When we found some manufacturing defects after using the mattress for about a year, we contacted them for a warranty exchange. Their reply was very prompt and we managed to exchange for a new mattress within two days. Thumbs up for the team for fast and efficient services! The quality of the Mattress was good too.

OK, so I never thought I could be so happy with my purchase. It’s not something I was excited about shopping, but I was getting such poor sleep from my old Ikea mattress. There’s a HUGE difference.

5 star mattress! We used to own a Serta mattress for years, and it was fine. My wife and I started shopping around online and bumped into some ads from Noa. We never considered buying a mattress online, we we really just looking for some information about what to buy next as our Serta was getting old. After comparing pricing and components, on paper, the Noa seemed like an excellent value. With the return policy, we didn’t really have anything to loose.
It’s the best mattress I’ve ever owned. I’ve been falling asleep like a rock, and my overall aching of lower back is completely gone. 5 stars!

Truly impressed with this company. They were extremely responsive via email/chat to all my questions and gave me a lot of insights. Once I made my purchase, the delivery was made within 3 days. I've now been sleeping on it for 3 weeks and highly recommend it. Very easy shopping experience and process. Full disclosure: I didn't go in shops, so I can't compare quality/price to what's in the retail spaces, but am really happy with the Noa.

My wife decided we needed a new mattress. We shopped around for a little while. Lots of options online and difficult to make a choice. Overall, the decision was really about going with a hybrid more than anything else, and also the price was considerably lower than other companies, especially for a hybrid, usually more expensive side. It seemed too good to be true basically, but it really is that simple: we bought online, company called the next day to arrange the delivery. Unbelievable. They brought it up to my unit and voila!

Part of my new year resolution was to change my mattress. Went ahead with the Noa after seeing lots of ads all over.
Had several questions that were answered quickly and clearly by a helpful customer service rep (not a robot). Delivery was arranged and made within 48 hrs. The mattress is simply great! Very happy with my whole dealing with Noa.

Ok. Don't know about all the reviews seen here but what i among writing is my own honest review.
I bought this mattress as my sealy mattress of 6 years was starting to get soft. My wife was complaining that her back was hurting and i noticed that my lower back required some stretching in the morning when i wake up. My back however wasn't hurting like how hers was

My conclusion for noa mattress is that it is perfectly suited for back sleepers. Side sleepers, you will take some adjusting before it starts working for you. I would not recommend buying noa if both husband and wife are side sleepers. However, if just one is a back sleeper, buy it for that person. The side sleeper will adjust and start to love it too after awhile.

All I have to say is : WOW. I’m feeling a lot better in the morning, simply put, a lot more rested and fresh. It’s hard to know when you’ve been sleeping on the same mattress for over 11 years, but I guess like other things, mattresses came a long way since 2006!

Unboxing went pretty smooth, although it's very heavy. The mattress is unbelievable. I fell in love with it immediately and have been getting the best sleep since I got it. I never thought I'd ever end up ordering a mattress online. My wife brought up this company and said we should check them out while mattress shopping.
The overall presentation was good, but I had lots of questions regarding the product as it seems unlikely to order this kind of product on the Internet. Anyways, with the 100 day return policy, We got a very prompt and detailed response from their support team. They know their stuff. After our payment the mattress was delivered within 2 days, which we were really happy about. We're extremely happy with our decision as it's a similar product as some of the more luxurious and pricy mattress we saw in the stores for less than half the price. Great deal!

I've been sleeping on it for over 6 weeks. It's the best mattress I've ever tried! It feels "solid" and you still feel on a cloud, but without having this kind of sink like feeling. I had been shopping for a long time and highly recommend the Noa for optimal price/value. You'll love it.

This review is for anyone who likes to do a lot of research before making big purchases. I'm on a small budget so I spent a long while doing research on which mattress in my price range would be best for my needs. I liked the look of the Noa because it would be delivered in a box, it has springs inside, and was in my price point. I didn't want an all-foam mattress nor did I want to have to go into mattress stores to shop. My main hesitation was that I was reading conflicting reviews on how firm the Noa is; obviously firmness is subjective but as someone who has lower back pain and also likes a bit of soft comfort, I really was coming from a goldilocks perspective of needing my mattress to be "just right". I found the Noa to be firm, but very soft. I was waking up sore every day on my old mattress and my back injury wasn't getting better, when I switch to Noa, I didn't wake up sore anymore and my back injury has been more supported to heal. I sleep on my sides and on my back and find this mattress really comfortable, really little partner disturbance and it's very very soft. We're just going into Australian summer and I do feel like the mattress is a little hotter than I'd like but it's really not that noticeable honestly. We'll see how it goes on a 40* day. I've been sleeping on this mattress for about a month now and really like it. Logistics: I received the mattress within 3 days of ordering, it's very very heavy in the box. Opened it in our lounge to give it room to breath. Noa's website says you can sleep on it immediately but I gave it 24 hours to inflate. I gave 4/5 stars only because I would have loved a pick up service for my old mattress (Koala offers this service). All in all, if you're considering Noa, I recommend!
