I can't remember the last time I felt more ripped off. The pillow's quality and comfort is what I would expect at a cheap, old motel. Its fill is clumpy, the size is smaller than it appears on the advertising, and the packaging also differs from the advertisement. I can't stress enough just how cheap and uncomfortable this product is. Additionally, I had to pay an extra $20 for shipping just to return the item and still had to follow up with the seller to initiate a refund.

The price of these pillows are laughable. When these pillows first went in the stores and on tv they weren't even a third of the price they are charging now....need i say more ??

Terrible product.It does not perform as advertised at all. Ah, the power of advertising! My wife and I tried it to no avail , I even offered it to my kids, but they had already returned one.

I was so hoping that this pillow would be the magic bullet for my neck pain but it was not. My search for the perfect pillow continues!

Wow! I actually delayed getting one of these because of the reviews. I'm mad at myself for listening to them! A year and a half ago I was hit with a massive amount of neck pain after jumping around like my old 16 year old self on a trampoline. 40 year old self had a blast until the next day. I couldn't stand, I couldn't sit, I couldn't lay down, I wanted to die. Whiplash with a side of bulging disks in my cirvical spine. I was sleeping on the living room floor, propped up on all fours with my head draped forward just to get 15 minutes of sleep in here and there. Agony. Seeing a chiro 3 times a week helped, but I still wasn't sleeping soundly through the night since. I tried all the pillows before this one. I'm throwing them all in the garbage! I've had this pillow for 3 nights. 3! I actually slept trough the night for 3 nights. My alarm went off this morning and I was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. Before I was waking up with a headache, stiff neck and migrating nerve pain down my arms. I'm floored. I'm amazed. I'm totally getting these for all 5 of my family members. I still can't believe I waited. The 10 year warrantee, the fact that I can toss them in the washer and the dryer AND they are made in the USA! I'll be your new spokes person, because this is my miracle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I never write reviews, but I am just bursting at the seams about this pillow! I have been dealing with lower back pain off and on for the past 6 months. I visit the chiropractor weekly (sometimes 2-3 times a week), but the pain still comes back every once in a while. I just bought this pillow, and after my first night of sleep using it, my back pain has greatly diminished! I used to need to take ibuprofen to get through the day, but I didn't need it at all after one night of using the MyPillow. It seems like a miracle! It is super comfy, very supportive, and I recommend it to anyone that is suffering from any type of back pain.

Awesome pillow ! I have to say I sleep a lot better now. Just be sure to put it in the dryer to fluff it up before use and I put mine in the dryer every week for a few minutes to keep it well fluffed. Since buying this we have bought several more for other family members.

My Pillow did not meet my expectations. I felt that it needed more filling.

This pillow does not hold up like it says it does. Does not hold is shape the way it is advertised. Is a comfortable pillow but was expecting much more from what all the hype was about.

Pillows come in small box and at first I was unimpressed. However, my neck pain was gone after sleeping on this pillow. It's a keeper.

There is no exaggeration about this pillow. It is undoubtedly the best pillow I have ever slept on. I bought more pillows for my daughters because I was so happy with this product. In addition, the service from My Pillow has been great.

I heard a lot of hype about the My Pillow brand. I ordered two of these and couldn't stand them for more than a week. The are now in my closet. Anybody can just chop up some foam and put it in a fabric bag.

I had seen this pillow so many times and really wanted to try it. I finally went for it and was left hugely disappointed.

It just wasn't comfortable. I felt my head sinking and always wanted to fluff. I followed the directions but nothing helped.

I really wanted to love this pillow so I kept trying. It always ended up in the floor before the night was over. Disappointed!

I love my pillow, it is just the right firmness that I need. No more neck aches !!! I would recommend it to anyone

This pillow felt like shredded foam which is the cheapest way to make an extremely low quality pillow. Shredded foam is purchased as garbage foam, from mattress companies for pennies on the dollar!

i purchased the my pillow to help me with sleep, it did not, however I continued to use it hoping. Then after a while I washed them and they did not come clean and dried them in the dryer for 1 hour and didn't dry all the way through, so I put them in the dryer again for another half hour and they are still not dry all the way. I'm afraid they will get moldy inside so I'm not using them anymore, whatever is inside is very poor quality that does not dry, be careful, don't buy these pillows. Bad experience

guarantee is a joke... my pillow fell apart while washing it according to instructions.. contacted my pillow and was told I needed to send in pictures of pillow... tell me how I could do this when part of it went down the drain and rest of it had to be vacuumed out of the washer and the cover in many pieces... how in their right mind could not see that it was impossible to do this... their response was that is their policy and nothing could be done without pictures... so the product sucks because it's their way or else... no give or take, so basically they call you a liar....

Sure wish I would have read the reviews before I got swept into the excitement of purchasing a MyPillow. I tried & tried to sleep on this pillow for about a week. It bothered my neck terribly and I just was not able to get comfortable using this pillow. Every night I ended up throwing it on the floor and got my old pillow back out. Extremely dissatisfied. I thought maybe it was just me, so my husband tried it and he hated it immediately. So I had my sister try it. She thought it was ridiculous as well and she could not sleep on it. She was happy to have the chance to try one out before purchasing one herself. She will Not buy one now that she has tried sleeping on it. Horrible pillow - what a rip off! For that kind of money, this company should be ashamed of themselves for such a crappy pillow and False advertising! :-(

I purchased this pillow just a round 2 years ago. I washed and dried them as directed. the pillow no longer holds its shape..I thought I was doing something wrong..i tried fluffing and threw it in the dryer to fluff it up with no result. it still stayed flat. customer service is no help. I have gotten the run around. I simply asked for a replacement..they can keep this pillow. It isn't worth the money i paid for it..10 yr. guarantee ..they don't stick by their promise

Worst pillow I ever bought! My $9 pillow from Walmart is a much better pillow than this piece of crap my pillow.

This pillow is worse then buying the cheapest bargain pillow you can find. It is very flimsy, I went by the way I sleep and my weight and this half filled pillow showed up. I would never recommend this product to anyone. It's not even worth the money or effort to return it. I will just chaulk this up as a learning experience!!

This pillow is not what is advertised. My husband and I spent the money on these pillows thinking of course that it would help us to sleep better. What a wake up call --literaly!! We have fought with this pillow since the day we got them. In fact it is the worst nights sleep. I ended up going to walmart numerous times to find a better pillow. I only wish we could get our money back. We would gladly send you the pillows back.

So we ordered the my pillow 4 pack just before christmas. Very pleased with the fast four day delivery and that is where it ends. The pillow hurt my neck tried it for two nights and went back to my old pillow. Called and they sent out one new one with less foam well now it doss Not have enough foam. Phoned to say I want to ship them all back. We'll that is fine as long as I pay for the shipping. Took the package to the post office they wanted almost 50.00 dollars to return and UPS was even more. So now I am stuck with pillows I am NOT using as it makes zero sense to spend 5O TO GET BACK 108.00 super underwhelmed with product and customer service basically sucks. Wish I never heard of the my pillow ad.

Mikes AD does NOT AD UP to his Statement or Advertising! MYPILLOW does what He claims it won't such as goes FLAT, gives me morning headaches and neck aches! When I called his customer NO SERVICE, the guy was RUDE! I would NOT EVER BUY ANOTHER MYPILLOW PRODUCT AGAIN!

Your product is garbage and is extremely overpriced. In addition Mike Lindell should not be doing commercials as the majority of viewers agree he is turns potential customers away . Not surprising that California sued him and for his false and misleading claims.

I have given the My Pillow more than enough time to know that it does not help me sleep more comfortably at all. It is very lumpy and I DO feel the lumps ... washing/drying has not helped. I feel like a "sucker" (legitimizing the ads) for buying these pillows. Would definitely not recommend them and regret my purchase.

I have been watching the infomercials on my pillow for years. Then I saw a demonstration on TSC. Bought the product because it's supposed to help cut down snoring. Not in the least, my partners snoring is the same. I wasted $$$$$

Crappy pillow, lumpy, half filled, cheap pillow case just poor quality in general

I bought the pillows over a year ago. I work so it is hard to remember to write this. I followed the recommendations for the order. The pillow looks like it is filled about 60%. After sleeping on it your head leaves a big hole in it. Laying on your side your neck isn't straight. The only reason I gave it a star is it can be washed and fluffs up. But it is flat after one night sleep with a canyon hole for your head.

I bought 2 pillows one for myself and my son. We both got headaches from the pillows. It is by far not the best pillow I have slept on. It did nothing for me and it did nothing for my lower back pain as they claim. Luckily I bought mine at a local store and was able to return them. They do not stand by their product and now I see why because they suck.

From all the hype, I thought I would be getting a great pillow. TERRIBLE!!! What a waste of money...and they are not cheap! Never again! BTW...I bought 4!!! Big disappointment!

This is the worst pillow I have ever slept on I wake up hurting in my neck and back, I feel worse when I wake up of the morning, I wake up with a headache and I have only had the pillow 2 weeks and it is very flat just after 2 days, a waste of money.

I first bought the MYPIllow 6 years ago and it started to flatten, even though I have washed it and it fluffed back up. Ofcourse I did not register for the warranty. I found MYPillow at WalMart and I was thrilled that I could pick it up there. After almost 2 MONTHs it is flattening during my sleep. I called My Pillow and they told me that I have to take it back to the store because it is not the ORIGINAL MyPillow. This is false advertising because the sign said the original. It is in the same box, but apparently a cheaper make of their pillow. The woman on the phone tried to tell me that it is different, but I was able to register it with their company!! I really wanted to same pillow that I first bought and that did not happen. I paid $43. for it and I suggest you do not buy it from the area of the store that says As Seen On TV. Very Dissapointed

Love my pillow, have had one for 2 years, sleep great! After washing my pillow , I discovered my washing machine full of foam! (I had washed it many times before), was so upset because I love my pillow, called customer service. In an amazingly short period of time my new pillow is in the mail

When I Initially used the pillow it felt good. After washing it the pillow seemed too puffy. I have not had a good nights sleep since I washed it. My neck hurts every time I try to use it. Sorry I bought it.

I purchased this pillow in hopes to find relief. Paying 49.99 plus tax for a pillow that does the same as a $5 pillow. I reached out to customer service and they totally ignored me. I am so disgusted and really wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing this mess!!!!

This is perhaps the worst pillow I have ever tried. The pillow feels like they only put in half of the filling it needed. All I could feel was lumps of the filling on my head and neck. All it supports is its founder.

receiving two my pillows sized by their charts, one actually has about 2/3 the fill of the other. Both were fluffed in the dryer, neither supports as advertised, their suggestion i sent one back for them to inspect

My husband and I each have a My Pillow. We have had them since October of 2018. I never found anything special about it from day one. And the size was disappointing. The queen is more the size of a standard pillow. Within a month after getting them, my husband started to complain about neck and shoulder pain again. We have both woke in the middle of the night sweating, so this pillow does not stay cool. I do not recommend this pillow. Jus might toss them into the trailer for camping.

I was not happy with the product on many levels. For one, neither my husband's or my pillow was adequate for our comfort. He took mine and mine went on the floor. Then I decided to open up the "over-stuffed" pillow and the fine shards of poly fill went everywhere and stuck to everything, including my lungs. I know feel like I am having an asthmatic reaction to breathing in the chemical off gasses from the poly. fill, which as it turns out, is quite toxic. I am not sure how this pillow came to market or is getting so much air time. I do not like anything about the pillow and wish I could get my money back; I am very discouraged by the blasphemous ads, and hate that Mike fills up my TV screen so much. Enough already! Do not recommend for chemically sensitive people, and that community is growing, now, thanks to products that emit so much off-gassing. One unhappy customer, SB

I bought My Pillow, Paid $40.00 + Tax; tried this pillow and it's the worse pillow I ever bought and regret buying this Pillow. I bought because it was suppose to help with neck pain, will my neck pain got worse. So, I tried to give to my niece, she didn't even want it. I will not recommend buying this Pillow not worth the money.

I gave this so called premium pillow one star because I could not give it none. I swore I would not buy it but I did and was I sorry. I could not return it fast enough. The pillow sells for about $40.00 and it isn’t worth the box it comes in, as a matter of fact, you would be be better off sleeping with the box as your pillow.

My Pillow pillows are one of the biggest scams Ever ! I just bought a 4 pack from them and when I received them I couldn't believe the deceit ! They are LITERALLY filled with shredded sponge foam ! And their "comfort levels" is nothing but more or less shredded pieces of foam inside the same size pillow case. Also, they are NOT comfortable ! Down pillows are 100 times better. I requested to return them and they said they will charge me for return shipping. Don't fall for their "60 day satisfaction guarantee". First, there is NO satisfaction from sleeping on these pillows. Second, their magical pillows advertisement is a scam. Want a "my pillow" ? Buy a camping foam and rip it into small pieces and stuff your pillow case: ta-da ! You got yourself a "my pillow". lol. Third, they want me to pay for returning their poor quality product !

This pillow doesn't live up to its hype. After about a week, what you have is a pillow. Any pillow. And expect to fight all night trying to get it back to what it was, what was promised. A total waste of money. Expect the best, get the worst.

They're smart to spend the bulk of their budgeting in marketing because their product is average at best. I started having headaches at night and tried everything from an MRI to a Chiropractor with no clear diagnosis. I figured I'd try a new pillow just for the heck-of-it. So I tried a MyPillow and ... nothing! Not only no improvement but after a week I returned to my old pillow and seemed to get a better nights sleep. There's really nothing special about a MyPillow. It's contents are merely small cubes of foam. You want a MyPillow? ... take the foam from your current pillow and cut it up into 1/2" squares and you have a MyPillow. So save your money, as they are ridiculously priced, and don't buy into the marketing hype of this VERY AVERAGE pillow company.

I washed both MyPillows according to the manufacturer's instruction. The pillows came out of the dryer unusable; they foam "puffed" up, became very firm and trying to sleep on this product is like attempting to sleep on a mound of dirt!

My Mother gave me this pillow after she bought it and didn't like it. I tried it for a few months and eventually contacted the company because it was not a comfortable pillow. They were nice enough to send me a replacement of their heavier pillow. I was greatful since I did not have the receipt. So I tried it for a few months, and I have now given up. It has been banished to a secondary pillow on the bed that I only use for arm support. Yes, it rates right up there with a 30 year old pillow that's as flat as a pancake. It's amazing how the human mind can be manipulated. Please don't be manipulated by their marketing. There are better pillows out there. I rate this one very low.

I bought a My Pillow with one of my clients (I am a caregiver). We split the cost and said we wanted to see if it was for real. It came wrapped in a tight roll in very heavy plastic wrap. I put it in the dryer as it said. The filling inside the pillow seemed very sparse like someone forgot to fill it. When I put my head on it, the filling went to each side and my head ended up flat with nothing underneath it. I think someone forgot to fill it totally. I have put it back in the dryer several times to hopefully improve it but it is in my closet and I will never, never use it. It is a total dud and I would have sent it back but did not want to cause a hassle for my senior client. What a waste of $45.00!

What kind of sorcery is this! I would mock anyone who bought this garbage. Then finally I decided to try these prove once and for all what nonsense my pillows are. I have not been able to leave my bed. I have been sleeping like I never have before. I am out cold Minutes after my head hits this sorcery pillow. Yea it was kind of awkward feeling the chunks of filler when my face first dived into these magic clouds but once I just let myself go, Its been sleep after sleep after sleep ike I never had before. I don't know if they will work for everyone but they are the perfect pillows for me. I will never use anything else. This skeptic is sold!

When mine arrived and I first opened the package, I was skeptical because of the lumpy filling. However, it is amazing because I don’t feel any lumps when I lay my head on it. Just cushy comfort. I absolutely love , love, love it.

