This cabinet is absolutely beautiful and arrived well packed in perfect shape. I paid the extra for in house delivery. The only problem is that the delivery basically included only placing the box inside the house. I had to unpack it and now I have a lovely new cabinet lying on its side and unable to be used until I can find two strong people to come and place it right side up. It is extremely heavy and I am not strong enough to do it by myself.

I have long appreciated Florence Knoll’s sofa design. You can definitely see the Mies influence. I bought two in Tarragon. The color is a classic and fits with everything. The upholstery is substantial and will stand the test of time. It sits very well and not too deep but you can still lounge. Perfect in an office, den or living room. Size is small but it doesn’t look like dollhouse furniture. Comfort level is shockingly high for a bauhaus design. If you own a business it is the perfect waiting room loveseat. Pair with MidCentury or bauhaus/mod tables.

This piece is so fun and adds color to the room. It’s great as a footstool or a place to sit but my kids enjoy laying on it-good for the back 😊. The fabrics and colors seem to match up with the acoustic fabric made by Guilford of Maine which I also happen to have on my walls (see photos) I was so pleased it tied the room together. The ottoman is sturdy but light. I would recommend placing a rug underneath if you have wood floors so it doesn’t slide. The seams are sewn evenly and are strong. Great statement piece that compliments my other Kardiel pieces. It is by far my favorite furniture company, they have style, quality and amazing prices. I LOVE all my pieces!!!

I purchased the Bauhaus 71" TV Media Unit roughly two months ago and it is by far my most complimented piece of furniture in my house. It is beautiful and solid in construction. The cabinet doors fit precisely and look amazing. I also love the soft close hinges. This thing transformed my space!
I was scared about ordering a couch from this company because I read pretty bad reviews about them. But I decided to go with Kardiel instead other company because they have credit with Klarna. Everything went great! Fortunately they had in stock the Dominique I liked and it shipped in less than a week. The couch had a weird smell when it arrived but one week after it’s gone. We love the design and the quality of this table. We had received one, which was damaged. Kardiel was very easy to work with and it was replaced with no hassle.
We were looking for a sofa that was firmer and didn't force you to fall asleep on it like the squashy couch we owned prior to this one. The Kennedy sofa fit the bill. When I have slept on the Kennedy, it went well though. We've owned it for two months now and love it. It is true to color, deep enough to sit comfortably crosslegged on it. We have an orange cat that looks great on it, he also hasn't shown interest in tearing into it. Two months in and no signs of wear so far.
My chair came shipped in good condition. The most comfortable chair on the planet! I was worried that it would look cheap because it is a reproduction but it is real leather and high quality. I did have to wait a long time but it was worth the wait.
These Eleanor sofas have everything going for them! The fabric, gun metal twill, is a great neutral color that is easy to match accessories with, and has enough texture to provide interest. The size is just right, long enough to seat three people comfortably, and doesn’t overpower the living room. Stylewise, the sofas pair seamlessly with a fresh, modern, but not too contemporary look, perfect for today’s fashion. I've been interested in the gravity lounge chair for years and only recently had a space where it could fit. Not only does it make a statement but it's also extremely comfortable. I find reasons to sit in it most days. Depending on the angle I think the pillow can be a bit uncomfortable, but it's removable and looks very nice when it's on. I'm slightly concerned about how the cushion will hold up, but we're a few months in and so far so good! Make note of the dimensions - it's a bit smaller than I expected, but that also contributes to its sleek design and doesn't take away from the comfort. Highly recommend, both for looking and sitting!
This is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. The angles of the chair and the whole construction are excellent. How the materials used will stand the test of time, remains to be seen.

I received this chair and It was everything I wanted and more. Our home has a deep green feature wall with surrounding white walls and I wanted to introduce that deep green into this space, and this chair was just perfect! Great quality, super comfortable and beautiful.

