on this Mattress
I sleep very good since I purchased this mattress !

THANK GOD
I have a bad leg and need surgery from a injury 40 some years ago while in the military and this mattress is a GOD sent for my back as well.

Thought this was a great bed
Me and my boyfriend purchased a new bed and we're surprised that after 6 months the quality is horrible the bed is already dented as if the bed was years old. I am very disappointed with the quality of this bed. I will have to do my research more thoroughly next time before I purchase a new bed.

I returned this because I ordered the wrong item
The mattress was as indicated, but I needed the firm pillow top so I returned that mattress and box spring and re-ordered the firm mattress only. It was for my guest room bed that has storage drawers, so when I received both pieces the bed was to high, you need to be 5'6' and up to be able to sit or get in the bed. (:

Excellent Mattress Set
I love this bed. Very comfortable. I would recommend this Bed to friends and family.

I really like this mattress.
My mattress arrived in the time frame that I was told it would come. It is a great mattress.

Amazing Mattress
This was a perfect purchase. Arrived on time, white glove service, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Highly recommend!!

Too Soft
I would not recommend this set at all it is extremely too soft. It is so squishy that when I sit on the side of the bed to get out, I feel like I am trying to pick up my butt off the floor. It is not comfortable because there is no support.

Well made mattress in firm
I have a tender back and don't wish to sleep on a tender mattress. I found Sealy Essentials Holly Hills Firm Mattress paired with the special box springs saved my tossing and turning to into a great night's sleep. I feel refreshed when I wake up with no back pain or discomfort.

Excellentt value and quality
I purchased this mattress for a redecorated "kid's" room/home office. All of my grandchildren are teens now and the daybed no longer accommodated their growing bodies. I love the quality and value of this product. The mattress is firm, but comfortable, and is an extremely good value for the price.

Adjustable fit
The bed was adjustable to fit in my bedroom and it was comfortable enough to lay down and get a nice rest. I did not have trouble with the assembly. The warranty had 1 year. But after 1 year you have to pay for it. If it gets damage you could exchange it or get a refund. I think it won't get damage since it was in good shape. The staff that work there were not nice. They were arrogant and did not greet or smile at customers at all. Employees now in days are all arrogant and mean. The value was great. There was no damage to the bed. It is well worth what it cost. The assembly was a little bit hard but I did with help of others.

Do Not Buy
We like a firm mattress. Our queen size Springwall Lunar Natural HP Euro Posture foam mattress felt good when we bought it. After 2 months we noticed sagging on both sides. By 4 months we began having back aches and stopped using it. We notified the store and manufacturer. They sent a rep who measured the mattress sag without any weight on it. According to their standards it was acceptable. What a joke.

Matress Uncomfortable And...
We are not impressed with the Kendra spring wall mattress purchase or the commitment of this company to provide a comfortable well built product. We purchased our mattress in 2012 and after a year noticed a dip on either side where we lay. After about 2 years the dips increased. It is now about 1.5-2 inches deep. We are both healthy weight adults. We turn our mattress regularly but still cannot fix the issues. We recently flipped it on its back and are now sleeping on a new memory foam mattress on top of the bottom of the mattress. Not a great solution but the mattress is very uncomfortable. We recently learned that Springwall has a warranty for the mattress so we contacted them to inquire about what to do. Following a submission of photos of the indents and measurement after flipping the mattress right side up, we were provided with the following information: 'Image 2597 shows an impression on your mattress of approx 1.5 inches and unfortunately this still falls under normal wear and tear and is not considered defective . In order for it to be deemed defective the impression has to be greater than 2 inches. If in future the impression becomes greater than 2 inches please resubmit.'' We now must purchase a new mattress or sleep on a very uncomfortable Springwall. This is very unfortunate. Please do your research prior to purchasing from Springwall.

Another Disappointment In...
We also had this queensize mattress less than a year when we started getting sore hips. Wrote the manufacturer in Toronto. They sent a representative down to look at the mattress and we haven't heard from them since. Sent another letter - no reply. Can only sleep a couple of hours without waking up in pain. There also seems to be a lump in the middle that feels firm compared to the sides.
Carol from Glencoe, Ont.

