I have gotten some of the best sleep in years thanks to this mattress and base. The only complaint I have is while the edge support is good I don't think it will last for the lifetime of the mattress and seems a bit soft to me.
For several years now, I've had issues with lower back pain, primarily noticed immediately upon getting out of bed. I assumed it was due to a worn out pillow top mattress that slowly developed a contour in my lumbar region that resulted from being a side sleeper. I went to a memory foam mattress a few years back and saw considerable improvement however, recently within the last year or so, I started developing the same lower back pain. I've had the iSense Revive Hybrid Premier Mattress now... I slept on a waterbed for over 30 years so it has taken a bit of adjustment since I received it in October, 2021. I sleep pretty well but I find myself waking up about 2/3 through my night feeling warm. I thought the top portion of the mattress was supposed to dissipate body heat but it appears it isn’t for my wife and I. I guess we will see how it works through winter and spring before we decide if we’re going to keep or return. I really hope we can keep!!!

My wife and I are generally very pleased with our split king (two twin XL) Revive Hybrid Premier Mattresses that replaced 3-year old high-end Serta iSeries 1000 hybrid mattresses that were very uncomfortable. The iSense mattresses are beautifully designed, engineered and packaged combination of air, foam and spring support. They work great with our existing Leggett and Platt adjustable base system - except there is not sufficient room under the frame to place the air pump device. The beds... Read More arrive in a vacuum-compressed package, rolled in a box, and expand to full size when unboxed and the wrapper is cut. Pretty amazing transformation. The connections to the pump are clearly documented and easy to do. The bed was operational quickly (30-45 minutes - between unboxing, assembly, placing on the fame, etc). The boxes (2 for the split king) are heavy, but could be moved upstairs by one person; a queen or traditional king requires some help (pay for the delivery assistance). The beds are adjustable - and I was surprised at how different my wife's and my own preferences are. I'm a back sleeper - like 90 on my side; she's a side sleeper and likes 60 on her side - this mattress lets us both get good, comfortable nights sleep. The mattresses hold their firmness pretty well; we adjust air occasionally. The mattresses are much better than our old high-end mattresses that are looking for new home as we speak. The smart pillows are interesting and require some tinkering to get to be comfortable (removable stuffing) and periodic charging of the smart module. They work okay with the smart app - but the technology is older, slow and not as cool as I thought it would be for a 'new' bed company - but the information the app provides is useful for improving sleep habits. I have not been able to get the app that serves to control the bed pressure (use your phone as an additional remote) to connect and work properly - but I haven't called customer support to troubleshoot yet. The ordering process was very straight forward. For the split king, they send you two twin XL mattresses and one controller and dual ported pump. They are less expensive as a pair than two single twin XLs which other manufactures sell for their split kings - at 2X the price of a single mattress. So you do get a break with iSense - a split king is not treated as 2 twins when they are 'bundled.' The web-based sales support team - on the chat - are knowledgeable and provide consistent and accurate information. I e-chatted with them extensively 3-4 times over several weeks of making this decision and always had a great result. The hard thing is that you can't see these mattresses or try them in a store - so it is a faith-based web purchase...relying on the return guarantee. At this point, we are very pleased and won't be sending them back! I was prepared to by a high-end sleep number bed which is substantially more expensive, but couldn't make the decision due to the high percentage of negative reviews. While considering the iSense mattress it was hard because there were NOT a lot of reviews (there are many more now). The iSense website has lots of good comparative content, videos, and a great chat feature to understand the differences in their product, benefits, comparisons to other brands etc - and helpful support people. Overall - 4 to 4.5 stars out of 5. So why not 5 out of 5? Communication after the purchase was suboptimal. They take several weeks to build/send the bed, and you begin to wonder if your order has been lost in the shuffle. I did receive a call/voicemail from iSense that they apologized for the delay of the beds and that they had some supply chain issues causing delay of parts - but that the bed was made and being prepped for shipping. That was a nice touch. The next day they sent an e-mail that said my bed was being shipped was the same day it was being delivered - so there was loss of continuity. The plain-label shippers had the beds on a pallet, and both boxes were visibly damaged (dented, scuffed, and cut in several places) such that I almost didn't accept delivery - fearing damage to the mattresses themselves. They also didn't have basic tools to cut the pallet wrap, so I had to provide them with scissors. Peering through the carton I could see the plastic liners were intact so I accepted delivery and have been pleased. The request for this review is the first and only communication I've had in almost 2 months since delivery - so I don't feel there was good follow-through. I'm sure these are rough edges the company will work out as it continues to grow. So in summary, the product is beautifully designed, engineered and packaged - and the bed is very comfortable. The pre-sales process was excellent, and the website with supporting videos, content and now reviews is getting better. The sales process was simple through the order. The communications process from order to delivery needs improvement. The delivery process needs improvement, and the post sale communications is essentially nonexistent. All that said, It is an excellent product. We recommend it.

