Firm and roomy making it perfect for throw pillows and blankets as we head into the colder months. It’s a lot of couch for an. NYC apartment…measure thrice and hold off on other pieces until this arrives. :) The delivery was not the smoothest but customer service was great about getting my couch in house and scheduling minor repairs to the one I received. I hope to have this for years.

I was skeptical at first ordering this online, but this sofa is the best sofa I’ve ever owned. I have a rambunctious puppy who is always jumping ,running ,playing and bringing toys on to the sofa and it hasn’t stained, and it hasn’t changed Colors. It is very durable, stain proof, and best of all comfortable. There have been many a days that I have fallen asleep on it and woke up feeling fine. I highly recommend this sofa. Putting it together was fairly easy and moving it around in order to clean has been easy as well. If you’re on the fence about ordering this, just order it …it’s worth it!
Love it! It’s firm but comfortable. I just bought it but it feels like it will last a lifetime. I’ve already taken more than a few naps on it.
We love our couch and it’s held up really well after a few months of use so far. My only gripe with it is since it’s velvet it shows every speck of dust and I find myself lint rolling it every day. Overall we love it and would buy again. It is also a little harder to put together and took two of us!
We love our Vegan leather Albany sofa. We have 2 young children (3 & 7mo) with plans to have more and after seeing what our 3 year old did to our precious couch we knew we needed something that would stand up better to messy kids. The vegan leather is soft and can easily be cleaned off due to food or drink spills. It is on the firm side but still very comfortable. You won’t sink into this couch at all, which is what I prefer to a soft cushion. We have hopes to purchase the love seat in the future so to have a matching set. My only negative is that we’ve not even had this couch a year and we’re already seeing some discoloration (yellowing) at the front of the seat cushions. It’s not too bad yet but I am curious to see how it holds up long term. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and feel that this was the best option for our family for the price and quality compared to other couches we looked at. Also we moved a few months after purchasing and it was very convenient to be able to take this couch a part and save space in the moving truck.
I am so pleased with my vegan leather loveseat. Really hard to find a quality faux leather that doesn't look or feel cheap. Only small hiccup was an unexpected shipping delay of a couple weeks and half the couch arriving two days before the other half. Overall love this loveseat! Comfortable, SO easy to put together, easily fits two people, and feels sturdy. I cant wait to someday get the full sized sofa.

This couch was so easy to set up. It's beautiful and pretty comfortable. At first, I was surprised with how light it was, it almost felt cheap compared to heavier more expensive couches. Overall I'm happy with my choice.
The vegan leather is cold and the color is much too orange. I regret getting this color so badly. I wish I could swap it out for the white Boucle couch. The other colors are just too over the top for me.
The shipping and assembly are awesome. The rest is ok. The vegan leather is orangey and not as soft and comfortable as I would have thought. The ottoman wasn’t the same shade of orange vegan leather as the couch and chair. Customer service and return policy are…difficult. Everything has to be shipped back in the original packaging and you have 30 days to do it. But Customer service says it takes a few weeks to “break in” the material. So its just ok.
I have been searching for a chair that was deep enough to curl up in, but not so bulky and huge that it consumed my small living room. It was starting to feel like an impossible quest. Then, I stumbled on Albany Park and the olive velvet Park Armchair. It's perfect. The upholstery is so soft, I find myself absently petting it. The color is lush and complements the living room. It's a little bulkier than I was hunting for, but the modern design makes it streamlined enough that it works well in a small space. Plus the design is similar to my loveseat. Score! While I am interested in aesthetics, the best part is that the chair is super comfy. I can fit myself, a cat, a blanket, and a book with ease. A quest with a happy ending. Can't ask for much more than that!

The “ships within 5-7 business days” that we originally saw did not end up being accurate at all. In fact, bouncing around from one shipping company to the next was a mess the entire time. HOWEVER, the couch is fantastic. We have the vegan leather and although the color is slightly more orange than expected, we love it! It’s broken in wonderfully and is very comfortable (it was a bit stiff at first). Overall, we’re very happy to took the leap of faith and ordered it, despite never having seen/sat on it in person.
Easy to put together especially with the video. I did have one issue aligning them but once I figured it out it was a breeze. The color and vegan leather feels like good quality... Not quite the butterscotch leather color I wanted but it fits well in my decor. It is a very sleek couch that is pretty comfortable to sit on even if it makes a little bit of noise at times. Good sofa for the price point.

We have the vegan leather with walnut legs. Looks great, perfect size and very comfortable. My wife had it the house and put together before I got home. It seems to be well put together. One down side was I read that the cushions could be flipped if there were to be a stain. That is not true with the vegan leather because the back or bottom has a black fabric that helps keep the cushion from sliding around. Overall very happy with the couch and will add another piece soon. It shipped in about 5 weeks as advertised at time of purchase.

I LOVE this sofa. Seriously my favorite purchase of 2021 (alongside my new mountain bike!). The leather mid century modern look was exactly what I was looking for. I love the supportive, firm cushions (comfy and cozy without trapping you). I get tons of compliments on it whenever friends come over. I purchased one of these and when it came in, I loved it so much that I had to get another one. We are working on redoing our living room (everything!) and these are the perfect, modern additions that I was looking for. Seem to be sturdy! My kids have been flopping around on them even though we aren't supposed to flop or jump on furniture. ;)
I was so nervous to receive this, it is our first ever internet furniture purchase, and it did not disappoint. Comfy. Soft. Perfect color. Love it. This chair is beautiful. It's not as bright as in the pictures, which I am very happy about. It is big enough for 2 people (or two dogs) if you take off the little side pillows. It's so comfy, so easy to put the legs on. I am OBSESSED. I know people say this but I never write reviews, and I just had to come on and write one. I am likely ordering the sofa to match. I am SOOOO happy I got this couch! It's very easy to put together, I'm a single person who's fairly small and I put together the whole couch on my own in less than 20 minutes. The instructional video on the website is really helpful so I just watched that and followed the directions on the included direction guide. It's firm, which I really like, and really comfy. Each day it honestly gets better and better for me. The size is perfect in my living room and its clearly built very well. And what makes me the most excited is that I'm supporting a Black-owned, POC-owned, Woman-owned business!

