I had been waiting to design my lower living room since moving in because I didn't know what I wanted. Oddly enough I saw a gray sectional in a meme and thought that's it. I bought this sofa to go in a space primarily for working and having engaging conversations... For that reason I wanted something comfy but not slouchy or snuggly... This is a great couch. It's comfortable enough to feel happy and at ease but not squishy enough to make you want to take a nap. The fabric is awesome. People love the color. Even though it's bright, it's a super easy color to work with... I think you can sneak mustard in as a neutral ;)

I have looked for a sectional for more than 6 months. I wanted something mid century modern, elegant, sturdy and within a decent budget. Very hard to find what I wanted in stores and kind of risky to order it on the internet. So after reading all the comments, and looking at customers pictures, I decided to place the order on the Lexington just before thanksgiving (the sale saved me $300!) Then the wait started ..... ughh! Christmas, New Years and other family gatherings with no sofas...since I have gave away the old ones). I finally got them on January 23rd. Delivery was as expected and packing was fine. After we put them together and sat on it, I had my WOW moment!! Astonishing, great and bold color (Chicago Blue). They are very well made and they look awesome in our living room. I admit I was upset with the long wait but they deserve 5 stars for design, quality, fabric and customer service. We really love this sectional!!
Because the color is one of the less popular, I had to wait while the couch was built for me (super cool!). However, this gave me plenty of time to get super nervous about the fact that I ordered a BIG ORANGE COUCH. However, it arrived with the extremely convenient white glove delivery service, and I've absolutely never felt so strongly about a piece of furniture more! It's perfect!

LOVE IT!!! After a small glitch with the third party delivery company, which Apt2B took care of immediately, my beautiful sectional arrived just in time for the holidays. What a wonderful gift to myself! I absolutely love it. Not only does is look fabulous, it's very comfortable. There's plenty of room for lots of people to sit and I can even stretch out comfortably on one end while my husband naps on the other. The sleeper is perfect for extra overnight guests and they all say it's comfortable as well. We slept on it a couple of nights ourselves to try it out and I can say from experience it is comfortable for a sleeper sofa mattress. I was a little worried about the fabric holding up to lots of kids and pets but so far it's great! It cleans up easily with a slightly damp towel. The craftsmanship is solid. The sleeper parts all work as they should and it's easy to open and close. The cushions are firm, but supportive and comfortable. The fabric is luxurious, yet durable. I'm very happy. It’s small—thus the “apt size” label—but the perfect size for our small room (it’s hard to find small couches!) and at the perfect price point. Beautiful color. Comfortable. Well constructed. Just what we were looking for.
This was our first time buying a piece of furniture without looking at it in person or trying it out and we were superbly impressed. It’s a solid piece of a sofa and the mustard color is gorgeous. We wanted it to be the accent color of our office/guest bedroom. Get samples first so you know what you’re buying. It comes as one piece, so it’s heavy and can be challenging to move in tight spaces. In terms of comfort, I would qualify the sofa cushion as stiff, keep that in mind. We already had another more cushy sofa, so that was not an issue. We didn’t use it as a bed yet, we bought the gel foam mattress and it looks great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the purchase, knowing the above. I’ve looked at many sleeper sofas, online and in-person, and the price was appropriate for what I compare it too. Delivery was not an issue, once we agreed on day and time.

For months I looked for an affordable couch that also fit in the smaller space that I live in. Now, lets start by acknowledging that furniture is overpriced in the first place. The mark-ups on a couch are huge. I didn't want a couch that looked like it belonged in a college dorm room or had bed-bugs because I got it off of craigslist. I'm an adult, I wanted hat felt like an adult couch. For months I looked and sat of couches and called places about delivery. Any couch i could afford, I then couldn't afford because the delivery fee was half the price of the couch. Then i could Apt.2b. While I still paid more than I would have liked, what I got was good quality, a great size, and half off on clearance. The delivery people who came were so nice and helpful with carrying it into the house and they let me know where they were an what time they would arrive. Overall, I've very pleased wit the Carson couch. the legs didn't quite line up correctly but it was an easy fix. I would recommend Apt2b to anyone looking for a good quality couch.

