I ordered my bed through a local Savvy Rest store and had an incredible experience. Our contact at the store was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I have been so happy with my purchase. I started a search for an organic bed and quickly landed on Savvy Rest. Prior to purchasing my new bed, I woke literally every morning with a backache as my prior bed was causing me issues. I no longer wake up with backaches and wake up refreshed. I've gone from dreading going to bed at night (as I was not comfortable and knew I'd wake up with a back ache starting at some point in the night) to now looking forward to going to bed every night - eager to get sleep - which is not something I've ever looked forward to doing! We ordered the three layer bed along with the platform for it. We kept the platform in the natural, unvarnished color so we could stain later if we chose to but it is so pretty as is (like a whitewash color) I don't know if I want to do that now. But it's the perfect height and was also a very happy purchase for us that I would recommend to others. I was a bit skeptical I'd like the platform foundation at first when I ordered it, but I love it as much as the bed. It's beautiful and creates the perfect height for the bed itself. I also ordered organic pillows - they are amazing! They are so comfortable! We also purchased an organic mattress protector to keep the mattress safe from our pets. I honestly can't say enough great things about our bed or our shopping experience with our amazing and wonderful consultant at the local store. I only wish I'd made this purchase sooner. Savvy Rest was the only place I could find this bed liner. I do think it is on the expensive side but I had already paid so much for my latex bed I figured it was just extra insurance. It is very durable looking and feeling.

Delivery date had to be changed due to other work going on. The new delivery date was complicated by ice and the delivery guys were absolutely fabulous. This is our second purchase and we love Saavy Rest beds! Also, the new and improved foundation is terrific!

The online purchase
The online purchase was pretty straight forward. I like the product. However, when the bed arrived the box it came in was soiled and disintegrated. Their appeared to be oil on the outer box. Luckily the plastic bag around the mattress kept intact. I'm not sure what happened but I was rather disappointed because I wanted to keep the box for future shipping.

Staff at the retail store were very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressure to buy right away, and that was greatly appreciated given the cost of the item. We switched out the top layer from a soft to medium right away. This did take a little longer than expected, and there seemed to be some confusion about getting in touch with us when the new layer was available to pick up at the store. Overall great experience, and it seems like a well made, high quality product. Thank you.

I am a repeat customer of savvyrest.com. After personal assistance with my first mattress purchase from Dominick because my brother lives in Charlottesville and is friends with him, I now feel comfortable ordering straight from the website, where I've purchased a second queen mattress for a guest room and a baby mattress. My husband and I purchased the Savvy Rest Esmont Platform Bed. It arrived earlier than expected, and it was carefully packaged. We were very impressed at the craftsmanship and attention to detail. It was a joy to assemble. We had no problems. We are very pleased with the bed. We also purchased two cotton mattress covers and two wool mattress covers which also seem great so far.

In my life, I have truly never experienced customer service
In my life, I have truly never experienced customer service at this level. We have loved our bed for 9 years, but noticed that there were some problems with the latex. With my parents having the same bed bought around the same time, we could see something had happened to ours that seemed wrong. I contacted customer service and spoke to a lovely person who requested I sent pictures. After very easy communication back and forth they 100% stood by their warranty on the bed and are fully replacing it. It was clearly a flaw in their manufacturing and they were apologetic. Not only is this bed natural, sustainable and good to sleep on, but the company behind it has integrity that is hard to find. I am a loyal customer for life.

overall we are happy with the mattress, several weeks ago I had emailed about a broken zipper on the Kpock pillow case, and no one ever got back with me. I got the sense that since it was not a big deal for you, why bother with me, tho we are a farely new customer, hopefully it was just a simple glitch and someone will email me back with the appropriate action
We love our mattress
We love our mattress. We couldn't be happier with it. Our only complaint in the process is that we finally had to call and ask about scheduling a delivery because we never were contacted as we had been promised. I think someone was out sick in the office so we fell through the cracks. Otherwise the process was great!

Because we have an antique bed, this required a custom-sized mattress, which turned out perfectly.

I think you should have provided
I think you should have provided a print out of the configuration I ordered and had it included with the delivery. I had ppl install for me and they had no idea... It would have saved some last minute texts/email communications on my end.
Shopping experience
Shopping experience was excellent; the in-store staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The delivery staff were on-time, friendly, knowledgable and skilled. They managed to remove our existing king size mattress and box spring down a very narrow staircase without damaging the walls at all. When there was an issue with top mattress layers separating on our king size mattress, the store staff and the delivery staff worked together with us to quickly remedy the problem.

We have purchased a full size
We have purchased a full size 100% Talalay mattress previously and love it! We are interested in the future purchase of a queen size mattress as well. Bernardo is a wonderful salesman in the Rockville store and is so very patient and understanding of any questions or issues that we can think of! He is an absolute asset to Saavy Rest and any customers who need help with their purchase! We will always feel we can call him and that he will take care of us! We have had a Saavy Rest mattress for over 1 year and it's still like brand new! It is a more superior mattress than we were used to and we are looking forward to having another one for our other bedroom. Love these mattresses!
I’ve bought two of these mattresses. Excellent quality, super comfortable, and absolutely no chemical smell. I’ve spent 6 months researching mattresses with concerns about health, comfort, and quality. I finally decided on the organic latex. I found this to be the cheapest site to buy from (despite the fact that I live in Canada). We are planning on buying 3 more, as we are a family of 6. It’s the only mattress our family will ever use and the only one I’d recommend without hesitation.

