Naturepedic makes a variety of mattresses for adults and children. Their popularity stems from being an organic mattress maker. What does organic mean in the mattress context? It means that they only use organic textiles (think cotton) and organic foams (think latex). This differentiator is a big plus for those that suffer from allergy sensitivities or have young children that do. You are going to expect to pay a premium for such materials.
Perfect Cloud is a mattress company that predominantly sells on Amazon. The prices are very affordable, and overall folks like the feel of the mattress. The main issue is that there have been some reports of durability issues for some sleepers. Because of the low prices, there is not enough money baked in for great craftsmanship and attention to detail while still making a profit. Know that this may not last as long as other online brands.
Based on our aggregated reviews and our scoring method, we recommend Naturepedic in this match up!

Customers give these mattresses higher than average customer satisfaction ratings. This means that there is good feedback from customers, but some have had other perspectives. There were some that felt discomfort. Read on below to learn more about if the mattresses will fit you!
These mattresses are above average when it comes to support. Though some reviewers don't agree 100% with the firmness specs of these mattresses, the majority of reviewers describe them as having the right amount of support for deep sleep.
Edge support is important for those that have mobility concerns or find themselves lying close to the side of the mattress. Customers report that these mattresses have decent edge support overall and they should be able to be comfortable for most customers.
Bowling Ball & Density Tests
Many mattress bloggers like to use bowling balls to measure support and firmness. These mattresses are generally well received at providing even support, which means they should work with your body to align the spine properly.
Durability is one of the most important factors for mattress shoppers, but due to the overwhelming amount of choices, it can be hard for shoppers to find the truth. That said, customers are clear when you can read all of the reviews. Average sleepers find these mattresses to last more than a few years. Heavier folks may find these mattresses to be less long living.
There have been diverse feedback from sleepers about these mattresses -- both good and bad. There are reports from many folks of good initial comfort and happiness with their purchase, but there were others that didn't enjoy their mattress. Read on about this brand more below!
Having a supportive mattress is important for a night's sleep. Most like the feel of this mattress for the first few months, but some folks had complaints about the supportiveness over a long duration. Take a look at the specifications and the reviews to make sure that these fit your body.
Edge support is key for those that like to sit on the sides of their mattress. Most experience these mattresses as having fine edge support, but there may be issues with dipping on the edges for some.
Bowling Ball & Density Tests
In initial density and bowling ball tests reported by sleepers and reviewers, these mattresses have fairly even support. Some folks have mentioned that support may degrade over time for some.
These mattresses may not provide the kind of durability that you'd hope. On a shorter than average basis, some sleepers have reported feel and durability issues. If you are larger or are looking for something supportive, these mattresses may provide good comfort initially, but do some added reading of customer reviews before purchasing.
We love this mattress. I was very worried about buying a mattress for my 2 year old because in the past when I've bought traditional mattresses, the off-gassing took months (that was before I knew better about the horrible chemicals in mattresses). My son had a Naturepedic crib mattress and the transition to the Naturepedic twin mattress was a good choice. When the mattress was delivered we set it up in his room and he was able to use it that very night. No off-gassing horrible chemicals, no bad smells. What a relief! I'm very sensitive to chemical smells so I was happy to not have to deal with that here. We started off on the firm side of the mattress for my 2 year old, but it was very hard. He's been sleeping on the firm side for 1 month, but he keeps waking up at night. We also found that he was trying to put his entire body on his pillow, so we thought he would prefer a softer feel. A few days ago we flipped it over to the quilted side and that feels much better. We still need to get a waterproof pad for it, since the quilted side is not waterproof and he's not yet potty-trained. I would not hesitate to purchase this mattress again. It was very expensive, but if he uses it for 10 years, that's only $75/year. Well worth the peace of mind.View More Reviews
I was nervous when I purchased this mattress because many reviews say it is too firm. Is it firm? Yes. Uncomfortable? No. My son went from a conventional plastic-y crib mattress to this mattress. This one is considerably softer and more comfortable. I lay with him at night as he falls asleep, and I am not uncomfortable on the mattress. I have had no complaints. In fact, we are thinking of buying one for each of our other children. This is a great mattress and is one of the most affordable non-toxic mattresses available. It is firm but not uncomfortable. I highly recommend!
