First class service experience! We recently bought a beautiful Lippa table from LexMod and when it arrived discovered a chipped area on the underside of the table but close to the edge, so with potential to extend over time. We contacted the LexMod service department and they promptly send us a replacement tabletop. I want to congratulate the company on their prompt follow-up and smooth resolution of the problem! Some of the best after sales service we have ever experienced.

I had a Lippa Table top delivered at my new home. It sat in the garage for about 25-30 days without being touched during my remodel. When I opened the table top I found it damaged. I notified LexMod and emailed a photograph of damage. Within the same day I received notification that the damaged piece would be replaced. I run a small business in which I deliver stone throughout the nation. Damage will occur. Rarely! But when it does occur this is exactly how I manage this situation:Professionally and expeditiously! We love the color and the comfort! It fits great into our living room and we also bought the matching chaise.
The couch was on back order so I waited a couple of weeks but when it finally got to our house we loved it! You can see the silk sheen which is not possible from just the picture. So far we are are very happy with our vouch and ottoman!

As would anyone buying sofa online I was a bit nervous about ordering the sofas without seeing it in person. But I lucked out because these sofas are stunning and just like the pictures. Very sturdy with the gold steel legs. The blue velvet material is soft and beautiful blue color. And the sofas are very comfortable and firm yet cushioning. I'm in love with the whole style and it upped the design in my family room. We bought two of these sofas and given that it was a busy Christmas season we received the sofas in perfect condition within 10 days! Amazing! So glad I ordered them and that they arrived in perfect order. And my husband and son love the new sofas too! One drawback: My husband finds the sofas so comfortable that he has been sleeping on them several nights already instead of coming up to bed :-).

I admit I was hesitant ordering furniture but I went with it and am so glad I did! I bought the Oatmeal couch and one Oatmeal armchair for a mid-century modern living room and couldn't be happier. The only trouble I had was arranging delivery but it happens. They were very well wrapped for shipping and the color is EXACTLY as it appears in the picture. Quite comfortable too. Highly recommend.
This sofa is in our office lobby... really gives it a modern stately vibe. The sofa cushions are firm but still comfortable. So it's perfect for clients. Easy to get in and out of. It might not be a lounge around all day and watch movies for hours sofa but we find it to be very comfortable for our use. Sofa is very well made and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping went well... even arrived a couple of days earlier than expected.
My one and only complain about this sofa is that the buttons aren't attached very securely. They seem to be attached to something down inside the cushion but when you sit down (so the cushion moves down a little) the button becomes loose and wobbley because the string it's attached to becomes lax (hard to explain). I was able to fix this by sewing the buttons firmly in place on the fabric using upholstery thread but it kind of sucks to have to do that! Other than that the fabric is very high quality and the cushions seem to be very firm and durable (firm NOT stiff). I've taken several naps on mine already and found it very comfortable!

COVID did create an availability issue and I had to wait a couple months to receive the sofa. It also arrived without any notification that it had shipped. So I wasn't prepared when it arrived and the delivery driver left it at the road outside my gate. But those are issues out of LexMod's control. That being said I am very satisfied with my purchase and would shop with LexMod again for future furniture purchases.

The WORST experience ever. I placed an order for my clients on Aug 3rd. I did not receive a status notification. I would call and each time the estimated ship date would move to a further date. Then one of the items I order was miraculously out of stock, then it was backordered with the date online of 9/13 but customer service claims the real date is 9/30. Its 3 weeks to installation and I have to source a replacement. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this company!
Awful customer service. I ordered a TV stand over 3 weeks ago and it has yet to be shipped. FedEx told me they have not picked the item up yet. LexMod customer service keeps telling me, "It will arrive tomorrow." Almost a month later and still no delivery tracking information and no TV stand. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate company or a scam since they will not refund my order. They took my money and provided no product.
Very bad experience . very bad customer service . long time delivery . I ordered two sofas in June 30 and i received my orders in August 10. I can understand problem of the covid pandemic but i can not understand rude response and no responsibility . Finally i got my sofas and one of them was damaged , the big scratch on top of it and the cambric was ripped too. Do not waste your money and time with this seller.
