When it comes to their mattresses, they have two different options -- their Classic Mattress and their higher end Resort Mattress. Both of these mattresses feature bamboo in two places, the cover (in the form of cellulose) and the top comfort layer (in the form of charcoal infusion). While their Classic mattress is lower priced and firmer, their Resort mattress is medium-soft and offers additional pressure-relief while offering zoned support to support the spine. While these mattresses are high quality, they are much higher priced than many alternatives and there are some complaints about lack of support from customers.

I never write reviews but I had to this time. This mattress is firm but still super comfortable. Im a person who likes a lot of support but still like it to feel luxurious. I really feel like this is the perfect balance. Ive only had it for 2 weeks so I cant speak for how it will hold up but for now, I love it, and I slept next to my partner without sinking in the middle or feeling him move much. I also purchased the platform bed frame and decided I didnt need it, and the company was super quick to explain how to donate it (I gave it to a friend who qualified for low income) and they gave me a refund within 20 minutes of me submitting the paperwork. It was super easy and the customer service was amazing. I highly recommend this company.
I bought this for my son who's leaving for college. He is testing it out befor he leaves, and so far he is happy with it. Very fast delivery, and although there is no number to call, customer service was very fast to reply.
I have nothing but praise for this company and their customer service. Mattress is great fit for us, we like the firm support though it’s not firm hard. Four stars is because I have a condition called Severe Chemical Sensitivity and had to wait awhile until it off gassed enough for my body to tolerate it...my body is however, extremely sensitive! I have a recurring back issue. One day when I knew I had tweaked my back and expected it would do it's usual thing over the course of my slumber, it didn't. This bed provided support where I obviously hadn't had it before in my traditional mattress. Back pain went away instead of lingering for days.

I bought 2 of these to replace my now college age sons' twin beds. They've been fantastic so far. They are not firm mattresses so if that's your thing, this might not be your mattress but both my sons commented on how well they've been sleeping so far this summer.
I originally wrote a review for my Cypress Bamboo Gel 11” mattress, and wasn’t pleased with the medium firm. I wanted it firmer. Brentwood Home contacted me and offered the firm topper option. The company only wanted me happy with my purchase. I have received the topper, and I am so happy with my comfort and rest level now!!! I have osteoporosis and osteopenia in my lower back and hip. I sleep alone and chose this mattress partially because of its description of firmness. While it is not close to the firmness of my previous futon mattress, nor my denser foam mattress it is very comfortable and I am pleased with my purchase. It is shown on a Floyd of Detroit bed frame.

I seriously thought I had some sort of sleep disorder but as it turns out it was just a bad mattress. I’ve slept better than I ever have with the Cariloha Mattress!
Arrived early! Was able to move it upstairs to the third floor by my self. The wedge edge really does give you more sleeping room, and the bamboo charcoal really does make it have no odor! It fully inflated to the 11 inches and I am at high attitude of 7200 feet. It is plush but supportive. I would say more on the firm side then medium firm, but it is not hot at all. It really does seem to channel the heat from you. The zipper off top is great for washing. You feel no move from your partner while sleeping either.
The best nights sleep I've had in years. At 75 I'm used to getting up during the night. Not with this mattress. I was so comfortably supported that slept straight through. It isn't squishy like those cheap foam mattresses but supports you so you can get a great nights sleep. I went to the stores first, then did my research online. I settled on the Dahlia because of it's method of construction, the charcoal foam layer keeps you cool, combined with the other well ventilated layers you get a great night's sleep.I believe it to be the best mattress on the market at a very fair price. Best bed ever!!
We were a little apprehensive about buying a mattress online without being able to test it out. We went to The Sleep Number Store, and then a Mattress Warehouse before making this purchase, but we couldn't justify their pricing. Once we found out what firmness we were looking for it was easier to shop online. This mattress is exactly what we were looking for. I love that the top zips off for washing. I've slept so much better and I have no back pain in the morning. Do yourself a favor and save thousands- buy this mattress instead of in-store. Don't be scared! I should also mention that we got this for the orthopedic bed frames- the head and feet adjust. It's perfect for that!