Love this desk! Our real-estate agent loved this item to dress up our home office (staging our home for sale). Home sold, hooray! This piece survived the movers (not everything did) and this is my husbands new at work home desk. So glad we got it, the wood grain is gorgeous, the height works great with our office chair - there’s a good amount of width between the legs which would work well for a small file cabinet if needed! This couch is both beautiful and functional. The workmanship and quality are impeccable and the weight of the piece is substantial and sturdy. I have wood floors and these furniture pieces stay put. The walnut veneer and leather are gorgeous. I love the seat height and back height. It appears to be short but it’s the perfect height and the furniture I gravitate to for a comfortable seat. I own two Woodrow box chairs in tan and these are all definitely my most treasured pieces of furniture. The style gives a sense of both vintage and modern and definitely worth a lot more than the price!

Had some issues with getting the sofa into the apartment. Contacted Kardiel and the matter was soon resolved. They were beyond helpful and I’m now the proud owner of The Jefferson sofa.
Got this for a chair to retreat to with a good book. It has not dissapointed.
When I received my new chair I was impressed how very well it was packed for shipping. Every piece was wrapped and protected from damage. I am also impressed with the quality of the chair. Especially for the price and because of it. Very affordable! It came in 3 pieces and was very easy to assemble. I did however find reattaching the upholstered seat and back a bit frustrating. I am very pleased with my buying experience with Kardiel and am planing to purchase furniture from them at a later date.

Prior to our purchase I spoke with a sales representative by phone. He was helpful and it's nice to be able to be able to speak to someone directly involved in the business. The sofa arrived in a timely manner and was not damaged despite a small whole in the box. I withheld a star because there were no instructions as to how to attach the base. Hopefully we got it right.
The chair is comfortable, the upholstery is warm and natural, and the scale is perfect for our new study. Very pleased indeed!!!
Looks great and has a high quality feel. Cushions are a bit hard but will presumably soften a bit over time. I suspect that this makes it more likely that the cushions will retain their shape in the long run and the sofa will continue to look good in the years to come. The sofa isn't flawless though. Main problem is that the rear cushions, which are not attached to the back, keep falling over. Also, given the otherwise high quality it is a little disappointing that the cushions are only leather on the front side and cloth on the back, so they are not reversible

The chairs are beautiful, sturdy, just as they seem in the picture. No assembly required. The only downside is they took almost 9 months to receive them from when I ordered them.
The cushions could be a bit firmer, but otherwise it's perfect and fits our needs and taste. We have it located in a low use area, so hopefully the cushions will hold up.
I purchased a sectional sofa online from Kardiel . Friends balked “I would never buy a sofa without seeing it and sitting on it first”. The Kardiel website description of craftsmanship and quality was more convincing to me and I ordered. The sofa came quickly and securely packaged. I wouldn’t change a thing, I am in love with this sofa and the quality and craftsmanship are exactly as stated by Kardiel.
I have never purchased furniture online, but could not find what I wanted in stores where I live. I am exceedingly happy with this purchase! The sofa is sturdy and has wonderful leather apholstery. Ordering process was easy and customer service answers questions relatively quickly. I would give 5 stars but the shipping process takes quite a while and the bed frame I ordered was missing two screws in the back of the headboard. Not a deal breaker and overall I feel like the bed is high quality for the price. I would order from Kardiel again.

For many years now my hubby and I have searched through MCM stores and online looking for just the perfect piece of furniture at a reasonable price. While searching online last fall my hubby found the Roluk 68" sideboard from Kardiel. Now some of you may be shocked to learn that our choice of this sideboard was to be placed in our master bedroom using it as our dresser. The vision for the right look turned out to be the sideboard and not your traditional dresser. We are in love with the look, feel, quality construction, oak finish, and storage space. From the moment we ordered the sideboard, through shipment tracking and extremely high quality shipping container, to final delivery and bedroom placement, we have been extremely pleased.
The first order can damaged, but they quickly resolved the issue and sent me a new couch. I love it. It's very heavy for the little legs it comes with, but I have not had any issues so far. It's a beautiful couch, but not the smartest purchase if you have pets that get on the furniture. The woven fabric looks so nice! I'd love to post a photo, but I was not given the option. It looks exactly like the stock photo though.

This is one of the best online furniture purchases I made for our new home. Very sturdy, comfortable with a medium-firm cushion that makes you relax. We got a lot of compliments for the gorgeous color. We were also very impressed with the delivery options we chose. We chose the option of inside-home delivery and live on the east coast. This furniture piece was shipped from the west coast and delivered in a very reasonable amount of time. It was unpacked by the delivery FedEx team and boxes were removed by them. It came fully assembled except for the legs which we had to assemble and that was very easy and can be done in few minutes. Overall we were very happy with the purchase and make more other purchases from Kardiel.