We've had our couch for almost a week and are beyond happy with it. We went to about 8 stores looking and nothing compared in style and price. It is so comfortable and the chaise is perfect for watching tv. In a pinch, two people could even sleep on this couch. 4 instead of 5 starts because we had a small hiccup when assembling and had to fix one of the locking mechanisms, and it took a bit longer than was estimated to deliver to us. But we do love it!!
We just bought a house and space is limited. The large sectional we had just was too big for the space we needed it in. Shopping pretty much anywhere else and expecting anything new and refreshing is next to impossible, at least here in Michigan. It’s all the same furniture that’s been around for 20 years plus, with different colors and hardware. We were thrilled to find Albany Park’s site. Instagram knows too much... but that’s alright sometimes. We received the Park Sectional, and we were underwhelmed. It looks sharp, for sure. It’s mid-century modern, fits the color and style we’re going for, and assembled relatively easily. It seems sturdy, even though at first I was concerned. Holding the chase and the couch portion together are two large L-brackets with steel locking mechanisms. I was a little worried at first but with a dog and four cats, plus the two of us, it’s not budged at all. Just be careful if you have cats as they may want to scratch the bottom fabric. Also, when we had it upside down during assembly the dog stepped on the bottom covering and went right through. So maybe that hole is attracting the cats. It’s not comfortable though, and is too small for lounging. A sectional to me implies relaxation, lounging, enjoying a good book or movie. The cushions are thin and the chase is too short even for me at 5’7”. I do appreciate the depth of the seating area though, because I don’t like oversized cushions as they hurt my back and knees. We can’t really afford to go back and forth with furniture, paying return shipping and restocking fees. So we opted to keep it and see if we end up liking it more: we don’t. We also ordered the Albany Loveseat, and ottoman. The ottoman has arrived and seems much cozier than the Park lineup. The Loveseat was delayed about two months and hasn’t shipped yet, but we’re hopeful. If the Park lineup had the cushion plushness and softness of the Albany, while maintaining its sleeker appearance, I think we’d accept the small chase and be absolutely happy. Overall maybe it’s just not for us, but for the price we aren’t happy. Hopefully you will be.
So happy with our couch and love seat. Both arrived earlier than we expected and look fantastic in our space. Customer service was also friendly and helpful along the way. Assembly was quite simple the only thing I will note is the back piece of both were a bit of a doozy to slide it, but we managed. Love Albany Park ❤️
I’d like to begin by saying, I rarely leave reviews… but this couch survived a flood whilst still in the box (yes, water did not ruin the material and it was pretty saturated) and for that reason + being a gorgeous color (I bought the green), being extremely comfortable and insanely easily assembled…I needed to leave this review. 10/10 would recommend!

This couch is gorgeous! I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy the material is and the depth of the pattern. It is stunning and will hide the occasional smudge. Not to mention the feel of the cushions which is luxury lounging. The couch is a bit big for the room where I placed it; we could change the configuration to 2 parts and an extension (easy to do that thanks to good craftsmanship) but once you enjoy the full length of the couch - you can't go back. Everyone who sees it is drawn to try it out and it definitely elevated the look of the room. Very happy with our purchase!
I absolutely love our sectional. It is the perfect size and color. Only reason i can’t give it 5 stars is it was a beast to put together. Definitely need the two people but struggled with getting one piece in.
Couch is great however I gave one less star for lack of communication with delivery, my shipment was delayed and I did not know I needed to schedule my own delivery once it reached the warehouse.

Beautiful, sturdy. Easy to install and just all around yes. The color is deep and rich. Easy to clean. And the seat is deeper than I expected. I have room to lay and so does my dog right next to me. Didn’t give it five stars because I wish it was a little softer. But I’ve napped on it plenty of times so clearly it’s not too hard.

It took 2 seconds to put together and is so deep and comfortable. I’m so happy! We purchased with the ottoman as well so it is basically a sectional and we spend all our time on the couch.
We got our Albany Couch in the rust color and its beautiful. It was super easy to put together until we got to the legs. They were a difficult to put on. The holes didn't match up so you could insert all four screws (Also weird that the holes are pill shaped instead of a circle). It was very frustrating and the only solution was to only screw in 3 screws for each leg.
So comfortable! The material is so soft. I got the rust color and it is so beautiful. The sofa easily fits 2 people with extra room and 3 adults have even been able to fit on it. Great quality! I struggled a bit to put it together with help from a friend but it didn't take us more than 30 minutes.
I waited a few weeks to write this review to make sure I really loved this Kova L with Ottoman in the gray textured fabric. This is NOT a formal sofa. It is a "welcome to my cozy house" sofa. A bit overwhelming to receive shipment, but I opened each box and carried the pieces upstairs individually, breaking down boxes as I went. I actually rolled the heavier base pieces end over end up my stairs to the living room. Took me about an hour to get it assembled the way I liked. Nothing was too heavy - I'm 5'5 and 67 years old. It's been a joy to have in my open concept living area. This week we tested the sofa's sturdiness while my 2-year old grandson tossed cushions on the floor and jumped off the bases. No harm done, I was worried he might crash through the top cover on the base but it's still taut. There is no pilling and since the cushions are feathers, you can fluff to any shape. It's warm or cool as needed too. I was REALLY glad to see that Ethan Allan sofa go out the door after I got my Albany Park sofa. And I'm proud it's made in the USA. Great service and response from the factory and delivery team. Thanks Albany Park!

This is a great sofa for a small apartment! Love that the seat cushion is just one piece, makes it a great lounging chair. The pillows are soft and the seat cushion is firm at first but softens with use. My cat is a fan of this couch as well. Got the gray fabric and so far it’s standing up to the claws! Construction was easy. The only thing bad about this experience was the shipping. There were two boxes and they got delivered five days apart. Besides this inconvenience given that I have a small apartment and did not want to get rid of my previous couch before I received this one, it was a good experience. Customer service was responsive and emailed back within a business day.