I happened to stumble to Apt2B, and we found a couch that matched the style we were looking for. Since this was a new company we never heard of, we were a little weary of purchasing such a large purchase online, BUT, we couldn't be happier of the entire process from start to finish. We order swatches first, picked a color swatch we liked, and delivery was effortless. Sturdy and well built. Sumptuously stuffed pillows and cushions, firm and very comfortable. Higher seat height so easy to get out of! Chaise lounge is great for TV, reading, computer work. Eliminates the need for a recliner chair. Smaller size doesn't eat up my entire living room, so can add a couple of accent chairs. Color and fabric exactly as the swatch that was sent. Delivery took several weeks, but went without a hitch. Worth the wait. The only cons: my cat thinks it's a giant scratching post (any tips??) so I am still keeping it covered until I train her. Also, I wish I had ordered the natural or espresso finish for the wood work. The pecan is a little bit too orange-y.

Before ordering my sofa I had some questions for costumer service, they were extremely helpful. I ordered several swatches of fabric that were delivered quickly with no charge. It's the first time we ordered a sofa we hadn't tried to sit in first. We love our new sofa, it's very comfortable even though it is a firm cushion. It's seems to be well made and good quality.
Loved the design online and in person it does not disappoint. Looking for a mid century mod chair and this fits that bill with added detail. It's a comfortable sitting chair. Not so much for a lounge. Thin firm seat, but I like that. Maybe a sort of memory foam type cushion that keeps the firmness still comfortable. These are our room's focus pieces!

I could not be happier with the two of these I bought for my new house. The delivery crew was great and assembled the chairs quickly. They are actually a bit bigger than I had thought from the photos, which I was a little concerned about but after getting the room set up and spending some time sitting in them, I think they are the perfect size. Super comfy and very stylish.
I really like this sofa/ futon. It looks nice and is made well. The only down side is that I wish it was more comfortable. It's fine for kids but I'd never put an adult on it to sleep.

Very happy with this sofa so far. It took longer to arrive than promised (6 wks rather than the 3-4 wks I anticipated). I did email Apt2B a couple of times for updates and they responded quickly. The design and upholstery are great and it is super comfortable. I ended up swapping the legs out and now it's the perfect sofa. Fabric - I chose Performance Honey, a yellowish-beige color that is a nice change from my long history of blue-grey sofas. Any liquid spills bead up and can be wiped off. Design - I looked at dozens of sofas before picking the Scott L-Sectional. This one is small enough to fit my space, and it has that clean mid-century look with long bench cushions. And best of all, it's symmetrical. No matter where I move, I can arrange it to be left or right-facing. The only aspect I didn't like was the seat height. The sofa looked huge, and when I sat on it my heels barely grazed the ground. And I'm 5'8". I swapped the 7" legs for identical 5" legs from Etsy and now it's the perfect size. Stay tuned for an update in 6 months.

Great quality, soft and plush, but still firm enough to live it some good years. Perfect for our living room (we have a 1 and 3 year old so we'll be spot cleaning a lot).
We've had our sofa for almost 3 weeks now. The velvet material is soft but easy to keep clean, and the seats are firm but comfortable. Bonus: our cats haven't scratched it onceI read that they don't like the feel of velvet on their paws! Based on other customer reviews, we ordered the seat cushions without tufting. Because of that, the seats look a little more overstuffed than expected, but they're so comfortable that it's not a big deal. Customer service was fast, personalized and easy, even when we had problems with the shipping company.
Everything about this lamp is what I wanted, so we bought two for the bedroom: SLATE and SILVER. Online, slate looks significantly darker. In person, slate and silver (grey) are nearly INDISTINGUISHABLE. Slate ended up being significantly lighter and silver significantly darker, to the point where I felt like the photos were misleading. Writing this review 6 months later and I've made peace with my matching lamps. Just know what you're getting into.
I was looking for a furniture to match the exposed concrete ceiling in my apartment. This fits perfectly. The table is pleasantly heavy.
So far so good! I had been eyeing the Logan for awhile and finally bit the bullet during their anniversary sale. The couch looks well made and the fabric feels thick. Hopefully it will be a piece that will last us 5+ years or until we decide we need a facelift. Everyone who has come by to visit has complimented us on the couch. We had an issue with the delivery guys but the customer service team helped resolve in a timely manner.
This sectional is stylish, comfortable, and well priced. We. chose the charcoal fabric., but the amethyst was a tough contender. It's beautiful. Apt2B is a great company to work with, and patiently answered all of my questions both in emails and in chat sessions. The hardest part was picking the fabric out of all the beautiful choices.