It’s COMFORTABLE- like the kind of couch you can accidentally nap on in the middle of the day if you aren’t careful. It’s well built, beautiful and cozy. The wool is great even in warm temps. We definitely need to scotch guard it to prevent stains. The few oops moments we have had were fixed quickly with a little “goop” which we heard is great for wool, and it is. Highly recommend.

This is the best furniture I’ve ever owned! The quality of the leather, the cushions, the stitching, the tufting, the walnut veneer is top notch. I also own the Woodrow box chairs in tan for two years and they look brand new. The legs are sturdy and the back of the chairs and loveseat are the perfect height for comfortable sitting. At first I was concerned about how low they are to the ground but they are at the perfect seat height. I love mid century modern and this furniture looks sleek, modern, and like works of art in and of themselves. I highly recommend this company !

- beautiful cabinet, very solid! - definitely pay for delivery and assembly - it weighs like 250 pounds and was REALLY hard to stand up on its legs without damaging for two adults - the only flaw is that the top part doesn’t fit our liquor bottles because the shelves are too short. I guess the designer wasn’t a person that used a bar like this before... Very pretty though
This beauty took a long time to arrive, but it was so worth the wait. Built sturdy and strong, trimmed in elegance, class and sophistication, this sofa upgraded my living room the moment I took it out the box. There was some damage on three of the four corners and one of the legs' fasteners broke off on the inside of the couch I'm assuming during the shipping process. I was able to unstable the felt from the bottom of the sofa, find the faster, and attach the leg. I called Kardiel and they were extremely apologetic and gracious and gave me a discount for my trouble. Even with the damages, I WAS IN LOVE! The sofa and seat have elevated the space and made it warm and classy. Proud of my purchase!
Customer care was so wonderful throughout the entire process, my sectional shipped within one week of me ordering it, and the quality is excellent. I got it in the Jour Boucle. It’s just as wonderful as the pictures would indicate, if not more wonderful.
Overall what sold us was the sales video that went along with the listing. We acted hastily but don't have really any buyer's remorse. Unfortunately when delivered the delivery contractor dropped it. We saw it happen out our window but they made no mention of it. If we were more confrontational people we would have spoke up. The bottom corner of the unit is marred/chipped. It's unfortunate but we're not that bothered by it so much to complain. Still, it hurts to see a new piece of furniture harmed when you're so close to ownership. The legs are the weakest point. I feel they're just too skinny and it's only a matter of time before an aggressive angle of seating approach will cause catastrophic failure. This is something we would've noticed if we saw the unit in person prior to purchase. Aside from the deliveryman hurting the product and the seemingly weak legs we're quite satisfied. It's undeniably stylish. Final note: our cat's nails have caused a few scratches on the frame by accident when he was falling off or what have you. We were initially surprised as darkness of the stain to show such marks but again, we're not bothered. Good product, would recommend.

I bought the velvet Fern chair and ottoman and the blanc boucle daybed- both pieces exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt this is the best furniture I’ve ever owned and I have already recommended Kardiel to my friends. They say that you should only purchase something if it serves and purpose and brings you joy and my Kardiel does exactly that!
This is handsome and sturdy, and we love the color and feel of the leather. And, the wood trim is very nice too.
I was very pleased with the sofa. I’m selling my home and had to re-stage things. I had gorgeous high end antiques, but millennials don’t like, or do not understand antiques. I worked with a decorator to select mid century modern pieces. I don’t think I would recommend this for those with kids, dogs, or families who sit on their furniture for hours lounging and eating. The reason is if comfort is your main concern there are better choices. The same goes for durability. I’d be worried about red wine or grape juice spills among other things. For the price, I thought the quality was a good value at approximately $2,000. I’m accustomed to spending much more on furnishings and hate things that look cheap. This does not look cheap in any way! I love how this looks with Barcelona chairs and my Art Deco cocktail cabinet, It’s great looking and fine for occasional use. If you are using this to sit for extended periods you may want to reconsider your choice. I hope to be moving soon. I like this sofa enough that I hope to re-use it in my next home. One final note: consider the white glove delivery. This is a very heavy piece.