I looked for almost a year for the perfect non-traditional, caramel leather couch and knew when I saw this one I had to have it. It is so cute and is the perfect size for our small apartment. The gold feet are my favorite part. There was some damage done on the cloth located on the underside of the couch that must have happened during travel but the service dept. took care great care of the issue and I am super happy with the purchase!
Bought this sofa for a secondary room in the house, so will not get a lot of daily use. Was delivered very quickly and we assembled it in no time at all. Very pleased with the finish and the build, looks great in our room.
I purchased the albany sofa in vegan leather. It had so many good reviews, I trusted that it was a good sign. I’ve had it for over a month now and it is VERY comfortable. Like many say, the seat cushions are a wee bit firm at first, but after regular use, it is the perfect medium comfort that we were looking for. Assembly was generally easy, but be warned, it is a little difficult sliding the leather parts into place (I’m paranoid and was afraid of tearing the leather). There is a tiny cut in the leather by the leg of the sofa. Not sure where it came from, it’s barely noticeable. Delivery was prompt and super apartment friendly. The sofa is also very comfortable to sleep on! The back cushions are SO soft. Honestly, I’m quite proud of it and get many compliments on the color. If you want a great quality sofa that is affordable compared to the more expensive brands, I say the albany sofa is the best choice.
I love my couch! Super comfortable and Large! I love that I can reconfigure it as needed. It was relatively easy to assemble…we had some difficultly placing the backs on couch( they eventually clicked into place). I live in a third floor apartment with a narrow stairwell…so having the couch come in boxes was just what I needed. My couch arrived within a month of ordering as expected. I purchased the grey because it was in stock. The shipment was delayed by a week… the shipping company called to reschedule the delivery date and said they would call back if it was delayed again. There was a winter storm on the day my couch was scheduled to arrive…so it was delayed again. The shipping company never called me back to reschedule a new delivery date. Therefore, I went online and rescheduled the delivery day for the next available delivery date. It was very simple! That would be my only suggestion for anyone worried about shipping delays. Overall, I am very happy with the couch and customer service. Would absolutely recommend!
To make this as short as possible because it’s already consumed too much of my time, this product IS HORRIBLE. I requested a return in which customer service said could not be done due to the fact that I did not have the original DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR boxes that it arrived in. I asked for new boxes and was denied and I offered to buy boxes and again I received a no. And now, not even 1 month after purchasing, the cushion cover busts open. So now, thanks to this not consumer friendly company, I am left with an eyesore of a sofa in my home and all of that money is gone and wasted. Disappointed does not even begin to explain how I feel about this product and company.

It did take a long while to get here but it’s worth the wait. Couch is deep and very comfortable. I went with the charcoal fabric because of my little house mate. It’s soft and easy to put together. The website also has video instruction (amazing!) more companies should do that.
This sectional exceeded my expectations! It’s got a good firmness that’s comfortable without being to soft. It’s proportioned well and wide enough to lounge around and take naps on and the vegan leather feels quality! Excited to see how it lasts, but overall super happy with this sectional!

I got the Park armchair in the dark blue velvet and it’s stunning! Very cozy and soft. Delivery was great and the delivery person was able to deliver even while I wasn’t home, placing it safely inside my gate which I really appreciated. The chair is a *little* firm - I’m hoping it will soften a bit with use but overall great chair and love to support a family-owned, black-owned business.

The ordering process was easy, shipping was uneventful. The couch was so simple to put together; I've had some bad IKEA experiences and this was absolutely nothing like that. The couch itself, we got it in the vegan leather. It's smooth, comfortable, and very much our style. My toddlers have done their worst (crayons, washable markers, milk spills) and it still looks perfect. I'm very happy with our purchase!

Love the couch so much, so does our dog. That’s the best part! The dog can jump on it and jump off it with no issues. We loved it so much we got the ottoman too!
The sectional is beautiful in person. It feels sturdy, and the materials have a high quality feel. The customer service has been great with quick responses to my questions prior to purchase. Very happy with our decision!

Disclaimer: The couch is great, but this subpar review is mainly for my experience with failed shipping requests & the customer service department’s follow up. I purchased the park sofa in olive green early March, with an estimated ship date of 3/11. Shortly thereafter I had to schedule a week-long business trip right around when the couch was set to be delivered. I reached out to the customer service dept via email & explained the situation, to which they agreed to hold shipping until 3/22 when I returned. Great! But then, I received an email on the 11th saying the sofa had shipped. I tracked down the phone number for Albany Park and called to ask why that was. The woman seemed a little flustered but told me she’d take care of it ASAP and get back to me. She called me a couple hours later saying she took care of it. Great! Just a weird hiccup, I thought. Then, out of the blue I get a call from my neighbor while I’m on my trip that two large boxes are sitting outside my building for me and that it’s about to rain soon. I was confused & pretty annoyed to be honest- I had to awkwardly ask my neighbor and a friend to come over and help carry the boxes up all the way up to the third floor for me because I was unable to do so. When I got a free minute on my trip I called Albany Park again to ask what happened and explain how I had to make last minute accommodations. The woman I spoke to told me she’d follow up in 24 hours with some sort of credit/partial reimbursement for my troubles, but then never followed up. I got busy with work and wasn’t able to call again in a timely manner after that, but I really don’t think I should have to..? It’s just disappointing. The couch is so lovely and it was easy to assemble when I got home, I just wish such a large item I was so excited about would’ve arrived when we agreed I could expect it (and if it DIDN’T arrive when expected, I wish Albany Park customer service wouldn’t just ghost me).
I really wanted to like this sofa & I knew I was taking a risk buying it sight unseen, however just as i feared I should’ve just found one I could actually try out. I don’t hate it, it’s just not what i expected. For one the leather kind of looks cheap to me & it’s definitely more orange than I was expecting, it’s not very wide & the cushions keep sliding around every-time you get on & off of it. I should have sent it back but I hate the hassle of it. Hoping i will grow to like it, I just hope it holds up but those tiny little legs it sits on has me doubting it.
We purchased the kova sofa L shape and ottoman in Charcoal. Color is exactly the same than pictured. very comfy, spacious and cosy. We just have an issue with back cushions. 2 of them seem (and especially one) to not be as denses than the rest of the cushions, more flats. We give a 5 stars because it's pretty well done and because we like it a lot.
This couch is amazing! It is so soft and the color is fantastic! I will surely keep loving it for years to come. It was easy to assemble and easy to move the pieces once it was put together. I highly recommend this couch!
I got the Park chair & ottoman. The chair is incredibly comfortable for my 60+ year old bum. The quality is impeccable and assembly was easy. The ottoman is great for guests to sit on. When I put my feet on it, my knees hurt a bit because it's taller than the chair and my legs are short (I'm 5' 4"). If I put a cushion under my knees it helps somewhat. I'm really hoping the ottoman will squish down a bit if people sit on it often. I think taller people wouldn't have this issue. It seems furniture isn't made for shorter people these days (not just this brand).
I live in a studio apartment, and this couch has been a great decor addition to my small space. I've had friends who've come in town sleep on it, and it's still in perfect shape. Thanks, Albany Park, for this one-of-a-kind addition to my home!
I love the look, the size and the color of this chair. It’s the one we all fight over now to sit in. Luckily there is room for 2-3 depending on your size. My only wish is that the seat cushion was more plush. It’s pretty firm and is developing a slope from how we sit on it and you can only rotate it, not flip it. Wishing I could plump it up. Then the chair would be perfection.
I had been eyeing this sofa for a while but my husband was very skeptical because he doesn’t like buying sofas online. I was able to convince him and now he’s in love! The color is beautiful, and it’s sooooo comfortable. Best dang sofa we’ve ever brought!
We bought the Park Sofa, Chair, and ottoman and could not be happier with the purchase! Like the other reviews have mentioned, it is VERY firm at first but easy to break in. They are so soft to the touch, the color (mustard) is amazing, and they were so easy to assemble. The chair is bigger than expected, and my husband and I can both comfortably sit in it together. 100% will be sticking with Albany Park for future upgrades!
This is the first furniture review I have ever posted. After much research we bought The Kova Pit in charcoal fabric for our basement and two Kova 84” Sofas in olive green velvet for our living room. Although there were delays for our orders it was well worth the the wait. The Kova Pit is comfortable and has become our new favorite family spot. It’s so fun to watch movies on it or just hang out with the kids. The charcoal fabric is not very soft but it will definitely hide any spills and with young kids it’s the best fabric choice. The olive green velvet sofas are incredibly soft and comfortable. For all furniture pieces the seat height is perfect, the seat size is substantial and they look great overall. I never would have thought you could get such comfortable furniture at such reasonable price points. I am impressed with the design concept and comfort of the furniture. You will not regret buying from Albany Park.
I am so pleased with my sofa and chair. I was told it’s pet friendly and it is. It’s so easy to wipe clean and it still looks like it’s in pristine condition. It’s so comfortable it’s hard to get up. The side chair is extra roomy and completes the set. I get so many compliments on my new furniture. I’m so glad I took the plunge it’s worth every penny. I’m a single woman and it’s was very easy to put together. I was worried about being damaged on when it was shipped but it’s packed nicely and there was no damage. Thank you for making such a lovely couch and side chair. I would recommend this company for anybody especially if you have animals.