This is a fantastic kid's mattress that made for a seamless transition from the Naturepedic crib mattress. If you're unfamiliar with these mattresses and are accustomed to soft, plush "grown-up" mattresses, you may find this too firm or too stark. However, it's perfect for a kid's growing body. There is no worry of off-gassing or chemical smells - it came right out of the box and onto the bed with no airing out time. The waterproof side is great, with a nice texture that is nothing like a plastic-y waterproof pad. This is a high-quality mattress made from high-quality materials that will leave everyone sleeping well at night!
Ordered this mattress after much research and debate. I am happy with my decision. The mattress was not too firm as other reviews remarked, and is actually almost softer than I wanted because I was hoping the firmer the mattress the longer it will last. It is certainly much softer than the 2-sided naturepedic crib mattress. I bought this for my son transitioning to a big boy bed and expect it to last through childhood. I believe it will and it is very comfortable. We are using the waterproof side which I LOVE. It protects the top and sides without having an awful crunchy, noisy sound or feeling. There was a slight natural odor as some commented in reviews but only if you put your nose to the bed and you can't smell it from the waterproof side. Certainly no strong odor or chemical smell. It is expensive, but compared to adult organic, non-toxic mattresses it is much cheaper and I felt was worth the investment for my son's health and my peace of mind.
12/13/2015 Update: After receiving an email from Naturepedic that the mattress I purchased was defective, I ordered a new one. We've had the mattress for about five months now. No issues with lumpiness. However, I feel like the outer trim of the mattress is starting to loose it's shape/looking bent. I don't believe this is normal wear-and-tear because I've never had this issue with my other mattress. =( I was excited to purchase this matress for my toddler as her new big girl bed; however, I was disappointed with the product for a few reasons: 1) I grew up sleeping on very firm mattresses. I prefer them and enjoy them. Although firm, something about this mattress made it quite uncomfortable. It's just too firm. 2) The discomfort of the firm mattress could be that it feels lumpy. It seems like individual springs can be felt while laying on the bed and shifting positions. 3) The waterproof side of the matress seemed loud. The cover was not taught, so when I moved my arms across it, it was as if I was laying on vinyl plastic that can be heard when moving. I purchased a NP crib mattress and had no problems with its quality; however, the twin mattress was a big disappointment. If you have a recommendation for a quality organic mattress, please share.
I never write reviews but I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this mattress. We've had it for just over a year now and we still have not transitioned my toddler to the bed so this mattress has only been slept on a handful of times by the occasional house guest. When we first received this mattress I noticed that it elevated in the center so it almost felt as if you were rolling down hill on either side of the mattress. I thought perhaps this was because it was new and that it would settle down over time but sadly it hasn't. Also the sides of the mattress are sagging. It's almost as if the side of the mattress totally collapses on itself when you sit on it. I flipped the mattress over to the non-potty training side and it weirdly lumpy. I wanted to love this mattress. I paid more for this mattress than I wanted to because I trusted the brand and I definitely wanted an organic mattress. But I'm sad to say that this mattress was not even close to what we were hoping for. We wanted a mattress our toddler could grow up on, now I'm going to have to buy him a new mattress before he even gets a chance to use it.
Since infancy, my now 3 year-old daughter has slept on a Naturepedic crib mattress in her crib and toddler bed. So when she recently transitioned to a twin-sized "big girl" bed (Charleston Solid Hardwood Platform Bed Frame - Twin Size), Naturepedic was our first choice for a mattress that we knew would be free of chemical flame retardants. We opted for the 2-in-1 mattress instead of the single-sided one for $100 cheaper because we knew from experience (with the crib mattress) that it's 100-times easier to wipe up accidents from the waterproof fabric of the mattress itself, than to have to remove a separate mattress pad and throw it in the wash. Plus, many waterproof mattress pads are made of PVC/vinyl, a toxic plastic the emits phthalate fumes that you don't want your child inhaling in their sleep! The waterproof side of the Naturepedic mattress is made of food-grade polyethylene, which is non-toxic and doesn't give off any harmful fumes. Yes, the waterproof side of the mattress is somewhat firm, but not excessively so, and most importantly, my daughter has never complained about being uncomfortable. After all, she spent the first 3+ years of her life sleeping on an ultra-firm crib mattress, so she doesn't know any differently when it comes to sleeping surfaces. Plus, pediatricians recommend a firm mattress for younger kids, whose bones and skeletal structures are still developing. Once my daughter is older (and fully nighttime potty-trained!), we'll flip the mattress over and use the quilted side. This mattress was recently put to the test and passed with flying colors! A few weeks after we bought it, my daughter had an upset stomach in the middle of the night. She threw up a total of 4 times, soaking her pajamas and bed sheets, but the waterproof surface of this Naturepedic mattress completely withstood it all. Each time, all we needed to do was to wipe the surface of the mattress with Seventh Generation Disinfecting Multi-Surface Wipes, 70 Count, change the sheets and put her back to bed. We wouldn't have had enough mattress pads to cope with all the throw-ups that she had. In short, this mattress helped make a rough night a little less difficult for all of us. I highly recommend it. Grade: A
Switching to this mattress stopped an allergic reaction I was having to my memory foam mattress (all the chemicals!). So in that respect, 5 stars. But this mattress is very hard, so I had to buy a latex mattress topper to be able to sleep on it.