Worst Decision I Ever Made!
Similar to another reviewer, I tried this bed in the store at the brick, and my boyfriend and I both loved it. BUT after a month at home, it started to dip and sag and when you laid on it parts would give way and be softer than others. We have turned it every week, added support underneath, and now a year later I sleep in the middle diagonally because it's the only long strip in the mattress with uniformity in support. I am saving up to throw this one out and replace it, because unfortunately we spent over $1500 what has become my worst purchase EVER.

I have had continuous back problems since buying this mattress. I wouldn't wish a night's sleep on this mattress for my worst enemy!

Best Bed In Our Home
Purchased twin size for our son from Sears 11 years ago. one year past the ten year warranty and bed looks and feels like new. more comfortable than the other beds in the house. son says he's not moving out of the house without this bed. occassionally used for overnight guests. lots of comments from them about what a great night's sleep they had and where did I find that fantastic bed. maybe we just got lucky but we love it. would highly recommend this bed. paid 400 for the twin but that was over ten years ago and it was a half price sale at Sears. great investment.

Mr B
bed bought was the chiropractic approved Imperial queen. Moderately expensive and initially felt quite comfortable. After one month though bed was giving me continuous back pains, and after six years, carefully rotating and flipping as instructed in the book, even my wife says the bed is terrible.

I usually sleep on a piece of foam that is almost 20 years old and get a better rest than this bed. Also another much cheaper bed bought at the same time is still quite comfortable and in excellent condition. Therefore i would suggest it is unwise to buy a bed from this company, and not to trust the recommendations of the chiropractic associations, although i am a frequent user of (good) chiropracters.

Amazing features
Have amazing features that all adjustable beds must have. It has ultimate comfort and can customizable to your likings. The bed is made professional and can comfort back pain. The bed can make your sleep schedule better. The warranty of the adjustable bed is outstanding. This can cover for 20 years which is an outstanding deal. If you are not satisfied with the bed you can 100% full refund back after 101 days. Customer service is as well great but the downside is customer service is through the weekdays. They as well have a customer service email. The service is as well the same as some brands. The deal of the bed is really great and has some very great features added on to the bed. It has many custom features that is really outstanding for the value of the adjustable bed.

Great bed
I like the overall features as it covers with a basic sheet, but can also customize it by replacing it or hitting a switch. This allows me to adjust the mattress accordingly and is pretty nice to have. The warranty covers everything there is from the mattress to the build structure you make. It also gives you a good amount of options and room to work around the warranty to customize your purchase. The customer service was pretty good as it gives me access to everything I need. The value is pretty good as well since there was no problems at all and there was more than enough value for the purchase.

Real quality
You can move the side from the head and the legs up and down to make this as comfortable as possible for you at night. The mattress is from really good quality. The warranty is for 2 years and I got it for an additional price that was reasonable for this kind of bed. Completely describes the quality of this kind of bed, the warranty. The customer service was very helpful in every single question I had. They took their time with me and I felt good as a customer. Would highly recommend the customer service. The value of this kind of bed was very reasonable, a good price for best quality. The bed itself was expensive but last me for a very long time.