In product description they state 120 day no hassle return. While I am satisfied with product my wife hates it, too firm for her. When I went to return they state return window closed after only 39 days. Buyer beware.
This mattress was initially purchased for a guest room, but I had to try it out for myself after my parents wouldn't stop talking about what a great night's sleep they kept getting on it during their visit. To say I loved it would be an understatement! We had a more expensive urple-Pay mattress in our bedroom, that's now been swapped with the guest room mattress, as my wife and I are way more partial to the Snuggle-Pedic. It breathes better (I'd wake up sweaty urple-Pay, but not on the Snuggle-Pedic), it's more comfortable, and comes with a 20 year warranty (over 10 from the urple-Pay). There's no mysterious white powder hidden inside, it didn't stink when we opened it up and I'm getting better sleep than I've ever had. I plan to eventually replace the urple-Pay mattress in the guest room with another Snuggle-Pedic.
The best night sleep I ever had.
Mattress is very hard and called the customer service many times. And every time you call will get a different answer. When you call most of the time Megan will answer the phone and she was very rude when I told her the other representative told me this. She said the other person Brian doesn't know. Long story short 120 days trial is fake and customization is also a game and it takes months to get anything back from them. Not happy with the customer service and product at all. There are other mattress at much better price and great service, consider Turf and Needle.
This mattress is made of multiple layers that are not connected but are held together by a cover that has a lot of stretch in it. This makes the layers slide over time. My top layer s currently separated at least 6" from the bottom. It is not easy, especially with the king size, to readjust these layers. I am replacing this mattress and have not even had it 18 months.

I'm beyond pleased with the purchase of my snugglepedic king mattress!! I am a side/belly sleeper and I need a firm mattress to sleep. This baby satisfied all my positions of sleep! I need to shout out that I went to the Sleep Sherpa in Minneapolis to test out all the online matters brands. We were between this and the nectar mattress. We spent about 30 minutes laying on each one before I decided to go with this one! I made the right choice!! So comfortable and firm! The customer service I've received has been amazing! They also threw in a free mattress protector! They truly want you to be happy with their products! I went from broken, short, unsatisfactory sleep to solid 6 hour sleep runs!! I'm in love!
My girlfriend and I have both said that this mattress has a stronger "gravitational pull" than that of a black hole. If you already have trouble getting up in the mornings, then this product may not be for you.
Comfy at first but feels like sleeping on a block of cheese two months later
I bought this particular matttress after reading countless reviews on several types and brands. This mattress is marketed as a “plush” and several reviewers stated the same. This bed is not plush, it is FIRM. I wanted to try to get a mattress I could comfortably sleep on my side as I have bilateral shoulder pain. The only way I can sleep on this mattress is on my back. I just came back from vacation and was able to sleep on my side for a full week with no pain due to their very comfortable bedding. It’s been awful coming back home and waking up in pain every day due to my mattress. I have now had it for about 6 months and am now debating on whether to sell it or attempt to get a topper to increase softness and comfort.

I purchased this mattress in 2012, and coming from a crappy cheap spring mattress, this was living like royalty. I was getting supported in all the right areas. Very comfortable, no smell, easy setup. 7 years later: We rotated the mattress when we changed the sheets all these years. We never got the mattress wet, and it is not broken in any spots. In fact, it LOOKS brand new! The problem is with the sagging. I have been having back problems in the last few weeks, and could tell my mattress was sagging. Went camping for a week, sleeping on a cot, and my back was so happy! Back home ONE night and my back was angry again. Took the sheets off, and there is noticeable sagging. I went through the warranty video, and submitted all the correct photos. Lucid denied my warranty due to the sagging not being far enough. It need to be 1.5 inches, and mine is at almost 1 inch. The foam is soft...not firm and unyielding like it used to be. I bought this mattress with a 20 year warranty, thinking that meant it would last at least 10 years, or more. Here I am at 7 years trying to figure out how to make this thing firm again. The first few years I would rate this at 5 stars...but now I would rate it at 1 star. If Lucid would replace it, that would mean a lot. I would think that they would care more about their I will try a different brand next time.
Great bed
With this being memory foam, it obviously gets hot during the night. I’ve slept on popular name-brand memory foam mattresses and they definitely feel more supportive than this. My LUCID mattress makes you feel like you’re sleeping in a hole. For side sleepers, rather than absorbing pressure points like the shoulders or hips, your body just sinks in from the middle, like a hammock. The same goes for back sleepers. The price is right for someone who doesn’t care about good support, but I have developed lower back issues from this mattress.
This is my first ever memory foam mattress. Took a little bit to not expect the "bounce" effect every time I throw myself on the bed. I totally love my mattress. I suffer from bad back pain, and I can honestly say it is 100% more comfortable to sleep on this mattress than the regular mattress. I thought it would be a problem, being that is firmer than my pillow top mattress, but nope, this is actually much better for my back.
This is the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on... Definitely a must have. I sleep on my back and side so the medium plush is Perfect for me.