My 13 year old wanted a really firm mattress, so we bought him this one. He even wanted the firmer side up. That lasted a day. So we flipped it to the "less firm" side, which was still way too hard. The two sides are board v. Heavy blanket on board. We wound up buying him a 3" featherbed. I still find it too hard, but he likes it now, though, and finds it just right. The featherbed made all the difference.
We purchased this mattress for our now 3 year-old son. I have read that sleeping on an extra firm mattress is good for growing bodies, but I must say that as a mother laying next to him at bedtime, it feels a bit uncomfortable. That being said, our son has never complained, and it has been almost 6 months since he started sleeping on it. Naturepedic has a good price for an organic mattress, so we will simply purchase an organic topper for comfort when he needs it.
I really like the idea of this bed and the fact that it doesn't have most of the nasty chemicals in it that other beds do. That said this is not the most comfortable bed. Its heavy and feels bouncy. My little boy doesn't seem to mind it, but it just isn't that comfortable of a bed.
I hate to give a low rating to a company that makes a matress with little or no fire retardants, but, this mattress was very uncomfortable. It felt like an old crib matress. Even on the softer side of the mattress, you could feel every spring.
Great mattress for our 2 year old. No chemical smells, and nice cleanable surface.
This has been great for my daughter. Feels like a regular mattress. It has held up very well, despite my daughter jumping on it at least weekly, and sometimes with her friends (it is on the floor for safety reasons). I would give it 5 stars if it were cheaper....seemed a little bit more expensive than it needed to be.
This is the second time I have purchased this item and I am very happy with it. As described & well packaged. I would recommend this product and seller.
I have three of these that I have purchased over the years for my three kids. Outstanding quality and complete satisfaction. Never had to offgas it. And sleep comfortably knowing my kids are not exposed to harmful chemicals. This mattress is supported by the environmental working group.
Excellent. Item was purchased for 2 year old. Used on the floor (montessori inspired) with a low profile boxspring. Child sleeps well and I've even fell asleep on it. Very expensive but worth the cost. No odors or new mattress smell.
The bed was purchased for my 3 year old granddaughter because my daughter felt it was important for her to have an organic mattress. We chose this one because it was mid-price and had one waterproof side. Also free shipping with Amazon prime! The bed seems to be very supportive, comfortable and quite dense so I imagine it will hold up well for many years.
Bought this for my 2 year old son. There is no chemical smell with this mattress which is 1 reason why I purchased. My daughters mattress from a regular mattress brand was purchased 3 years ago and still stinks like chemicals when I take the sheets and cover off. This mattress is also great with the waterproof side that actually works and is easy to clean. Comfortable and my son loves it
Not for those with aches and pains, but good for kids! We have a twin and a full size of this brand and are very happy. We also bought real mattress protectors since the mattresses are expensive, but so worth it.
Few people realize the dangerous chemicals in traditional mattresses. It may see like a huge expense to spring for the organic mattress, but it's well worth it knowing that your child is not inhaling toxins while s/he sleeps. As far as organic mattresses go, this one is extremely comfortable. The vendor, "Elephant Ears" I think it was called was excellent and offered free shipping, which saved me $150. This was a very good buy. My baby sleeps like a baby in it.
Excellent quality and finish. Perfect for toddler transitioning from naturepedic infant mattress.