I got two of them and they give "crinkly" sounds under my head all night even when I am not moving, my gel pillow never did this and it is very annoying

We’ve had a set of My Pillows for almost a year now. Claim is that you don’t have to keep turning or adjusting it during the night. That me be true if you never change positions but if you’re a normal sleeper, not so much. Your head makes a dent that pushes the foam towards the headboard for sure. If you change positions, you will have to adjust the foam. I am constantly adjusting and turning the pillow. Claim is it doesn’t get hot. Yes it does. Says not to use a pillow cover to keep the cooling properties. Doesn’t work with or without a pillow cover. Have to turn it over to get cool. Washing the pillow every 2 months is a pain in the neck. Pillow is comfortable enough, I guess, just not the best pillow I’ll ever own, as claimed. Lots of hype and salesmanship in that commercial for sure.

Our son sent us two mypillows for Christmas 2018. I followed their initial use instructions to the letter as I have their care instructions. After a week or so we experienced nothing to support their claims. Now after 7 months still nothing. In fact it feels as if the pillows are loosing firmness. I would certainly not recommend. BTW I rarely review products but felt I could possibly save someone their hard earned money.

I have heard enough bad reviews about these pillows but to be honest, I am totally tired of continually hearing this man's voice on commercials.........I practically have his "lines" memorized! He obviously enjoys hearing his own voice, is unbelievably wealthy or has a lot of "connections" you might say with Fox, to be able to afford these most boring commercials. I, too, started a small office......a self-help legal clinic, first of the type in Michigan, but my business came from client referrals, not with people having to see my face 24-7. Enough......please!

This pillow has the worse chemical smell that I have smelled. The pillow worked ok, but I woke up very stuffy. I am bringing it back to the store!

Got the "firm" - head sunk to the bed immediately. had to use another pillow on top of the mypillow. Dont even bother.

I had this pillow for over 6 months now. Everything the creator said it was on his commercials is completely opposite and not true. I bought 4 of the my pillows what a mistake. I had them to long to take back. I did take 3 gallon of the foam out that helped a little. the garbage men will get them now. I do not recommend them at all. I did give it 1 star because I had to. junk

This is the biggest LIE on TV. I tried My Pillow twice to give it a fair chance. Bad Idea, this is the worst pillow I ever used in my LIFE. Couldn't even go to sleep. It's something I would expect to find in the lowest class roadside no-name dump of a motel. Can't really tell anyone how really BAD it is.

I was so excited to receive my pillow but within the first couple hours of the the night, I was so disappointed. It goes flat super easy and it doesn't support my neck AT ALL! I order the green filling initially but called to get the blue for more support and it feels like the same flat uncomfortable pillow. It's not even good support for just laying around watching t.v. I've had way better pillows from Walmart or Target for a fraction of the cost of this sham. I will tell everyone with an ear DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW. It isn't my pillow, it's y'alls and you can have this piece of s*** back.

My husband bought me this pillow yesterday at Walmart. I am petite and this pillow made my head press forward to far making it extremely uncomfortable. Hated it.

We probably were one of the first to purchase your pillows. You had no quality control; the seams were not straight and the first time I placed the pillows in the Washer, the one pillow's material was so weak that then I removed the pillow there were pieces of foam everywhere. So I picked up the foam,; stuffed it in and duck taped it. Joe's been sleeping on a duct taped pillow (king size) for two years. As for me, I do not sleep on your pillows. They are lumpy hard and too stuffed for me to be comfortable. I took back my sleep inovations pillow. I was born in MN so I believe in MN products but yours disappointed me. T

(NOT) my Pillow review: The my pillow is all hype and little action. We ordered two different pillows, one firm one soft, and received two pillows for which we could not tell the difference. We also plumped and tried to conform and found that did not work. We slept on them and both of us found they caused neck aches and for me a headache. They did not stay in any discernible shape and were just too hard and too high. We also decided to return then and found out the shipping was on us. To me that means they have little confidence in their product, possibly expecting many returns. I would delve deeply into this before purchasing. I would suggest purchasing another similar, cheaper product to see if you even want to own a my pillow. I can not recommend this product to anyone. This pillow is a bad purchase without knowing ahead of time that you can actually use it. Remember, you pay $20 just to try the pillows only to find out you can't use them. 100% Refund means minus the money you paid to get them AND to return them. AND the pillows weigh less than the box in which they send them. They could try reducing the shipping cost.

I purchased the my pillow and bought 2, costed me over 100.00. I washed 1 of the pillows and it tore. Foam came out and big mess in my washer. E-mailed a complaint to the factory, got the run around of replacing the pillow. Started using the other pillow I bought . Have to fluff this pillow every night and still wake up with a flat pillow. Very disappointed with the product, replace if not satisfied and the promise of the quality of the pillow. They need to make the customers happy and stop promoting a product that does not do what it is advertised.

Because the inside is solely contains small foam squares, the foam moves around while sleeping. The foam bunches up and your head is raised, which puts pressure on your neck. This is VERY unhealthy for the spine,

I purchased 3 different color coded pillows 2 years for me, my mom and dad. We all took turns sleeping on them for a few nights just to see if any of us like them at all. At the end of the second night none of us found the comfortable at all. Very lumpy and just could not get comfortable with any of the 3 different ones. I did find that the one that was most filled was really awesome for laying in bed at night watching TV. It propt my head up so I could comfortably watch TV so I love that one for that but not sleeping on. I find the most comfortable pillow for me is a down alternative pillow. Love them. They do go flat after about a year or so but I can order a set of 2 on Amazon for $35 so it's all good and I don't mind paying $35 every 2 years for new ones.

My Mom watches infomercials and she got me one of these pillows for Christmas because I have always had unexplained migraines-she thought it would help. I did not believe the hype but hey, it was a thoughtful gift. Imagine my surprise when day after day I awoke without any headaches! First time l have been headache free for more than a few days in 50 years! It can’t possibly be the pillow but it has to be since I have not changed anything else. I am in total awe!

I purchased two My Pillows last week and received. I had already purchased two about five years previous that I was very happy with, that is why I decided to re- order the. The quality of the pillows were like night and day. I put them in the dryer for fifteen minutes prior to using like the instructions said.Bbut looks like half the fill that was in the first ones was in the second pillows. Got them on sale don't know if that's why it seems like I got their seconds was a very big disappointment.

We were lured in be the advertising that made it seem like this a superior product, and would facilitate sleeping well. We found the product to be just marginal, and regret the ridiculous amount of money we spent on these pillows. I will never buy a product from this company again since I feel they made deceptive claims.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I will in this case. This company does not ship as promised when you order their merchandise. What they fail too tell you is the only work on week days, if you order it on Friday ..the order isnt processed until the next BUSINESS day. In this case the following Monday thus extending the terms to now 9 to 11 days. I got a confirmation that my order would deliver in 7 to 10 days on the 10th day I called and was on hold a long long time just to learn it was delayed even more. For a company dependent on shipping their merchandise..they failed ...and the CSR made it seem like it was my fault. only buy from them if you don’t care when you get the product you have already paid for.

I have had my pillow for over one year, I recently washed my pillow as I have in the past, I received a strong chemical smell, that I felt could be very dangerous if I continued to inhale that smell from my pillow. I re-washed pillows with clear water ,no soap, smell worse than ever. Need help or replacements by my pillow

Okay, I love the pillow, but washing it, and getting it to wring out is another story. I am a laundry aficionada. I have top of the line Whirlpool Duet front load washer, but it never wrings out even with an additional drain/spin cycle. So...I hang it out and almost collapse my clothes line. Then 1 or 2 more hours in dryer. Suggestions???

I was hoping for a good nights sleep but woke to neck pain and headache so I had to go back to my old pillow these are a ripoff was not happy and not worth sending them back they go flat after the first night, save your money and go buy a good one, Sorry Mike but they suck!!

so disappointed, i expected so much better with all the hype. pillow bunched up and had no support, was flimsy , the fill in it shifted so badly that at one point i had none supporting my head.

I am very disappointed in the pillow I received. I found it to be lumpy, and the filling shifted as I slept. In addition to the bed pillow, I also ordered a body pillow to help with my arthritic knees which have had knee replacements; but that too was a huge disappointment. These pillows are certainly NOT worth the cost, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I love my pillow products but prefer to customize pillow orders vice stores. But seems more money is spent on advertising than eliminating shipping cost even within the same state.

This pillow [firm version] sinks down to less than 1/2" thickness making it equivalent to a cheap motel pillow where one must stack up several pillows to achieve even a small level of comfort and support at the correct height. Chunks of foam seem fine, but there is little to no support at all in any position of the head. It seems well-made, just poorly designed.

I called “My Pillow” to exchange Mypillow per the 10 year warranty and first got Mike Lindell saying I was about to experience his “wonderful customer service “not true ! I even told the woman how rude she was. I called because the pillow got hard half way th the night. She told me I wasn’t washing it the right way. I know how to do laundry.... several decades of experience and she had a memorized script and I was told I needed to wash it again and call back and she was rude. I then washed the pillow again and same results. I just let it go and decided not to go through anymore garbage. But I see the endless commercials and feel irritated. I am from Minnesota and was quite proud of someone doing so well from my home state. Not anymore ! I think the pillow is a ripoff.

I have used this pillow for over a year I kept waking up at night 3 a.m. and my scalp would be completely wet I find that pillow makes me sweat profusely. I went and bought a 100% organic cotton pillow problem solved no more soaking wet scalp and hair

To my disappointment, I bought mypillow after watching a commercial for the first time after watching an informercial because of my severe neck issues. I tried it one night and I have to say it had to be the worst pillow I ever tried or slept on. My advice to you, don't buy it or at least buy it through Amazon and it won't cost you all the shipping. One night of horrible sleep cost me $60. Canadian because of all the shipping cost for delivery and return. You are just as well to take your old pillow cut it all up and throw it in a bag and sleep on it or go to Wallmart and buy their $10 pillow, which I hear is better. I will never buy another pillow without trying it at the store, which I have now decided to stick with the Bay store with no hassle return and delivery at no cost to me.

Received two premium My Pillows off internet ad. Arrived on time, packaged beautifully, all customer care items tastefully included. Wish they had included sleeping pill. My wife and I discussed the pillow this morning over coffee and we both decided it was one of the biggest letdowns we had endured. Uncomfortable, lumpy, and plainly intolerable. I should have taken the money and gone to a hotel with no-name pillows. Waste of money .. very disappointing

I purchased a pair of My Pillow at Khols yesterday and I returned them today. The commercial is well-done to make you think you are buying your sleep/pillow solution at last. Reality? If the 99 cents would ever sell pillows, it would probably be more efficient and effective.

I bought my "My Pillow" from a respectable and popular online store. They only offered the lavender cord...that is all they ever offer. I googled what the colors meant and the owner's video talks about colored tags. Anyhow, I bought the pillow and it is the worse pillow. It does not give my neck support and it even flattens more throughout the night. I am constantly trying to fluff it up in the dryer and it is good for a few hours and then flattens. THE WORSE PILLOW!!

Worse pillow I have ever used. I fluffed pillow as instructions said in the dryer. When I put my head on the pillow both ends popped up on the sides of my head like wings. NO support. Over priced, over rated Don't return my UPS, cost my $24 to ship it back

My husband's neck is stiff and my back is crooked and my shoulder...forget about using my right arm today, can't move that either from the shoulder pain this crap caused. I can't even stand up straight. This is filled with the lumpiest pieces of foam and when you lie on it, your head sinks to the mattress. We tossed and turned all night. We sleep on our sides and we tried everything to make these work. I don't care what it costs to return them, our main mailman will haul these back to the junk yard they came from at pillow.com

I really believed the hype and I was extremely disappointed. I actually went right back to my bamboo pillow it is so much better. I wanted to like the mypillow but I am sorry I just do not find it to be as advertised.

I bought 2 my pillows about a month ago. They support and sleep well but they have both come apart already loosing all their filling. The first one was unsalvageable. I had to throw it away. The second one, I was able to sew up in time to save most of the filling. I’m very disappointed because I expected better workmanship for the price.

I bought a My Pillow after seeing the TV advertisements. After using the pillow for approximately 6 months, I ended up with such horrible neck issues! It ended up costing me several days of lost wages, thousands of dollars in doctor and chiropractic bills (family doctor, xrays, MRIs, etc) to start feeling better. I've been away from this pillow for about 2 months and have seen a world of difference. I'm still spending $180 a week on chiropractic care, trying to get back to 100%. Unless you want to throw away thousands on medical bills, I would not recommend this to anyone.

I ordered MyPillow for my husband and I, and used one of their "coupons" to get 2 pillows for $50 with a pillowcase. For $50, I would expect a little more. The first set I ordered a medium fill, and I might as well have tried sleeping on a pancake, as that's what it felt like. Not to mention how hot the pillow was after just a minute of laying on it. I was told to only use cotton pillowcases, and I was using bamboo, but even with the cotton pillowcases, there was no difference. I called to return the pillows, but was somehow talked into just exchanging them for a firm fill. I got the firm fill, and there was seriously no difference at all in the pillows. I was annoyed by this point, and just wanted a refund. I did have trouble with my package getting lost in the mail, and had to wait 4 weeks before anything would even be done on customer service's part. There was so much back and forth with calling customer service, it didn't even make sense that nothing was being done for situations completely out of my control. It did eventually arrive, and now that I'm wanting to return the second set of pillows, they want to take $11 MORE out for shipping! So I paid $60 for these pillows, and only going to get up with $30 back, and be out $30 for nothing. I guess there's a reason why these pillows aren't sold in stores, because no one would actually keep them with easier an return process. I would never give MyPillow my business, and their products are way too expensive for what you get.

Worst pillows we ever bought, dont get suckered in by the sweet talk. This non gusseted cheap thin cotton covered chipped foam pillow is hot to sleep on, hot when flipped over during the night and very uncomfortable to sleep on as it never comforms to your natural sleep height, making for a sore neck in the morning. You want quality? shop around for a gusseted thick cotton covered feather/down mix pillow, you will never buy another after buying one. So stay away from this cheap pillow being made out to be a "miracle" pillow, the only miracle is that the owner of the company is probably now a millionaire made from the misery of his cheap pillow buyers!

I was so skeptical of “My Pillow”, I was in Bed Bath and Beyond one day and the pillows were in front of the store as soon as you walked in. I’ve heard Glenn Beck talk about how good they are, I was looking at the pillow and a UPS man was there and said to me “GET THE MY PILLOW, I’ve never slept so good in my life,”. So I bought it and after waking up with a stiff neck for weeks and arthritis in my cervical spine, I woke up the next morning with the best sleep and no stiff neck. I wish I had bought one a long time ago. Plus I also bought it because they are made in the USA and because of Mikes background .

You can clearly see on the commercial that this pillow is not in the least firm. I did not purchase this pillow a neighbor did and brought it over. Big joke and junk. Not even full with the chunks of whatever Is in it. So, it’s made in America, where does the material inside the pillow come from? I guess that’s imported.

I bought these pillows because I was thinking it would be a great pillow for the neck pain I get while sleeping. I had to fluff this pillow and almost fold it in half to even be comfortable. Right after I started using this pillow, I would wake up and my eyes would be so swollen and red. I couldn't figure out what was causing this. Around this time, I had bought some setting spray and thought it was it, so I stopped using it. What happened? I woke up with swollen eyes again. I realized that I bought both around the same time. I stopped sleeping on this pillow and bam, eyes are back to normal. I am VERY disappointed in this pillow. Not worth the money. In fact, I wouldnt even take this pillow for free

I purchased a mattress topper and 2 pillows at a home show in Cleveland Ohio and was asked for my email address. I assumed I would receive a confirmation of my purchase and how and when I can expect my purchase. I want to be home when it arrives and yet when I called customer service no one could help me. I guess they expect me to stay home every day until it arrives. VERY POOR SYSTEM. What was the point in asking for my email address?