We’ve had our mattress for 5 months now and I’ve got to say that although I was skeptical, I love this mattress. Make sure you give it at least 30 days to evaluate. I’m normally a firm mattress person whereas my wife is on the softer side. I thought this was going to be a good compromise. After the 1st week I believed it to be one of my worst purchases ever because I felt that it was too soft. I complained and told my wife it was going to be moved to the back guest room. Fast forward a few weeks later and I sleep like a baby with no back pain or complaints. I don’t get hot or sweat because of the materials, there is no outgassing smell, and neither of us can feel the other move around or get out of the bed. We bought an adjustable mattress frame with massagers built in and the total cost out of pocket for the mattress and adjustable frame was under $1400. We were already planning to pay $5k plus for a Sleep Number but after reading reviews and doing some homework decided to give the Lucid a try. We figured worst case scenario we would put it in one of the guest rooms if we didn’t like it. Well, 5 months later I’m a believer and we may just put these in both of our guest rooms. Glad we didn’t waste our money on a big name brand. If we get 3-5 years out of the mattress it will still be cheaper to just order another at this price point of $400. You can’t put a value on a great nights sleep.
I love this bed so much
At first I was excited to have a fancy memory foam mattress. The novelty wore off after 3 months. The mattress can’t be flipped upside down because of the orientation of the material. I needed a bed and though I had a good deal. After the first year the mattress started sagging on the side I sleep on most. (I’m 6 ft tall 185 lbs) All I can do is spin it around and sleep perpendicular to how I normally do In hopes that it will wear a different way. This has been the only solution so far and it suffices. For upper back pain this bed is still far too soft. For hip problems this bed is okay but slightly on the soft side. The included cashmere cover is soft and awesome, however, the zipper broke after the 2nd year. I do not include that in my rating of the mattress because I’d like to focus only on the mattress. The smell when I got the mattress was like others have mentioned. But I let the mattress sit for a few days and gain size and air out and the smell went away after 2-3 days and never bothered me. I got the king size 14in mattress. Normal sheets will not stay on. They are constantly coming off. The corners pop off in the middle of the night and I find self sleeping on the cashmere cover. This is annoying and I wish I had bought the 12in mattress now but like I mentioned this didn’t affect my review of the mattress. This is just something I would like to point out for others to consider. After 5 years of sleeping on this mattress every night I can’t say I’m impressed... but I’m also not mad at my decision because the price reflects the quality. I was in need of a mattress and this one was okay... It was okay to get by this far but I think there is no more life in this mattress. Not impressed but certainly not disappointed with my decision. Just don’t have high expectations.
We have slept on it awhile, and have decided this is ok for side sleepers but if either of us sleep on our back that night, we have major back pain. Mine is so much so i dont want to move much. I wouldnt recommend this mattress, from the perspective of a mom of 4 kids and active duty army. We arent out of shape, we are very active and fit, but this just isnt very comfortable.
Our tempurpedic was destroyed by flooding during hurricane Florence. We replaced it with this mattress queen 14" and it's so much cooler!!! Just as comfortable. Only draw back is that it really seems smaller... Like a full not a queen.
I can’t wait to get in my bed at night. The comfort level is beyond my expectations. Height makes it easy to sit on the side of the bed. Adjustable feature is great. Price was well worth it. Saved lots of $$$. Bought another for my husband he didn’t snore or move last night. Delivered in two days. Winning in the sleep game. And he’s had several back surgeries with fixation!!!!!
I am giving this product five stars because I am very pleased with the quality and over all feel of the mattress. I work in a resturant and often work ten hour shifts easily, so I have a lot of back pain. I am a side sleeper and conpletely agree with previous comments a read that this mattress is quite firm. I purchased a three inch gel topper to add extra comfort after reading the reviews of fellow side sleepers who also purchased this particular mattress. With the added gel padding the mattress is perfect for me. I noticed a huge difference in my back and quality of sleep even after the first few days. I would recommend having someone there to help you open and lay out the mattress because it is very heavy. (Which is to be expected with this size and style of mattress) 10/10 would recommend!
It has been almost 11 months into sleeping on the bed. One word. AMAZING. Ever since I had this bed, my sleep quality has been so much better. I can sleep throughout the night and wake up feeling afresh! This is such a miracle, as I have been sleeping on lousy beds my entire life. As a working adult, sleep is very important, and this bed has just done it for me! Absolutely excellent.
I paid enough for an adjustable mattress only to have humps in it after 5 years. It is not worth the money spent especially if adjusting it caused the mattress to change. It is well padded and heavy so turning it is a difficult option for me.