I ordered the park sectional in tan and hadn’t heard anything after the order processed about it being shipped so I contacted customer service and they got back to me within the hour saying it would be shipped in 3-5 days. After that amount of time went by I emailed again and again they got back back to me almost immediately and told me they were having shipping delays and it would be shipped within 10-12 business days and that they will put me on their priority list. After about 5 days it shipped! It took about 4 weeks to get to my house from the time I ordered it even thought it had said a week originally but it’s well worth the wait! It’s beautiful! I was really scared it wouldn’t come or be damaged in shipping due to other reviews I saw online but it came and it’s perfect! It’s perfectly understandable they are having shipping delays as it seems everywhere is having shipping issues with furniture as of late and it still came quicker than it would’ve from other furniture companies right now! If you’ve ordered from Albany park and it’s taking a while to ship don’t worry it will! And it will be worth the wait! And the customer service is amazing!
We LOVE our Park Armchair in distressed vegan leather. My 10-yr old son and I love to sit on it together while watching TV and any guests who come comment on how great it looks. I'm especially grateful for how the leather has not marked up at all. I was afraid that it would scratch easily, but so far it still looks as beautiful as the day we unpacked it...and we use it daily.
The couch is really beautiful! The green is deep and rich and the quality of the fabric considering the price is high. We've had the couch for a few months now and the seat does show some sagging. I wish we were able to flip over/rotate the cushion to disburse some of the pressure the couch endures.
Very easy to put together and very comfy. Cleans off super easy! I received many compliments on it. I am a single mom 5'3 and after it being delivered on my deck each box was light and easily transferable in my small home. Great job Albany!
Wish they had more cushioning, even just a bit more give would have made a big difference. Also, my 14lb dog was able to easily scratch the performance velvet with first jump onto the sofa/chair/ottoman. While it suited the purpose of getting a good looking sofa up narrow staircase and a 30” opening followed by a tight turn up the staircase, it was a bit lackluster in fabric durability and overall comfort. We would have gone for a different sofa had we sat on this one first. My brother says it’s fine to sleep on and I concur. Works in a pinch.
Just received my Kova sectional today. It arrived exactly when they estimated it would at time of purchase which was shocking given all the shipping delays in the world today. The couch is easy to put together, well packed, and super comfy. Did the grey fabric which looks better in person than it does on the site. So glad I took a chance on this couch, as it is always a bit nerve wracking buying a piece of furniture online without laying on it first. But do yourself a favor and pull the trigger. Great media room couch for us to lounge and watch movies on. Would definitely recommend over over-priced West Elm, Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, etc.
I love and am happy with this sectional in the vegan leather. We’ve had it for a few weeks now. It’s comfy, beautiful, and easy to clean. We have a toddler who likes to sit and snack on it, and I’ve easily wiped up everything - i.e., vegan butter, dried melted chocolate, and crumbs - with a damp cloth. I was worried the sectional would be too small for a 22’ x 22’ living room in a single-family home because marketing seems geared towards small spaces and apartments, but the sectional is a nice fit. We’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it. I also appreciate that it’s vegan. Although I am really happy with the product, I think there are a couple opportunities for minor improvement for the company. While the sectional arrived more quickly than most other furniture probably would at this time due to Covid-related delays, shipping did take slightly longer than I hoped. To my recollection, the sectional wasn’t picked up by the carrier until the day after the stated “ships by” window. It also too my husband, who is fairly handy, longer than expected to assemble. There is a video of a pregnant woman assembling a sofa quickly on the website, and I think these are a bit misleading. I’m 22 weeks along myself, and there’s absolutely no way I could have moved the three boxes by myself, and had I tried to assemble the sectional alone, it would have taken me hours - much longer than advertising led me to believe - from start (moving boxes inside and unpacking) to finish. I suppose everything was already laid out to assemble for the woman in the video, and she likely had knowledge about or even experience assembling the company’s sofas. Overall, I would recommend the product, with caveats that shipping and assembly might take a little longer than expected, due to the value and because I love and am really happy with the finished product.
Honestly the color & quality surpassed my expectations! The price is amazing for what you get. Will definitely be keeping this company in mind for my next furniture purchase!
We love the couch! It’s so aesthetically pleasing and comfy to sit in. We do have to fluff the pillows once a week or so. Initially, I was going to give 4 stars for shipping. We ordered this couch and was supposed to get it beginning of December 2020 but didn’t get it until end of January 2021. And then when it was time for it to be shipped, I got a weird voicemail from the shipping company they use. I almost deleted the message but then realized it could be Albany Park. I just disliked the lack of communication about the shipping company and how they would reach me. I’m giving them 5 stars because after about two months of having our couch, one of the seats broke and they were quick to fix the problem. They were super helpful and professional!