The 2 My Pillow deal that I got was supposed to be Standard/Queen pillows but it was no more than a Standard pillow exact fit and I had to buy new pillow cases to use them. After 3 nights of trying to sleep on them I new I had to send them back because they didn't fit my head no matter how many times I adjusted them. When I bought two of them on the special price, with shipping, of around $97 I thought it was a good deal. But I just talked with one of the people at the My Pillow site about sending them back and I was told that I had to pay for the shipping myself. As it worked out I was getting a $62.50 refund which meant that the final cost to me for trying the pillows is $34.50! When I have had to return something to a company before, it was usually free or cheap shipping to do so, because they felt it was their responsibility because it was their product. All this does is show me that My Pillow is a company that is more concerned about it's own profits, not the satisfaction of the customers use of their product and the cost of refunding because of their lack of interest in making sure the customer is treated fairly! If I have any friends or family that intend to use My Pillow, I will make sure they understand what happened to me!

This is by far the worst online purchase I've made. Yep, the advertising makes you think you'll be getting a tested quality product but in the end, it's a sac of crumbled foam, that inadequately sports your neck, the fill is uneven, I find myself with my head buried into the pillow in the morning. Sent the pillows back, waste of money. Spend a little more and actually get REAL bed pillows.

They claim that it doesn’t go flat. I plump it up and I wake up and have to plump it up again. So that’s bull that it doesn’t go flat. It gets hot too.

I just bought one for $50 at Walmart because of ALL the commecials, radio ads, and celebrity recomendations for this. It feels just like my king size Walmart pillow i bought 10 years ago, after all the stuffing has been washed and is matted up in lumps all over the place. From what I'm seeing of the interior, it is just that but with foam. I slept on one side of the pillow and all the stuffing went the the other side. I tried the middle, and the stuffing split to each side around me. Nothing gave me support. I bought a King Firm about 4 hours ago, and I'm taking it back tonight. One user said it best on here:" I've seen better cheap motel pillows than this." Trust me when I say the people giving 5 stars must be paid to. Just go buy one yourself and see WE 1-star people are telling the truth.

This pillow is no better than any other pillow it’s not any Moore comfortable than a other pillow. Only difference is the price. This pillow is way over priced . Such a huge disappointment

Been looking for a replacement pillow for quite some time - received a MyPillow pillow as a gift and was hoping for the best - sadly, I was waaaaay disappointed - woke up with my head on the bed swallowed by distributed foam sides. Fluffing only helped for 5 minutes until the foam settled out again - went round and round with customer service reps (4 of them) and all they wanted was the offending pillow back so they could replace it with a different "fill" level. I informed them at east 4 times that I had no intention of returning the pillow - just wanted to share my experience with them so they could resolve future issues - they expressed ZERO interest in that. IMHO, the advertising is, at a minimum, misleading if not directly false. I have no idea if another fill level would work and after a week of going back and forth with the CS reps, I have no desire to find out. As I shared with them, the pillow will be used as a punitive measure for guests overstaying their respective welcomes :) My advise to you - find another pillow. Period

Thee absolute worst pillow I have EVER “tried” to sleep on. I felt horrible giving them to my daughter who went away to college but young people don’t understand quality and comfort. The flat pillow is like sleeping on a sheet filled with cotton balls. The firm pillow feels like 1 sheet higher filled with cotton balls that aren’t made of cotton. Now, I do have something positive to say about the Giza sheets. Cool, light, soft, comfortable and priced right. In addition, for other king sleep number bed owners, he was smart enough to make a set with 2 twin sheets for the bottom and the top sheet is a king. Buy his sheets..........run from his pillow.

this king sized pillow washed ,as far as i can tell, in a stackable heavy duty whirlpool washer ok. after many different spin cycles i could not get this extremely heavy thing to dry. i tried pushing on it , twisting it and was ready to roll over it with the car. it was going to ruin my dryer it was so heavy. this was a terrible investment in a product that is advertised a 1000 times a day. don't know what to do with this large wet blob but let it hang in the garage and maybe by spring, if it doesn't mold it will be dry. either way very disappointed and will never buy anything associated with my pillow again.

I made the mistake of buying a 'Mypillow' at a "Showcase' retailer. I tried it for less than 10 minutes the night I bought it and put it back in the box. It was the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever had the misfortune of using. It is much smaller than a standard size pillow and the chipped foam filling feels like a discount pillow at a dollar store. They've spent all their money on advertising and nothing into the actual product. Their warranty is a joke. Because I bought it at a '3rd party retailer', My Pillow refused to honor their guarantee, which is just as well considering they will not give refunds, only exchanges. Why would I want another uncomfortable pillow? Showcase, the retailer I bought it from, would not give me a refund or even a store credit despite the fact that I was not informed that the guarantee was null and void if I purchased it from them. I was scammed by both businesses - do not waste your money on either of these crooks.

My complaints about the damn overpriced pieces of junk reflect the exact same sentiments as I found in here. $85. damn dollars for 2 pillows that became lumpy and flat within a couple of weeks. I received MYPillow and noticed a strong smell. I was disturbed all night thinking I was breathing toxic off gassing. This morning I looked at the tag and see it's 100% Shredded Polyurethane Foam. I looked that up and it says it may cause cancer, neurological disorders, miscarriages.......and more! This should not be sold!!!

I found the pillow comfortable but, then I washed it, it required 4 spin cycles, & 6 hrs, on high, to dry. Now, it is somewhat lumpy & not as comfortable. My wife found hers to be lumpy from the start.

Called three times to prevent an order from shipping incorrectly NEVER got a call back left fourth message to complain waited on hold 30 minutes. Left message that payment will be stoped, bet I get a call back now !

Bought two King Size pillows, tried them for two nights then went back to my 10 year old Goose down pillows, way to lumpy for me to sleep on. Ordered two Goose down pillows instead.

My pillow is HORRIBLE! I tried one (given as a gift) for 2 nights and it was lumpy. I had the correct one for my size (5'1" 105 lbs) I had to keep fluffing it all night. I put it back in the dryer to see if that would help, but NO! In the morning, I had a stiff neck. Back to my old foam pillow!

I thought it must be me that thought my pillow was a rip off. I expected support for my neck but when I put my head on the pillow it kept the dent my head made, sinking my shoulders below the pillow height. If I turned over I had to re-fluff the pillow to get rid of the depression my head had made. I hate my pillow and will throw it away. none of my friends and family want them because of my experience.

Worst pillows ever. I received 2 pillows rolled up in cylinders. When I unrolled them I thought it was a mistake. Tried to shake them to see if they filled out but they did not. when I held it up by the corners, all the material dropped to the bottom leaving 3/4 of the sack empty. When I put it in the pillow case, it didn't fill up the case. Not sure how they expect you to sleep on an empty pillow and charge so much money. To make matters worse, I have to pay to ship it back. I never heard of such bull. I've always received a pre-paid packing label but this is what Abagail and Halley say is in their terms and conditions so beware before you purchase this. I threw away over 100.00 on garbage.

I'm 42 and in pretty good shape/health with no medical issues. I decided to spend the $40 after a couple friends told me how much they liked theirs. Out of the box it felt pretty "thin" to me... and the instructions said to bunch it up and it would hold... Not even close. When bunched up it is actually ok, but after about 5 minutes it flattens out (the box says guaranteed not to flatten out) and that's where this pillow ruins itself. My head ends up sinking into the middle of the pillow throughout the night and forces the material inside out to the edges where it bunches up. What this does is puts a ton of support under my neck (or throat if on my side) while my head is in this "bowl". I was wondering why I was waking up with these horrible headaches and recently found out why. That "ridge" on edge was forcing the back of my throat and tongue to restrict the air I breathe in... a problem I have never had...but recently I have been waking up suddenly due to a quick gasp for air...Or when dozing off I realize I make a loud snore trying to suck in air. When I grab my other pillow next to me and get rid of the My Pillow, I don't have this issue. One of the other issues with the My Pillow only also comes from the head going into this "bowl" in middle of pillow and also causing me to wake up with sore upper back and tightness across shoulders and chest area. Bottom line, if the pillow had about twice the filling and held the shape longer than a few minutes, it might be ok. The price of $40 is a little high for what it is... My new memory foam pillow for $40 is far better.

I received this pillow as a gift with high expectations due to the constant advertising. My wife commented that this is just another cheap Walmart pillow . I used it one night and I was very disappointed. This will be returned.

I ordered two "premium" pillows and what I thought, a set of the Giza cotton sheets. Well, I received two pillows...they were quite small in size and I'm curious as to the size of the regular ones. These pillows are nothing more than what I remember having as a child (I am 66 yrs. old). These pillows are stuffed with bits and pieces of foam. I clearly remember sleeping on the same types of pillows as a kid and Mike Linddell (sp?) has just cashed in on recirculating an old time product. These pillows, as I said, are small. I received pillow cases instead of the sheets. The cases are WAYYYY too large for these so called "premium" pillows and when I called customer service regarding receiving pillow cases instead of sheets, I was told I ordered the cases. I would NEVER have paid $30 for two pillow cases. Further to return the pillow cases for a "refund", I would be charged a "restocking fee" as well as have to pay return shipping. So, I guess the "money back guarantee" means money back LESS what you pay for return shipping AND this restocking fee. SHAMEFUL.....I made a mistake in stating that I would not have paid $30 for a set of pillow cases. I didn't pay $30 for those pillow cases. I paid $40.00 for the pair. Like I said, I thought I had ordered a set of sheets!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -- I placed a $240 order, received a detailed confirmation email. When my products hadn't shipped after a week I called Customer Service to ask where my products were. They told me "the order never went thru". Nothing was shipped. Nothing was said, I was NEVER notified. The supervisor (TJ) was too busy to talk to me or call me back to address/resolve. The biggest sin is to ignore a customer. I feel completely ignored. F for Service.

It is the worst pillow I have ever felt. It is quiet like having a pillow full of rocks because the lumps aren't that hard but they are certainly as uncomfortable.

I bought this pillow thinking it was going to be as great as the advertisements said it was. Boy, was I wrong! The serious neck issues that this pillow as resulted in is unbelievable. I had never had any neck issues in my entire life. Since purchasing this pillow and using it for a few months, I now have to go to the chiropractor 3-4 days a week, as well as a pain management doctor once a week due to the unbearable pain that this has caused me. It has caused alignment issues, muscle issues, and nerve issues. I have not used the pillow in at least 4 months, but the pain is still there. It prevents me from sleeping - working - enjoying activities with my family. The amount of money that this stupid pillow has cost me in medical bills is astounding. DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW! RUN!

Don’t bother. I tried it and found my head with no support in the morning. All the torn pieces moved during the night. It cost almost $20.00 to ship it back. Don’t even think about trying the pillow.

It has no loft to it and even if you follow directions by washing and placing in dryer innumerable times, the pillow is flat as a pancake. I returned two (per guarantee) and when the company was contacted they said they never received them so not only were they terrible, their guarantee was not honored. Terrible company.

On April 10th 2019 I ordered a 2 pack of premium queen pillows from the MyPillow online website. I recieved the 2 pack and used them for a period of time to realize that the material in the pillow was moving during the night resulting in a wedge shape that caused me neck pain from an old Army injury. I talked with costumer support on Facebook messaging and suggested exchanging my pillows for ones with more stuffing. I sent them both pillows and they only sent back 1. When I called the support number they told me their records only show I bought 1 pillow. They requested a picture of the original packaging via email that showed the original packaging was the size for 2 pillows. Even though I sent the picture they still insisted I only purchased one pillow and refused to send me a second one. They also refused to check to see if I had sent them 1 or 2 pillows for exchange that they recieved on dec 8th. When I asked for a corporate number, they told me they were corporate then they hung up on my and refused to help any further. I did not pay $95 for one pillow when there were offers for a 2 pack and a 4-pack special for a similar price. I gave them proof of a 2pack purchase with a picture of the packaging as requested and they still would not help.

After buying my 6th pillow... (gifts), which no one is using. I tried one more time this Christmas because someone wanted one. Not only did I pay shipping on this pillow, but when returning....they deducted the original shipping charges from my refund. I paid to have the totally unopened pillow to be returned. Oh and don't buy the sheets either. They felt awesome....until washed. Just a wrinkly ordinary sheet. Very disappointed in quality and follow through. I will never recommend these to friends or buy anything from them again.

Our first purchase lasted 4 years until one of the two that we purchased exploded in our Washing machine making a mess. The second purchase was more expensive (Gusset Pillows) but lasted just three years. We washed them less then the last ones hoping that they would last longer. It was not the case. One of them exploded in our washer again. What a mess. The foam inside does not look as advertised and the pillows did flatten more than expected so I decided not to purchase anything more from "My Pillow". We have been fooled twice. I also have a issue with the owners support for you know who.

There is some kind of chemical or chemicals used in the fill. Be carefully sleeping on this pillow if you have asthmatic symptoms. After using for only a few weeks our pillow covers turned yellow. It seems the polyester fill is used in a dirty or very filthy condition and the possibility of dangerous chemicals within the fill could be very hazardous in the long term. We are not using the pillows due to our health concerns.

I so wanted to love this pillow since I've read the story of it's founder. Amazing! I can only speak for myself, as some of my friends love this pillow ; since I've used this Pillow Ive had terrible back and neck pain. The pillow seems to go flat by the middle of the night and I've found myself tucking my arm underneath it for some support. I purchased 2 of these pillows from Amazon, one for me and one for a friend and they love it. This pillow may not be for everyone, but for me it was a pain in the neck! No pun intended.

I am very sad this pillow does not live up to its image. I asked for this pillow from my children for Christmas because I have tried so many other pillow, I took the survey that tells me which pillow would fit me and they still got it all wrong! So sad I feel like my children were ripped off!

im a average guy and not writing this for anybody but for you to let you know this pillow is for real.I had tried every pillow and still woke up with my neck , shoulder and back hurting until I got the pillow. I sleep so much better and never woke up with any pain for 2yrs now. I will buy another one for my camper

I purchased the pillow and its the worse pillow I have ever had. Talked to customer service and they said that they make over 50 different pillows and they cannot issue me a refund because I purchased from a third party. Off to B.J I go to try to return and get a refund.

I'll admit, I'm hard on pillows being a night time roller. But after a month this pillow feels lumpy, holds no shape. Cost as much to return as the original price. So if your a sleeper like me Dave your money.

I will preface this review by saying last night was the first time I used this pillow. I can tell you it was the most comfortable pillow I ever had and also the first time in months that I woke up without any neck pain! I don’t understand the negative reviews, maybe the customers didn’t follow the directions about fluffing the pillow before using. I highly recommend this pillow and am looking forward to many more nights and mornings of being neck pain free!

I have purchased every pillow possible over the years,always expecting to find the best. After spending a fortune on every pillow design possible, I decided to try My Pillow. I love it and would recommend it to everyone. Truly a wonderful way to sleep.

I want to return these pillows because I find them not comfortable. They say in advertising 100% satisfaction . I am not satisfied but returning them I have to pay for shipping. Advertised free shipping but I guess only one way.

I made the mistake of ordering the My Pillows shortly after it first came about. We ordered one of each. My Husband and I tried these pillows and hated them. Tried our best to give these things to our new graduate college son.......who eats ramen noodles and cat litter for brunch. He said ma........what is this S**T? The pillows are in his garbage and he said his cat was too good to sleep on them.

I bought two "firm" my pillows and am very disappointed. They go flat the minute you put your head on it. The original ones didn't do that. What did they change?

I can honestly say that I've never paid for a worse pillow in my life. The "My Pillow" is lumpy, thin, no support, and is overpriced. I recieved it and fluffed it up, such as I could, and tried to sleep on it. It was so thin I had to put it on top of another slim pillow just to have it be on a normal level. I woke up several times because it was lumpy and uncomfortable, and smelly. One night trying to sleep on it was enough. Fortunately, I bought it through Amazon, so I was able to send it back for a refund without any hassel. It was quite literally like sleeping on a bag of trash.