If it is too hard or too soft, change the settings and you will get the perfect comfort level for yourself. The materials are high quality and well worth the price. Here's my opinion. The mattress is good for some but not for all. After reading many a review we decided to give this mattress a go. When it arrived we set it up and were excited to try it out. Wasn’t sure what this bed would be like without trying it out first before buying it online, but it is a pretty good bed. My husband no longer has back pain snd he feels like it is mostly due to our iSense bed. I wish the king came with two remotes. Also I feel a lot of movement when my husband turns over which I thought iSense proudly stated online couldn’t /wouldn't happen.
We spent quite a bit of time researching this mattress compared to the competitors. The design and engineering impressed us, and the price was quite a bit less than other heavily advertised brands. Assembly was easy. I prefer my side twice as firm as my wife does, and we both get a good night's sleep. I would absolutely recommend this mattress.

So far, so good. We have had it for 7 days, so it's too early to tell. But I will say I like it more than our old memory foam mattress, it was too soft. As the night progressed, you would find yourself in a hole.
After one week, I must say we are very happy with the mattress. For me I am on a setting 45 millibars and back pain free in the mornings; the reason we purchased to begin with. The reason for the 4 stars is that we have an issue with connecting to the pump with our phones via Bluetooth. If there is an FAQ for this issue, it would help. We have only slept on it for 4 nights. So far we are learning our numbers. It did take about a month to get the bed, the sleep is about the same as our old Casper bed, but we are not waking up sore! I was super skeptical of spending this much money on a bed, but it is worth it and more. We got the split king size with the base that goes up and down and we love it. So unbelievably comfortable. Having many sleep issues as a disabled vet, I was hesitant at purchasing a new mattress even tho I really did need a new one. My neighbor bought a Isense and after seeing the support and quality I decided to give it a try. I am actually sleeping about twice as long without waking and am naturally more rested. The mattress is firm for the back yet soft to the body and I can't think of anything I would change.

The bed takes some getting used to. Unfortunately, the people who delivered it had never seen it before so they were no help in learning how to use it, beyond the very basics. Sleeping has been comfortable, but I do not feel like we have optimized it yet for us. We have really enjoyed our split king iSense so far. It was very easy to set up, and we were both able to find settings that work for us. Having the option to change the firmness individually is a dream come true.
About a month in and very happy. Wife likes it softer, I like it more firm. Done. If comparing to Sleep Number, def nice that the middle feels like a normal bed with no difference regardless each persons preferences.
We have only been sleeping on our mattress for 5 days, but so far so good. It appears to be effective to have the ability to control the firmness on each side of the bed 🛌 independently which is the main reason for purchasing the bed. I will be happy to provide another review once we have some more time on the mattress. But for now, and for our first impression, all is well.

We have had our split California king bed for a week now and love it! It’s so comfortable and we aren’t waking up with back pain. According to my sleep app, I have gotten some of the best rated sleep quality I have gotten in a long time!
I like the adjustability of this mattress and the ease of assembly. We mostly use the iOS app to change the pressure if ever needed. This bed is also compatible with our existing “lift” system that raises the head of the bed for reading or watching tv.

