I absolutely love Homary! I have purchased everything from wall decor, lighting, bathroom faucets, and even a dining room table from this website and I have never been disappointed. The quality is always top notch and exactly as pictured. They are always clear with the dimensions of the product which is usually the most deceptive part of buying furniture online. And the shipping is always very fast...with the exception of my table, but they it very clear how long that would take before I put the order in so I was not surprised or disappointed. I've also had extremely good customer service from them. the very first time I ordered I did not look at the dimensions and the bathroom faucet I ordered was too short, although extremely beautiful and I wish I could've kept it. I had to return it and the process was very simple and completely straightforward. I also received my refund quickly. I am definitely a loyal Homary shopper!

The worst experience with Homary I've ever had with an order online. Ordered 4 pieces of furniture at the same time. Major issues with every piece. I ordered 10/2022 and continue to have problems. Furniture broken during shipment after waiting 6 months. Broken upon receipt again so asked for a refund. Months later, they tell me refund was done but it wasn't. To this day, still no refund. It has been almost a year since the original order. No way to contact them by phone. Their website states excellence in customer service and response time. Both are lies. Located in Hong Kong even though they say they are in California. Now filing a dispute with my credit card company. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. It's a scam.
I love my new bathroom automatic trash cans. They look wonderful in my 3 bathrooms & give them a classy look. I was dissappointed that there were no assembly instructions included in each of the delivery boxes. We figured it out but directions would have been very helpful. Your packaging techniques were outstanding!

The light itself is beautiful. The shipping took months which we knew and the estimate provided was accurate. We painted the mount plate to match our decor. It’s smaller than we thought so check the dimensions for your space. It has three light options but it did not work with our dimmer switch (video) but works fine with the normal switch. I think it needs a specific dimmer switch to seamlessly transition from one light mode to another. The instructions mentioned nothing about the dimmer compatibility so we will just have to figure it out. Great quality for the price.
I got a console table and I was not impressed at all. It was poor quality and not worth the price. Lots of fake reviews on the site to convince you to buy. They sent me an email offering 10% off next purchase if I give a positive review, I think that’s how they get all the fake reviews on their website!

I ordered two light fittings the minimalist modern LED Island kitchen light and Clytia modern geometric crystal chandelier black from Homary both beautiful and as exact to description and images on the website. I ordered the Modern Extendable Dining Table and it shipped within 3 days! Similar to Ikea, you build this yourself and it takes just as much effort as it comes in many many pieces. It took my father and myself 2 days to put together. We hit a little snag as we later discovered an error in the printed instructions. The instructions are tiny and hard to read so I followed a youtube tutorial at the same time (also not perfect). A few parts are mirrored and were labeled wrong, so I had to take apart and refit a few steps. The biggest snag was the printed instructions mislabeled using screws for the side table. This meant for my item, that I ran out of screws to complete the build. And I was at that point too far into completion to undo what had been built. So at the end of the day, all I needed for to get a few more screws to complete. I got in touch with Customer service. I tried calling but the menus didnt get me to a person. I used the chat feature and was able to resolve the issue. Its faster for me to just go buy my own screws otherwise they offered shipping from the manufacturer.

I was a little nervous ordering this item from Homary since it was my first purchase from this website, but I am absolutely delighted with the result! The table was quick and easy to assemble and looks so lovely in our space. It's made from solid wood and the rattan siding so far seems very secure and durable, so I am quite impressed with the quality thus far. My husband and I are probably going to give it a few coats of Boos Block oil in order to help it live a longer life, give it more richness in color, and make it more resistant to staining (we have two tiny humans in our house!) but that's an easy task that we're more than willing to take on. Overall I think this table is an incredible value. We're really pleased with it!

I’ve ordered from Homary twice. The most recent experience included a much more expedited shipping process than last. My order was delivered within two weeks. Not only that but the product I was ordered was of super high quality and heavy, denoting quality. For a media console, it arrived almost entirely assembled. I only havld four screws to put in and four pieces to align. Otherwise the entire drawer section came as one piece. This was wonderful. Again, this denotes the quality of the product. I had received a media console from another vendor prior and paid twice the amount and the entire console came in 100 pieces to assemble!!! Homary is great and I can see the ongoing improvement in consumer experience. I will definitely order again from them.

After a mistake on my part of mixing a delivery address and a billing address together so in actual fact there was no such address in existence, Jay from Homary contacted the dispatcher and explained the situation. Finally only a few days later than my stated delivery date the item was delivered to the correct place. Thank you Jay for the intervention and solving of this problem. It was dealt with very quickly and with no inconvenience to me. I shall be more careful next time I palce any orders and make sure I put a correct address. We have loved our outdoor sectional as well as the customer service we received. A few pieces were missing however Homary went out of their way to make it right and get the missing back rests to us in a timely manner😊
Be careful purchasing from Homary.com. On their product page they claim "We will pay for the return or exchange cost if quality issues are involved. If you're returning or exchanging the item because you changed your mind, customers are responsible for return shipping cost." Furthermore, buried under the FAQ, their return policies are not feasible for a standard consumer as their representatives destroyed the original packaging material and took the trash with them. During the delivery process we realized the couch didn't live up to the advertisement for what we thought we purchased. It came in 4 pieces (base, back, and two sides), and the cushion material was what I would expect in outdoor furniture rather than indoor furniture. My wife wanted the couch to go back right then; unfortunately, the delivery representatives were not authorized to take returns. Calling their phone, the front-line teleworkers are also not authorized to take returns informing you only a manager is. Their manager is conveniently not available by phone. When I went to sit on the couch to try and convince my wife we could make it work, the side fell off causing me to fall on my butt despite paying Homary to set everything up for me. Their manager did eventually email me; but wanted a photo or video of me falling. Something impossible to provide as I didn't plan for the side to pop off and I am not about to tempt fate and stage myself falling lest I actually get hurt. Their manager also accused me of not assembling the couch correctly--sure it is possible their representatives failed to assemble it correctly--however, if their representatives cannot assemble their couch correctly; what chance that I, a consumer who purchases one couch every 10 years, has the ability to properly assemble their couch? Furthermore, after hunting through their website for FAQs on making a return I discovered they require the original manufacturing packaging. Their representative destroyed the original manufacturing packaging on delivery and hauled the resulting trash with them when they left (even if they had left the material, it needed to be destroyed to access the pieces inside). There are many points they can improve. First, they should make clear the couch requires assembly with the word "yes" rather than "fully". Had I saw the couch required assembly; I would not have purchased. Second, they should train and authorize their workers, not their managers, how to process returns. Third, they should make sure their product can come out of the original packaging material without its destruction and train their delivery representatives how to remove their product from the original packaging material without its destruction. Forth they should train their delivery representatives to inform the consumer of their requirement the product be returned in the original packaging material and advice us to save the material in case we would like to return the product due 'changing our mind'. Finally, they would make sure their couches have some mechanism to securely fashion the sides and back in place to prevent accidently assembling it incorrectly which could lead to an accident.

I ordered a toilet from homary.com ,was charged immediately and than send an e-mail that the address I put in was invalid. I verified the address and it was valid.They send me a second email that the address is still invalid, like I don't know my address? Tired of playing games I requested proper contact info from this company and to refund my money immediately. This is a scam already. A legit company doesn't charge until the merchandise has shipped. Now they don't have to send me anything and already have my money. Nice! With a little digging I found the real reviews and people are not happy! Neither am I.