I have had this pillow for about six months. At first I quite liked it, however, lately my head and neck have been so itchy it has kept me awake at night. About a week ago I threw it off my bed and have had no issues since.

After spending $70 on this pillow (yeah, they saw me coming) in hopes of finally finding a decent pillow for chronic neck pain, I woke up with an excruciating headache and stiff neck that lasted for days. I didn't expect a miracle, but I did expect the guarantee honoured. After weeks of going back and forth in email, I was offered a thinner replacement, which was no better, and I had to mail the original pillow across the country, to the tune of $25. So now I have a useless pillow that ended up costing me $95 in total.

I bought 4 of these pillows because I had heard how wonderful they were and I am so disappointed. They sleep very hot, I would wake up during the night with my head sweating like crazy, they are lumpy and I have not been able to shake them into any kind of fluffy form again. I was going to give 2 of them to my mom but have decided not to disappoint her as well. For the price I have bought much better pillows in the past. The only use I have found for them is to let my cats sleep on them.

I bought 4 of these pillows and for the price I am very dissatisfied. They were very lumpy after the first nights sleep and no matter how much shaking and plumping I have done I cannot get them into any kind of shape again. They also sleep very hot, I woke up feeling like my head was on fire and my head was very sweaty. I was going to give 2 of the pillows to my parents and after using them decided not to give them a bad product. The only use for them are for my cats to sleep on, guess they like the warmth.

I actually bought 2 My Pillows many years ago and what a mistake. The pillows were too fluffy too bouncy and doesn’t compress and mold your head and neck comfortably. I never had a good nite’s sleep cause my head was propped up too high. I never returned it, because of the hassle of having to return it and paying for the shipping. Instead I gave it to our dog to rip apart! I just saw a commercial promoting this product and felt compelled to write my first review. I can’t believe this company is still in business. These pillows cost me over $100! Save your money people!

I have been on a lifelong quest for the right pillow. I tried the My Pillow due to the commercials. None of the pillows I bought gave me a good night’s sleep. Really disappointed.

I decided to order a mypillow a few weeks ago after being fed up with the uncomfortable pillows I have had for several years. The shipping was rather slow and FedEx even lost my package during the process of handing it over to the Post Office. I had to wait a couple of weeks, but it was well worth the wait. I love the pillow! I was sceptical at first because it looked so flat, but it fluffed right up and provides the support I need for my degenerative disk disease in my neck. I hope you enjoy your mypillow as much as I do.

Just bought a MyPillow last week. After seeing all the commercials i was anxious to try one. Wish i hadn't waited so long i really love this pillow! Great support and i feel more rested in the morning.

This pillow is literally a bunch of cut up, square sponges stuffed into a cheap pillow case. I am not sure those inserts are non toxic. A waste of money and I can't believe places like bed bath and beyond sell them. He should stick to dog beds.

Since receiving my standard pillow several months ago, the cover has turned completely yellow. From the beginning, my pillow had a unknown chemical smell. I have since stopped using the pillow, fearing possible harm.

the cover was so slippery even under a pillow case that I would wake up in the middle of the night several times with my neck all curled up from where my head had slid off down toward the mattress. They had messed up the shipping too but then I was sorry I ever actually got it. Return for refund. My advice - don't buy it regardless of the hype. I think the company / CEO is in it just for themselves and great commercials don't make a good product. Snake oil in pillow form !!!

Little chunks of scrap foam in a warm cotton bag sold by a narcissist at a ridiculous price. To listen to Mike Lindell (whose passion is Mike Lindell), he invented the “warshable” bag of scraps, he makes them, he “personally guarantees” them, he ships them, and, as we know, he hawks them ad nauseum. Count how many times he says “I”, “me”, “myself”. His discount code is usually Mike#. He puts himself on the package, on store displays, he wrote a book about himself. Hey, Mike, try “we”, “us”, “our company”. You might love you, the rest of us....not so much.

I've have neck problems for many years. After watching many commercials about how good these pillows were I thought I would spend the money and buy a pair. One for me and one for my girlfriend. We used them one night. I went back to my old feather pillow and she went back to her cheap Walmart pillow.

We have three "My Pillows" and we feel they are the most comfortable pillows we have ever used. The comfort of the "My Pillow" allows us to get a good nights sleep. Any less than positive reviews must have connections with competitors.

About 3 years ago I bought 2 My Pillow classic pillows, standard size, one medium firm, one firm. They were recommended highly to me by a friend, and were on sale at a local retail dept. store. I paid about $80 for the pair after a senior discount. I could not be more happy. The medium suits me best, but the firm is comfortable as well. I recently saw that the Better Business Bureau derated them to F, but the BBB's justification (a technical violation) seemed inadequate for such a huge downgrade. I also understand that the state of CA sued them for advertising claims. CA is famous for harassing businesses which they decide are politically incorrect. I understand how some people find Lindell's TV ads annoying, but I believe a lot of people are ragging on his product not because of anything about the product, but because of his religion and his Trumpian politics. I went to the BBB site and scrolled down the many reviews. I saw no reviews that were not either five stars (highest rating) or one star (lowest rating). The ratio of highest to lowest rating was about half-and-half. I did not see one review that was 2, 3, or 4 stars. That shows me that a lot of reviewers are either not being objective (prejudiced), or that the products being shipped out are produced so that half of them are no good, and the other half are excellent (how likely is that?). Mine are excellent, and are in fact the best, most comfortable pillows I've ever had. They are priced high, so I recommend you wait until they are on sale like mine were. Also, I suggest you buy them at a retail store, since apparently some dissatisfied buyers have had problems returning them to the manufacturer. I can't speak to My Pillow's customer service, not having dealt with them, but I believe that the local dept. store where I bought them would take them back for refund or at least store credit. Can't say for sure, since they are closed until May due to Covid-19, so I couldn't ask if pillows are non-returnable. Some states have laws about bedding.

This pillow is okay at first. After a few months of use it goes flat, lumpy, and hard half way through the night. Washing and drying according to instructions does not solve the problem. I would have rated it one star if had not been tolerable for a short time. Save your money, this is not worth buying.

bad quality not as described on tv not what expected

I bought two queen-sized My Pillows just before Christmas. They were very comfortable. Washing recommended every 4 months, so washed them a few days ago (April). Instructions were followed closely and the pillows appeared perfectly dry when I slept on them that night. In the morning, there was a faintly familiar chemical smell coming from the pillows. Reminded me of formaldehyde from biology class in high school. Aired them out during the day, slept on them that night. Smell was much stronger and my sinuses were clogged and eyes running by morning. Threw the pillows in the garbage. The load of laundry I ran through the dryer immediately after washing the pillows had no smell, so it wasn't caused by the washing machine or dryer. Anyone else ever had a problem like this? I liked the pillows, but won't buy more of them.

I tried my pillow products twice (2) times just to be sure it was not a fluke. This is the POOREST product ever made in the USA. I know that personal testimony is the worst kind of advertising! MyPillow.com is the most horrible company in the world. TV commercials are all LIES. #1. The product is NOT good at all. Horrible poison pillow and bed foam.#2. If you want to return it, you can only get a partial refund (about 50%), they said 50% was the shipping & handling cost which is not refundable. And if you return it, you have to pay another shipping cost ( 15 % ), so you only get 35% of what you paid.#3. They said it will take 30 days to receive a refund which was a lie again. #4. The customer service for return will never answer the phone or email you back. I called the ordering phone #  ( they only answer your phone if you order to pay)#5. I returned the stuff 55 days ago, and they received the return 50 days ago, they still did not send the 35% of my money back yet, and NO one would answer your phone for return. They use Christian music when you are on the hold, they use a very honest voice to do the TV commercials, but the reality is a DEVIL company. As soon as you paid. You get a horrible product, and never can get your money back, and no one is helping you. You will be in hell

We bought four of these pillows. They were fine for a while...but now the filling separates and the pillow no longer supports my head. One wash was all it took. I have headaches everyday I sleep on this at night. My muscles are sore and my neck is stiff. Buyer's remorse on the amount of money we spent on a "snake oil" pillow

Purchased several years ago and was satisfied with support. After several months the filling began to compact above my head and I found myself having to flip it over several times a night. Washing and drying to fluff filling generally lasted only one night. They replaced the pillow and now I’m back in the same place I was having to flip the thing several times a night. They won’t replace until they receive the defective pillows and in the meantime I have no pillows on my bed. Shouldn’t have to deal with this every few months. Save your dollars and a lot of headache and look elsewhere for a pillow

i ordered the pillows and after finding them very uncomfortable I requested a return authorization which was sent on 4/10. I returned the package on 4/13 and they claim they don't have the package even though the tracking number shows their shipping agent has had it for over 2 weeks. they stall on getting management involved and getting my refund. don't do business with them!!

Calling this a $60 pillow is a joke. It is cheap, poorly make and very thin. I slept on it one night and returned it. Part of the promo Mike states "What have you got to loose?". Let me tell you what. You can return the pillow, you loose the shipping of $9.98, and you have to pay $9.98 to ship it back to Mike. You loose $19.96, which you could have used to buy a better quality pillow than this pillow. Rip off!

I get the impression this is an overpriced scam. They are booted from the BBB because of their ad policy of buy one get one free. Which basically indicates they are overpriced in the first place if they can do that. I am a Christian and I am leery when I hear the call to all you Christian folks support a Christian business. We are not supposed to be proud and boast like that. This is especially concerning if you compare products and customer service. We bought a mattress topper and I got to wondering about its status. The Chat rep was the only one I could get ahold of. At first, I thought he was a robot, so I asked some questions to shake him up. He kept telling me I did not have an order and didn't get a confirmation email. I told him I did get the emails (3 you get when the place your order). He said he could not find us on any of his three systems. I got so frustrated I told him if could not produce then my order is canceled? He ended the chat session as if he hung up on me. I tried again and always got him. I got a refund, but the order appeared to still be processing. I called back and asked what was happening? He said I canceled the order. I asked how you did that if you cannot find me. He hung up the chat again. I got back on chat and I asked him to hand me over to a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. I asked for his Manager and now he was the manager. I tried several times to call but no one returns calls. Frequently when you see ad campaigns like this it come at a cost to the consumer. I will not do business with anyone that scams people in the name of purity and religion. Good example is Jimmy Baker. I also have no need for a product that cannot provide a decent level of customer service.

The pillow was too soft so I returned it. They sent me a "No postage necessary" label. I paid $38.99 and they refunded me $16.22! They said the rest was for shipping. They also never told me they would charge me for the label. Very poor business practices. I could have gotten a pillow at Amazon with free return and a FULL money back guarantee. I lost $19.99.

Was going to place an order for several items and when I got to the "agree to the conditions box I actually read it and you would be wise to do the same. Company does not guarantee the price will be as was stated on their web site. If you want to return item(s) you must get a rma and follow those instructions and pay the return shipping even if they claim the web site price was incorrect and they want more money. As a Christian I want to support Christian companies but their conditions have altered my thought train. bought two king size pillows in 2015 From the beginning they go flat when your head hits the pillow..My daughter said. You must have a heavy head! First of all, the cost is extravagant, but, I thought this would be my answer to comfort. IT WASN'T! It hurt my neck and it was so hot! I tried and tried, but had to contact customer service. They are horrible as well. First it was "well what pillow case did you use?" then it was "maybe you need a firmer pillow" after the arguments, via email, they decided to allow me to send it back. I had to pay the return fee, of course. I do not recommend this company, no matter how many face masks they make.

Pam bought some my pillows 4 weeks ago they were supposed to be delivered on April10th . But to our surprise the pillows were at a post office 15 miles from our house in mid Michigan two weeks ago. Now looking at the tracking they are in Pennsylvania some where. With repeated calls to my pillow we are now getting no response. This is no way to do business. The last call I ask to speed to Mike Lindell but again no response and I left two phone numbers to call us back to explain the situation. But I guess they have our money so who cares if we get our product.

I bought this pillow last year so I have used it, washed and dried it. I have no problem with the pillow. I sleep well with it and wake up in no pain. My grandson loves his. I don’t understand the reviews about the person who could not dry it. I pulled mine out before the cycle ended so it wouldn’t burn.

If your are planning on buying a pillow from My Pillow, make sure you understand the return policy if needed. I bought 2 pillow, different sizes and one did not work for me so I wanted to return just the one. Since I bought 2 pillows at the same time, I was not allowed to return the one pillow that did not work for me. Now I am out $40.00 that I thought was returnable. This is false advertising and please be careful.

This pillow is a good quality pillow, but if you can't sleep thru the night as I am not able to do this pillow won't change that, I still wake up at least five times a night.

Purchased the King Size mypillow and the pillow is fairly comfortable but not as comfortable as the pillow I replaced. I washed my former pillow and overated the pillow during drying. sorry I spent $50.00 for the king size mypillow.

I ordered two body pillows, one to use for my head and the other for when I sleep on my side. The first issue I had was that they overcharged me and when I emailed them their customer service team (which they brag about on their automated answering machine) gave me the runaround, giving me three different prices that I should have paid, none of them the price I actually paid and never refunding me the difference. Their pricing is all over the place because of all of their "specials" which is really just smoke and mirrors so they can overcharge you at retail locations. Just pick a fair price and sell your products for that price...Secondly the pillow is loud, it crinkles and makes noise when i rest my head on it. Third, it feels cheap and you can feel all the different chunks of foam which is probably just a cheap recycled material to begin with. Highly, highly recommend another pillow and this is the first pillow I've ever bought myself...I am not a picky person, go another route.

Mike Lindell uses religion which is bad enough, but his buy one, get one free (really buy two) is not even real. Sends one King pillow and one tiny "travel size" pillow. It's like buying a bone-in rib eye steak and the 2nd is just a meatball.

I am very disappointed in this overpriced, poor quality pillow. It's like a sack full of foam rubber pieces.

I’ve had my MyPillow®️ For almost 7 years now. Getting used to the chunky foam took a while to get used to, but after that it was ok. After a few more months it began to flatten out and I had to keep flipping it throughout the night. After contacting the company, they instructed me to throw it in the dryer for 10 minutes to restore the foam buoyancy. It works for about a week, but then I have to heat it up again. I went into buy 2 pillows for $99 and the guy at the official store in the Burnsville Mall and walked out spending the money on their deluxe pillow and their go anywhere pillow they threw in, but charged me $10 pillow for a white case he talked me into. I ended up spending the $100 anyway for a couple of junky pillows! Way overpriced and I’d rather have a pillow that doesn’t go flat!

I truly didn't believe any pillow could help me. I seem to have a neck injury from childhood that affects my sleep, my right arm goes numb and my hand swells to twice its size when a nerve gets pinched but ONLY when I sleep. I've went thru 1/2 dozen different pillows just couldn't justify spending the money for 1 pillow. So I brought the pillow home (medium fill), took it out of the box and thought "There is no way this is going to help, it's just too fluffy" I was fully prepared to cut my losses. I was WRONG - Oh so wrong!! I slept like I haven't in years!! I didn't toss and turn, seeking a more comfortable position, didn't wake up due to my arm being numb, didn't wake up with a headache or neckache, my hand wasn't swollen to the point of having to take my ring off in the middle of the night. WOW -WOW - WOW!! I can't say enough good about this pillow! Just 1 good nights sleep was worth it! I'd say to other's reading this - don't waste another night sleep, get one and give it a try.

I cannot get their customer service to answer the phone. I've called numerous times and hold on for an hour. Then they cut you off without talking to any person. I've left numerous mssages complaining about NOT RECEIVING THE BODYPILLOW BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY! You cannot get a real person to talk to! I left a message that I want my money back: NOTHING FROM THEM!!!! FRUSTRATED WITH THEM!