I'm very happy my sofa just arrived and I love it. The only thing that stinks is that after waiting months for it to arrive there is a spot on the front that had a broken hole spot right out of the box. Other than that it's been nice.

After being frustrated with shipping taking a very long time, then having damaged items due to neglected care of boxes. I can say that Albany Park has the best customer service and I am in love with my new sectional! Timely, sweet, understanding. They really go above and beyond for you. They are shipping me parts of the couch that were unfortunately damaged due to the carrier. Riz has helped me through the whole process even when I was very frustrated, he/she dealt with my cranky butt! Riz needs a raise pronto LOL!! For the couch I am obsessed... we have saved up for this couch for a long time, and it is breathtaking. It will be absolutely perfect when my new pieces come in! We purchased the green velvet. This is a lovely couch!!! Considering the pandemic, if you are looking at furniture…… you should know what I’m talking about when I mean extended waits, shortages, waitlists, and horror stories of friends and family who still have not received their furniture items. We were very impressed that our couch actually arrived EARLIER than expected! The couch is relatively easy to put together..it took us about 1 hour. The couch back cushions are cushy + comfortable. The seat cushions are semi stiff, but they are being broken into the more we sit on it! Overall, HIGHLY recommend for smaller spaces 🙏 Great couch!
We got the park sectional in olive green. It is beautiful and looks just like the pictures online. It is more firm than what we expected though and a little higher off the ground than I would like (I'm 5'4" for reference), but I should have paid more attention to the measurements. So in general not as comfortable as expected for us. But if you like a firm sofa and are on the taller side it is beautiful and good quality.
I LOVE my new couch. 36 years old, and it's my first new couch. The two of us put it together in about 20 minutes, and we're blown away with the ease of assembly leading to such a sturdy piece of furniture. We wanted velvet because we'd read a million reviews about how it's easiest to keep clean of dog fur. I was skeptical, but this silky velvet doesn't let anything cling to it! Dog hair weaved into the couch was making me an insane person. SOLVED! We've had it up a few weeks now. It's breaking in perfectly. Other than me being a bit overprotective, we're thrilled with it.

I was nervous about getting a couch online, but with COVID and furniture shortages I was going to wait for months to get a sofa in person, and as we moved into a new house recently I needed a place for guests to sit faster than that would allow. If it was comfortable to lay down on so I could enjoy the room as well individually as it is in a reading room, even better. This sofa does both and does them beautifully. Any guest who has visited and sat on it has unprompted mentioned how comfortable it is and I have already spent quite some time lounging on it myself. I want the matching armchair and ottoman now! A friend who only saw a picture of the room thought it was a staged magazine photo. Delivery was fast, and aside from the packaging being a bit disheveled and smelly (can’t help it I live in the Midwest and it’s winter) it was nothing some fabric odor freshener and airing out didn’t immediately fix. It is super easy to put together, and not as expensive as other similar modern couches would’ve been. It is perfect!!!
What an amazing value for how beautiful the sofa is. The imitation leather looks really nice, it has that kind of saddle leather / distressed look, but I love not having to worry about water (at my lakehouse). Came very quickly too and I was concerned being in all standard size shipping boxes it wouldn't be sturdy or look good but for a lowish back sofa like this is it's perfect, and the strong steel tracks that pieces easily connect with are big and sturdy enough to really make it solid and that standardized size made it easy to ship and receive quickly unlike other custom furniture companies that are super slow right now 'for COVID' but also always lol. Couldn't really be happier. Will definitely use again.

I was so thrilled when I purchased my dream couch from Albany Park, however the lead time was double than promised and when I received my delivery I found out I was missing one of the cushions. All in all this is a beautiful piece of furniture minus my bad experience of not being shipped all the pieces.
Took 10 minutes to build. Looks amazing! Definitely want to get the ottoman to go with it for more leg space but as it stands, my boyfriend and I can comfortably sprawl no problem.

This chair is a gamechanger in our living room. A few things to note: - It is HUGE. We planned to have it out in the open part of our living room where it connects to the kitchen, but the back is so tall with the back pillow sticking up that it just felt like a wall. We ended up putting it in a cozy corner instead, so it doesn't take over the whole space. - It's squeaky and firm. Moving around makes a lot of noise. It's definitely not the kind of chair you can sink into, and a blanket is needed to make it real comfy. - The black metal legs are a bit pointy and harsh. I'm thinking of replacing them with walnut wood / mid century style legs just to soften the overall look a bit.
We got the park sectional in green velvet. The sofa is super comfortable. The green velvet is soft and adds a warm and earthy touch to our family room. We are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommended.

Love love love this couch! We were looking for an affordable couch for our first home but we wanted something that was going to last and look beautiful. We have had this couch for 6 months now and it's held up great and only looks better the more we use it. Only thing I would say is, the cushions don't attach to the couch frame so they do slide around. It would be helpful if there was a way to attach/clip on the cushions. Other than that, we love it and would highly recommend!