Fits great for a 3 year old. No smell as others stated
This mattress is great. We don't think it is at all hard as other reviewers have complained. If you want a super deep pillow top type mattress then this probably isn't the one for you, but for a high quality, comfortable, basic organic mattress this one fits perfectly.
Love Naturepedic! Wish they made a king size!!
I bought these for my twins after they grew out of their cribs. I had also used Naturepedic mattresses in their cribs. These mattresses are comfortable and reasonably priced for organic, chemical free mattresses. I would always recommend this brand and will buy this brand for my bed when it's time to replace our current mattress.
Fabulous bed! Zero odor, soft Quilting, natural materials.
Great service, love these mattresses. Hopefully it lasts 20 years!
A little bit too hard on one side.
I bought two of these mattresses for my daughters (age 7 and 11) thinking that the the firmness shouldn't be an issue for bodies as light as they are. I love the fact that they are organic, and that they have a water proof side which is good for the earlier, bed-wetting ages. However, they are so hard that my daughters complain about them. I tried a thin topper, and that didn't work. I eventually bought a 3 inch organic foam topper for one of the mattresses and that did the trick for my older daughter. However, the cost worked out such that I would have been better off getting an organic foam mattress to start with.
Great mattress, a little on the firm side which is what I was looking for.
I bought this mattress because it was chemical-free, and I feel really good about that. I thought it was hypoallergenic, but when I received it, noticed that it had side vents. When I called the company about this, they tried to tell me that dust mites stay on the top layer only, so they offered a mattress pad. I'm a physician, and I wasn't happy with that response. I had to buy an additional hypoallergenic cover. It's nice that one side is waterproof, and the other side cottony. I've had the mattress for about a year now for my two year old. It sagged a bit immediately, and the top layer is a bit loose. These are made on a one-by-one basis, and made to order, so I guess that's ok. I thought this would last him 'til high school, but now I'm not so sure. It hurts my back to sleep on it because it's rather firm. After a year, it seems to have an odd-rice-homey sort of smell. Not sure I would buy again because of the price. Maybe all natural/chemical free mattresses sag?! I gave it four stars instead of three because at the time of purchase, there were not a lot of options out there for safer mattresses.
This is our second Naturepedic twin mattress, and we've also purchased multiple crib mattresses. We always love them, and feel good about our kids burying their faces in this organic, harsh-chemical free mattress. I read through the reviews, but have to disagree that this mattress is too firm, at least, not for a child. I bought it for my preschooler, and little kids often use firmer mattresses. I've fallen asleep on it multiple times and think it's fine, and my kids sleep well on these. I love that one side is water-proof for now, and that we can flip it over for a softer side for when the kids are a bit older. I have no complaints at all. UPDATE: At age 6, my son did start to complain that his mattress was too hard. It was wonderful to be able to simply flip his mattress over from the water-proof side to the softer side and please him without having to buy a new mattress! I also have to add that Naturepedic stands behind their lifetime guarantee. After less than 6 months, a spring had somehow rotated itself sideways in our second of these mattresses and was poking to the side. We don't know why or how this happened, but we wrote to Naturepedic and sent them pictures, and they immediately sent us a new mattress. No charge, no hassle. Very, very pleased.
It was pretty weird to buy a mattress online, but I had no luck finding a local store that sold organic (or just non-toxic) mattresses. I really wanted my son to have a mattress that wouldn't be harmful to his health. This one fits the bill, and it seems to be the least expensive option out there. The manufacturer's own website has it listed for $100 more than Amazon, plus they charge $75 shipping. I was pleased with Amazon's price and the free shipping (from Pennsylvania to California, no less!) The mattress is firm, but comfortable. My 3-year-old son has been sleeping just fine on it. I took a nap on it one day, and I noticed it was firmer than my own mattress.... but I slept just fine.
I really wanted to love this mattress. Organic was a priority for me and when reading the reviews it seemed perfect. Unfortunately, the mattress I received is hollow. There is absolutely no support in the middle of this mattress and if an adult was to lay on it, it caves dramatically in the center. I have no idea if my particular mattress is defective but I am definitely disappointed in the product.