The hype on this pillow is way over rated. This is what happens when you put millions of dollars into advertising, There are better pillows out there for the same price and less, but I was suckered in by the hype and desperation of a good nights sleep. This pillow is OK, but it is a typical pillow way overpriced. I go to a nerve and muscle therapist now and get much better sleep on any pillow. This is NOT "MY" pillow, but the dog's pillow now.

I’ve been dealing with horrible trigger points in my neck, shoulders, and back for the last year. I have Myofascial Pain Syndrome. I used my mom’s medium fill My Pillow last night and I’m pain free upon waking up for the first time in months!

Was not worth the $50.00. Husband bought it for me because of my frequent headaches and neck soreness, but it felt like there were 5 cotton balls and 3 feathers inside of the pillow. The worst pillow ever. FYI the $10 travel neck pillow worked the best for me. Can't believe all the Hoopla over this pillow.

I bought my pillow which is not cheap, I wanted a good pillow and was willing to pay for it, however my pillow is not worth the price, a Walmart pillow at 15.00 would be as good. The advertising said it stayed cool, it does not, it is not anything like the hype. Very let down.

I followed the guidelines to select the pillow fill and got one for myself and one for my husband. It was okay for both of use for the first few nights - not particularly superior to any other pillow but acceptable. I stopped using mine first - I constantly had to readjust it and I could actually hear the fill moving inside when I had my ear on the pillow and that drove me crazy. I found that a Restoration Hardware Outlet-only down pillow ($80-$100) was perfect for me. I gave my pillow to my mother. She liked it for a few weeks then it stopped being comfortable for her too. Refluffing or washing didn't help for either of us. My husband found his to be more and more uncomfortable as time went on - now he wants an RH pillow like mine. We are past the window to return either pillow so now they will just be sofa pillows.

I love this pillow, its so unbelievably comfortable to sleep on. I am in the process of replacing all the pillows in my rooms with My Pillow. Im 62 years old and I will never again sleep on another pillow, this quality is spectacular.!

I have ordered pillows and a foam mattress cover and didn't care for either. However, my sister came to stay and loved the pillow that I didn't so I gave it to her and she is still happy with it and it's been over a year. I also ordered a mattress cover which I didn't like at all but they were extremely prompt about refunding me. My Pillow is a company with integrity. Not everyone is going to like their product but you don't know until you try it. I have nothing bad to say about My Pillow Products, they just didn't work for me but I would recommend it because I know a lot of people, family members included that love their product.

I ordered 2 of the MyPillow Giza Elegance Bed Pillow, most firm. The instructions say, Place pillow in dryer for 15 minutes before first use. Should I cut it on? should it be warm, hot or cool? They would not respond to my request for 2 weeks, so I tried warm. Pillow came out more fluffy than when it went in. But when I put my head on it(side sleeper) it sinks to the bottom and the side of the pillow covers my face where I can't breathe? It's lumper on the ends, not much fill in the middle, I tried shaking it to even it out, but no change. I contacted them over and over, thinking maybe the wrong pillow was sent, but they never replied. So the experience was bad for the pillow and the service. I can not recommend a company that won't even reply!

We made the mistake of buying two of them not knowing how bad they really were. Since using it I have now developed cervical stenosis and am in continual pain. I have many of many my pillow products with no complaints but I recently purchased a body pillow. It was only about half full of the “pills”, so it goes completely flat in the middle which is uncomfortable. Do not buy the body pillow.

Purchased top of the line king size extra firm..Pillow I received had no support unless the fill was shifted leaving approx 6" of king size pillow with "NO" fill. Very poor quality.

On confirmation of My RollNGo Pillow I noticed the order was wrong. Sent two emails to correct the order, waited online 25 minutes for Customer Service to no avail. Received the order today and it was wrong. In order to return it, you have to call Customer Service to get an RMA number. Wonder how I can do that when no one answers Customer Service!

I was very excited to order this, much hyped pillow. My excitement very quickly turned sour when I began using it. I wake up with a nasty headache a lot more often than I ever did before. Actually, the cheap pillows that I bought from Walmart are more comfortable than this bitter disappointment. I'll keep searching for the pillow that My Pillow was advertised to be.

Don’t be fooled by the commercials

We ordered the king size My Pillow and thought they would be an improvement over our former pillows. We were wrong. They are not as comfortable, supportive or easy to use. It takes a lot of effort to get a pillowcase off/on the My Pillow due to the fabric covering. We finally stopped using them and went back to memory foam pillows. Save your money!

I ordered my King Topper and the 2 for 1 Towels on Mypillow.ca, the cost total was in Canadian, when I went to check out, the price was the same with no indication of CA or USD, when the Visa Charge came through it was in USD. I spoke with the Mypillow Customer Service Team, right away the 1st thing said was all sales are final. They have the two websites connect to check out in the US portal, complete scam for Canadians - beware and do not get scammed like I did. Right now working with my Visa provider and sent a email to Mike, as if he'll ever see it. Their Customer Service team is brutal, rude and not caring is a better way to describe them!

I purchased 6 of these pillows for Christmas 1 1/2 years ago for $300.00 and they have all been replaced with $10.00 pillows that are much more comfortable. The only good thing I will say about these pillows is that they do not flatten but after a short time it is like your sleeping on a brick, will never pay that much for a pillow again.

I purchased a My Pillow for neck issues. While it was helpful for that, i started waking up unable to breathe after washing it. My nasal passages and airways were so swollen it was a struggle to breathe. Once I switched it out for another pillow, I was fine. There should be a warning on every box that the polyurethane material is a health hazard.

I ordered two standard My Pillows from their website. I was not expecting a pop-up box appearing to determine the level of fill to satisfy my sleeping position and weight, but played along -- my result came out as recommending the "standard" fill. The pillows fluff up nicely, but by morning, the pillows are a pitiful lump that gives no support what-so-ever. Upon reading my review, My Pillow customer service sent me an email that said they would exchange the pillows for a firmer fill. There were no instructions to make this exchange happen, so I had to call customer service. I accomplished nothing during the 45 minute wait for someone to answer the phone. As if the wait wasn't enough insult, the "on hold" music consists of an endless loop of "Amazing Grace", which has given me even more reason to think that these people are bat-sh#t crazy. So, I've had it with them. I feel scammed out of the cost of two over-priced, sub-standard pillows. My advice: find your pillows elsewhere!

the price of this pillow is 4x the amount of a normal pillow and it is pure garbage. Have to fold 3 times to get any sort of fluff. It is so flat and the foam inside is broken into pieces. I purchased the My Pillow at Christmas for my entire family. The website asked about who each pillow was for based on sex and position of sleep. All pillows for men have more fill. Each pillow for females regardless of position of sleep are less filled and basically crap. You might as well not have a pillow at all But all were the same price. Seems like some discrimination and I will never purchase anything from this company.

I got the 2 for one sale. It’s not too bad but honestly to me they’re just a bunch of torn up foam pieces sewn in fabric. Nothing different from the ones at a cheaper price. I wanted to love them. They’re not too bad but not worth the over 70$ price I paid.

Both my husband and I had high hopes. But we were sadly disappointed. I think if MY PILLOW allowed you to remove some of the fill until it felt right for you, it would be better. But you're stuck selecting a type from a list which really doesn't help in the end. Especially if you change positions during the night. So I think this isn't for everyone. Certainly wasn't for us. We returned both of ours and went back to our old brand which allowed us to select our fluffiness and support level in person rather than over computer.

These pillows are junk. The stuffing inside goes flat when you put your head in the pillow. I tired both the extra firm and the firm and had the same problem with both. I only weigh 145 lbs so it's not like I'm heavy. The worst case is that after the time to try the two different pillows they refused to provide a refund as advertised. "curiosity killed the cat satisfaction brought him back" It is the worst pillow I ever came across. I packed one in my suit case when I ordered two from Bed Bath and Beyond to take with me to Spain . The worst sleep I ever had. First two days I related my trouble sleeping to jet lag , but no it was the pillow. The rest of my trip I used the place we were staying at and ended throwing the pillow in the garbage. When I got home my wife asked me to try it again , I did and that night I tossed and turned most of my sleep until I got the memory pillow which I still use. I put the pillow in the dog crate and the dog pushed it out of his crate. That is how bad the pillow is even ,the dog showed how bad it is.

We then bought a set for our houseboat and then, when travelling, knew we couldnt' travel w/o our pillows, purchased the travel versions. I love this product. I will try the sheets and towels next. We bought 4 My Pillows about 3 years ago and gave them a good try...we are very disappointed ...Right now 2 of them are all lumpy . They are not at all as ideal as the ads say....I will never believe TV ads again and only buy a pillow I can try first... I would never recommend My Pillow

bought a king my pillow from Amazon, when I first opened the package, I thought that maybe this was one that had escaped quality control 'cuz it was thin and lumpy. I had to fluff it quite a bit to get it to the point where I felt it would support my head. It actually reminded me of something I would have bought in a second hand thrift store. I slept on it one night and was not impressed at all after all the hype and the asking price for these things. I've had much better luck buying reasonably priced pillows from a local box store. Anyway, I returned it, and would never consider or recommend buying another.

After hearing over and over commercials and so called "testimonials" about my pillow and the mattress topper I decided to order this but the topper is NOT anything special. Felt like sleeping on a park bench and the pillows feel half filled and no support at all. Very disappointed with my purchase and should know better than to listen to TV fluff!

Bought my "My Pillow" at BJ's a month ago. I was skeptical but three things happened to let me know that "My Pillow was a great product for me. First, I went to sleep faster and slept through the night. 2nd, i started to dream again which meant that I was getting to REM stage sleep. 3rd, I started waking up in the same place that I went to sleep in. I wasn't restless. 4th and last but not least, a couple weeks into my "My Pillow" experience, my FitBit sent me a notification: Great job on getting more sleep. My nightly sleep had increase well over 30 minutes per night. I can't complain :-)

I've had the my pillow for a few months now and I don't know if it's the way I fluff it under my head sometimes, but it seem as though I've been getting crooks in my neck a lot more often. The pain is almost completley debilitating. I'm hoping that once I get a better mattress, this will change because mine isn't the best and it is kinda low even with the box spring and rail frame on legs holding them. I just wanna give mypillow the benefit of the doubt.. but I don't know, I'll see I guess.

I bought 3 of these 2 years ago. They were never comfortable. Its like sleeping on a egg crate. I went back to down and even polyester pillows which were leagues more comfortable.

I needed a new pillow desperately and always wanted to try the My Pillow but they cost so much. I saw the pillow on sale for $24.99 and ordered immediately. Then I looked at the reviews...uh oh. Glad I ordered it first. Flat as a pancake out of the package. I didn’t put it in the dryer as recommended I just let it rise on it’s own. I’m so use to my old flat pillow this one hurt my neck the first night by the second night it was fine. I wouldn’t say it’s a magic pillow but it’s very comfortable and I’m glad I got it.

So this is literally the NINTH pillow I've purchased in the last 8 months! I have FOREVER been in search of the perfect pillow, and I never seemed to find it. Besides, I'm picky AF when it comes to the pillow I use. Sleep is literally the only thing I look forward to most days, so the pillow I use needs to completely blow my mind, otherwise...forget it! I ended up buying the My Pillow after being at my wits end with pillow fails. At first, I opened the box and thought, "Oh God, this thing looks wimpy, flat, weak, and it's full of cheap lumpy stuffing." I was actually a little bent over the face that I just spent so much money on this flimsy looking thing! BUT THEN.... I slept on it for the first time....and WOWWW!!!!! Boy was I wrong with my initial assumption!!!!! This pillow, despite how it looks, was the most COMFORTABLE pillow EVER! It didn't feel like it "deflated" or flattened-out as I layed on it, and it was a fluffy/firm texture that made me feel like I was sleeping on a soft, cushy (but firm enough) cloud! I generally feel like the pillows I've tried are either too flat and I have to prop them up underneath with another pillow, or they are way too firm and "puffed" and I feel like my neck is in pain! I have a new lease on life with the My Pillow. So glad I finally got one!!!

MyPillow is the only pillow that works for my sleeping habits. I have four for them, and I put them into a big, fluffy pile of comfort! I don't wake up with a sore neck like I do with other pillows. I do agree with the other reviews they don't look/feel like anything super special, but one GREAT nights sleep changes your mind instantly. I will be a lifelong customer.

Bought this pillow on faith. It felt like it was filled with scraps of foam that they probably got for free which were swept up from the floor. Tried it for two nights. Terrible. Called customer support several times, always busy. Wonder why. They did reply to my emails, evasively, trying to convince me to keep the piece of crap. Finally paid $9.98 for the return slip and sent it back. Be aware that they also keep the initial postage and tax you already paid. So it cost me about $20 in all. Not a great experience.

This pillow was the worst I have ever owned. It only lasted about 2 years until it went completely flat and lifeless. It wasn't all that great to begin with when new. It is also WAY overpriced. Buyer beware.

This pillow is not a good sleeping pillow for me. When I am sleeping on it the botom half of the pillow shrinks down and the top half stays firm. I have to continue flipping the pillow all during the night. I have put the pillow in the dryer time after time but I get the same results when sleeping. I have talked to the maker and they were very uncooperative in the matter. I hate this pillow.

Compelled to write this review after another morning waking up with terrible neck pain. This has been happening on and off since I've had 'my pillow'. I bought one for myself and my husband over a year ago. He's ambivelant, to be fair. He says its not the best pillow he's ever had, and while he doesn't love it...he doesn't hate it as much as I do. I've never experienced neck and shoulder pain like this from sleeping. I wanted so badly to like this pillow but last nights sleep was the final straw. I keep going back to see if I can tolerate it but no more. I will be going back to a spare pillow until I can find a better permanent pillow.

I tried them out and at first they were OK, but soon after they seemed to deteriorate, get lumpier, offer less support. I was a few days over the 60 day refund allowance so all they would offer was to send them back and put more stuffing in them!?!?!?! I would not recommend them at all, if only because of the way they changed in the short amount of time (2 months) that I tried to get used to them. They don't even look smooth and nice, they are dented and look like cellulitis on buttocks. I feel like I've wasted 170-some dollars.

I never slept on anything but a down pillow, I am 62 years old and when my husband tried the my pillow first he stated he helped him get rid of neck pain he has had for years , He convinces me to try it and said give it 3 days , first night it was ok but by the 3 rd night I fell in Love with the pillow , I cannot explain it and I myself cannot believe I left my down pillow . I bought 2 pillows one green one blue. They were both nice for a little while. A little while. I have to constantly fluff it throughout the night. All the filling shifts to the sides and the middle is left with no filling. A complete waste of money. I'm very disappointed this pillow didn't stand up to time.

I only paid $30 for my pillow but unfortunately I purchased two at the same time. They always Bunch up and I cannot straighten them out. Can't believe how overpriced they are now. I fear lots more unhappy customers.

I returned the first pillow as I did not have a good experience with it. That was a big deal to be allowed to return it. I received a replacement which needs to go in the "dryer" every other night because the lack of support creates a pressure point on my ears and the side of my head which results in a headache. I am on the lookout for a replacement but this was a rip off.

This pillow was good the first week, and then the clumps and lumps could not be fluffed out of it. I wash and dry this pillow every week because it is so uncomfortable. Ridiculous. I have tried to make it work for months. I am done! My Pillow is a cheap piece of crap. Do not waste your money!

I ordered 2 pillows w/pillow cases. On sale from $99 to $37. It did not say "Travel pillow", which is what I recd and is labeled as a travel pillow. The description when I ordered was called Go Anywhere pillows. I've seen the commercial where he takes a full sized pillow and rolls it up and puts it in a bag. That's what I thought I was ordering. Why would anyone normally pay $99 for 2 tiny travel pillows to begin with; even on sale for $37?

