The Serta iComfort Visionaire Plush is a softer mattress with a good amount of cooling and contouring throughout the mattress. It comes with gel memory foam on the top layer and pocketed coils beneath, making it ideal for side sleepers and lighter folks. We like the combination of materials built into this mattress that gives you a much better night of sleep. I get to sleep quicker on this mattress. I did a lot of research on the different mattresses out there and really liked what the Serta iComfort offered. My wife and I were both having back issues when we woke up each morning with our old mattress but since getting the Serta the back problems have gone away. It provides a much cooler surface to sleep on too compared to most others. We highly recommend it to anyone wanting a good nights sleep.
We didn't realize what a poor nights sleep we were getting until we slept on our new Serta!! We noticed an immediate difference. We are both side sleepers and no longer wake up with shoulder or hip pain. We love our new mattress!

I purchased a new mattress (July 2017) it was a Airloom Mattress. I was not happy with the feel of the mattress. I did a reselect and picked a i comfort hybrid Visionair Plush. The mattress feel good all and all, it is a little soft but it works as far as comfort is concerned. The thing you don't know about is the off-gassing. The Mattress stunk up my entire house with a terrible chemical smell. I have read many other reviews scene then and now I understand just how bad it is!! It has given both me and my wife extreme headaches for the past 2 weeks. It was so bad I bought another mattress (Airloom Angelina) the best mattress in the world!! I called Serta to see if they would help me out and I was told by the Customer Service rep "I should try to sell the mattress online" and they would not let me return the mattress. I was told that I needed to try to get the retailer to let me return it. So just a caution to anyone looking to buy a mattress, Dont buy this one!!!