We came to Apt2B after many years of owning a leather, Chesterfield style sofa. After having some initial hesitance to order a non leather fabric, we couldn't be happier with our piece. The Microfiber fabric is comfortable, breathable, and very easy to clean! We are a home with 2 small dogs who shed like crazy, and our Blueberry fabric could not be easier to care for. Just a few minutes with the upholstery attachment on our vacuum, and our Delilah is looking good as new! Our delivery was also a cinch. I have never used an in home delivery service before (hi Ikea) and considering this was free of charge in my order, I could not be more elated. The team came in, set it up for me, and took away all of the packaging that came with it! WE LOVE YOU APT2B! THANK YOU!

This bed frame is as beautiful, as unique and as well made as the picture shows. It was delivered promptly and it only took about 20 minutes for the two delivery persons to put it together. My husband and I are extremely happy with our all wood made Bennett platform bed. The draws all slide in and out easily and are just the added room we needed to store sheets, towels, etc.The delivery service was very professional and were in and out within 30mins. I highly recommend this bed!

I love this clock! I looked forever to find the right clock that was minimal, neutral, had good lines and no numbers and I finally found it in this clock. I ordered the natural color and while it is just a tad more yellow toned than I would like I still love it. One thing to also note is the face of the clock is more of an ivory/off white than a pure white. Again, both of those are very minor and did not bother me enough to put me off of it (and I can definitely get hung up on stuff like that!). Overall, great quality and beautiful minimal design. Highly recommend!

We loved our first one so much, we ordered another for a different part of the house. What I love most is that many are designed to make the most of the sitting area/space (by example, reducing the thickness of the arms) and they are sleek and simple. Super comfortable too.
We are SO happy with this sectional. It is large enough to comfortably seat 5 or more very comfortably, but also has a "low profile" look so it doesn't look overly large. We use it all the time and have gotten so many compliments. Putting it together was easy- just screw in the feet and attach the sectional pieces and you're done! I will definitely be using Apt 2B for my future furniture purchases.
Everyone at Apt2B went above and beyond the call of duty to be sure my order arrived in a timely fashion, and they took care of several minor defects immediately. My sofa/chaise is extremely comfortable, and the color is lovely. Quite happy! Media console was a bit smaller than anticipated, but i love the style and relocated it to a different room.

