Cushy support
Just what I expected but I might need to exchange it. I bought the soft mattress. It feels like foam on a rather firm, supportive mattress. Sounds ideal for a side sleeper, but I'm waking up a bit sore in lower back. Honestly, it could be my medicine dose. I have to do a good trial with better pillows, regular dose of my medicine to be scientific. Arrived a day early. I managed to unpack it on my own. I'm a short woman with back pain and I didn't hurt myself unpacking it. It would be super easy for two people. I'm very happy i can exchange it if i need to.

I No Longer Wake Up Every Couple of Hours!
The process to buy the mattress was so painless. It was so much better than stepping foot into a mattress store - I will never do that again. My husband threw his back out and we desperately needed this new one. So I called customer service and told them what happened. They were SO helpful and actually over-nighted the mattress to us so my husband could recuperate faster. I am very grateful. One thing to note - even though we have the "soft" version, it is much firmer than what I was expecting. It's not one of those foam mattresses than can be difficult to move around in. This definitely has a good amount of firmness to it. Even my husband, who loves a good, firm mattress, says this is great for him!

Amazing bed
The morning after sleeping on it, I got out of bed and starting saying, "My back hurts." As soon as I said it though, I realized it wasn't hurting! I was just so used to complaining about my back hurting that I did it automatically without even thinking. It keeps me very warm a night!
I'm diggin it
I've only had my mattress for about 2 weeks now but so far I'm happy with it and am definitely sleeping better. It really is more firm than you would expect out of a "soft" mattress but it's actually what I prefer. I feel like I have more support that way. My best friend has a Leesa and my Cocoon is definitely a bit firmer than hers. I've bought foam toppers in the past and they never held up over time. I am hoping this foam mattress doesn't let me down. I have to say it is a really good deal compared to other bed in a box companies out there and the reputable company name sold it for me. Of course the great reviews helped too ;-) I plan on updated my review in the future to let you know how it holds up over time. Good luck, friends!
Ordering them for every room
We love, love our new Cocoon mattress and foundation. I don't want to get out of bed! I'm now ordering them for our son's room and our guest room, too! Great customer service when I reached out with questions.
Just what the doctor ordered!
What an awesome mattress. The only thing I would suggest re: the cocoon would be to unpackage/wrap it on the floor completely before putting it on your bed frame. You have to take it off to get the last wrap off anyway.... Money well spent, very worth it, we will see how it holds up in the next few months before we come back to update our comments.

I just wish it is firmer. However, the piece is not firm enough for me so I have to return it.
Best money I've ever wasted!
This bed is very firm. From my personal opinion, I would give this bed a 7.5 out of 10 on a firmness scale. This bed causes me to wake up with back and neck pain, that I did not get from my older SPRING mattress. As for the "chill" cover, it does make the mattress feel a slight bit cooler to the touch, but after 15-20 minutes of laying in bed, you can kiss that coolness goodbye!

A better nights sleep.
The Chill Soft mattress was a great purchase, as it has given me a better nights sleep during the day, as I work nights. I have had problems with other mattresses, due to back aches from work, but the Chill Soft has helped ease my back pain. The Chill Soft does seem to sleep cooler than my old mattress, though not as much cooler as I wish it would be.
WE LOVE IT!
I bought 2 twin for my kids and they loved it! Firmness is just perfect. We currently have a Serta bed that we paid over 2k, some spots in the bed are now too soft and the edge support is really bad. Tried to claim for warranty but it seems like they're doing everything they can to not cover it. NO MORE SERTA FOR US!
Cool and FIRM
The mattress is very comfortable and keeps my hot sleeping husband cool as advertised. It is on the firm side of firm but otherwise we are completely happy with our purchase. The delivery and set up were super easy, too.
Sleeping Beauty
I am a very sensitive sleeper, but once you lay on this bed you go off to wonderland! Usually, I get up several times during the night but with this bed, I'm dreaming and or sleeping until morning. The con is sometimes my ears or shoulders are little sore from being in such deep sleep but your body gets used to it and adjusts. Now I can't sleep on anything else. What am I going to do when I travel now?

Restful sleeping
First night was kind of rough but I think my body was adjusting to the new bed. After a few days of breaking it in I found that I'm more refreshed and limber with no more back pains. I would recommend this bed to anybody who's in the market looking for one.

No more pain
This is my third cocoon mattress. I initially purchased one for myself a year and half ago, I love it so much that I bought my mom a cocoon classic and a cocoon chill firm for a dear friend who was having back issues. They both love it and their aches and pains are gone. To top it all, unparalleled customer service.
It's a great bed
I purchased this bed back in March 2017. It's now November. I love this bed now but I didn't love it when I first purchased it. I felt it was as too hard even though it was the soft version. However, my husband really liked it so instead of returning it, I bought a memory foam topper. That helped immensely. I now get amazing sleeps. I would definitely recommend this bed. The price was good as well as I had a coupon for $100 off.