I was surprised this beauty is as comfortable as it is. It almost puts you back in a reclined position like a zero-gravity chair. Looks incredible and is a conversation piece as well. We paired it with the butterfly stool and it's very comfortable.

This piece is gorgeous and looks classy and clean in our modern home. It's the perfect fit. It's comfortable enough for sitting and chatting, but it's not a lounger. No headrest for leaning back and slouching. We've decided to use our lower level family room for watching TV/movies in our big loungy sectional, and keep this handsome devil in our open-floorplan great room. We threw a gorgeous silver sheepskin over the back of it and not only does it look fabulous, but it ups the comfort factor too.

For the money, this is a great value. Quality was on par with expectations. Delivery and assembly also easy. Took off a star for two reasons. A) the pads are not treated as advertised. Dropped water on them and soaked in. B) the pads don't have ties on them and slide around

I'm very happy with my purchase. It's solid and beautiful. I bought this because I have two kitties who loved to sharpen their claws on my last couch. I found other couches online with wood sides for vastly less money but knew that the low cost would mean crap construction. This couch is very solidly built and very comfortable. My last couch also had a back that was far too slanted and the cushions weren't attached so they were constantly sliding forward and needed straightening. These cushions are fully attached so no adjustments are needed. This couch is classy and contemporary and I love it.

The quality of the leather is absolutely wonderful - no bonded leather, no cheap materials. The look and proportions of the couch are great. Must more stylish than the pictures showed. Lots of room and well proportioned, especially for taller individuals. We fell in love within the first half hour of getting in our living room. Shipping was also amazingly fast - I think it was four business days after we placed the order when we took reception of the couch. Super fast - was very surprised at the turnaround Overall a wonderful experience. This is a well constructed bench with beautiful wood and tailored upholstery. The bench is heavy and feels like it was constructed by master craftsmen. A wonderful product.
We love this sofa. Well worth the wait, especially since customer service was very responsive and helpful. The sleeper did not fit any of the queen sheets we had, but worked well with king sheets that were just a little too big. Our first guest said it was very comfortable!
Amazing piece of furniture
I adore this couch! I can sit on it normally, crossed legged, legs folded under me, and sideways with my legs stretched out! It's deep enough two people can sit facing each other with legs stretched out! The cushions are comfortable and the back and sides are tall enough to support you any which way you sit. the covers unzip all the way so spills aren't as much of a concern.
This sofa is absolutely wonderful. Our kitchen, dining and living space are one space. This sofa beautifully defines the living room as a separate space while maintaining open sight lines.

I've purchased from Kardiel a few times, some years back, again recently, and my experience has always been very positive. This time Kristina Bozanich was my customer service representative who was was beyond helpful. She and I communicated daily for weeks as she helped me sort out the right purchases. Never once did she lose patience with me, i'd of lost patience with me! I had a hard time deciding on which sofa in which color and each step of the way she kept with me, always responding quickly making the experience a positive one! Kardiel also is excellent when it comes to needing to return something. They made it extremely easy and that says a lot about the company itself as many companies aren't this way. They'll stand behind their products, just like they claim. Mostly though the products are surprisingly well put together, at these price points i don't know of any other company that even comes close and i did a lot of looking around each time i made purchases. Not sure i can say this but avoid Rove Concepts. Some of their products look nice, i purchased a sectional from Rove but the material failed practically immediately and the company did nothing, they refused to help, period. That experience reminded me how nice it is to work with a company like Kardiel!
It's actually super comfy. Some reviews Ive read were that it's firm. With a little more time this couch will mold to me like a great pair of jeans!
I cannot express how much I love this sofa… I spent probably a year looking for a sofa that was stylish, functional and affordable. But mostly I was looking for a sofa that my cats could scratch and the fabric not get ruined!! The fabric is also very easy to clean and practically stain resistant. this is perfect!! I get so many compliments on its style. Plus it’s a perfect sized L shaped couch that isn’t overbearing. I don’t have enough good things to say.