I did a lot of research on mattresses and the incidences of sids when my daughter was born, and ultimately went with an organic crib mattress. When it came time to getting her a big girl bed, I had a very hard time finding full organic mattresses. Not one store in my entire city sells them. So I turned online, and researched every brand I could find. I needed an organic mattress that was not based with latex, and so many of them are. I'm allergic to latex, and fear my daughter will eventually share that allergy. Naturepedic is the brand I continued to come back to, as the best option on the market. Expensive, yes, but there are others that are far more, and none that are less that are made of cotton and not latex. What made me hesitate the most in my purchase is the reviews that said the mattress was too firm. I looked into organic mattress toppers that could help with that, but even those were a small fortune. Finally, I decided to go with this mattress. So glad I did, excellent choice. It is NOT too firm or too hard, it's extremely comfortable. It's possible that they made changes since some of these reviews were posted, to make it less hard. I have a terrible back & hip, and this mattress is comfortable to me. My daughter absolutely melts into it, and sleeps wonderfully! It had zero smell when we opened it - no off gassing, no need to air it out at all. When reading reviews, read the newest ones first. Because I think changes were made to this mattress to make it even better. For us, it's a non-toxic, organic, comfortable, odorless option for a mattress. I really think this one is your best bet!
I was slightly worried about ordering this mattress after reading a couple of reviews stating it was rock hard. I went ahead and ordered it anyway because my daughter has chemical sensitivities, and this was the least expensive, safest option I could find for her. I am happy to report that this mattress, while firm, is indeed comfortable enough- I actually fell asleep while laying with my daughter at bedtime and had a very restful night. My back and hips also felt great when I woke. My daughter slept like a rock and didn't stir until morning. I also noticed that, while I am usually a mouth breather when I sleep, it was very easy for me to breathe through my nose last night. This could be due to the newness of the mattress and the absence of dust mites, but I think the lack of chemicals is probably a contributing factor (I usually start sneezing whenever I walk into a store that sells new furniture because of the off-gassing chemicals). My daughter's nose seemed to stay clear as well. This was a big expenditure for us, but I'm glad we did it because now we have peace of mind that our little girl has a healthy place to sleep until she reaches adulthood. When we can afford it, I'd love to get a Naturepedic for the master bedroom as well.
I have it on a heavy piece of plywood and it is a little firm but i like it,thank you.View More Reviews
after a couple years I now require climbing gear to reach the peak formed in the middle..
Purchased for our motor home (full-time) It is so, so comfortable.
The Perfect Cloud mattress lives up to its name, since it’s just like sleeping on a perfect cloud. It was simple to unpack and once fully decompressed, it was ready to use. I’ve been putting off purchasing a new mattress because of the cost and wish I found out about Perfect Cloud a long time ago because you can beat the price for American made and excellent quality.
Enjoying it everyday !
It was pure heaven for the first year, now, it's a sagging nightmare. Only had for two years. I am 5'3''', about 140 lbs. and sleep alone. No reason for this quick wear and tear. Such a disappointment!!
This memory foam mattress is truly down from the clouds! It is all things at once...firm...soft...cozy..yielding. I love it. I have many back problems caused by arthritis and have now slept on the mattress for a bit over a month. My back feels soooo much better as I sleep and when I get up in the morning. Great price too! You cannot go wrong with this purchase. Plumped up quickly with no detectable chemical odor.
I waited to review this mattress until my partner and I slept on it for a while. We're now over 30 nights in, and we've loved every minute of it. I researched bed-in-a-box memory foam mattresses for weeks before deciding on this one over something more trendy like a Casper, Purple, or Leesa, and I don't regret my decision at all. My partner is 6'6'' and 200 pounds, and box spring mattresses wear out under his size in a matter of years, but this thing supports his weight and hasn't shown any signs at all of squishing down. It's insanely comfortable. He loves it because he sleeps hot and this bed keeps him cool, and I love it because it supports my lower back great. My only negative remark is that the foam smell took over two weeks to dissipate (but our bedroom only has one small window). Once that smell left, though, it's been nothing but night after night of amazing sleep since!
Was ok for maybe 6 months, sags so so bad! Was told it was Medium Firm-Firm it most certainly is not! Poor support! We couldn't take it any longer, we put it in storage and are sleeping on the couches. I hope they come through on their warranty, I see a lot of good reviews, I'm wondering if these people are crazy or if we have a defective product. Purchased 10/26/15, I haven't slept on it since May!