The Kova sofa is absolutely beautiful and super comfy/cozy. The olive green color is lovely and the velvet is so soft. Delivery estimate was accurate and the entire process was seamless. I was able to assemble the sofa on my own. It is definitely a great investment! So happy with Albany Park!
We have really been enjoying this couch. The color and style are both spot on. We were quick to gain interest due to these facts, and once we read that the material was soft, yet durable for everyday life, we were sold. I suppose that's where we have become a tad hesitate. We currently do not have children, and our two dogs are too smitten with the old couch to care about this one. Therefore when an odd mark appeared in the spot I love to sit in, I was concerned. We've not had the couch for very long and were contemplating ordering a second, though are not certain we can if it's this sensitive. We live on a lake and have guests galore throughout summer. It would truly be a bummer constantly having to worry about this beautiful couch. Ultimately, were hopeful this mark is temporary.
Here's the deal, I love the couch. But I set it up yesterday and it's not nearly as easy as they say it is. I am a fairly handy person, but this couch cannot be set up without a drill, regardless of what they say. Also, there's no videos showing you how to put together the sectional and the directions are bare to say the least. Lots of "figuring it out" which is not ideal on a nearly 1900 dollar couch. A regular couch would be much easier to put together, but the sectional connectors are really difficult and built with small holes. Don't let this stop you from buying the couch because it's great, but don't believe them when it says it's a quick an easy set-up.
Ordered two of the Albany vegan leather chairs. Received them on time and in time for the holidays! Really satisfied with the whole process and even more satisfied with our chairs. The vegan leather looks great and even more importantly is super comfy and seems to be holding up really well considering we have two kiddos under 3 who enjoy sitting on them. Really satisfied with my overall experience!

We love this couch, it's as simple as that. We looked for a couch for 6 months and were honestly about to give up because of the bad experiences we kept having with big name furniture stores. I came across Albany Park and the Kova sofa and instantly fell in love. It was the exact look I wanted for a good price and without having to wait a year to get. The couch came in boxes that were easy enough to move up a spiral staircase with two people. Took us about 30 minute to put together and was pretty easy to do. The couch is firmer than it looks but is so comfortable to lounge on. The couch is also really big and is the best movie night couch you will ever have. We got the green, it is pretty spot on from the pictures but maybe just a tad lighter than you would expect, but so pretty and the fabric is really soft. Highly recommend this couch. Also, the customer service from this company is amazing. I emailed them so many times asking for updates and help with shipping and they always replied within a few hours and were so kind and helpful. We look forward to having this couch for a very long time.

I love this chair so much. Not only is it soft and comfortable, it’s just straight up gorgeous. Couch is deep and comfy. Please put words in instructions. We are not all visual learners. Also, the process of sliding the pieces together is simple but that doesn't make it easy. That said, the couch is great and was only a few days later than estimated (which is great considering how the shipping situation was in Feb 2022)
I bought these chairs to add to our little home library. I wanted some armchairs that were comfy and matched what I was looking for. These chairs were perfect! They are wider than I expected, but we made it work. The material is great and does not get scratched easily by my dogs nails. Love reading on these!

I’ll admit I was a bit nervous—we’ve bought furniture online elsewhere, but usually smaller and inexpensive pieces that don’t get used quite as much as a couch! We bought the park sectional in vegan leather. Our couch shipped 2 days after the estimate, and arrived in a week (about 5 business days). So right within their estimates! The delivery company’s website initially projected an earlier arrival, which we arranged our schedules for, only to call the day of and bump it back. They did beat the heck out of the poor boxes, and also refused to enter the threshold of the home or wait for me to open boxes and inspect furniture. Fortunately, everything looked good so it didn’t matter. The build was fairly simple—the only issue was that our couch back was not clicking in on one of the brackets. We ended up putting some Vaseline on it lol but it totally worked! My husband also made a bit of a mess opening things so didn’t notice the manual, so we just used the one online. Warning: if you use the online manual for this particular couch, it does not include the initial step of screwing on the two bottom brackets that brace the couch pieces together. This is critical to do first, because it’s a nightmare to try and do it afterward. We probably at some point will need to redo it, but were in a time crunch due to having no couch for a week and an impatient toddler. The couch itself, is gorgeous! The parts were all in great shape, quality is great, and it looks sharp. Can comfortably fit 4 adults, and is toddler approved. She’s jumping up and down on it and already spilled some water that I quickly wiped off. Well worth our time and money!
First and foremost; THIS SOFA WILL TAKE A MONTH OR LONGER TO BE DELIVERED. Ignore the shipping estimate, it's HYPERBOLICALLY underestimated. And if you want it to arrive in 4-6 weeks, you're going to spend 40+ hours in that time frame with representatives from multiple logistics companies, and Edloe Finch. I waited over a month from my purchase date to receive my sofa. THAT BEING SAID, the customer service representatives with Edloe Finch/Albany Park are STELLAR. They're quick to respond and investigate any shipping errors and assist with any inquiries. I was often ABRUPT or even RUDE, they were never anything short of polite, pleasant and cooperative. The sofa itself is radically simple to assemble, and looks ABSOLUTELY DEVINE. It's comfortable, a bit firm, but other reviews assure you that it softens up over time. And it's BIG, you could probably fit 6 adults on this thing. It's exactly as pictured, what you see is what you get. And you'll ADORE what you get. It was exactly the sofa I needed to bring together all of the seemingly-conflicting parts and pieces making up the complex algorithm that is my design style. It's mid-century, it's rustic, it's boho, the legs even suggest GLAM. I didn't think it was possible to find the perfect sofa for a living room with all of these separate, distinct styles. But I did! It's really defined the whole room and MY style. It's a conversation piece. You won't find a sofa like this anywhere else! But yes, you will have to wait for it. But it'll be worth it.
Waited a couple months to review, and I love my sofa! I'm a caregiver for my adult son who needs me to help him reposition at night, so I need to sleep in my living room. I remove the back and side cushions and have a 72 x 30 bed. I roll out a 2 in memory foam topper and it's roomy. I'm 5'3". My only suggestion would be add this dimension to diagram in description. I even emailed and asked cushion length. Reply said 62 in which is actually length between side/armrest cushions. Ordered ottoman too, so it has feel of a sectional. My apartment living room wouldn't accommodate the sectional. Really, really happy with it, perfect solution for me, and super cozy, pet friendly during the day too.
This couch has already seen many naps. It’s comfortable, cute and a perfect size for my apartment. I love how easy it is to put together and very happy I went with Albany Park. Overall, a great first couch!
The way I feel about the couch is the way I feel about the Ottoman. Very cute and fits our space well but only time will be a tell when it comes to quality. I hope we get a lot of time out of it because the look and functionality is perfect.
I am so incredibly pleased with this couch! Delivery was seamless, assembly was easy (I did most of it by myself and only required my husband's help on securing two pieces), and after giving it a couple of days to fluff up, it is so comfortable! This couch is huge, beautiful, affordable, and I can't wait to shop Albany Park/Edloe Finch again in the future!