We've had our couches from Apt 2B for a few years now. Initially, we were so excited to receive our couch and chair - they were beautiful and our first big furniture purchase. Weeks later, the fabric began to pill, and despite notifying Apt 2B about the pilling and asking for them to honor their 100 day return policy for a product that was clearly faulty, they refused. On their website, it clearly states: "Apt2B prides itself in its Hassle Free 100 Day Guarantee and its commitment to customer satisfaction. We will always do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction!". But, when we sent photos and emails of concern for our brand new $2000 sofa that was pilling weeks after we received it, they simply said the warranty did not cover fabric, and refused to help us. A few years later, this sofa is the worst large purchase I've ever made. The fabric is molting, and looks terrible, and I'm resigned to shaving the entire thing every time I have company. STAY AWAY.
I don't normally do reviews , I had to let people know the poor quality of apartment 2B furniture! When my husband retired and the children are all grown and graduated from college I was going to purchase a and extremely comfortable and quality made sectional and spend more than I usually would. I thought that I did my research, unfortunately I didn't do enough! When the furniture was delivered it was damaged and had to be replaced. They offered me money to sway me from having another sectional delivered, I declined and asked to have the sectional replaced. I wish I never bought this furniture!! The sectional was replaced and it has been falling apart rapidly! The fabric is so uncomfortable , my husband does not want the fabric to touch his skin , it has to be covered with a blanket. The sectional was not the extremely comfortable cozy sectional that I had hoped for. Almost immediately they chaise part of the sectional, started to lose its shape. It's to the point where we can't sit on the chaise oh, it is so badly dented. My husband and I are the only people that sit on this sofa 90% of the time, we are not large people we don't have pets , there is no reason for this cushion to have lost its shape to the point of being unusable. Springs starting to pop out inside the sofa, which caused the material over the Springs, to tare. The metal plate that holds the sectional to the rest of the couch , unscrewed and detached from the sectional and will no longer the two pieces of the sectional together The material underneath the sofa is torn. There is no possible reason that my husband or I could have done any of the damage that this sectional has. The fabric on the cushions, not only is it uncomfortable it started to wear down to the point where there is little pulls of fabric pulling through out the cushions. The sectional has been a nightmare! I made apartment 2B aware of the problems, as they progressed , the only help they offered me with a razor blade to shave off the fabric pulls. I was shocked at their lack of concern. This sectional is no longer usable. I have to buy new furniture . I am not very happy about that. I am happy that the new sectional, will be a comfortable quality made sectional. . I recently sent them an email listing all the damage the sectional has, from almost the first day of purchase, until now, which is two years , they never responded. If you're looking for comfortable long lasting furniture , that is made extremely well ,DO NOT BUY FROM APT 2B,.!!!
We have had our Apt2B sofas for over 4 years now and they are still as good as new. We seriously couldn't be happier with our experience. We get compliments from all of our guests on how comfortable and beautiful they are. Their customer service is as impeccable as their quality of furniture. We just placed an order for a new set for our new house in new colors and fabrics, because even tho our older set is still brand new, the colors didn't match our new place. We also purchased a new bed from Apt2B and we are confident that we'll love that just as much as we love our sofas. You can choose from a huge variety of colors, fabrics, leather, and leg color. Apt2B has such beautiful, quality furniture for a really affordable price. So many fabric and color options! The customer service is also stellar, they are super friendly and helpful! Best perk is that they have free delivery in Los Angeles! 5 stars!!
I discovered Apt2B through a close friend of mine recently. They have the best stuff and they deliver very fast. I am pregnant so it's been hard to move stuff around and the delivery people helped us set up the room. This is such a great company and I love how the entire room turned out. We couldn't be happier! I can't say enough good things about Apt 2B! Literally my dream couch! I was so impressed from the process from beginning to end. I just bought the Carson sofa in Mountain Grey and I'm very satisfied. Great quality and finish! Customer service was also super helpful. I'd recommend asking for swatches because it really helps to see the color IRL
Huge fan of Apt2B and their products- we have numerous pieces in our home, for over a year now, and all are holding up incredibly well. We had a minor issue with the frame of our sofa, and Apt2B arranged to have it fixed as part of the Lifetime Warranty. We live in LA, so they picked it up, fixed it, and brought it back! It was truly a breeze! Can't say enough wonderful things about their customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Best customer support! When buying online something usually might go wrong, but what makes an online retailer great is it's ability to provide solutions to it's customers. Such is the case here. Never buying in IKEA again that sent me a banged up furniture and they don't even reply to my emails or answer my calls
I'm SO in love with all of the furniture from this company! The quality is so amazing and the white glove delivery service is so great! I have a super comfortable sofa chair and 4 leather dining chairs and both have held up wonderfully even against pets and a 5 year old! Highly recommend!
I was on the fence about purchasing the Marco Sleeper w/ memory foam mattress from Apt2B. The advertised price on their website was $2759.95 plus an additional 20% off for Labor Day bringing the price down to $2621.96. This same day I was going to order it I get an automated text from them reading "Apt2B: Still deciding? In case you missed it, enter the code TXT1537 at checkout for $150 OFF your first $999+ order! apt2b.attn.tv/l/JP6/goeI…;. This made me assume, and I'm sure anyone else, that I would get another $150 off. This was not the case. Update: After numerous emails back and forth and their acknowledgement of the issue and very believable response that they will correct it, I'm satisfied. They're even honoring the price that one would have assumed they would get with promo codes that were offered.