This mattress system is truly amazingly comfortable. As someone who had no problems sleeping on my 20-year old mattress, I can attest this is incomparable and that I sleep even better. Before I would have a few minutes before falling asleep, now I am out almost immediately. Combined with silk and linen bedding, it is such a luxury and comfort. The mattress came in three boxes and was simple to set up. The video on the website is helpful. Basically, you spread the organic cotton and wool cover on your bed and assemble the mattress components based on your preferences. The system is very versatile, with different layers and firmness can be combined. In addition, for queen size and larger, each half of the mattress can be different. It is a really amazing experience to sleep on this mattress. I also got full bedding and several pillows made of the same awesome latex. I fully, highly recommend it from personal experience.

I bought 13-in Natural Latex Mattress with All Talalay layers (firm, medium, medium, soft). Originally, I was afraid that it's going to be too soft. I was so glad I decided to order it! It is soft enough but you are not sinking in it. Love it! My husband loves it too. I sleep in all positions (on my back, sides, and abdomen). Delivery was fast. Packaging was good and secure. Took little bit time to unpack it, but no problems with it. It comes with free sheets, pillows, and mattress cover. No smell, no defects. Easy to put layers together. Thank you, SleepEZ!
Best Mattress EVER!!
My boyfriend bought this mattress last year because I complaining of having back pains. I have not had any back pains since sleeping on this mattress. I just purchased my house and the minute I got my keys, I called and ordered another of the same mattress for my new home. Now we have the same mattress is both our houses. 13" Organic Talalay Latex Mattress
Our previous mattress was a Simmons Beauty Rest with pillowtop. What started out as a mattress we liked, became a mattress we loathed. Lots of sleepless nights and pain in the morning. Our online hunt began for the perfect replacement. I first started reviewing memory foam but after a lot of research, I decided against it. I am so glad I did my homework. My search brought me to an unbiased reviews site sleeplikethedead.com. I discovered latex was the way to go for me. I compared several mattress stores recommended on the site and really liked what Sleep EZ had to offer. The purchase was seamless. I received a phonecall after I submitted my online order and was even more impressed with their customer service. All of my questions were answered and then some. My mattress arrived about 5 days after ordering. Assembly was a breeze. I was expecting to have an adjustment period but I instead the pain I was experiencing with my old mattress immediately went away. I sleep cool and comfortable every night. Don't hesitate to make the switch and go with Sleep EZ! They are incredible!
Great so far...
Today is day #25. So far, so good. I'm almost 100% sure that we won't sent it back, even if we decide it's not for us. You see, the worst of this mattress is far superior to the old Sleep Number we got rid of! Seriously, I expected to like it, but my husband likes it too. The jury is still out on whether I'll swap the soft top layer for a medium one, but probably not.

13" Latex Medium comfort stability sleep zone
After 3 months my whife and I adjusted well to this mattress configuration. The support is excellent because the mattress normalize the body density and weight distribution in such a way that it countours the body profile in both side and back position; thus eliminating pressure points and spinal misalignment. The key is to align the neck during sleep patterns and the pillow supplied does just that. Other nicities include the adjustable bed that accomodate snore and other luxerious positioning. Good Night
With our old mattress both my wife and I would both wake up a little stiff most mornings. With our new mattress that is no longer the case! We've been sleeping on it for about a month now. We customized each side, with one having a soft top layer and one medium. We experimented with switching sides and found out that the customization was definitely worth it because we both slept better on the side we thought would be the best firmness for our sleep position. We're well pleased with our purchase!
Latex King Size Bed
This is our second latex bed. We bought the king size to replace a queen bed. We will never go back to a traditional mattress. It is a little more work to put a king size mattress together due to the size, but worth it. Great communication from Sleep EZ regarding shipping. Thank you!
Organic Latex Mattress
Bought this for the holidays. Had many very sensitive family members coming who can not tolerate non-organic mattresses. It was so well received that I may eventually move the mattress to the master bedroom!! Was very quick to receive. Arrived in pristine condition. Needs two to put it together, but its easy with four hands. So satisfied!!

Third Mattress bought! The only kind we will buy!
So we were very skeptical to buy the first one. We lived in texas the showroom was in Phoenix we couldn't see it and we were hesitant to buy something we couldnt see or feel. Our son had allergies badly and all my research showed these didn't have that kinda problem and didn't off gas and other things. So we bought hte first one for his benefit. Its like a mattress from a 5 star hotel. We bought this config in case your wondering - Xfirm, Firm, and Medium. We liked it so much we changed our king bed as well to the same thing - those two are now 3 years old, we just bought another bed to replace our last remaining regular mattress. The only complaint if I had one is that there is a little bit of compression over three years where we mostly lay. Not super noticiable or anything but something, for that reason we rotate it (not flip) every 8-12 months. But other then that its PERFECT! we have a hard time sleeping on any other beds now!

Excellent Mattress and Sheet Set
We purchased 2 mattresses for a folding platform frame to use for guests. They are as comfortable as the 3 layer mattresses we purchased from SleepEZ 8 years ago. They are so comfortable that we wouldn't consider any other brand. The best thing is that you can move the mattress easily, because it comes in layers. I stacked the 2 new mattresses on top of an existing SleepEZ bed, and now our guests can sleep in a regular bed.

King and queen natural talalay
Setup was a little daunting at first because I’ve never built a bed, but it actually was quite easy! Very comfortable beds and very quiet when moving around on them. Great support from the team at EZ... I recommend the EZ bases and they also went together easy without tools!