Let me start by saying, we absolutely love our Kova and are really glad we discovered Albany Park. The only reason I'm not giving 5-stars is because the delivery process had some hiccups, it arrived too late and caused a lot of frustration. Now that we finally have it, I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations (which isnt easy), and is my new favorite spot in the house.

I got the Ekaabo Albany bird print chair; it arrived in the mail today (delivery was very fast!) and it was *shockingly* easy to put together. The print looks exactly like the photos; the colors are true, and the fabric is soft, luxe velvet. I was a little worried about the size - me and my partner are tall - but I'm very pleased at how roomy and comfortable it is. I'm 5'10" and I can curl up comfortably in it. I loved the video instruction manual - the lady in the instruction video is pregnant, and I knew if a pregnant lady could put together this furniture, lazy sedentary me could do it, too. I'm sitting in the chair now as I type this, and it's just ridiculous, how nice this chair is. I'm not rich, so this purchase took a lot of consideration and saving up. I spent a lot of time searching for a unique, stylish, and sturdy piece of furniture that I can love for years to come, and now that the chair is in my living room, I'm confident it fits the bill. I fell in love with the fabric print because it's beautiful and goes well with my colorful maximalist aesthetic; it was really cool reading about how the print is inspired by the CEO's Nigerian heritage. The fact that Albany Park is a Black-owned local business sealed the deal for me. I live in Texas, Albany Park is in Texas - not only is this chair WAY cooler than anything at Ikea, I can feel good knowing I'm supporting a Texas BIPOC-owned business. Cheers to Albany Park for creating such a unique, cool, and quality piece of furniture that I'm confident was worth the investment!

Literally the emerald sofa is beautiful!!! I was skeptical buying a sofa online because you’re just not sure if the color will be right or if the cushions are too stiff or too soft. Quality in the materials used to make the sofa. But this Albany sofa exceeded my expectations. All my guests love my sofa. Although I prefer no one to sleep on my sofa, I’d have to say it’s really comfy to take naps on. Hands down would recommend.
I waited months for the sofa - it is very pretty. However, it came without the middle piece, and the sofa now slumps. Disappointed.

This couch is beautiful, comfortable, and so easy to assemble/disassemble! Easy to clean spills and pet fur (which I have plenty of with two cats and a dog). This couch is massive and fits my family of 6 pretty comfortably but between 4-5 people is perfect and cozy. Great for a movie night! Delivery was smooth, the couch arrived on-time and the delivery drivers were super helpful getting all the pieces off the truck and into the living room. I really loved how each section of the sectional (hah) was in it's own box. Set-up is stupid proof and I barely left the couch for the first two weeks we had it! All in all, would recommend, very happy with my purchase!

Honestly it looks absolutely perfect and I’m still happy with my purchase. -That being said… it’s not very comfortable. Very firm and requires tons of pillows in order to make it comfy enough for lounging and watching tv.

I absolutely love my new Kova pit! It’s comfy and the seats are super deep. I paid two guys to bring it in and put it together, it took them 40 minutes.
This couch is comfortable and looks great but ours came with a manufacturer defect. There were no pre-drilled holes for the legs so what would have taken us under an hour to put together ended up taking five total hours..... also the assembly video was extremely frustrating as it showed a woman who was 9 months pregnant put together the couch in 5 minutes. Clearly not the case. Even if ours wasn't defective, it is definitely a 2 person job to make sure the pieces are lined up and click into place correctly. But like I said it does look great. For the price though, it should be inspected more closely before delivery.
This fits perfectly in our new home. The vegan leather is EXTREMELY pet and kid friendly. Very easy to clean. Comfortable and stylish it checks all the boxes! The color is absolutely on point! My husband said it was super easy to put together as well. Yes, shipping took a bit of time but that is to be expected in these crazy times. Overall the shipping company employees were very kind and helpful. On another note, we ordered the matching chair and ottoman the day we unboxed this one and those items arrived super fast! I also recommend getting those as well! I am in love with this company! Everything is so well made, you can truly tell they take pride in their work. Thanks so much! I just love my living room!
Easiest furniture ever to assemble and it looks like real leather. The large seat is perfect for one person to comfortable lie or two people to cuddle. We get so many compliments. Can't recommend enough!

The Albany loveseat in pink is the perfect small couch. It arrived in two manageable boxes, putting it together was simple and it is so comfortable. Even having taken measurements before buying, I was surprised at how luxurious the depth of the seat feels (it goes "all the way out", no thighs hanging off the couch unsupported). The color is really beautiful and somehow manages to complement all the other colors in my apartment, the gold legs are subtly glam (not flashy or cheap looking), the fabric is very soft (no stiff velvet scratchies), the cushions are thick and the frame is sturdy. My 6-3 boyfriend was very comfortable on it so it has a tall person's stamp of approval as well (in fact he seemed a little jealous of my lil pink couch!). Customer service was so responsive in helping me when there were shipping delays from the carrier (not Albany Park's fault). My only regret is that I don't have four living rooms so I can buy the Albany set in all the colors!

I've had this chair for 6 months or so and I spent as much time debating what to get before that. I'm SO happy with this chair - it looks beautiful and it's comfortable. I'm 5'11'' and always enjoyed reading in an oversized chair. This is comfortable enough to lounge across or "the right way". Originally I compromised by going with the vegan leather for the sake of availability and timing but I'm really happy with it. It's got that subtle squeak of leather but it never has dog and cat hair on it like my fabric couch. It isn't sat in every day but still a regular spot between me and visitors and is holding up wonderfully. Overall I'd highly recommend and will definitely consider Albany Park in the future!!

