Then I found a Citizenry through Fast Company and finally found the perfect flat weave wool rug with a lively but not overly so for my small living room. I ordered the Asha Killim area rug and the quality, color and style is perfect with a .44 thickness rug pad. It brightens my room!

We are very happy with the Tejal Area Rug in Sunset. It is slightly paler in real life than the photo in my opinion but no less lovely. It manages to be both a perfect neutral but also ties in all the warm colors of the woods etc in the house and the cool pop of dark navy provides the contrasting peaceful accent. Ours in in the dining room but this rug would work in living, bedroom, etc. Very happy with this purchase, arrived in perfect condition.

I bought this lumbar pillow as a present for my wife’s birthday. It is beautiful and well made. The main comment we have is that the actual colors a closer to rust/orange/earth tones than the brighter reds we saw in the pictures. We are happy with the colors but others may be disappointed if expecting different tones.

I am giving this product 3 stars because I am still trying to work with customer service. The pillow is beautiful and I’ve been wanting one for a while. I was on a waitlist then notified when they were back in stock. I received the pillow a week ago and have had to email customer service 3 times to get a response. The 3rd time I said I’d be returning the pillow if no one reached out. They reached out and asked for a pic even though I sent one in my 1st email. I hope they’ll be able to fix or replace the pillow so that I can change my review to more stars and not less. Precious products have been great so I have high hopes.

This bed cover is beautiful and well made. The only issue I have is I wish it was longer on the sides. The length is very long. When I tried it the other way you lose the visual of the tassels, being on the top and bottom instead of the sides. I do still love it though I just need to find the right bed clothes to accent underneath it. And it’s is not white, it’s more a creamy tan.

The chair is wonderful. It arrived though in a really beat up box and some of the materials from the inside of the box were hanging out. Additionally, while there was protective material around the leather, there was no protective material around the chair legs so they were damaged in transit. I already spoke to someone at the citizenry and they took care of it but just as a heads up it seems like it would probably happen again if the chair was packaged the same way. Thanks.
I wanted a low profile chair to put next to my bedroom window, and the Palermo Tripolina was just right. Like others have mentioned, it does crack and squeak when you shift, but that is to be expected with any leather seats. Shipping was quick, assembly was exceptionally easy, and it's lightweight and easy to move. What makes it almost perfect instead of perfect? I just need an ottoman to rest my feet on. Then it will be the perfect reading chair.

This piece has added a significant comfort to our great room ad well as looking like a designer piece. I held my breath when ordering. If I could give this piece a 10+ I would . It is beautiful and looks mega expensive. Most importantly it is functional.
This ottoman is beautiful. The leather is firm and it's holding up well to the pressure of feet (no indents). The color is not as dark as shown in the photos but it's still a rich burnt orange/cognac color.

Needed an attractive catch-all for our entry and this basket is perfect. We drop outdoor shoes in it to encourage cleaner floors and packages of extra masks to grab as we leave or offer to service people or friends who don’t have their own. These sheets are the most comfortable sheets I have ever slept in. They are really fabulous! Even my kid keeps coming in my room to roll around on them! Lol I did wash them twice before use because of other mentions of lint (it was quite a lot!). And the fitted sheet is loose on my lower profile mattress. I was a bit bummed when I first saw that. But honestly I haven't noticed it at all while in bed. Seriously. The look of them is a gorgeous rumpled chic. And I'm totally in love!
Well I have never had linen sheets before but was hoping for a softer feel. My husband hates them. He complains every night. I luckily have a silk pillowcase I use nightly and only have to feel the sheets on my body. I have now washed them twice in one week hoping that they would be softer. No luck yet. If you are used to sleeping on a high thread count Egyptian cotton don’t buy these. I will say they are stylish looking, but I can’t say anything else nice.

I absolutely adore this minimalist piece. While sturdy and solid, this isn’t just a vase you use for functionality. This is a vase that captures a feeling and expresses the intention of a room.
I love the color of this rug and was super excited when I first bought it. Over the past months however, the color has faded significantly, and it no longer looks nearly as nice. There are spots that are more faded than others as well. I love Citizenry so was super bummed about this rug!
We received this throw as a wedding gift, and we were elated for the first couple of months - until all of the wool started to pull apart and attract every conceivable piece of fuzz or fiber. It now looks upsettingly dingy. When I wrote to Citizenry with my concerns, they responded that this throw is intended to be a “styling product.” Going forward, I would not spend $400 for a purely decorative blanket.
Bought 2 of these and I love them. However the stitching on one has started to come apart after only 2 weeks and that has led to the stool being quite unstable
Poorly designed. I ordered the king size and the center bowed down and out from the weight. There should have been a center support strap instead of the two on each side. I wanted to love it but I guess no one tried it out lol
This is a really beautiful headboard but it is a PAIN to install. The brackets on the headboard were not even or flat. We had to drill out the bamboo on the headboard before we could even attempt to mount it. All measurements between brackets provided by citizenry were slightly off by 1/8 of an inch in different directions. Took us 4 hours to install and our wall took a beating.