I love Apt2B! I recently got the Samson Sofa and am in love with it. It's modern, sleek, simple and so SO comfortable! Definitely worth every penny for the quality. I got it in the gray and it matches perfectly with my apartment. Also, their service is great! They gave me a call the day prior to delivery to set up the right time for me, and got delivered it smoothly and efficiently. Nice people and great service. 10/10 would recommend!
Apt 2 B, Apartment Two Bee, apartment-to-be... ahh I get it. Ha. Here's a subtly pun-tastic furniture store that has plenty of selection in attractive designs at fairly reasonable pricing. They have a lot of stuff plus an on-line outlet. Staff are helpful and patient. Apt2B customer service is surprisingly pleasant. Not like all pressure-y which often happens at other furniture places. You can almost have great fun browsing the warehouse for chairs, sofas etc. Even if I didn't find the perfect piece, I'm tempted to return later to see what I might have missed or any new arrivals. It's totally APT TOO BEE browsing Apt 2B Warehouse, when looking to furnish your APARTMENT TO BE. (too much? yeah I know)
Customer service is beyond EXCELLENT! Had a mixup on where to send my artwork & sofa (2 different addresses) but Tyler went the extra mile & got everything straightened out. Sofa sleeper is beautiful. Delivery guys were professional and polite. Would have no reservations buying from Apt2B again.
Purchased a Samson Sofa Lounger couch from their online outlet during a Labor Day sale, even though we didn't have our new apartment yet. Unlike West Elm (who gave us lots of problems), everyone at apt2b was extremely accomidating to us, and ultimately allowed us to hold the couch at their warehouse until we closed on our apartment more than 3 months later. No one pushes us to take delivery, but rather helped guide us through the process. Once we finally closed, they shipped it out ASAP and we received it in about a week. The couch itself is really comfortable, perfect for our space, and very true to the pictures and specs on the site. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and highly recommend apt2b to anyone looking for well made, stylish and comfortable further that's made in the USA. Thank you again apt2b!
I ordered the Monroe 3 Piece Sectional and it is...perfect. I spent a long time looking for a couch at the "usual" places and could not find what I wanted at A) the right price or B) the right delivery time. Not only that, but I found the customer service experience at the West Elms of the world to be stressful and unhelpful. All that changed when I came across Apt2B. First and foremost, the customer service is incredible. The chat reps are great and personable and extremely well-acquainted with each piece of furniture. If you call Apt2B, it's more of the same - great and knowledgeable reps. The couch itself is great. It's very comfortable and looks fantastic. Delivery was easy (and free!). Our guests always comment on how nice our couch looks. The delivery time was very reasonable, the product is made in the USA and it costs less than most competitors' options. What's not to love? I have already recommended Apt2B to anyone and everyone who will give me the time of day. Highly recommended!!!
I spoke with them soo many time's about my couch before I purchased. Each time they were helpful. Couch arrived as scheduled and looks perfect. Charcoal grey stepped up my entire living room. Classy clean lines, Lifetime warranty, pecan legs, 2.0 density cushions, ( 2.0 is considered minimum for a luxury couch fyi ikea is typically 1.5) also there in LA, so if any issues it can easily be replaced. Overall very happy with purchase.
We had a great experience with Apt2B from ordering through delivery. We have friends with two sofas from here so we had seen them in person (and sat on them) but we still chose a fabric we weren't familiar with (the performance blue.) Alex responded thoughtfully (and quickly) to my questions about which fabric would best suit our needs (messy children, a dog who sits on furniture, general lack of respect for our belongings) It's gorgeous, modern and comfortable. I'd say it's definitely on the firmer side BUT that is exactly what we were looking for. Our old West Elm couch had gotten too soft for all of us. We also ordered the Murtaugh media console and it's very pretty. I think it's a good value for nice clean modern lines. The delivery was very fast--we are in LA so I'm sure that helps. And they were nice and set everything up quickly and to our specifications. I have already recommended them to friends.
I've ordered two couches from Apt 2B. The first (Melrose sectional) is over 4 years old and the couch still looks very good, except for the cat scratching which is obviously not their fault! The seat cushions especially have held up very well. Certainly there are higher quality sofas out there, in the $2,500 + range, but with two kids and two dogs and two cats I don't want to move up to the next price point, just to see all my babies destroying it! For the price I have been very pleased with the look and quality and these sofas. I did stop by their teeny showroom/ warehouse originally so I could check out quality. I'm sure they save a lot of money by not having proper store but it would be nice!
BEWARE WHEN ORDERING. I have to say one of the most disappointing moments is waiting almost a month for the sofa to arrive, only to find out it won't fit, even after talking with an Apt2b customer service representative about this very issue. Prior to ordering my sofa I spoke with a customer service rep to get help finding out if the sofa would fit through my entry way. It was great that I was able to provide pictures through their instant messaging system, as well as measurements in order to help the rep better understand the difficulty that the mover may face. After providing multiple pictures with different angles, and measurements the rep's opinion was that it should be able to fit the entry way. To be fair they didn't guarantee that it would, but they did seem to think that it more likely would than wouldn't. So when the sofa arrived and didn't fit obviously I was very disappointed. I feel that reps are encouraged to push the sale forward in situations like this with the burden being on the customer in the end if it doesn't fit. Yes the shipping is free, but return shipping isn't.