The one thing we've noticed is that with the inner springs there is more motion when your significant other moves compared to a typical memory foam mattress. One thing I wish these new mattress manufactures would start doing in putting the built-in handles to ease when you need to move them as they are very heavy and difficult to grip.
The wife and I prefer the softest setting. Pros: Great support and comfortable with easy adjustability. Free shipping and no taxes cant beat that. cons: shipping time was a little pain in the but took about two weeks to get. Wish they came with two remotes so both sidrs could control without having to use there phones. All and all very happy with my investment. much cheaper than other brands like this one. This is, by far, the best mattress I've ever had. The basic challenge with buying any mattress is whether the firmness is right for you, and that's tough to determine with a short test in the store. We have the split head king. It does not have the option to keep the feet sync'd and move the head separately but other than that it's nice and works well.
After years of searching and having bought 13 different mattresses ISENSE is the saving grace of our journey! We have struggled for years trying to find a mattress that really helps with back pain! Sleep Number doesnt hold a candle to I Sense!!! Everything is better about the I SENSE Mattress, the aesthetics, the feel, the support and the structure of the actual mattress is just outstanding!!!! The first night I slept well, second night l adjusted a little firmer, that was slightly too much. Third night adjusted slightly down and haven't touched it since. I was having low back and hip pain in my old Tempur-Pedic $4000 . I haven't had pain since sleeping on this bed. The Temper pedic lasted 12 years. If this bed lasts that long winner winner chicken dinner.
I love the bed so far. I’ve slept on it for 5 nights. I am concerned that it might retain heat in the summer. It was super easy to set up.
My wife and I have really different needs in terms of bed firmness, so we were intrigued to try the isense mattresses. In just two nights, we were both able to adjust our respective sides to achieve the most comfortable sleep we have had in years! I ordered the revived hybrid premiere bed approximately three weeks ago. After sleeping on a purple mattress for years, the hybrid premiere by isense was like being born again. I am mainly a back sleeper, but occasionally roll to my side. My shoulders often ache, however with the firmness adjustability feature in the isense mattress, I was able to eliminate virtually all shoulder pain when side sleeping. The matress is awesome. Perfect because each side is adjustable. The smart pillows, however, we're harder to figure out. In the instructions, it says to install the isense app to monitor your sleep. However, I couldn't sync to the pillows, only the mattress. Then, after some digging around the website, I found that the app for the pillows is sleepace. Which is fine, but was kind of disappointed that it wasn't all streamlined in one app.
More plush than sleep# but has less resolution on firmness vs sleep #. Overall a great mattress if in the market for a new mattress. We already have a great pillow top so didn’t feel the benefits were enough to change. Due to 45 day mandatory holding time vs paying 25% early restocking we gave it only 3 stars vs 4. We love our bed, and getting the perfect night's sleep has never been easier thanks to iSense. I confess I had doubts at first that a bed could make this much difference - but I'm a believer now! I just reveived my bed yesterday, put it together, slept like a baby last night. My wife had severe stomach surgery last year and has not been able to lay on a regular bed because of her stomach and last night she slept almost the entire night, of which means that I was able to sleep. We love our new bed! Finally my husband and I can both get a good night's sleep without one of us waking up sore and tired! My husband is a 300ish/5'10" guy, he's a big guy. Not sure the best way to describe the mattress other than, I don't feel like I've been beaten up when I wake up in the morning anymore like I did with my old mattress so I am very happy with it! Being able to adjust the zones is a huge plus for her and I and the app is very user friendly. Pump is quiet and once calibrated, air adjustments are very quick.