I wanted to wait a little bit before reviewing...We love it just as much 3 months later as I did the first night. Very comfortable. Boyfriend says 'babe, this thing is like sleeping on a perfect cloud.' Haha get it?
Bought for RV just now tested sleeps like a brick. Previously had one I thought was identical and enjoyed it. Wish I could still return this one and try another.
Excellent bed extremely comfortable and amazing quality affordable price
Before this bed, I spent over $2,000 on a mattress that I gave away a few months later. I paid 1/4 of that for this and its the most comfortable bed Ive slept on. I have bad lower back problems and since using this bed ( about 2 months now) I have little to no issues. When I bought this bed, my back was in terrible shape, I pulled something and could barely walk. That would happen to me every so often. That went away within 2 days of sleeping on this.
Don't want buyers remorse? Get this matress. It's the best in it's price range for sure! No weird smell, and you just open it and it friggin works like how you paid for it to. Imagine that, sad that can be such a rarity nowadays. Definitely lived up to the 'perfect' name!
Love this mattress!! Chose this mattress for our daughter as she transitioned from her toddler bed to a standard twin. Unpacking and set up were easy and straightforward. There was absolutely no smell by the time it was ready to sleep on. Barely any smell upon opening it and removing the shrink wrap!! My daughter and I both love the level of firmness this mattress provides. She definitely sleeps better on this mattress than her previous one! I love it so much, I can’t wait to replace my mattress!! Will be buying this one in the appropriate size for my bed!
I waited about 6 months before I posted this review. You need to give your body time to adjust to a new mattress. I was thrilled about this mattress because of the price and rating but I should have filtered the reviews and read some of the one and two star reviews before buying. The first couple months were good. The mattress was firm and comfortable. After two months the mattress started to cave in the middle. I have to constantly flip and rotate the mattress but as soon as the foam gets warm from body heat it will start to roll me towards the center. My current strategy is to sleep on the outer edges, not good. I developed a lot of back and hip pain since buying this mattress. I wish there was a way to return it. Complete waste of money. Sad.
Purchased this mattress 2 years ago. My husband always complains that he wakes with a back ache. So we rotated the mattress head to toe. Then I started waking with a back ache. There seems to be spots in the mattress that are harder than others. E-mailed perfect cloud and got no response. Anyone know the phone number? They don't seem to want to be called. This mattress is garbage. $599 down the toilet.
I just received the mattress 3 days ago. I am giving it 2 starts for the delivery process. It arrived even before the scheduled time and I was happy to find it on my door. It's a twin size so I had no problem to get it out of the box in the hallway and pull it to my bedroom. I followed the instructions and managed to open and set it alone. I am 5" 1 and 112 lbs. No mention of the strong smell on the seller description or the instruction sheet. Instruction sheet recommended 24 hours to fully expand. I set it up by noon Wednesday and set up covers 8 pm Thursday, about 34 hours. I tried it last night. The smell was very strong to the point that I even smelled it on my pj. I will it air for another 2 days and try it again. Will get back with more info. I am keeping the box and the plastic covers, but I am crossing my fingers I don't have to return it.
Two weeks in. Delivered Oct 2. Its Oct 15 now. Not exactly what I was expecting. I don't feel the cool gel. I lay on my back and it still feels warm. Giving it another week. Bob's Furniture Sport Hybrid Mattress is a similar cost and 25 year warranty. This mattress comes with a 10 year warranty. Its better than some mattresses... but it's not living up to my expectations.
All I can say is , this is the best mattress I've ever had, I purchased a serta perfect sleep for double the price of the perfect cloud hybrid, I returned that serta in two weeks, decided to get this one and am so glad I did ,if your thinking of getting a hybrid this is perfect.
This mattress gave me the best sleep I've had in years. The memory foam (soft without sinking in) cuddled my shoulders and hips, the springs gave me the support I wanted, and it was great not waking up during the night from being overheated. It was/is so comfortable, I was (probably) asleep almost immediately because I don't remember fidgeting and rearranging to find a sweet spot. I'd forgotten how wonderful it is to feel so refreshed in the morning.
Wasn't sure the first night sleeping on this mattress but after a week it's pretty good. The manufacturer lists this as a medium soft - which is what I need as a side sleeper - but this product is more a medium-medium firm but due to the extra thick memory foam I don't develop any pressure points and wake up without any pain or stiffness so I'm keeping it and see how it does over time. Two tips: DO NOT open this mattress until you have your platform ready and then open it on the platform (very hard to move around once inflated at least the king size is). It took 48 hours to "off gas" the manufacturing smell so plan on airing it out for a couple of days unless you don't mind sleeping with a very strong chemical odor.
