Our entertainment center was delivered earlier than the original estimate and was assembled quickly and correctly. The back panel of one piece was damaged in shipping and a replacement panel was sent to me in short order and a technician came and replaced the damaged panel with the new one within a week of the replacement arriving.

I bought a sofa on Coleman's website about 1 month ago (I still haven't received it). I received 1 email with the deadline of the 20th of August, and now I received another one from the 25th of August, that is, until when will they change? Do i buy another sofa elsewhere or wait? LIARS...they changed the date again.

Specs online are confusing. States need 3 inches from wall but does not include chaise, only recliners. Chaise needs 18 inches. Now we have chaise that only lays back 3 inches. Layout diagrams do not call that out either.
I love it, but 2 months was a very long time to wait for it. My patience was at an end by the time it arrived. Also, when ordering it i was not given the option of white glove delivery (an additional $200 by the way).

The white glove service was excellent. One of the bookshelves arrived with the frame damaged (a large chunk was out). The White Gloves pointed it out, documented it, and provided a marker to cover it up. When we unloaded the shelves, we were disappointed to discover that one of the shelves had a badly-damaged corner that had been "repaired" with light beige epoxy-like material, then carefully concealed among the stacked and bolted-down shelves. While I disappointed to discover that some of the construction was stapled (for these prices, I expected sturdier fasteners), the overall look is pleasing.

I love the couch, I do wish the overall height of the couch to include the back and arms were four inches higher. But love the size and the 'cloud' ness. The delivery was a nightmare. They gave me 12 hours notice of delivery. I called to reschedule as I'm in the Army and I cannot take off with such short notice. I was told they couldn't give me more than 12-hours notice but would deliver the following. The following day, the couch was delivered and left in the lobby of my condominium building. 6 MASSIVE BOXES left for ME to move up 5 flights, unpack assemble, and dispose of. Not sure why I even paid for shipping and handling! I recommend Coleman Furniture find a different delivery company in the DC, VA and MD area. I would not purchase again as I'd hate to have to deal with mess again.

I love Coleman Furniture! I found their website while looking for a new sleeper sofa and love seat! So many choices were available and the information on dimensions and fabrics helped me find the perfect match for our bonus room! The cost savings on this set was much better than other websites. Delivery was about 3 weeks, which was wonderful! The "white glove" local delivery company did a fantastic job of getting it up to the second story of our home and they set it up for us and took away the packaging material. They also had us look it over for any damage, but, it was in perfect shape. We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this company!

Our cocktail table arrived damaged and our end table never arrived. I worked with Cyra in customer service and she immediately took action to correct both problems. She had exceptional communication and advised me every step of the way. I would purchase from Coleman again knowing they stand behind their orders.
I wouldn't recommend them. Aside from the terrible rude customer service who are based out of another country. They ship everything from California and charge you $500 to ship any items back which they don't let tell you in their terms and conditions that they don't have any warehouses other than the West Coast. Also, they charge you on top of the crazy shipping 15% restocking fee. Not a very honest company. You're better off ordering from Wayfair they have much better customer service and more agreeable terms and conditions.
I love my new Coleman couch! It's a beautiful design that is the perfect size for my apartment. It is made well and a good sitting height.
I will not purchased furniture from this company again. My wife and I had purchase Ashley furniture nightstand to complete the master bedroom set. This nightstand was packaged damaged at the point of origin. Coleman did offer to send replacement parts. There were no visible signs of damaged to the box it was shipped in. If the box was damaged we would have immediately inspected the nightstand. The back of all 4 rails should be secured with screws & they are not. The bottom base is cracked and itappears that it was NOT assembled correctly & then was dropped & then packaged in the cardboard packaging. Replacing the drawers will not correct the problem. I am forwarding more pictures. I will escalate this to the Better Business Bureau if necessary to come to some type of resolution.

I was hesitant to purchase a couch fully online without ever sitting on it or seeing it in person. Quality furniture! Only unsatisfaction was with the shipping company changing delivery days after confirming, no showing up on delivery day because verbally "they forgot your couch at the main office" after I took the day off to accept the delivery. Not calling before they arrived on the 3rd delivery day after scheduled delivery timeframe. That said, it was delivered within the same week as originally scheduled. Upon delivery, the gentlemen was very kind and attentive. The product is very nice especially for the price paid.

I have had nothing but issues with my order. Been 2 months and still don't have my furniture that showed stock on website. The first try showed up to local delivery damaged. So they ordered another. Been 1 month since that date. Been 3 weeks just in transit according to customer service. They make cancelling or getting any type of compensation very hard and impossible because all they do is refer to terms and conditions and don't care about customer service and helping out customers. These people are crooks. I made a purchase online with their furniture company. Well apparently they use different people to ship the furniture. The warehouse called me to schedule delivery. I took off work to be at my residence the day it was scheduled. No one showed so I called numerous times to get information. The warehouse told me they made a mistake and don’t deliver to my area!!!! Yeah, this is AFTER they set up a delivery date and didn’t show up!!!! Then I get in touch with Coleman furniture and let them know the issue. Instead of fixing this issue, they said they were discussing with the warehouse if they actually could deliver it and I told them because the bed wasn’t delivered and we have nothing to sleep on. We had to go to our local furniture store and buy a bed so we would not have time to wait for them to work out this issue with the warehouse. They then proceeded to tell me they could refund the money but they still have to charge me a cancellation fee. This was their fault. They did not deliver what they promised they did not fix the issue and then they are still trying to collect money for something they didn’t provide!!!!! This is thievery! I would definitely not recommend this furniture company to anyone else, and I sure will never be using them again.

WORST customer service ever! Ordered a sofa and it took literally 7 weeks only for it to arrive damaged and dirty! They only have option for "white glove" which means they deliver and unpack for you. You will not get anything back if it's damaged bc they make you sign off on all this paperwork before they leave. Even when they delivered it with the shrink wrap still in tact! We opted to unpack it ourselves and later found out that it was damaged and dirty. Immediately I sent pictures of before (in shrink wrap) and after (unwrapped and set up) to customer service of the damages and us believing it was a used piece, they refused to help because we signed off saying everything was in good condition. I will NEVER recommend coleman furniture to any of my family or friends and strongly urge them not to purchase though coleman even though it is slightly cheaper. I paid for a brand new piece of furniture, I should get a brand new piece.
Service was great as far as ordering. Terrific prices and quality. My only issue was that I thought since my items are super heavy that they would schedule delivery and set up. The boxes showed up in the hallway of my apartment building and I had to pay a neighbor to bring them inside. I left a message with customer service but no response back.

Ordered a couch June 9th. It was cheaper than in the Ashley’s store so I didn’t mind if I had to wait a little longer. It was suppose to be delivered the end of July. Evey 2 weeks I would get an email that it will be shipped in 5-6 weeks. I canceled the order and went to another store and our couch will be here in 2 days. They did t give me an issue canceling. (Hopefully I get my refund) I’m mad I wasted so much time you might have to pay more somewhere else but it is worth it.