It's been about 2 months and this couch is a bit on the firm side. that side it's super supportive and comfortable at the same time. It's definitely quality made with real wood and quality fabric. The perfect size for our park model RV house. Colors also perfect for the decor and we have gotten tons and tons of use out of it. I'm very impressed and would definitely consider and recommend this to anybody that loves a slightly mid-century modern Zen style. We didn't buy a color sample so it is a bit different than that appears online definitely a bit lighter and more gray but still very dark. You can see even in the photo attached here it looks dark as well but comes out to a more rounded dark slate gray charcoal. Shipping was a little bit of the issue because of Covid however staying on top of the shipping company is key to getting it on time. All in all great purchase and definitely recommend
The Maddox sofa in cream boucle is perfect for my space and keeps the room open and airy. I was looking for a couch without any space underneath it and this one is wonderful. It is super comfy, deep and makes my apartment feel very elevated. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase this style!

I love the couch I purchased from Kardiel. The leather quality and overall finish of the couch is fantastic. The one wish I have is that the two couchs connected. For the most part the couches stay together but I ended up adding a connecting bracket to the couches.

I got two of these for a small space and they worked perfectly. They look good, the fabric is nice but they are not very comfortable. They lean forward so it feels like you might actually squeeze out of it.
I fell in love with Kardiel's Elektra chairs in buffalo plaid as they were a more affordable dupe to a high-end brand at twice the price. They were shipped on time and arrived about a week later. They came packed in a cardboard box surrounded by a wood crate. It took some serious effort to get the wood crate apart without taking a saw to the frame. So be prepared to deconstruct it in order to get the chairs out without damaging them. The only assembly is screwing on the legs with the included screws and tool and putting the cushions in place. The cushions are firm, so they're not the type of chair you're going to curl up in but they're great occasional/accent chairs. Love the pattern and shape and these will make me happy for a very long time!

Great quality and beautiful work
This piece is gorgeous and obviously very well made. However, it sits sooooo lowwww that it almost makes it difficult to use. If you never really put drinks on your coffee table and you don't use it to eat, it'll work just fine. We're still trying to get used to it, and must be honest that our golden retriever's sweeping tail is a bit of a concern! But it is gorgeous and actually, the fact that we can't eat at it makes us eat at the dining table together rather than in front of the TV. Win.

I love the couch! I’m not giving a 5 because it took 10 weeks longer than the original 10 weeks quoted for delivery. I received a message that it was in the warehouse and on it’s way. I had to call twice to finally get it out of the warehouse 2 weeks later.
I am using this in the bedroom for smaller items in the drawers and sweaters in the cabinet areas, it is perfect!
I was a little nervous about ordering a sofa online but this the gamble paid off. I love this sofa. While it is not a sinking couch it is very comfortable yet structured. I have taken many of naps on it. The shape is great and the length is perfect. So thrilled and well worth the money.

The coffee table is just unusual enough that it's not a "cookie cutter" addition to the living room, but quietly conventional enough to blend it. The walnut is warm and inviting, the leather "under shelf" adds a note of distinction. Only drawback -- and it's minor -- is that one of the wooden legs had a slight crack in it, which was easily repaired.
I love these couches so much. They are modern, elegant, comfy and the seat is floating!!!! And each couch came with three pillows. Amazing.