Almost perfect
Great support. Keeps me cool and comfortable. Best purchase I made last year. My only criticism is that the edges of the mattress are strangely too soft, softer than the rest of my firm mattress. It is too easy to slide off the edge when one sits to put on shoes. Otherwise, best mattress ever!
The most comfortable bed in the gouse
We recently got the cocoon soft mattress for our daughter. It is hands down the most comfortable mattress in the house and is great during story time.

nice but it smells
I like the bed, but unfortunately it smells pretty bad hopefully the smell does away. I slept on it the first night and the next morning I felt dizzy. maybe it was the weather outside or something, but it could of been the flumes from the bed. I would suggest to anyone who buys this that they put it in a room after it has expanded and let it air out for a week. who knows maybe two weeks. I ordered a firm mattress, but maybe I should of ordered a intermediate. I don't get into it and say aww that is so comfortable.

"Best Guest Mattress" - every guest
I bought this mattress to put in my spare bedroom. Since purchase, I've had a few guests stay over and tell me how great the mattress is and that they were surprised I sprung for one of those -pedic mattresses that cost so much money! I tried the mattress out for myself one weekend, and decided to order a King for my bedroom. I usually toss and turn at night, but woke up in the same fetal position I laid down in the night before.

Not what I dreamt
Though the Ghost bed is way better than what we had, it is not as comfortable as we expected. The first week was great. But after that, the back and hip pain was back,though not as bad. The Ghost bed is much too firm for me.

I’ve had my Ghost Bed for a little over a month and it’s been a great experience! I had forgotten to apply my promo code and checkout, and the customer service team was an incredible help at getting it applied and getting me refunded for the additional amount. The bed is incredibly comfortable and feels like laying down on a cloud at the end of a long day. I got two pillows as well and they’re great at keeping me cool throughout the night.

I chose this bed because it was highly rated yet firmer than many other similar brands. It arrived and opened up to full size and shape very quickly, with almost no foam odor. We’ve been sleeping comfortably ever since!

The new love of my life: king size mattress review
My husband and I recently purchased a king size ghostbed mattress. For both of us it was the first new mattress we have ever owned. It is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. When we get home from work we (including my toddler) go straight to the bed to watch tv in the room while sitting on it. Our family can't get enough of this super comfy bed. Amazing price, Amazing bed
I couldn't be happier. I have neuropathy in my feet from chemotherapy and have to have my feet elevated anytime I'm not standing. I've been using a pillow under my feet for elevation and it hasn't always been comfortable. My kids said they'd buy me an adjustable bed for Christmas and I researched and researched. I didn't want them spending a lot of money. This bed was very reasonable so I decided to purchase it. Wow! I've only slept on it for 3 nights so far and I've slept 11 hours each night. The zero gravity position is perfect for my neuropathy. I love to sleep on my side and back and this bed is perfect for that. I can honestly say that I'm in love with my bed! However, I'm not a T-shirt kinda gal but love to wear them with leggings but they have to be extremely oversized. If you have a 3x to send me, I'll wear it and advertise for you.

I brought this bed for my son for Christmas he says it is like sleeping on a cloud, he loves his new bed. He is thirty years old and says it is the best bed he has ever had. Might get myself one also when my present bed needs changing.

Since I purchased the ghost bed I have been getting a better nights sleep and do not wake up during the night and am also sleeping longer. I am also awaking more refreshed and not in pain. This has been a very good purchase and I will recommend this bed to everyone.

So far, I would rate the ghost bed queen size a 4 Star, because I have slept on it only one night but I have no complaints. I will follow up with a more detailed review in a month or so. The ghost pillows on the other hand, are amazing. I have used the pillow for about a month now and will never use another pillow any time soon, that is for sure. You really have to try it to see what I am talking about because I cannot explain in words how amazing the pillow is.

I have been waking up with a sore back for the past year. After only a couple nights of sleep on my ghostbed my back is no longer sore.

We bought the king-size Ghostbed based solely on the Consumer Reports recommendation, and boy, did it pay off! Some of my aches and pains are gone (*gone!*), and it's just such a comfortable night's sleep for both of us. My husband and I were on vacation last week at a pretty nice resort, but we realized — the bed, even in a nice hotel, wasn't half as comfortable as our Ghostbed at home. So glad we made the leap of faith!

All the little aches and pains I used to wake up with - and just considered part of the aging process - have disappeared. I have never slept so well. It’s always been the accepted belief that the elderly slept fewer hours at night. Not if they have a GhostBed! Best investment ever!

I was told I’d get two free pillows with my purchase of a bed shortly after January 1. When my bed arrived, there were no pillows. What the fuck?

Have Enjoyed Bed
I have really enjoyed my new Ghost Bed. The whole process or ordering was super easy and incredibly fast. The softness of the bed is a perfect fit for me. The only issue I'm having with the bed is that it is sleeping a little hot and I am waking up sweating very often.
Ghostbed Queen Matress
We’ve only had the mattress for over a month therefore only 4 stars because I dont know how it will hold up after a year. I’m assuming we wont have any problem with sagging and etc. The box arrived promptly and it was easy to bring up to my second floor appartment. We opened the box and got the mattress out of the shwrink wrap and placed it on our queen platform bed. Very easy. And within an hour, at the most it had regained its shape. I love it and so far my sleeping experience is very good.

Well I am giving it the 31 day trial. My lower back has been sore after waking up. I read some reviews and this is a common complaint. So if not better then I will be asking for refund/return.
