Saatva Mattress Topper Specifics

Saatva's mattress toppers include three options: a graphite infused memory foam topper, an affordable firm high-density foam topper, and a natural latex topper. These provide multiple firmness choices for customers, while also having material advantages like pressure relief and back support. However, with their firmer toppers only coming at a 1.5'' height, some may find them less ideal for large scale comfort changes.

Quality of Materials
Saatva uses innovative materials in their mattress toppers, such as graphite-infused memory foam and all-natural Talalay latex. We'll go through each of their options below so that you can get a sense of which product will work best for your body.

Here is what's inside their 3'' Graphite Mattress Topper:Cover Layer: The organic cotton cover is soft and breathable for good airflow. There isn't much heat retention in this top layer.

Layer 2: The second layer is graphite-infused memory foam that draws heat away from the body, while relieving pressure points and having a subtle contour.

Layer 3: The last layer is a transitional foam layer that has more resilience for spine support.

Next, here is what's inside their 1.5'' Latex Mattress Topper:Cover Layer: The organic cotton cover is soft and breathable for good airflow. It is all natural so is great for those with allergies or sensitivities.

Layer 2: 1.5'' of Talalay latex is bouncy but gentle to the touch with a supportive feel. It reacts to the body for a bit of pressure relief without being too soft.

Lastly, here is what's inside their 1.5'' High Density Foam Mattress Topper:Cover Layer: The organic cotton cover provides a good amount of air-flow and is soft to the touch.

Layer 2: 1.5'' of high density foam provides firm support to the spine while also relieving some pressure for very firm springy mattresses.

FirmnessThe Saatva mattress toppers range from medium to firm. Side sleepers will do best with the medium firmness graphite option, while those stomach sleepers may prefer the firm support of the latex or high density toppers.

Back Pain Relief
These toppers should help with help with spine alignment and discomfort from an uncomfortable mattress. However, if there is excessive sagging, these toppers may not be able to solve discomfort. Additionally, the firmer toppers are quite thin so may not fix larger durability issues with your mattress.

Cooling
The latex and graphite infused toppers should do well cooling due latex and graphite naturally diffusing heat. Those that sleep warm may want to steer clear of the high density version.

Who Are Saatva Mattress Toppers Right For?
With an array of options, these toppers are great options for those looking to solve discomfort problems with both too soft and too firm mattresses. However, those that are smaller side sleepers may need something softer to do the trick.

Totally worth paying the extra for this mattress pad. Comfortable and doesn't need shaking. Perfect for a hard mattress.

Fantastic company and customer service.

Top quality zen haven bed, topper and pillow. I will look to them first for any future bedding needs.

Great for hip pain!

Julie W.
We received the Plush mattress a few months ago and while a much better mattress than our prior mattress, I was still having hip pain. The woman in customer service suggested trying to memory foam mattress topper (in foam) and honestly I have had no hip pain since we received it. I am ordering one for my father now because it has helped me so much. Thank you Saatva!

Graphite all the way

Lauren
Got the graphite topper to put on top of our modern foam Casper and it has been a game changer! It's cooling and extremely comfortable. We weren't ready to purchase a new mattress yet since our current one has a few more years of life left so we opted for a topper. We'll definitely return to Saatva when we're ready to purchase a new mattress for our master bedroom.

Foam is no joke FIRM

Phil
Got a king, foam topper for our guest bed and this thing is FIRM, which is what we were looking for and our guests love it. Also like how it has straps on each corner to keep it from shifting around on the mattress. Good quality.

Graphite mattress topper great addition

John W.
First off the customer service was great. They helped me pick the correct mattress topper for my needs. I chose the graphite mattress topper and am really happy with the purchase. It provides a plush addition to the underlying Saatva mattress, giving an extra layer of comfort to my bed.

It’s a good mattress topper during the time I’ve had it, but...

One annoying thing that I really hate about it is that I wished there was a way to remove the sleeve to wash it. Sometimes, something might get spilt onto the bed, and could leave a stain in the cover. This is what happened to me. I didn’t mind it as I was using it…and tried to remove the stain as best as a can. I finally ended up getting a new mattress, and I wished I could donate my mattress. However, the stain on the mattress looks questionable to say the least…therefore I really can’t donate it I wanted to. The foam is still in great condition but that’s my only gripe