To anyone that is hesitant to buy any of the Kardiel products because its expensive or they can not touch the product before hand. DO IT!!! BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!! Guys and Gals, this company has quality products BUT I am more impressed with the customer service. We had damage to the furniture (which was not Kardiels fault) just an unfortunate transportation/delivery mishandling. I contacted Kardiel customer service, spoke to Ephraim Fontanar, he walked me through super easy steps to filing a claim (minimal disruption to your day), then followed up via email quickly with the result of my claim. Ephraim was wonderful and I will purchase many more pieces because of him and the generosity of Kardiel. The company requested donating the damaged couch to a charity. Hurricane Laura devastated Louisiana and with the help of several volunteer healthcare workers, the couch will make its way to Louisiana next week. Then to a family in need. Will post pictures of this ASAP!
Beautifully made: mid century modern replica
I recently switched from the farmhouse style to midcentury modern farmhouse. Ever since I got my mcm couch, I've been on the hunt for the perfect piece to replace the farmhouse coffee table I had. This Fritz black leather bench is perfect. The quality and "sexy" design is outstanding. Not to mention the comfort level that increased because I can use it lounge my feet on. I couldn’t be more happy with my new furniture. The fabric and leather are such high quality. The new pieces absolutely change the whole feel of the room, and I am so happy that Kardiel makes such quality products. There is a lot of very cheaply made furniture out there that may only last you a couple years. These pieces will last a very long time. I ordered two white Wassily chairs and the quality is absolutely perfect. However, what is astounding is the detailed communication Kardiel provides to the customer that gives peace of mind. Three or four detailed emails provided information of what to expect and when. This usually doesn't happen when ordering products online!. We imagined a two week delivery window and the chairs were delivered in a week. We have had black Wassily chairs for many years and thought the white chairs would look fantastic in our Florida Condo. We were so right. We won't hesitate a second to buy additional furnishings from Kardiel. This company is the real deal.
I just received the Smiley dining room table in natural ash. . It looks to be a beautiful table but the woods tones are nothing like the colors represented in the photos or represented by the description. From the photos, it looked to have a subtle brown tone and was described as a natural wood with cool tones. The table is actually quite yellow and does not work at all with my decor. As per the return policy, I am responsible for the return shipping which is substantial. Given that I cannot trust how the website represents its items, I will not be ordering from Kardiel again.

Beautiful sectional, great quality leather. Extremely comfortable for being new. Also ordered chairs and one came damaged so I can see the walnut veneer is very thin which worries me for the price. I am getting a replacement chair and customer service was great on the exchange.

I received my Jade Cumulus 98' sofa today and I am ecstatic ! The color is exactly what I wanted and the sofa is everything I expected and worth the wait. This sofa is definitely a conversation piece. Its chic & sexy. I was a little worried after purchasing about sagging and sinking from sitting on it over the years but as firm as this sofa is I doubt if that ever happens and that's what I love about it as well. My only downside was delivery ! The delivery guy was really nice, professional, and respectful I just don't like how he could not bring my sofa inside my apartment. I was thinking that he could not come in due to the pandemic but when asked he stated that the company was a shipping company that only delivered to the curb due to insurance reasons. Love my new sectional.. the fabric is durable and the design is great to look at. Got good compliments on it too.. I have a 2 year old that climbs up and down the sectional and looks like its taking the wear and tare well (for now)
The delivery got a little botched up, but luckily it all worked out in the end. The table was packaged very well and we love it in our living room. It's very good quality.

This sofa is even better than the picture shows (Urban Hemp). I waited awhile for It to be delivered, but am well pleased with the quality. The personnel (Charlene) at Kardiel were very helpful.
We have had our sectional for several months now. It is absolutely gorgeous, just as pictured, and really great quality. Shipping was fast and easy. I highly recommend the company and in particular this sectional - you will not be disappointed!
Excellent from a comfort perspective. Love that the entire platform is adjustable. This makes it great for a long call or to just relax to music. Leather is of very good quality, not sure I would consider it premium. I’ll need a few years to see its durability. I’m considered small, I do wish the chair was a bit wider. At least enough for arms to rest at my sides.
After ton’s of research, multiple samples from multiple companies and much angst about ordering such I high ticket item online, I finally took the plunge. Kardiel did not let me down. They were quick to respond to any inquiries regarding shipping which set my mind at ease about the quality of the product I would be receiving. I was very concerned that there was a “catch” to the 365 days returns policy. Turns out I never needed to test the returns policy because the TWO sofa’s received were amazing. The quality is as good as anything I looked at on a showroom floor. I caught a sale price so the affordability for a leather couch was pretty amazing. I figure I save at minimum $1,000 (on two) by going with an online company. Anyway, I could not be happier. I’m going to start looking for rugs and coffee tables.
Love this desk! great color (walnut) and great size. Living in an apartment it’s hard to get a stylish desk to fit in the space, however the Jr. Desk incorporates the same design as the larger protractor, but fits perfectly into an apartment space. The piece fit in perfectly with my current apartment interior style, which is 70's bungalow mid-century modern, the desk offered sharp and clean lines that incorporated an inspiring design that gives a retro nod to the late 60’s “Space-Race Era”. Tied in with my sofa (Kardiel's Harrison Sofa- color- French Press), a braided shag rug, oversized house plants, and an assortment of patterned pillows, the desk pulled together a WFH space and a floating living room for an inspiring quintessential bohemian look.
Just received this sofa today after a long wait due to Covid 19. The sofa is long, beautiful, and very firm. The Urban Hemp is a very nice color(oatmeal), and the sofa is well made. I’m glad we waited and held out for this sofa. It was definitely worth the wait!
This is a great piece - beautiful and well made. Truly, even better than we expected. There is an adjustable/removable shelf in each side of the cabinet.