I had bought a new pillow hoping that it would help with then neck pains and headaches. I was mistaken. This pillow did nothing it seems to hard and way to flat. Even if you bunched it up it didn't hold the support. I would never buy another one or recommend one to anyone. My pillow ended up in the trash after a week of dealing with headaches. This is the worst pillow I have ever used. It was hard and lumpy. One would be more comfortable with rolled up clothes or putting your head on an old pair of shoes. Hikers might understand this. :) I threw it away and went back to my old pillow. I will never buy anything from this company again. I looked on their site and saw that all the reviews were 5 stars. I doubt any of the reviews are real.

I thought it was going to be awesome as it claimed. Once it came I put it in the dryer for 15 mins, that wasnt enough had ti go in way longer to fill up. Then when I hold it up by the sidesz theres like 6 inches if just pillow cover with no fill. I really wanted to like these pillows but I just dont. When i sleep on them, the fill goes to both sides of the pillow and im laying flat burried between 2 mountains of fill. Pretty disappointed.

I have owned this pillow for 3 years and have tried to use it numerous times, and every time I do in just about a week of use my neck gets so stiff and sore on the left side, which is the side I sleep on, that I can barely turn my head to the left for a few days. The pillow was given to me as a Christmas gift from my wife.

What a waste of time and a bad night's sleep. Straight out of the box, I knew I'd been had. I think this guy drives an old truck around rummaging through trash bins to find bits and pieces of old foam mattresses to shred up. Or maybe he has an agreement with a foam factory where they'll give him the pieces that fall from the machines for cents per ton. Don't fall for it. The only thing this guy spends money on is his advertising. That said, I was able to get my money back. I think he realizes that most people won't go to the effort to return his terrible product, so that's how he gets away with it. I'm very suspicious of the five star reviews here. There's nothing amazing about this product except what a bad night's sleep it will give you.

This is the biggest ripoff in pillow world. We bought two pillows in a 2 for 1 sale. They came in what looked like a tennis ball can. That was the first hint this was not going to be good. We followed the instructions and put it in the dryer for 5 minutes more the time suggested to make sure it fluffed up. It fluffed up, but still felt empty. We decided to give it a try anyhow. Neither of us could go the whole night without substituting it out for our old pillows. Almost no support, felt hot and didn't even work as a side pillow support between the knees. Save yourself the money, any cheap pillow is better than this and all our other foam pillows give good support. $2 worth of material in a $75 pillow.

I purchased 2 My Pillows last year. One I purchased from the website and the other from Bed, Bath and Beyond. The pillow from the website had only about 2/3 of the filling? They were the same price but one was noticeable smaller than the other. I emailed them with pictures and complained but heard nothing back. Now a year later they are really the worst pillows for the price ever made. The filling of the pillows clumps up and they are very bumpy. Everytime they are washed its gets worse. At this point they are in the closet as no one wants to use them. Over one hundred dollars for 2 crappy pillows. Save your money.

I purchased two "My Pillows" from BB&B three months ago. The seams started coming apart on one of the pillows so I took it back to BB&B and they replaced it. They said they have had a lot of returns for same problem. These pillows are crap and not at all comfortable. They are only selling because of all the advertising. I would not recommend these pillows.

Pillow was way too stiff and even after months it does not go down. It's like you're sleeping on a big hard settee cushion. I usually end up removing from my bed and using as upright support to sit in bed rather than to sleep on. Only because I paid over $80 with shipping and taxes. A VERY BIG REGRET I BOUGHT IT. I can't recommend anyone to buy this.

We had some relatives visiting during the holidays, so we purchased some new MyPillows for them to sleep over with. We compared our cooling gel pillows with these new purchase, First, MyPillow reminded me of my childhood pillow from the 1980’s, then we are not sure if the pillow foam inside came from the bottom of the manufacturer’s foam pile or just plain contaminated, or some other unknown substance were mixed in. When we were removing the pillow cases and sheets for washing after our relatives left, we had discovered some very fine gray powder inside the pillow cases and the surface of the sheet where the pillows were resting on. We put clean pillow cases (in navy blue color) on these pillows, shake it around a bit, and the same gray substance was found inside the clean pillow case again. I am not sure if these new MyPillows should be washed before use, but I would definitely wash them before offering it to anyone else to sleep on again. As for personal use and quality sleeping, definitely not for me. You do get what you pay for in life.

It's basically an average pillow. It feels like the rest of the pillows. It was overpriced for what it was asking for. My neck and back still hurts. I tried two different pillows and they were ALL the same. Poor service, poor quality.

Bought a My Pillow [firm] for myself and a My Pillow [med] for my wife about 6 years ago. Still using the same pillow and we are still using the same My Pillows with great results. We used to have bad sleep until we tried the My Pillow. Every week we put them in the dryer [no heat] and tumble for about 20 min and they are as good as new. I have purchased a My Pillow for almost every member of my family for birthdays, Christmas and other holidays and everybody loves them! Thank you for this miracle product!

I just bought my pillow from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. (I heard they weren't going to carry this brand anymore because they became political.) But anyway, I have been trying to find a good pillow that isnt' too full or that doesn't get too flat during the night. The My Pillow plumps up just right and cradles my neck (which has a herniated disc). Hope BBB will reconsider and keep brand.

This is the most cheaply made, lumpy, horrible pillow I ever saw. I know 3 others who have also put it in their trashcans too. Not only is the product worthless and the commercials a lie- what on earth is a company & their spokesperson doing publicly supporting a insurrection on our country? Are they kidding?- Q-Anon as a discount code? Why is HIS politics tied up into the My Pillow company? That is unprofessional & unacceptable! Guess what- I will continue to give bad reviews for decades & I will NEVER support this company or it's poor quality products.

"Cold water wash and hang dry" should be clearly marked on the package. These shrunk ALOT after washing and drying. Went through the steps for a refund as per their advertised "60-day money back guarantee." Well, they shorted me $26 after telling me it would cost approximately $9 (FedEx pre-paid label) to return the items and that this would be deducted from my refund. Don't believe the money back guarantee hype. It doesn't seem to be accurate. Also, contact is painful. 30-60 minutes of listening to Elvis sing Amazing Grace ad infinitum. E-mail goes unanswered. If you don't like Elvis, make someone else listen to the harsh recording played at what can only be described as high volume.

I ordered a $24.99 pillow. After a $10 discount. When I clicked apply a book was automatically added to my order. I still have a copy of the invoice. Total price was over $58. Customer service would not listen to me. I talked to a supervisor. She was even worse. They said they couldnt see it. I sent them a copy of the invoice.

I bought California King sheets from Bed, Bath and Beyond and they scrank 2" when I washed them. I bought My Pillow California King Sheets and they stayed the same. I have 3 sets and I change and rotate and wash them weekly. I have had them for 6 months and they are comfortable and have not faded. I love my sheets.

Dont believe the ..it hurts my back, customer service yadda yadda yadda. I see them saying the same things on social accounts etc, asking for My Pillow boycott. As a 50yr old that does physical, back straining work on a daily bases..We do actually sleep better. And our neck/back dont have the usual aches(my personal issue was my neck..it hurt to turn my head to the left..i can honestly say, i can turn it without pain now). We have the pillows bedcoverings etc etc...costumer service is extremely helpful and patient with me. In all honesty, all it takes is for you to try a pillow..and you will be hooked. And like us, you will be back to get more.(the sheets are sooo soft!) Also..my husbands Gramma had issues getting comfortable and sleeping after surgery. We bought her a pillow (keep in mind, she is hard to please, she complains about butter at Thanksgiving)) and she actually loves and brags about the pillow.

I have chronic neck and back issues. I changed back to a Brookstone pillow because the my pillow doesn’t hold its shape as promised. I fluffed and plumped but It didn’t help. I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who really needs a supportive pillow.

Since I purchased My Pillow Premium, I can count on one hand on having a good night's sleep. I find my head and face covered in sweat, and can't get comfortable. Last night I went back to my old pillows and slept like a baby. For me, My Pillow is not worth it.

I sent a direct e-mail, I got no reply. My other half sent an online form and got no reply. I messaged them on facebook and got one reply and then never heard from them again. I ordered a Queen sized medium fill pillow from mypillow.com The pillow comes rolled up tight like a sleeping bag so when you open it up, it's lumpy and seems like a con job. I've see many angry reviews and believe me, I was there too. HOWEVER, just let the pillow sit out for a day or two, OR put it in the dryer for 10 minutes. It will fluff back up and keep it's shape, especially when you put it in a pillowcase. This is a very nice pillow. I will say, there's a bit of an odor to it, but it's more of a cleaner smell that's very faint. Perhaps washing it will kill that smell, but it honestly doesn't bother me as it's dissipating quickly.

I bought me the sheets for my 80th birthday. They are absolutely the most beautiful and feel better than any sheets I have ever had. My daughter said that my bed looks as if it was a picture from a magazine. I am going to buy a set each month until I have two sets for all three bedrooms

These pillows are awful. You can really feel the bits of foam against your head and during the night, it felt like my head was sinking deeper into the pillow. Buying a pillow is like buying shoes. You want to touch, feel and try them on in person before buying.

I have back and neck issues and can never seem to get comfortable with any pillow except a feather pillow. These are crap, sorry for the language, but I could not think of anything different to describe them. I bought two on-line and bought a yellow and a white tag each, one more firm than the other. I tried them for almost 3 months and never did get use to either one. I tried to wash them and they float in the washer and my washered kept going off balance. Finally it took three cycles in the dryer to get them dry. The foam just separated and I ended up sleeping on no foam just pillow case with foam pushed up to cover both of my ears. Don't buy these. I was going to donate them and then decided just to throw them in the trash. I bought some great pillows through Wyndham supplier and love them. Don't waste your money on these.

I got two of these and they were very good, but when I bought a mattress cover, it changed the way I was sleeping because I was sinking in to the cover, and so I bought two of the thinner pillows (less stuffing) and these work perfectly. My husband is actually able to sleep solidly on these, and he's had trouble sleeping for years due to back problems.

Bought my pillows about 5 years ago. Use to sleep on $500 down pillows and we would go through them over and over again and I couldn't find one that helped my neck. I have arthritis in my neck and need a very supportive pillow but it has to contour to my neck. Then we came across my pillow and I will never use a different pillow again!! We bought pillows a few years ago and I like them. We recently purchased the sheets and the towels abs we love them. My husband wanted to purchase them because he wanted to support Mike Lindell. We both like the stand that he has taken for Trump and don’t like the fact that stores stopped selling his pillows because of that. The sheets are very comfortable. I like them better than our Boll and Branch sheets. The towels are a nice big size but not too big. We love them.

Bought the pillow thinking it would help me sleep better. Thank goodness I 9nly Thank goodness I only bought one of these pillows. I tried it for two nights and both nights had to go back using my old pillow. Ii would wake up with neck, shoulder and upper back pain. I purchased MY Pillow approximately a year ago and loved it. I then purchased 2 more for my husband and I. I placed an order last 2/28 but up until no updates what so ever. I thought since Mike is the owner and has so many commercial he will make sure that his customer service can at least answer calls but to my disappointed I've been calling their customer service hotline 4 times and all I can hear is a music background. We really wanted to love My Pillow. I have neck problems and REALLY need to find the right pillow. The first one we got was way too thick. My husband, who is a side sleeper with very broad shoulders, can't even use it. So next we thought we'd try the "medium" fill. We chose the free shipping and it literally took weeks to ship which I think is totally unreasonable and felt like we were being punished for not choosing the twenty plus dollar option. When the pillow finally arrived, after trying to fluff it in the dryer as instructed, it was WAY too thin. The fill is so sparse (not even one full layer) that even lying on my back, I can't get the thing to fluff up and with all the bare spots, it is extremely lumpy. I give up.

My husband bought me this pillow as a gift. I told him not to as the price was so high. He was sure this would be perfect for me based on the commercials he had seen. The pillow arrived and it was not comfortable at all. The loft was too high. However I used it for several weeks to give it a chance. It did flatten out a bit but got very lumpy. The filling was either not even or just did not wear even. I don't move much during sleep so it is nothing I did. After 3 months I was ready to buy my own pillow. Hubby suggested I wash and dry as recommended. I did so. It went back to being large and hard for me to sleep my head on. I bought a nice pillow at Macys for 1/2 the price and it is awesome! Soft yet firm and not lumpy. I sleep so much better now. I gave it a shot, I really did. But My Pillow is over priced and now I have it in my dog's crate to sleep on at night. I received a pillow for Christmas. I must say it is NOT what the commercials claim it to be. The filler shifts away from where you lay your head leaving clumps of pillow surrounding your head not supporting it. I would definitely NEVER pay the kind of money for this pillow that they are asking. Not worth it.

We ordered some pillows in January, and they weren't bad. Maybe not all we'd hoped, but they were okay. We ordered some sheets on April 11th and paid for expedited shipping. We expected to have received them by now, but there's no sign of them. And it's about impossible to get through to their customer service department. We have no idea when we'll be getting our sheets. We want to support Mike, but we weren't planning on simply giving our money away with nothing to show for it! And we can't sit at home day and night waiting for them, with no idea when they'll arrive. It would help immensely if they'd just answer their phone and give us some straight answers. I can only listen to Elvis's rendition of Amazing Grace so many times! And after 18 minutes of holding, I got disconnected. I redialed and it's been over 13 minutes so far. Ugh.

I bought a mypillow for everyone in my house. They got there and I was confused how four pillows could fit in this tiny box. I opened it, read the instructions, put the pillows in the dryer, and the magic happened. We ALL LOVED our pillows. Want to buy more but in Australia we can only get the queen size I want to get king size ones - also I got the green level - I’ve recommended this to everyone and bought 8 more for my family. Worth the investment as you can wash them and dry them in the dryer. They puff right up. I love the brand I love the owner & what mike lindell stands for. I bought 2 My Pillows in a silent auction for charity. These are the worst pillows I've ever seen. They are nearly flat and the inside is filled with broken up foam. Not worth even sleeping in 2 night. Even the dog won't use this pillow!

My wife had previously purchased a Mypillow and loves it. The casing is nice, but it just feels like a bag with shredded foam. How can that be any more comfortable than the memory foam pillow I have now? The problem with my current memory foam pillow is that over the years....its gone flat. This was not a cheapy pillow either. I have been waking to shoulder pain, probably due to the fact my head is not level when I sleep on my side. Ok, so I need a new pillow. I decided to give the Mypillow guy a chance. I have had it over a month now, and very happy with it. It gives my head the support it needs, and I have not had the pain anymore. I have found that it does go flat (where my head lays) after a couple of nights use. What I do is "fluff" the pillow to redistribute the foam in the case (like a feather pillow) when I lay down. No more problem.

This is worse than the cheapest pillow I have ever purchased. My husband was bragging about his amazing purchase of this pillow , followed the “put in dryer “ instructions and after a few nights of “waiting “ for it to do its magic ... nothing. The more I Waited, the more uncomfortable it got. It just chunks of material shoved inside a pillow case and that is exactly how it feels when laying on it. The more I lay in it the more those chunks separate and feel More awkward. I finally got the courage to ask the husband about his thoughts, did not want to hurt his feeling for his intentions. His reply was 'horrible.' So I guess we both agree , expensive and useless. Marketing works , even for 'smart shoppers.' Or so I believed.

I send a message and they said all they had were more fluffier ones with more cotton ball. Heck, I could make that cotton ball pillow for 3 bucks. They offered for my return, but they said I would have to pay shipping back! What a rip off. I’m on disability and every dime counts. I was hoping for better rest. They do not stand behind their product as advertised! If you don’t like it, you can return it for a different bumpy cotton ball. Or return and pay shipping again! DONT WAIST YOURE MONEY. SCAM!