I now live in New York City, and found an awesome sleeper sectional on their website! Ordering was very easy, and when I spoke to their costumer service about special delivery instructions, they were so helpful and friendly. I had a great costumer experience, and will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again!
Until now, I've been an Ikea girl, but this was so much better than anything I've gotten at Ikea, and it was still a very good price. I chatted with a few different employees on their online chat system to make sure I was picking out a sofa that was the right size and fit for my new apartment, and I found something at a discount that worked so well with my new place. I love it and have been spending all my time on it ever since they delivered it. It was so luxurious having it delivered right to my door without having to worry about any of the fuss or assembly myself. I'm really very happy with my Scott Sofa and don't miss Ikea one bit!
This review is partly on the experience of delivery. I am happy with our couch so far, and also feel like I would go somewhere different for my next furniture purchase. The level of quality isn't superb, but expected for the price. My husband and I ordered the Logan sectional and chose the color based on quick delivery to try and get a housewarming party together. Everything on the website and check out indicated no longer than 2-3 weeks. However, when delivery called (over a week after my purchase) they indicated that they only deliver to my area (Indianapolis) every two weeks and could make it out for delivery THREE WEEKS from the day they were calling me. So, in total almost 5 weeks from check out to my home. I understand Indianapolis is not a major metropolitan area, however I would not anticipate ANY kind of delivery taking this long, especially when you choose the quick ship color option. When they did call to deliver they gave me one day, and the hour range of delivery between 2-6. When I told them I work with client's every day and could not get away from work at that time, they said they could come back in TWO MORE weeks but could not give me a better time frame. I talked to my husband and he was able to get off work, but we asked delivery to give us a 30 minute window so he could leave work as close to delivery as possible. They agreed, but ended up calling when they were at our house, so of course we had to scramble to get home. Overall, I am highly unimpressed with the entire Apt2b experience. My hesitation with ordering from a furniture store was the estimated 6-8 week delivery time, but at least stores are honest with their expected delivery time and have better options. It seemed like Apt2b was also completely disconnected from the delivery service and took no responsibility for the delivery outcome. When I e-mailed Apt2b to inform them of my experience they told me that they were sure I would happy with my couch and the delivery was "white glove delivery" and everything would be assembled for me. So, basically telling me to get over it and be happy. Not happy, not coming back, thanks Apt2b!
I got a great sleeper couch from Apt2B; I was able to choose a beautiful fabric from their wide selection of choices, AND it was delivered more quickly than other furniture websites! But, I think the best part of the experience was the customer support - I received prompt and friendly help at all points in my order. I hope I have a chance to do business with them again soon!
I purchased an apartment sized Albright sofa and a Melrose ottoman. Everything was as ordered - colors from the swatches matched the furniture accurately, and everything fits well in my living room. The delivery (from Metropolitan Warehouse) was smooth, a bit of back and forth on the scheduling, but the crew had the sofa set up in about half an hour. Two small nits, both of which are my fault - the apt. sized Albright is much smaller than I thought, and the Melrose ottoman is HUGE!! Again, not a knock on Apt2B, I should have whipped out my measuring tape and carefully sized up my order beforehand. The furniture is very good quality, very comfy and it's standing up well to a hyperactive dog and cat combo. I would recommend Apt2B, I may end up doubling back for a larger sofa soon, and I would do so with no hesitation at all.
My roommate and I just moved into a new apartment and needed all new furniture. Boy are we glad we found Apt2B! We were ready to upgrade from IKEA, and needed something fast! We ended up picking one of the tables from the Grand Metal Collection, and its super lovely! The stain on the top of the table is gorgeous, and the gold tint on the legs really adds a pop of color we didn't expect! We are going to add 2 more chairs to it, but for now, with just 2 chairs it suits our needs just fine! :)
I got a really good deal for a couch on Black Friday from the outlet section of the Apt2b website. It is for the product Clinton Sofa - BLACK FRIDAY DOORBUSTER, also comes with free white glove delivery. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. First, I corresponded a few times in the chat box of the website, which is a great feature, for which I received prompt responses for information on the style of the couch, and assuring me that the item was just a overstock without any manufacturing defects (for the great deal that I was getting from the outlet). Second, when I followed up on the delivery, Alma from Apt2b responded in time to nail on a delivery date. The couch is firm and stylish, made in USA. Couldn't more highly recommend the seamless couch buying experience online.
This sofa looks nice .I think the pull-out bed is reasonably comfortable though we've only had a guest once. I have two main disappointments. The main part of the sofa very uncomfortable (for people of all sizes) - a problem because we bought this for our den/TV watching room. The chaise is more comfy, but the cushion is getting flat after about 7 months. I had expected the 2.0 foam to be more long lasting.
Delivery was a nightmare. Delayed four months. White glove delivery took three weeks to deliver and went to wrong address but wouldn't admit they were wrong. Wasted hours on hold on the phone trying to get someone to understand that the delivery drivers lied. Once rescheduled they went to wrong address again and when they finally called instead of just lying to dispatcher they showed up with a damaged table and insisted on putting it together and wouldn't take it back. Never again. Buyer beware.
Received a damaged couch. Was promised a partial refund but never received it.