I think this is the best mattress I have ever slept on. I'm a side sleeper with 40 years of hard labor registered on this old body. It's just as the name implies. I wake up feeling like I slept on a cloud. I paid for this mattress in full and spent 2 months researching before I bought this. I know the names by heart of over twenty foam and hybrid mattresses. I agonized over it. I was so close to spending 1000 for a famous name mattress, Got this for under 700, which allowed me the frame, bamboo sheets, pillows and new quilt. I am about as happy as you can be after buying something...I mean that. Thank You for this wonderful product. It's top-shelf quality, at a great price. I'm blown away by it!!!! UPDATE: bought this in April, it's now the end of July...still very happy with zero regrets!!! DO NOT HESITATE this is IT!
I've had this mattress for two months now. I didn't want to spend thousands to get a decent mattress so after many hours of research, I decided on the "Perfect Cloud Hybrid 11-Inch Mattress" in Queen size. The delivery and packaging were excellent. It was easy to unpack and set up. That's the end of my praise. I believe in giving products a fair chance so I didn't try to return this right away even though my sleep quality got worse, not better from the get go versus my old, cheap mattress. I'm outside the return window so I'm stuck with it now and will have to sleep on it for years to come. I understand that for less than $700, you can't expect to get the world. I read other people's reviews and see that many are happy so perhaps I just got a bad mattress. However, based on my experience I have to advise you to consider other options.
I am a 135lb 5'5 25 yo female (not very heavy!), and found that the bed sagged under my hips while offering significant, even too much, support under my shoulders. This made for an uncomfortable experience waking up in the morning with my pelvis deep inside the bed and my shoulders and neck propped up. I had back pain a couple of times and returned it. If there was more support under the hips, and a little softer under the shoulders, I honestly think it would be amazing. But because the opposite was true, and it gave me back pain, I don't recommend this item.
My son says it’s like sleeping on a cloud. Very comfortable.
I purchased the Cloud Hybrid Memory Foam Mattress 11 inch Queen and it truly is perfect. It's not too soft or too hard. I sleep throughout the night without waking up multiple times from being uncomfortable or my back hurting. If you are looking for a mattress that is affordable and will allow you to sleep like a baby that sleeps on a cloud...purchase this mattress. I'm glad I did. It's awesome!
arrived on time in perfect order and very comfortable
We love our new bed!
Its been week 3 with this mattress and I love it! Firm yet soft ... like sleeping on a cloud.
Perfect product I really like it
Crazy comfy!!! The softest firm I’ve ever slept on
Quality seems good but not enough support for me. My body aches all over and I want my old mattress back.
Very comfortable. 1 less star due to it still smelling more than a month in. It is in a guest bedroom which is closed most of the time but I have aired out with windows several days and there is still a slight smell. I am super sensitive and it is thankfully not enough to bother me once the room is aired out a bit. Very happy with the purchase. Most of our guests love it. Only one said it bothers his back.
Great bed...comfortable sleep all night
Just love this mattress we purchased for our RV. I feel so comfy sleeping on it.
I switched mattresses because my husband thought our mattress was too soft I however thought it was wonderful. I ordered this mattress thinking it would be somewhere in between. The first night I slept on it I was disappointed thinking it was too hard. Within a week however I adjusted to it and I have to say I get the best nights sleep ever. My back and my neck love it!!! I’m very pleased with my mattress and I would definitely recommend it and buy it again!!!
This is literally the most comfortable mattress I have every laid on.
Even though it was ordered without my agreement, I tried to cancel the order with no luck, when it came, I decided to give it a try. We have had it for a little while now and my boyfriend can't stop raving about it, he hasn't snored since we got it. It took me a night or two to get used to the new feel compared to our cheap box springs and mattress it replace...hard to explain how it feels...kinda like sleeping on a firm marshmallow if that makes sense. We mainly sleep on our sides but sometimes backs. If the shape and feel stays the same for 5 years it is definitely a winner!
This mattress was way too firm for my liking. On the positive side, there was not the offensive chemical odor that some others mentioned.
