Great-looking table, but the veneer scratches easily. Our family is very careful but 6 months in, there are several unsightly scratches. I feel a dining table should be able to handle family dinner. This is not the product of abuse, just normal wear.
Exactly what wanted! We wanted a long but slighy more narrow table than your standard table and that is exactly what this is. It is gorgeous and very well made.

Ordered one in June to make sure I liked it before ordering more. Absolutely loved it then they went out of stock. In September they had a few open box chairs so decided to order two more and they have a different stain! The middle chair is the old beige stain and the ones on the side are a gray stain. I like both but would have liked to have all the chairs the same stain and being it’s open box I can’t return.
Beautiful bar stools. Very comfortable to sit on. The only drawback is that they are very heavy and we also hit our legs on the legs of the stool. It takes effort to move the stools if one needs to adjust the stool.

These stools are gorgeous and my client loves them however it seems that recently the manufacturer has changed the finish of the legs. Luckily they still work for this client but i was looking forward to mixing wood tones with the island. I purchased these around May 2020 and when they arrived we noticed the finish was way darker. I have heard this complaint from other designers as well. Something is up so beware if you’re set on the light wood finish shown online.

Beautiful sofa and extremely comfortable. I owned one previously, but sold it with my house. Made a mistake by getting an off-white color, because my jeans dye stained the fabric. Almost all other spots wash off with a microfiber cloth and water. Changed out some of the pillows to another color to add more interest.
These are very attractive and comfortable. Each one has a unique pattern on the back. One note of concern is the height: product is listed at 31'' bar height and actually is 29'' at the edge. The cushion in the center at it's highest point is possibly 31'' but that is quite a stretch of truth. My husband and I are tall so they still work for us but likely not my shorter guests.

Sturdy, comfortable and elegant. Beautiful, they fit the bill. My only surprise was that they aren't really satiny brass but a shiny painted bronze hue. They still blend well with my satin brass light fixtures.

These were better than expected. I hesitated for quite some time because I thought they would be too modern for our mediterranean style home. They were not, they look great. They are more comfortable than you would imagine even per my husband who has been home using it when he home offices. Price, shipping, packaging were also excellent.

This cabinet was everything it was billed to be. It is a high-quality piece of furniture. Even the hinges and the closing mechanisms are the highest quality. It comes in basically one piece (not knock-down assemble yourself) and the only assembly required is the feet and that is 10 bolts.

Precisely fit our needs aesthetic-wise and function to hide electronics and cords while providing plenty of airflow. The dedicated space to hide your soundbar is also a great feature. The matte finish on the glass top looks great and makes cleaning very easy. The fact that it's also on wheels is a surprisingly useful feature. Assembly is really minimal, just attaching the cabinet to the bottom frame.
Excellent. Pricey but very nice. Seems to be built well, the color is nice, slow close doors are convenient and love the glass top. The glass is matte. I was able to use a coupon which helped although still came to a decent amount of money for a TV Consol. It was actually one of the most expensive ones we looked at. Love it in the room. No regrets. Would recommend for a modern home.

Beautiful and stylish. BUT it’s extremely heavy. Didn’t realize I would need special delivery so it was left on street. Took hours to hire emergency movers. 4 men was NoT enough. Invest in movers before you purchase.

This sideboard is awesome! I used it as a dresser in a client's master bedroom and the color and quality are superb. We're really happy with it.
ordered top of the line front door. Wanted lever. spoke at length with representative and we both agreed door level should be right. Turned out that was wrong. So it went back. Got dunned $7 for shipping. OK. so then said send same item only left side. They sent a DUMMY set of locks. That means the outside lock doesn't really work. Not good for house!! Called. At first we got another bill for return shipping they corrected that we think. Finally sent "correct set". Turns out the level doesn't go down like it should to open door. IT GOES UP!!! Completely wrong. And the two side pieces inside extend past the cover for the door. It's a joke. We had a professional locksmith company come out to put it in. It was four hours and costs us over $200.00!!! Do not buy from Perigold. Posted this review of the terrible set. Still not published. They want potential customers to think the sell first hand items. This wasn't.
Placed an order that was supposed to be delivered in 7 to 10 days. No information from the company. I had to keep calling and the customer service representative told me it would arrive on time even though it hadn’t left the warehouse. Called again and told we can’t check until the following week. Asked about canceling order and told if they had shipped wouldn’t be able to return u til received and label issued. The lamps have still not shipped. Very expensive product and absolutely the worst service from this company. Do not recommend ordering anything from them.
Do no but from Perigold! I purchased a light fixture and when it arrived it was not as advertised. The dimensions were completely wrong. I called to return the fixture and they offered me a discount to keep it. I agreed and paid to have the fixture installed and modified. They sent me less than half the refund they promised and then told me if I was dissatisfied I could return it. Since I would have to pay to have it removed and to have another one installed that was not an option. This company deserves a zero star rating.
I bought a large mirror that arrived damaged and OMG Tori from Perigold was so wonderful, awesome helping me with my exchange!! No questions asked, no hesitation just straight up great customer service! So amazingly helpful, thank you so much! I really appreciate it!
It's been several months since this happened, but since I'm still disappointed I thought to write a review anyway. Last September (9/3/2022) we ordered eight dining chairs. They were a great price, so I had a live chat to ask if they were in stock (yes) and returnable if they didn't work out (yes). We were told they would be delivered in about two weeks. We received an email letting us know that the delivery was delayed until October 12, not a problem. Then on September 7 we received another email, "We were able to process your cancellation request." Huh? We had not requested cancellation, had not even been in touch since hearing that the delivery date had changed. When we called customer service the nice woman we spoke with was unable to tell us why our order had been cancelled. She seem as perplexed as we were! So, though we have had good luck with their affiliate business, Wayfair, we are unlikely to try Perigold again. The experience would have left less of a bitter ending had they just had a viable explanation as to why our order was cancelled.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Perigold has THE WORST customer service in the WORLD. I purchased 2 stupid Euro shams in the amount of $298.58 on August 23rd with an expected delivery date of August 27th (it still shows that on the order). To this day, Perigold cannot get in touch with the manufacturer with a status update on the order and will not reimburse me the money. This is insane. Yes, I made the mistake of purchasing expensive bedding but Perigold SUCKS at helping. Their responses have been in essence: suck it up and wait. I would NEVER recommend this brand to anyone looking to decorate their home. Walmart customer service is significantly better than Perigold. Horrible.