Sleeping soundly
Love this bed! With an 850 pound capacity, it is very sturdy and well made. Massage feature is basically just vibrator motors, kind of like the 'magic fingers' beds that used to be in motels. It's nice if you're someone who needs to be 'patted' to sleep, like a baby. Shuts off automatically after about 20 minutes. The adjustable motor is very quiet. Head and foot are completely adjustable so you can make it as comfortable as you need. I have a 10-inch Lucid memory foam mattress, which is very firm, that I bought on Amazon 3 years ago for under $300. Same price today, and it works really well with this adjustable base.
Warnings: It comes flat in a huge box. When the bed arrived, there was a fist size hole in the box and there were only two straps and some tape holding it together. At first I was concerned because there was no styrofoam or packing material to absorb bumps during shipment. But once we laid the bed down I realized that it really didn't need extra packing material. The bed is HEAVY. You definitely need two strong people for this project.
Assembly: The manual doesn't tell you in the beginning that you need to insert 9-volt back-up batteries into the motor box. Those instructions are on the last page - AFTER you've flipped the base over and then have to crawl around on the floor to reach the box. But assembly is simple. Attach the legs, cut away a few strips of zip tie that hold the power cord, insert the 9-volt batteries, and then the bed is ready to flip right side up. Here's where it gets tricky. You need two people to dead lift the unwieldy, 125 pound base and flip it over. You cannot 'lean' it over on its side, because the pressure on the legs could bend or snap the metal bolts. It was a challenge for my daughter and me but we managed. Anyway, once it's right-side up you just need to attach the corner brackets that hold the mattress on. I don't think they tell you that the bed also comes with the headboard attachment kit, which was a nice surprise.
Have slept blissfully for a 3 nights. I bought it because I have moderate sleep apnea and sometimes woke up with headaches. The wedge type pillows weren't much help because I would slide off during the night. With this adjustable bed, I am able to lift the head up so that my sleep is uninterrupted and I wake up feeling like I actually got a good night's rest - either on my back or on my side. No more headaches. I love being able to elevate my legs while I watch TV or read - it really helps with edema. I used an income tax return to purchase this bed. Best thing I've done for myself in years!

Best Decision I Ever Made
I suffer from sleep apnea, snoring and lower back pain. Tried every type of standard flat mattress and nothing helped. Paired the Reverie 5D with Perfect Coud Atlas mattresses, put bed in anti-gravity mode and now sleep great with no pain, snoring or breathing issues. A real life changer. I've been recommending this bed to everyone.

First impressions - AWESOME!
This is just a review about the seller and delivery/setup - as well as initial impressions after a few hours. Will update after some more time.

We purchased a king - which is two twin bases. Delivery was great, as it comes in (2) 140# boxes which meant it wasn't impossible for two people to carry up stairs and do the set-up. The instructional videos on Reverie's site are spot-on and helped us a lot.

Set-up was exactly as shown on the video. The _only_ thing I would caution folks on is that if you are buying it as a king and intend to use it as one bed, not controlled as a split - both remotes can be paired to both sides of the bed, just follow the instructions (easier to do before you set the bed in it's place as it's heavy to lift up!).

We paired this with our existing Casper mattress and it fits perfectly and works very well in every configuration we've tried so far. We also had an existing head-board/rails/foot-board setup that we were really hoping would be compatible with this frame - and it was. We took out the existing boxsprings and slats and the adjustable frames fell right into place. We aren't attaching to the headboard as it doesn't seem to need it.

In our set-up, the wall-hugger feature seems to work well enough - both nightstands remain accessible with the head position pretty high.

Positions - I can't wait to really play with this. Our initial reaction to the zero-gravity and raised foot positions was ... 'Ahhhh'. The movement is relatively quiet, smooth, and we found the massage feature really was a pleasant surprise (in that it actually works well)!

The seller (Low price bargains) was terrific - they were responsive to my ?s and it was delivered exactly on the date promised. What more can you ask!

I'll update this in a few weeks after we've really broken it in, but really happy at the initial set-up, quality, sturdiness, and operation of this bed. And ECSTATIC at how much we saved!

Springwall
Springwall mattresses suck! I bought one last year and had to return it for warranty. Now I've had this one for 3 months (I got a more expensive mattress thinking it was better) and it the same. Bad bad bad quality. Will upload pics if needed. Lol save ur money and buy serta.

Not satisfied at all
Not satisfied at all with the product. After only one year, the matress is not comfortable. Body impressions are big. My Gf and i have a hill between us when we try to sleep in this mountain matress...Every morning we wake up with fatigue in are back!

Well I will first start by saying
Well I will first start by saying I have emailed this company directly twice with no response at all, so that being said I will try and be public in trying to get help with the product I bought that is failing and is still under warranty!!! Queen size bought Aug 2014 and feels like a 20yr old bed. No support left in it, two very sagging spots, side walls are caving in and I want some dame customer service! I have read so many bad reviews regarding Springwall and lack of stand...ing behind their product as the website states, so PLEASE Springwall get behind your product and honor your warranty. I have purchased other sets of Springwall and didn't have an issue, so prior to this would've recommended it. However no response to direct email, not even a suggestion as to what or who I should talk to, nothing! SO hope I have Springwalls attention here on FB and get some kind of assistance!!! Thank you for your quick and professional attention to your customer!