I am a satisfied customer of My Pillow. I can sleep better, more soundly, and wake up refreshed. It is easily shaped to your head and not firm or uncomfortable. I have feather pillows and NO, they are not more comfortable. I have solid foam pillows, and NO, those aren't more comfortable either. I will choose My Pillow over every other type of pillow. My wife has issues with her other pillows warming up forcing her to rotate them all night. We both like the cooler My Pillow. Its also easy on my neck. I've tried memory foam and other "support" pillows, but in my opinion the make up of this pillow with variable fill sizes is surprisingly more comfortable.

I have been using a My Pillow for years, and I love it. It washes well and if I want to fluff it up, I run it through the light cycle in my dryer. It's also Made in America so purchasing something like this supports jobs for our fellow citizens. I think it's a well made, durable product and I'm shocked by the high number of poor reviews.

I was given a MyPillow and I am glad I didn’t spend my money on it. It essentially feels like you ripped up your foam couch cushions into a limp sack and decided to put it in a pillow case. There’s essentially no support- it’s good for back or side sleepers for the first 10 Minutes but once you move *at all* it settles and you will find yourself continuously fighting and “fluffing” this piece of garbage.

A friend purchased one for me. I have had a neck fusion and it is difficult to find a pillow and believe me, I have tried them all. This one is perfect. Not too hard or too soft. It is the perfect pillow for me.

This review is not about the pillow, although we did buy the pillows a long time ago. My husband is still using his but mine is now in a pillow sham. My husband wanted to make a purchase to support Mike Lindell after retailers cancelled orders. I ordered the Giza Dream sheets. It was more like a nightmare. I immediately washed them to put on the bed. When I removed them from the dryer, it was like de-ja-vu of the 1960s. They were the old wrinkled cotton sheets that my mother had to iron on a big roller type ironing press. I put them on (sans the ironing) but was very disappointed. As you can imagine, they weren't soft to sleep on either. I also noticed when I took them out of the package they had a terrible odor. Thankfully, washing removed it but the odor lingered in my laundry room to where my husband even noticed it. I should have just made a donation instead, then I wouldn't be stuck with these old-style sheets.

I bought this pillow for my husband and it was terrible, it had big balls of material in it. The balls weren’t soft either Worse pillow I ever bought, maybe they were trying to get rid of there seconds, because it was a sale for $29 regularly $69, but wasn’t worth the $29!

The pillows are great until you wash them. I have two but they are going in the garbage. After washing and drying they have a terrible odor. Rewashing will not get it out. The filling is foam - from the advertising I thought the filling was cotton. It isn't. I have ordered sheets. I think I will cancel the order.

Mypillow is essential to my comfort. I will never be without them again. They confirm to whatever shape is most comfortable for me. I gave a gift of pillows to my daughter and son-in-law several years ago and she washes and dries them monthly due to allergies to pollens the dogs drag in. Her mypillows are like new ... At the tender age of 80 I have finally found a pillow that works as advertised. From what I have witnessed in the past it appears only disgruntled folks tend to give reviews and are generally negative and as with myself rarely if ever write an opinion when satisified with a product. However - this product has amazed me to the point I feel it necessary to offer my heartfelt approval. The "My Pillow" product is fabulas - and as addvertised. Great product - for those who do not like it - there is a 60 day money back offer. I knew the next morning it was the best pillow I ever slept on and sorry I waited so long to buy them. This was a good feeling pillow at first, conforming to my large head when I sleep on my side. Purchased for both my wife and I, based on all those commercials that guy has, In the end, they became lumpy and very uncomfortable in very short order. Purchased foam replacements at Kohl’s that are much, much better, and have held up better.

We fell for the advertising and I liked the fact that The CEO is a good Republican but the product is a total rip-off and there us NO customer service at all. I tried for months ti reach someone by calling the number they continually text you but there is always a minimum of a 20 minute wait to speak to someone snd then they never do pickup the phone. The MyPillow we bought was so flat I assumed the missed this one in quality control. All I wanted was to ask if they could send more of the filler. They never responded to my requests so we finally just threw it away and bought a Serta version of the same pillow but it only cost $10.00 and it was wonderful. We both live our Serta pillows and they cost 75% less than the MyPillow.

My 94 year old mother bought ‘My Pillow’ first. She liked it so much I bought one for my husband and me. They are fabulous!! I’ve washed mine many times…. and they turn out beautifully. Also I use to sleep with 2 pillows, now with ‘My Pillow’ I only use one pillow. I highly recommend these pillows, last year I bought a pillow for my children and their spouses! A+

I ordered two pillows well over a month ago. They never arrived. I called customer service, since there is no other way to contact them and I waited on hold listening to Elvis sing Amazing Grace for 3 HOURS! So I can't even comment on whether the pillows actually work. Should never have fallen for his sob story about his pillows not being sold by retailers because of his political beliefs. Maybe he is a honorable man, but he certainly doesn't care about his customer service. A sad $50 lesson learned....

I have been a big advocate for My Pillow over the last 5-6 years as it helped my neck pain tremendously. However, I recently purchased a new My Pillow (same size and firmness) and now my neck kills me while sleeping. I am unsure with the pandemic and all, if they have changed the ingredients of their pillows but this no longer feels the same as it once did. I am really disappointed and will be in search of a new brand.

I am done with my pillow company. They have no level of customer service. Their product is not worth the money and they charge for shipping and returns. I’ll take my business to a company who offers free shipping and free returns. Done with them. Waited on hold over an hour and a half and they are not much help.

Cannot comment on your product since haven't received yet. Ordered Dec 8, but wasn't shipped until Dec 17. Paid your required extra fee to guarantee delivery before Christmas. I know Fed Ex is the problem. After all, they made the news network about the Austell facility. My issue is it was 9 days before order was shipped. I know, it's Christmas time, and you are blessed to be busy. I have 2 additional orders coming too. Thanks to Fed Ex it may be January before anything arrives.

I'm sorry to say that this is not what I expected for my mother. She had her back operated with rods in her back and up through her neck on and this was the worst bed she ever slept on. The bed made her back hurt more she felt worse. maybe for some it will be a wonderful bed. for my mother it wasn't. She does not recommend this bed to anyone who has had their back operated on. This also goes for the pillows. customer service was very compassionate and concerned. they were very helpful. the only thing was that if you wanted to return the mattress you had to pay $500.00 to return it back! Or donate it. It is very hard to find a place who would take a mattress especially after you pay $1.600.00 for one.

I wear size 11 show so ordered 11 1/2 slippers too short and heel is too loose. They also feel like my heel is trying to turn under. Too much support on inside the heel area also we have two pillows and no one will use them. Our guest ask do you have a different pillow for tomorrow night!

Foam, down feathers, combinations of feathers & foam … we’ve tried them all and spent plenty of $$. THEN we tried My Pillows. AMAZING!! My neck pain evaporated. I no longer awaken with a hot uncomfortable pillow wadded up under my head. These pillows are amazing and after a recent hospitalization I returned home and couldn’t wait to lay my head on my wonderful My Pillow.

A year ago I ordered the pillows and some sheet sets in flannel and regular cotton. The pillow has been a joke and I refuse to open the other one. It is extremely uncomfortable. I was told there is a certain way you have to fluff them. I have never had such a difficult time fluffing a pillow in my life. I just got some on sales pillows for about $15 from Belks and got my first nights good rest without fighting these My Pillow pillows. The sheets seem ok. One good thing is the sizes are very generous. The flannels I have just started using but the regular cottons seem to be holding up well. As for customer service and warranty it STINKS. I tried ordering another sheet set on line since theirs are the largest size of any that I have seen in terms of length and width for all bed sizes they beat out others. No one answers the customer service line and it can take 3 days (or more) before anyone responds. Also, I did not know until hearing the recording that I have to actually "file" for warranty in order to be covered. I have never heard of filing a warranty for sheets and pillows for a warranty to be honored. Hopefully I will never need this warranty but their customer service has horribly declined. It seems like last year when many folks were supporting Lindel they couldn't wait to answer phones and sounded friendly. Now that they have our money I guess we can assume there's a sucker born every minute.

I Do NOT recommend these pillows for anyone. I bought four pillows as gifts to four people. The pillows have caused extremely bad neck and headaches. The pillows are not used now except the pillow cases ha e been opened and the junk-like shredded little pieces of foam were removed so the pillows can never cause harm to anyone else. Be Advised, Even though the manufacturer's creator M. Lindell states the pillows can be washed and dried, true they can be but not reco.me ded by me because when wet, takes long time to thoroughly dry and over time obviously the dryer heat caused the foam to degrade to the near consistency of a coarse powder

I bought 3 pillows at Christmas time. One for myself and 2 for gifts. I am not happy with mine and I was ashamed to give the other 2 as gifts. You say it holds it shape. Well, It doesn't. I got the standard and am not happy at all. The people I bought them for went out bought other new pillows.

Product did not work for me. Tried to return. Took four calls to get through. Over an hour wait time each time I called. Finally just left on counter for an hour and a half. Said they would have to email an RMA. But was on line with them for 30 minutes to get that info. Took two weeks and five emails to get the number. Returned product and it was five weeks after they got the return before I received refund to my card. Have to be prepared to spend time and fight to get an refund.

The phone lines are open when wanting to make a purchase but the separate phone lines for requesting a RAN (return authorization number) go unanswered. It took me two months to get a number. You have to put this number on the outside of your box or the package will be returned. Customer Service is the WORST. They continue to do sales but not assist those customers who have already made purchases. Be extremely careful, ordering directly from My Pillow.

I called in response to Mike Lindell's TV ad promise to include a free gift with the order. I called back when the slippers -- overpriced and overrated -- arrived with no free gift. I was told that the "code" they used did not include the gift. But that was not my doing, yet they were unrelenting. Poor business, poor product. Avoid them like the plague.

I'm a faithful purchaser, however, I've never had less than half an hour wait for customer service. I like to wait with the speaker on my phone turned on, However, it's Elvis Presley singing "Amazing Grace" over and over, no matter how long you're on hold. I think it's their way to get you to hang up and give up on your issue. I love the song, but it's too much when you're waiting up to an hour. Customer Service needs more help. It's insane!! And this was before Coved as well.

Purchased 2 My Pillows for $79, buy one get one free a while ago. I didn't like the way the pillow would lose its shape at night, getting a divot where my head rested. (I'm used to a foam pillow) So, returned the pillows and then was charged $49.95 for shipping. As a past Materials Manager, I know these are very unreasonable shipping costs. I bought the pillows because I got their Dream sheets and was very pleased with the sheets. But I now would not go back to My Pillow due to the insincere return policy. If you state in your commercials try free for 30 days....mean it. Otherwise, just a typical con.

Specifically ordered queen. TV advertisement shows difference in size between single and queen when Mike holds them up. Received s/q. Call, rude customer service. Simply asked for an adjustment in pricing difference as would give them to someone else. Said I would have to pay to return, and reorder. The free gift that was advertised, which I could care less about was a 'promotional' slip advertising different political podcast...really! I friend who had ordered 'single' pillows...showed me theirs...and guess what, they were the exact same as I received. Integrity? I was disappointed in the transaction and would not recommend buying from them!

We have bought three sets of Mypillows and absolutely love them. They are comfortable and so easy to clean. Recently I bought a set of Myslippers for my wife and she really likes them . They supply ample support for her torn Achilles’ tendon on her left foot. She wears them all day long. No complaints here for any mypillow items we have purchased.

I called the company on the weekend, told her of the problem and asked if we could get another cover for the bed.she immediately replied that the whole bed was warranted for 10 years,and that she would send out another bED, no charge, and a return fed x label AND TO CALL FED X FOR PICKUP. So disappointing. The pillow was VERY lumpy. I have serious back and neck problems. The pillow is so thick that it threw my body out of alignment and I woke up in terrible pain. I can’t even bother to return it. It cost me $10 for shipping and would cost $10 to return. The pillow was on sale, so I would only get $11 back after shipping both ways costs. Not worth the trouble. I went all in on My Pillow, purchasing king pillows, sheets, and even the mattress topper. If you think you will be getting any kind of mattress you are wrong. It does not hold its form, not worth the money, and ends up being just kind of a fat mattress pad. Customer service is rude and unhelpful.

I have no idea how anyone finds this pillow comfortable or well made. My teenage son wanted one because he saw the tv commercials. I bought him two and he slept on them one night and gave them back to me. He said they was warm, uncomfortable, and lumpy. I let my other two kids try them, and got the same feedback. Finally, I tried them and I couldn’t agree more! I can’t get over how lumpy these pillows are. The outside fabric is dingy looking and very scratchy. It absolutely doesn’t hold its shape, although the shape is nothing to rave about either. Bottom line is, they are poorly made with cheap products. I so wanted to love these pillows and support an American business. Unfortunately, these pillows were in the trash bin after 10 days. Don’t waste your hard earned money. There are so many other pillows on the market in this price range, or less.

I'm really dissappointed in my last order. I have ordered several products and this last one was for slippers. These were to replace my first order that I have worn out. I received them a couple of days ago and they were strangling my feet with the right slipper badly manufactured and stitched wrongly. At any rate, they did not work for me so I wanted to return them and perhaps re-order a different pair. When I was informed to do so, I was told they would discount $9.98 off of my purchase price to accomplish this. That means that I have to pay to do business with this store. If it were mine and I had an unhappy customer, I would refund ALL their money and make things right. Not with this retailer. I won't do business here again and if he's treating the rest of his customers this way, expect my pillow to go out of business soon.

Once you figure out how to use this pillow, it's the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. I got the most firm because I was afraid that the foam could flatten over time. It worked out well, because yes, the pillow will go down a bit where your head is, but there's no hole like people have said from foam separating because there's enough foam in the most firm one. All you have to do is turn over the pillow after each night to get the fullest side back or you can shake the pillow. Some people complained of neck problems. Well, you have to know how to arrange the pillow correctly after you lie on it. I read that people had problems after washing it. I wouldn't wash it as I don't wash pillows anymore, because they all never come out that good. Years ago, I started using a cover on my pillows as a protector before I put on the pillow case, and my pillows never get dirty. I know the ad says you can wash it, but I wouldn't.

Just saw a commercial for Mike's slippers. He states in the commercial they are regularly $139.99! But now we can get a pair of slippers for 49.98! Who sells mens slippers for $140?!?! You can buy them at Walmart for $10-$15! MAYBE 20-25 online. No offense, he seems like a nice enough guy, but does he really think people are that stupid? And as for his bed Geeza sheets They are like over $200! Just over kill. And a turn off from a buyers perspective.

We bought 3 set of sheets and 2 pairs of slippers so far, well after couple months the men's slipper just fell apart. The "stings" along the side holding the top to the side just broke. So I contacted mypillow, they told me to email photos in, and they replied send them back to us here is the address. I emailed back and said that is really not fair, its your product that is faulty. They emailed aback, we will exchange them but are our of that size, months go by. I call and get a response sorry you will just have to wait, we dont have his size and don't know when we are getting them in. Oh and you have to pay for shipping. SO I asked is there a manager I can speak to, so she gave me the owners Michela L email address I emailed and at 2 am on saturday, I get a email ( obviously overseas employees ) sorry that is our policy we will exchange them only, you pay for shipping. Never buy from them. Oh and on set of sheets the top band has already ripped.

My daughter bought me this pillow for Christmas. At first it was nice and firm and was very comfortable. For more than two months, it has gotten squishy and is not at all comfortable. I have to reinforce it with another pillow. Will not purchase again. It was a gift. I do not have receipt.

I have had My Pillow pillow for some months now and didn’t want to write a review until I fully test drove this baby. I have to say, o sleep like one too! I had purchased 4 “My Pillows” from Bed, Bath and Beyond. Those pillows were the worst I have ever purchased. They would flatten out while I was sleeping, and actually interrupted my sleep due to my having to constantly adjust them. The pillows were far from firm. Both my partner and myself could not believe how we spent on them to only realize how poorly made they truly are. We had thrown them out within a month, and purchased four $15 pillows and those blew My Pillows” out of the water. We were able to get a good years worth of wear for $30.