Love the chair! Only negative was their shipping. Chair came in a large box which was encased in a wider crate. Trucking guy said he was only supposed to drop it off to the curb... I’m a single woman and have stairs up a little hill to get to my front door so I luckily was able to convince trucker to bring it up to my porch and he was mad. Then trying to get the crate open was not easy. Chair is lovely and all that protecting ensured it was protected.

I'm here to encourage you! This couch is the perfect amount of sturdy comfort. The lounge part is the perfect length to sit upright and stretch out my legs, although if you begin to slouch, your feet may hang off the end. The fabric is a beautiful blue and very soft, great for the many naps I've already enjoyed of this couch. I love the sleekness of the light wooden frame and legs. The plastic feet that come on the legs are great for being able to easily move the couch around without scratching the floors. It's a fantastic couch for the lower end price point as well!

We searched high and low for the right couch for our space and I'm SO glad we landed on this one. It's comfortable, spacious and mid-century stylish without being kitschy. Everyone that comes over compliments it- especially the built in side table. We chose celestial velvet, a color I was initially reticent about but is gorgeous in person and a delight to decorate around. Pet owners should know that the velvet has held up very well against our cat- he generally isn't drawn to sitting on it or clawing it (apparently cat's don't like velvet!) and he's puked on it once and the stain came up easily. We adore the size of the couch as a family of tall people because we can FULLY stretch out when we wish. Also I love that the couch doesn't suck you in- it is firm enough where you can sit up straight, while still having ample lounging capabilities. Truly can't recommend this couch enough!
Sitting in it now, loving the quality after awesome service. *would only suggest change local delivery service if possible.

Surprisingly comfortable and very clean lines, beautiful color.
Sturdy, comfortable and a nice color. It is a little too big for the 71 size of the smiley dining table because it is just slightly too big to slide under the table for storage and would hit against the legs. I am satisfied with my purchase and color. It will be nice to seat more people when we are allowed to gather again.
The Florence couch in charcoal wool arrived in perfect condition & on time. Very well made with straight seams & quality upholstery. The 2 delivery men were unfriendly & unhelpful (a bad day?) I am very happy with Kardial

We got this couch in early November and I’m so obsessed! I looked everywhere for an orange velvet couch. This was one of only a couple that I found/liked and I’m so glad I did. For one, it’s so comfy. For two, it cleans up so easily and doesn’t hold onto pet hair (big improvement over my last couch). And finally, it’s so pretty to look at. I get lots of compliments. My only complaint is that the back and arm pillows are not attached (which is what I wanted) but they tend to fall forward but it’s honestly not bad.
Great Sofa
I was pleased with the delivery guys to start.They were right to the minute on time and put the huge box exactly where I needed it!I am disabled but put it together with no problem. I am pleased with the couch since I am petite but probably not a great couch for a tall person. The removable cushions and covers will lend to cleaning and sleeping or napping by removing the back cushions. I hope it can take wear and tear so I will let you know.