I’m SO grateful to this company AND Vanessa... when the bed arrived, and I laid on it, I was in SHOCK from how plush this bed feels. Its very dreamy and cloud like. Hello, I recently purchased an iSense mattress that was just delivered today and wanted to send in feedback on my experience working with Vanessa throughout the process. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process and in my opinion, going above and beyond what customer service today seems to have turned into. Vanessa was always very responsive in email and phone calls, and knowledgeable on the product and processes. It's an expensive purchase, and after going back and forth... Read More with questions and clarifications many times with her, I felt confident moving forward with the purchase. She was very personable and professional, and made me feel comfortable asking her any questions without feeling silly (like if a regular queen sheet would fit the mattress). We also had an issue with our order getting lost and damaged with the white glove delivery. Vanessa was on top of the issue and provided daily updates (often times more if other information was available throughout the day) on the new mattress as well as staying on top of the company setting up the mattress to ensure we didn't experience additional delays. Unfortunately, it seems with most companies that customer service is really lacking, especially once a purchase is made. With iSense, and Vanessa in particular, this experience was quite the opposite. I wish all customer service interactions were as pleasant as working with Vanessa. She is truly outstanding! We looked at other name brand, more expensive mattresses but they just seemed to be little to expensive for our budget and common sense. I had seen the isense online and began doing a little comparison shopping. Found some great reviews and wanted to know more. I called customer service and that was all I needed, they did an amazing job of selling me and with the awesome free trial how could I say no. Both me and my wife absolutely love this bed. After trying four other high quality beds we are finally content and can enjoy a good nights sleep. Just the right amount of adjustability. Customer service throughout the process was phenomenal, they will always make things right no matter what!

I have only had it for a week and a half and it’s just as good if not better than my old bed that I loved which was a Stearns and Foster extra firm mattress. The mattress is nice and firm but still has a little spring to it. It does not get hot Both me and my wife said that this is 1000% better than the King Koil beds we returned, then the Tempur-pedic hybrid extra firm and that one didn’t even last a week. Then I ordered a personal comfort but six weeks after buying it I still hadn’t received the mattress so I called them and they said oh we’re going to send it out in the next three days by UPS ground so you should have it in the next 2 to 3 weeks and I had them refund my money and I bought the iSense! Both me and my wife love this bed! The only bad thing I have to say about it is the remote control sucks definitely download the app and use your phone it work so much better. The ISense sensor Is such BS I wish I could return them for some money because they do not work and they are uncomfortable they move around nonstop they lasted for like three days where me and my wife tried very hard do use them but in the end we took them off.

This thing has been amazing. This is the first time since I can remember that I don’t wake up with unspeakable back pain and it’s super convenient to be able to set my side separate from my spouse. I would recommend this to anyone that wants an adjustable bed, but doesn’t want to have to pay the outrageous prices that Sleep Number and others gauge for.
The purchase and delivery leaves something to be desired but the mattress is comfortable.

NEVER KNEW WHAT I WAS MISSING! If I'm going to spend one-third of my life somewhere, it better be a quality experience. Since discovering isense I've learned the importance of balance between support & comfort, and I've never slept sounder. I can micro-adjust my firmness preference, as can my wife on her side, without that dreaded centerline trough one finds in other beds which I used to consider "similar". Best mattress I've ever had...thank you isense!
Its awesome that my wife can have her comfort setting on her side (soft) and I can have mine on my side (firm). Its the best sleep Ive had in a long time. It makes thinking about a regular mattress impossible!
Sleeping better than ever, and my hips dont hurt anymore! The problem with buying a bed is that you never know how it will really feel, but with the adjustable isense mattress its not a problem, you just change the setting.
Good product, just seems like a cheap copy of sleep number bed. Was expecting more for the price. It took forever to get. I would say it is comfortable, I would recommend especially since they offer affirm payment plan.

Took a little long to ship,bit the bed itself is everything it says. Even at it's plushest it is still supportive There is no pressure points that hurt in the morning. The Mattress is great, it's more springy then plush which is what we were looking for. I would consider it a medium/firm density which is way more welcoming then the plush mattress we just got rid of. Regarding improvements, It would be nice to be able to adjust 3 zones on each side instead of just increasing the middle area firmness. Wow! This is by far the best mattress I've ever had, and better than the last mattress which I paid twice as much for. The Refresh mattress works great because I love my mattress firm, and my girlfriend likes it plush, and it's so easy to adjust to our individual needs. I would highly recommend this mattress for any couple who have different mattress preferences!