I ordered a pair of my pillow slippers for my husband for 62.93.(he takes a 9 1/2 shoe) they only come in full sizes and I ordered a 10; they were too big so I called and requested a refund by sending them back (the day after they arrived). I had to pay for the shipping back and when I got my refund it was only for $40.00--they kept $22.93for "handling" according to the person I called. What a shame! I will not be buying from them again.

During thiss season I got 50% off price. The purchase allow me multiple options inlcluding pay through Amazon service but I rather slected the direct shiping from Mike Lindell site. After purchased, The shiping take on 3 days (including 2 weekend days Sat. and Sun). It is stunning me since I never got this quick from Amazon. Also The package is very tight, nice and safe when opening. Only one note: The WEB site seems still in classcial way. I mean it not sending me the confirmation email as Amazon. The shipping time is so amazingly fast, the matress reach us earlier than expectation 3-4 days) My 1st sleep was so tight that my wife cannot wake me up early as ussual (Lol). My neck hurting causes by the old matress was gone! I am not sure how it workds but I believe the mattress 's quality take responsible for this exceptional good sleeps. Purchased the queen pillow for more support in sleeping with my head raised. The pillow is formed so that my head tilts forward putting my chin on my chest and giving me a sore neck in the morning. It is also "lumpy" and has been since the first day. Customer service was of no help, stating that I should rewash it to get the dirt and moisture out of the pillow...After I had had it for 4 days. It now sits on the guest room bed. What a waste of money.

The pillow is not filled much. It felt flat and is extremely lumpy. Woke up multiple times needing to fluff it because after some time it felt really hard and I didn't get a good night sleep. I'm really upset because I assumed it was a 100% money back guarantee, but I didn't read the fine print, so I have to pay $10 in shipping/processing fees and tax. Very irritated that I lost money and time having to drive & drop the pillow off at one of their drop off locations.

After following the instructions on how to fluff it up, it looked sketchy. You could see & feel all of the little chunks of foam. It was not fluffy, just lumpy. We did not even try it because it just plain looked uncomfortable. Then we returned it. You get a little of your money back. I spent $49.99 & ended up getting &16.75 back.$9.99 was for processing so the other $20 was apparently for shipping. It does not cost that much to ship the bag it came in. This company is supposed to be all about America & it is just like all of the other American businesses. They take your money. Shame, shame.

We spent $400 on large deluxe pillows and travel size pillows the travel pillows are OK we use them more than the large Deluxe pillows, they suck they're very uncomfortable we don't even use them they're more like to sit on or something, definitely a waste of money! We are also tired of his ANNOYING commercials, I never seen anyone like to hear themselves talk more than that arrogant douchebag Lindell. Get someone else you suck!!!

received my order, was shorted a complete set of king sheets. called 4 times to be placed on hold for 15 - 45 minutes and NEVER spoke with any one. All while listening to Amazing Grace! If they short every order and won't reply to calls or complaints or remedy the situation I guess that's easy money! Never AGAIN!

I thought that the quality of these pillows would be good, but I was very wrong. They are cheaply made of poorly stitched thin fabric half-full of foam chunks. I took the stitches apart and added more filling so it was at least usable. I think the price was ridiculous for what it was... I could have made it myself.

If I could leave a negative review, I would. We waited on the phone for an hour to receive customer service. We were passed around and told we have to speak with a supervisor. So, we waited and talked to supervisor Michelle. My mom ordered my pillow towels to send to my brother for Christmas and the package arrived on Jan 4th back to my mom's house and not to my brother in another state. There were 3 Fed Ex labels on the box. We informed Michelle that when you go to the My Pillow website and type in the shipping address, it populates the wrong address. Michelle told us that our computer is doing the address populating but we cleared our cache and it is still doing it. I had a 12-year veteran computer programmer check it and he said it is happening from the API of their website program. Michelle informed me that she is a webmaster and her managers are programmers and they all say it is on our computer. So a 12-year working programmer is wrong and the supervisor and managers at My Pillow who are all programmers and webmasters but work at my pillow as a supervisor and managers in customer service but not on their website must know better. They would not send a label so we could ship it to my brother or a label for us to return it to them. So, the commercials sell you, and if there is a problem you are on your own.

Ordered a King pillow and this one is the smallest King sized pillow I've ever seen. It's small, swims in a king-size pillowcase, and not easy to sleep on. Sinks in the middle with absolutely no support. Shipping charge was high and when returned had to pay again for label. Got back half of my original purchase price when returned. Would not recommend.

I have ordered several pillows, sheet sets, and towel sets from this guy, and I am happy with the product but the shipping and return costs are astronomically high. No wonder he is rich, he sells his products at a decent price and jacks up the shipping.

I drive for a living and listen to conservative talk radio all day. These shows include Glenn Beck, Mike Gallagher, Clay and Buck, and Sean Hannity. Both I, (and thousands of others), are constantly barraged with “My Pillow” ads and have been for years. Well, after being “beaten down”, I finally succumbed and bought a set of full-size sheets for my bed expecting, (and as promised), “an amazing and unparalleled” sleeping experience ON these sheets right? Actually...WRONG!!! I've slept on, (what I'm guessing), were REAL Giza sheets when my Wife and I won a week-end stay at our local Westin and I'll never forget how comfortable THOSE sheets were and nothing like she or I had ever slept on before. To my point...(and I don't know sheets from shineola), but I guess you get what you pay for. They came nicely packaged...had a nice sheen to them, but after I put them on my bed and slept for 9 hours on them, I awoke and thought, “wait...these aren't ANY different from the Tommy Hilfiger sheets I've had and slept on since 2017!” Well, I hope you get my “drift” in that you can go to your local sheet-seller and pay $35.00 (+/-) for the exact same sheets that I recently paid $84.76 for!!! Oh wait...one more thing. Mike Lindell, (CEO of My Pillow), boldly claims that everything he sells is made in America. Why then does the card enclosed with the sheets clearly show that they were “Made in Pakistan for My Pillow, Inc.”? Hmmm! Consider this as a “Buyer Beware” alert. Excellent marketing Mike, but I “ain't” buying it. COM'ON you're just another scam guy out there proporting to be a God fearing - Red blooded American Republican and you're not. Shame on you! You're part of the problem of why this Country is so screwed up!

I purchased 2 My Pillows several years ago and thought they were good quality. I even purchased some for my son that were satisfactory. However, I just purchased 2 more king size pillows to replace the old ones and they are terrible quality. They do not have nearly enough stuffing and they are not king size. Would not purchase again or recommend to anyone.

Sheets came way too big for my queen size bed. Was told i had to pay both shipping and restocking fee. Almost 50% of purchase price. Lady told me these DEEP POCKET SHEETS dont fit old QUEEN BEDS. She said it was my fault i should have known this. Mike should be ashamed of this type of ripoff!!!

Tried 2 new mypillows. They look decently made with a nice light blue mypillow logo all over the pillow. The pillows were bright white and packaged in a commercial plastic bag. Tried the Mypillows out and they flatened like tissue paper. Thin as a pancake each of them. Whatever is inside the Mypillows feels like shredded newspapers or gerbil bedding. I had high hopes but Mypillow is garbage. The Mypillows smell like chmemicals too I thought it would fade because they were new but it gets worse. Avoid.

I would not recommend this company or its products. I tried all the different fills for the pillows and was very unsatisfied with the product. When I went to return it, they only are going to give me $19.80 back out of the $44 I spent after shipping. Their return policy says that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send it back. I don't believe that is good customer service and I believe that an unsatisfied customer should get back a full refund or at least what they spent on the pillow before shipping which was $30. Most other companies would give back a full refund.

The pillows themselves are just, well, junk. My husband swears by them, puts one of the pillows on my side, and it ends up on the floor. Also we put the others on the downstairs bed for when adult children come and spend the night, and golly miss molly, they end up on the floor also. The pillowcases did not fit the standard size pillows we ordered, which makes a made bed look not good. The sheets are way oversized. Way too deep. So for all that, we paid a ton of money and were very disappointed. The thing is, mattresses, pillows and bed sheets are subjective when it comes to liking them. I like a firm mattress, someone else may like a soft mattress. Someone else may like a deep mattress, the next person may not. My husband strongly supports Mike Lundell's Christian testimony on things (and inserts MyPillow into his business/Christian dealings), but that does not transfer into a good product. Buyer Beware!

I would not buy another set of the MyPillow sheet sets. They are expensive and look like a wrinkled rag when they come out of the dryer. Very dissatisfied.

I have never slept better

i,m 77 years old and had lots of pillows in my life, but this is the worst. i tried to get used to it but failed. one day i cut it open to find all that lumpy foam that kept bothering me in the face. i took it outside, throwd it in my fire pit, lit it, went up like a pile of dry leafs.

I have bought several My Pillows progressively increasing firmness. when I first go to bed it is fine. but during the night i have to flip and re-fluff several times a night.

We let the advertising sway us and what a mistake- Walmart carries better pillows at a cheaper price!

50+ year old man with a family and spend money wisely. commercials sold me on getting these. Honestly, in Gods eyes, these pillows, like all, are great for a few weeks. after that, they are not even average. After months. you realize the mistake you made trusting the bogus commercials. I am shocked at how terrible this experience has been. We paid $110.17 for two pillows. Not only are the pillows terrible (extremely lumpy with snags in the fabric), but the customer service has been even worse. The pillows arrived with snags in the fabric and the filling is extremely lumpy (see photos). Customer service says that because of the snags we can exchange, but the fact that we also want to return because of how lumpy the pillows are means that we will have to pay for return shipping. Here’s what they said regarding the lumpy pillows: “All of our pillows are filled with shredded foam they are going to be lumpy to the touch. Per the terms and conditions you agreed to on returns the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for ANY reason within the first 60-days.” Horrible experience.

First, I am highly suspicious of the negative reviews and am doubtful they even own a My Pillow. I own more pillows than I should as I haven't found any that are comfortable.... until I bought a My Pillow. I have arthritis in my neck and back and have limited mobility. Bought a My Pillow and sleep on it every night. Best pillow ever. I've been so impressed that I just placed an order for more My Pillows and the mattress topper. I can't tell you how many mattresses I've bought in the past few years as none are comfortable. If the topper works and I get restful sleep, I'm buying one for my daughter. She was born with spinal issues and she is still looking for a mattress she can get rest on. She has purchased about 5 different mattresses in the past 5 years and nothing (even the Purple Mattress) works. I will post a review once I get the topper. Please buy a My Pillow and judge for yourself. A good night's rest is priceless.

Got 4 brand new ones after my mom passed away from her home, never used and still rolled up. Wish there were enough adjectives or good enough adjectives to describe what a piece of garbage this is. Opened it up and there were lumps on one end of the pillow, the rest of the pillow had nothing in it. I shook it and shook it and shook it. Squeezed it many times to see if I could break up the lumps. Nope could not and 80% or more of the pillow had zero support. You might as well sleep with just a pillow case and no pillow. What garbage, you could buy a far superior pillow in K Mart or Walmart then this garbage.

If I want to send them back, I have to pay the shipping which is ridiculous. I have to admit,These products are worth every penny! Have had the pillow for four year now and it is the best I have ever had. I sleep on my stomach and have found other pillows to basically turn lumpy and leave my neck with that kink that Mike mentions in his comercials. Have not had any neck problems since receiving my pillow. I received my all season slippers last week and find them to be very comfortable and well constructed. I will be getting another pair for if these slippers do wear out.

Have had the original version and now the mypillow2.0 version. Could not tell the difference between the two. No comfort in coolness, my neck and shoulders hurt throughout the night and I wake up several times to readjust the pillow.

I've watched Mike Lindell with Trump in rallies. I have also heard him speak. I'm also a recovering addict, sober since 1987. I'm also aware of all the controversies surrounding him. Out of a need to replace my worn-out slippers, I took a chance and purchased a pair of MySlippers slip-ons in chestnut, size 11. At the time there was not a close-out note next to the ad. When they arrived, I found them to be too big. Felt more like a size 12. But I liked them because they felt nice. Didn't want to give up so I called Customer Service to see if I can return, She said no because it was a close-out sale. I asked to see if I can exchange them for a more expensive pair but she said no. Nothing they can do. Now I gotta eat my $40? So I went back to the website, and sure enough there was the note next to the slippers on your site. (Strangely it seemed to appear after my sale.) What a crock. I live alone, there's no one else to give them too. I was so mad. I work hard for that $40. To let you know, CA law requires the seller to refund, exchange or offer credit. You did neither. I see you have a poor BBB rating and lots of bad Google reviews. I thought about it, and decided to add to those bad reviews. Too bad. That's what happens when you rip people off.

Besides feeling like a lumpy mess, I am curious about whether this pillow is regulated. There is no sourcing information about the foam used or type specific information to track down potential carcinogens of the foam used. Noticing breathing issues when sleeping on it so will not use for that alone.

I was under the impression this 2.0 pillow stays cool while sleeping. My pillows don't do stay cool. Very disappointed

I am so tired of seeing Mike on T.V. (Especially News Max) I actually turn him off every time he comes on. He needs to get someone else to do his ads and don't do them so often. I think Mike is a good man however he's hurting himself by what he's doing. All my friends agree with me. He also says "Get them while they last, When they are gone they are gone" A month later he's saying the same thing about the same product. ?????????????. Been using a MyPillow Red for over 7 years, bought a Mypillow 2.0 and the Red fill is no longer offered. The Blue fill is no comparison. Very disappointed, won't be buying from MyPillow again.

I thought I’d try it bought it when it first came out claiming it’s good for your neck support wrong did more damage than good. My neck doesn’t have a curve in it. I use the TriCore pillow which supports my neck issue. I Find My pillow did none of this wish I never. bought the product

I wish I would of looked at some reviews before buying this Cheap Cheap pillow. I have not slept well with the pillow I bought from My Pillow and customer service reps are just as bad, when you call to complain and do not want to help with refunds. So I have reported them to BBB and getting better help from them. So I would suggest going to a local Walmart and buying a different pillow form them,

After hearing the hype for years, like a fool I removed the tag and threw the box away before trying it. I like a low loft pillow, but the MP "low loft" was still far too springy for me. On top of that, it feels like it is filled with golf-ball sized chunks of foam. It is not soft and smooth. I tried it for one night and replaced it with my old pillow. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

On Sean Hannity show he has said numerous times to go to MyPillow.com and receive a $20 gift without making a purchase. On the site it says to click "here" for the free gift and it doesn't exist. I had to take additional time to call customer service; they will send me something. Point being: I have followed Mike through his journey and was a strong supporter until he pulled this false advertising. Getting a $20 gift without making a purchase is a time consuming, arduous journey. Sorry, Mike, you just lost my support.

I can't complain, because I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM YET. Unreal that it's 2 - 3 weeks to ship. Whatever...

I was eager to try my new pillow. But after a few weeks it turned lumpy. I learned that its simply cut up chunks/blocks of memory foam. That's why it gets lumpy sorta like potato chips in a bag. They are fluffy in the bag and then you get them home and they chunk up. Switched to Purple pillows and couldn't be happier!

I had the insides all over my washing machine.......what a mess! It ripped open. Had to shop vac out the inside of the washer. The other mypillow in with it was fine. Very disappointed, as these are not cheap.

Bought 2 sheet sets. Washed 1, it was scratchy & thin. Customer service was helpful with initiating return. However, my pillow policy requires customer to pay for shipping both ways. It will cost me $23.90 for naught.

I was always looking for a more comfortable pillow. I have a lot of tension in my neck & need support. My sister brought her own My Pillow but forgot it when she packed to go home. That gave me a chance to "try before I buy". Well, needless to say, I returned hers & bought one! I never even think about trying out another pillow. My pillow has just the right support & is so comfortable. I never wake & try to refluff my pillow; it keeps the perfect support all night, always!!