I would like to thank Springwall
I would like to thank Springwall customer service for there excellent and fast service. They sent me a warranty card and i read it and found the sagging in the bed is normal for this type of bed. I flipped the bed and the memory foam bounced back up to the way it suppose too. Beds have come a long way over the years and my lack of knowledge how memory foam works. Thank again for the excellent service and listening to my concerns.

We recently spent a night
We recently spent a night on your Ambience mattress at a hotel in Moncton, NB. It was amazing! We are very interested in purchasing this mattress. However, we live in the US and can't seem to find any retailers that carry your brand. Is this truly the case or are there some stores in the US that we could purchase one from?

My husband and I purchased a Springwall in 2008 and its the best matress set we have had to date, we love it! Guests who have slept on our Springwall have fallen in love with it and want one!

Feels like sleeping on a cloud!
I found this mattress online to replace my old one. Don’t have any issues with my back or anything just wanted to invest in a good mattress for the long term. My first night on it, I slept like a baby. Doesn’t matter which position I’m in. FIVE STARS!!!!!

Comfy and firm
If you like a firm bed - this is for you. We scored this mattress set when it was on a sale. Honestly, I suggest to wait for it to go on sale. Is it worth $900? yes but it doesn't hurt if you get for $400.

I would not recommend this bed to anyone
I bought this bed in a queen size. The box and the mattress in August 2020. 3 months into having them, my back begin to hurt. I bought some new pillows thought that was the problem. That was not the problem. First The bed box is made of 9 pieces of wood and the wood are small. Leave big spaces so the mattress sinks down, on top of that the mattress quality is garbage. It caused me some serious back pain. Right now I have to be sleeping on my couch. Because of the pandemic, I'm waiting to buy a new mattress and box. Please Please Please do not waste your money and buy this garbage.

wonderful experience
I recently purchased this mattress at the brick on the North Service Road in Oakville. Jason the store manager was very helpful as we needed the mattress for that same day. Jason has the perfect personality to be working with the public in a caring and professional manner. recommende the brick and Jason to a friend looking to furnish an entire bedroom. Thanks for the great service and perfect mattress for our grandson.

Worst bed ever
Do not buy this mattress unless you like a rock hard bed. When we went to purchase it they didn't have any in stock to show us but we were sown one that the sales girl said was "comparable". What we got wasn't even close. This mattress is unbelievably hard & for some reason the box spring break with every movement. It may be cheap but it's not worth it. I'm going to have to go buy another new one elsewhere now.

DO not buy
Very poor quality mattress. I would suggest spending a little more for better quality. We are trying to see if we can return or or have a warranty on this mattress after only a few month use it has given us so many issues. The top part is compressed on the side where my husband sleeps and he is not that heavy. It bows out on that side as well. The boxspring is completely broken and the wood has snapped in 2 places just with normal everyday use over 3 months. It is on a new bed frame too.

Worst mattress ever...
Worst mattress ever. Have owned it for three months and went to turn it around today and the contents of the mattress fell into the centre of the mattress. Looks like a pillow that went through a washing machine. Apparently the protocol of The Brick where I bought this junk is the avenue I need to go through. Could take a couple of weeks. What I sleep on until then is beyond me. I tried to file a form on line and couldn’t get past my address, couldn’t get any further. Great way to do business. Already posted on Facebook and the Brick web site about this cr*ppy product. And many many friends have been told. The mattress will be dropped off at The Brick’s front door, no good to me. Nasty note will be attached for customers to see.

DO NOT BUY
Sagging, Back pain, could not return it, it is hundreds of dollars garbage!!

Don’t buy
We’ve had the Springwall chiropractic mattress king size from Sleep Country Canada for 3.5 months and it already has dips where we sleep. We are average size and aren’t heavy at all. It’s uncomfortable and I can feel the spring digging in my hip. I regret this purchase.