My isense mattress is exceptional; Im very pleased because my aches and pains are gone. Way better than it was before.
So lets face it i paid $$$ for a premium matress. I expected premium comfort and experience but unfotunatelytge cheap mattress i ordered for the spare bedroom is better. So i get everything ordered great. Everything shows up but tge bottom box was damaged by the forklift/shipper. I call them and set stuff up anyway. They will send a replacement (basically damage is cosmetic). While setting up the bed frames wont sync (all kings come with a split base regardless if tgebed is so ifyoudknt have a split matress the must sync). I call again byt they cant figure it out and say they put a ticket in with the manufacturer and ill get a call. No call comes i call back. They never put in a ticket. I also ask about the replacement frame and they did nothing with that either. They set it up this time. New frame arrives. Shipper says they need to set it up. Iwasnt told they would be setting it up and dont have the room cleaned up. Anyway the shippers spend like 2 hours trying to get it setup but cant get it to sync. I call they say theyll call back that day and its been a week now with no response. Also its supposed to connect to an app on our phones but thats getting an error as well. According to them it a kniwn bug affecting all android phones since their last release and they keep saying it shoukd be fixed in a few days. Its been nearly a month. So i paid thousands but so far received a better experience from a different matress company (spare bedroom) and paid WAY less.
Love the mattress. Very comfortable. But, the sensor constantly disconnects or won't sync and the app is pretty useless. Customer service was great at first but is now non-existent.
We have had our mattress for about three weeks now and we really love it. It is very comfortable for both of us (50 for my wife, 90 for me). Why only 2 stars? Customer service has been horrible. First we paid for the "white glove" delivery and setup. The first thing the delivery person said was "this is our first iSense delivery. I hope it is easy to put together." This did not instill a lot of confidence from the beginning. He also spent 10 minutes telling me how it was a mistake to get the iSense, instead of a Purple mattress. I was working from home and had several meetings while they were doing the install so I was not in the room. The installers decided to leave one of the levels of the legs off (because he did not want it to be too high) and the bed sits lower than our previous one. It is okay but it is an adjustment for our old bones. When they were complete, they offered no instruction other than here are your remotes. They had to leave because they were already an hour behind on their deliveries. Unfortunately, the adjustable bedframe does not operate properly (the legs do not adjust and they are supposed to). In addition, we discovered a bunch of parts just laying on the floor and had no clue if these were extra parts, or parts they failed to install to make the frame work properly. Finally, they had one of the power boxes and cable coming out the side of the bed (where one would step when getting into or out of the bed), rather then coming out under the head of the bed. It was just a lazy install altogether. I reached out to iSense via email that same day. I received a response on Monday and they were apologetic about the delivery team and explained the parts were not needed for the particular frame we had purchased. They did indicate they would contact the frame manufacturer to send someone out to troubleshoot the problem with the foot of the frame. They asked we to email a picture of the serial number from the frame remotes, which I did within an hour of their email. That was more than two weeks ago and I have received no response to several emails. I have also sent a message through the website, again, with zero response. Very disappointed that they appear to have ghosted us. I guess they hope we will just give up and forget we have a frame that does not function properly. I have given them five days to make things right or they will be getting the bed and frame back.
I had no idea what I was missing. I've never slept more deeply than on this bed. I look forward to it every night, and my husband and I wake up with NO aches or pains.
We purchased the iSense Hybrid Premier in a King. My husband loves a very soft mattress and I prefer medium. This is the best and most deep sleep I've ever gotten. It's hard to describe the difference in quality from this mattress to our other mattresses (Helix & Restonic), but the feel is just amazing, especially when you wake up in the morning. I no longer have aches and pains.