Ordering furniture online is nerve-wracking, especially a sofa. Only after exhausting local options was online considered. There are fantastic designs and decent values offered by many online retailers. Kardiel is one of them. Reviews here certainly added to the trepidation, but decided to take a chance. As a small batch, specialty design manufacturer - actually feel for companies like Kardiel as making their business model work must be so tricky. Overall a good experience so far and therefore providing a positive review for some contrast. That said, would take half a star off for 3 items - quality/price paid, delivery (including packaging), and assembly. Sofa (sectional) is very good. Build quality is decent and materials solid. Was especially sold on the fabric. Stain resistant and has a high Martindale rub count (speaks to durability, credit to Kardiel for sharing specs). Plenty of pictures and even a video make their website standout. Lots of information. Style is subjective, so not factoring that (am obviously a mid-century mod fan). Two steps up from Ikea but not DWR or CB2. Perhaps half step down from West Elm. Certainly no Herman Miller (Eames lounge chair in pics admittedly a replica). BUT, let's keep price point in mind! Kardiel is more approachable. Sectional was among the lower priced which made purchasing online palatable. Would not spend on much higher priced options. Simply too much risk during shipping and returns/exchanges are inevitably a huge hassle (unless they have scale/financial muscle of an AMZ, 'free' and 'easy' returns simply not feasible for the business model). Fortunately, delivery was ok and on time (Fedex). Much of the customer experience is defined by the shipping and delivery process and for companies like Kardiel it is inevitably left to the mercy of shipping subcontractors. There was some damage to the box but sofa itself was intact. Only curbside delivery was available. Packaging could be improved. Suggest Kardiel add support/padding in the corners (mass furniture producer Zinus (AMZ seller) makes packaging an art form - much less quality stuff but packaged well). I would be wary of sofas with rigid/hard arms (non-cushioned) as weak box corners make them susceptible to nicks/dents. Sectional purchased here probably 'travels better' than most due to design. There was also a minor assembly issue as one of the screws to attach the legs would not go through. Had to drill through what was blocking it (something was in there, more than the wood base). Legs should just screw into the base (vs attached with screws) as most quality sofas do. Finally, a word on comfort. It is fine! Good support and comfortable. This is mid-century style (Dominique) - not your 'sink-into' Lazy-Boy. Will see how it holds up. Overall and so far, the experience with Kardiel has been good.
I ordered an ottoman and matching sofa from Kardiel AND WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. The ottoman was in stock and the sofa was supposed to be in stock in roughly a month, July 10 (it is Aug 19 as I write this). First, the sofa got delayed by ~two weeks because it came from China. Then it got delayed again and I asked them at least to ship me the ottoman. They wouldn't do so unless I paid an additional shipping fee of $50. Fine I paid it. My sofa was in stock on Aug 2. The day of my delivery (Aug 17, HOW DOES IT TAKE TWO WEEKS?!?) the warehouse called to say it was not delivering my package as a pipe burst in the warehouse. We rescheduled for later in the week. The day prior they called me again to tell me there was a GIANT HOLE in the sofa. Kardiel now needs to ship me a brand new couch, which I'm sure will take another month. They were not accommodating and when I asked to rush the delivery they said, sure but that probably won't help. To top it all off, getting a COI from them for every revised delivery date was like pulling teeth. Go to pottery barn and spend your several thousand dollars on a company with their stuff together.
Ordered a couch Jan 4, 2020. Website said 'in stock January 30th' It's March 7th and I still have not received anything. They claim they have shipping delays. Where is this product coming from??? China?? I mean seriously. It was not a cheap couch either. I've been without a place to sit for two months and cannot even invite guests over to my apartment as they have no place to sit. I deeply regret this and will be writing to the Better Business Bureau.
do not buy kardiel do not buy kardiel. the worst experience imaginable. they delivered a couch that was damaged. they admitted their fault, either they sent out a damaged couch or it got damaged during delivery, which i paid for extra to avoid any kind of damage. they refuse to send an undamaged couch, or cover the expenses related to fixing the damage! that is the worst company!!!!! do not buy thier furniture!!!!! i am stuck with a damaged sofa and the company offered me $200 store credit as a compensation. please be warned. i will file a claim with consumer protection. I did not become aware of the damage to the sofa until several weeks later. The sofa was sitting in my apartment at the exact location and in an original box it was delivered in, as the delivery people dropped it off.
Kardiel does not design or manufacture anything. They import from China, Vietnam and other Asian countries. You can find the same items for a quarter of the price on other foreign furniture websites. Kardiel places a extremely high price on their items to create the illusion that it is American made, or of high quality or that it is unique and special. The real truth is that it's just cheap Asian market furniture and people are fooled by the marketing. High quality made in USA furniture can be purchased for less than what people are paying for these Asian furnishings.