This sectional far exceeded my expectations. I agonized over this purchase for ages, and I’m so happy I went through with it. My apartment has weird angles and narrow hallways, so I knew I needed to get something flat pack. We considered the Burrow, which is more expensive (and honestly nowhere near as nice or as comfortable as the Park sectional). This couch is beautiful, comfortable, and functional. It was fairly easy to put together, and it’s super sturdy and well made. I honestly never imagined it would be this nice.
The seat dimensions seem tailored to the morbidly obese clientele. I'm 5'10 but my back does touch the back cushion with my feet flat on the floor. And the chair is wide enough to accommodate two meaning you can't use both arm rests simultaneously.

I absolutely love the look of this couch. We ordered it with the additional ottoman. It is definitely a couch for looking at versus lounging on. I would compare this couch to a doctor office waiting room or dormitory furniture. I also thought the cushions were able to be flipped but on the vegan leather, they can only be used on one side.

The kova sofa is a beautiful sofa. It looks just like the photos. It’s large and comfortable. It’s slightly more firm than I thought it would be. But now, I’m convinced that’s a good thing. Would buy again, and again.
If we could actually LIVE on this sofa and never get up, we would definitely do it. The color and feel of the fabric is perfection, the comfort is BEYOND perfection, it is everything we wanted for our lifestyle and more. We bought the pit sectional, thinking we would use it as pictured as a “pit” but ended up changing the configuration to make a ginormous L-shaped sectional and we could not be happier. Movie nights have never been better!! Thrilled with this purchase and would recommend to everyone…if I could only get myself motivated enough to get OFF of it.
The sofa arrived on schedule and was easy to assemble by myself. The bench cushion was hard at first but has broken in nicely (make sure you don’t sit in the same spot every time.) The upholstery is easy to wipe off and vacuum, and is a beautiful color. This is the most expensive piece of furniture I’ve ever purchased, and I absolutely love it.
I love my new couch. It is firm and comfortable. It looks great in my place, exactly what I was hoping for. Assembly was very easy. Shipping took an extra month and a half, plan for that.
I just received my two pieces of Ekaabo furniture two days ago. Shipping/delivery was super easy and took about a month from date of purchase (not bad for furniture). Super easy to set up. When I bought this I was super worried because the designs are unique and I never got to try or see anything in person. Have some faith and do it!!!! The furniture is absolutely gorgeous and super comfortable. As for durability I’m unsure we will see down the road but it feels great and should have no problems. If your nervous just go for it you will thank yourself later.
My vegan sectional sofa is perfect! It took a while to get but 100% worth it. The customer service is AMAZING! I had a small defect with a part and the company replaced it with no question. VERY PROFESSUINAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and a very streamlined and organized company. I will definitely order from Albany Park again and you should too! :-)

The couch is unreal and I've recommended it to multiple people. My only reason it lost a star- is when the boxes arrived I was not prepared for how difficult it would be to open everything, organize all the pieces, and assemble in my small apartment. If the website didn't set me up for the easiest assembly of my life I'd have been less surprised. Some of the screws I had to drill into the wood before they went in even a little bit, which again, is fine and I have a drill, but for someone who does not a warning would have been helpful. Otherwise, again, couch is amazing, love the vegan leather, stays clean/easy to clean and I'd 100p buy more pieces when needed. Thanks!
By far the most comfortable (and gorgeous) chair I have ever owned. I love that it has room for me to snuggle with my children and that the fabric is super soft. The ease of assembly is wonderful. It is the centerpiece of my living room!
I purchased this sectional in December and it was delayed being shipped out, which is fine as COVID can affect these things. When the sectional arrived, it was missing multiple crucial pieces needed to assemble it. After contacting customer service, it took a week before they sent out the pieces needed to put it together, and then it took another week for them to arrive, so we sat there for 2 weeks with an unassembled sectional spread about our small apartment living room. Customer service was not helpful in providing us with information on when we would get the pieces and wouldn't answer our questions. When we finally got the pieces and tried to assemble the sectional, one of the arms would not slide onto the couch, no matter what we tried. We spent over 2 hours trying to get it into place, but the product is clearly faulty. As lovely as the couch is, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. The arm of our sectional will still not fit into place, so here we are left with a dysfunctional sectional. The couch itself seems comfy and looks nice but for the cost we should not be running into THIS many issues, and the customer service was severely lacking. I wish I could give a higher rating but overall I would genuinely not recommend this experience to others.

I had been eyeing this sectional for months and finally purchased it after closing on my first house. It shipped quickly, was super easy to assemble (and fast if you opt for a power drill instead of the tools provided), and oh so cozy. I work remote and need a chaise to keep my legs elevated during the day, and this sectional has everything I need. It's spacious enough to sprawl out on, but not so bulky that it can't be used in a small space. I'm absolutely in love with this piece!

I’ve never been accused of having good taste.... until I bought the grey Park sofa! I post pictures on social media of my cute dog and all people comment is how fabulous my sofa is. It’s pretty comfy too. Totally worth the money. I had great customer service when I needed to change the facing of my sofa. Quick responses every time I emailed. As far as shipping goes, I had no issue. It did take a couple days longer than originally stated however, there were some wild storms that held things up. But once the delivery was scheduled, they were here to the minute with 4 giant boxes that housed my brand new sofa. I love it. I’ll probably get one in velvet the next time I’m ready for a new sofa.

I purchased both the sofa and ottoman from the Ekkabo collection and I’m truly in love with this couch! I live in a small apartment and the couch is the perfect size to provide enough seating while also not taking up too much space. I initially was worried about the fabric being velvet with my dog, but it’s durable and the cushion covers come off for washing in the future. Lastly, as an African-American, I appreciate the journey behind this collection as I have gone through a similar journey. I am so happy with my purchase and when I expand my home in the future, I will continue to shop with Albany Park!

I purchased the Kova sectional in mustard velvet and cannot say enough good things about it. My apartment is small so having a comfy sofa is a huge plus. I've had it for about 2 weeks and already spilled stuff on it but the fabric is not absorbent! Liquid pools and sits at the surface giving ample time for clean up. My only critique is advertising that the sofa can be easily carried upstairs upon arrival and put together by one person. The boxes were very large and very heavy...this is not a flimsy piece of furniture...it took 2 people about an hour to put together in a small space. That being said, once the hard part was over I was in love.

I love these chairs! They’re deep, roomy and very comfortable. They’re definitely high quality chairs, the only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because two small boxes that were the legs were packaged with one of the chairs. When they were boxed together, the small boxes punched through the lining on the bottom of the chair so now it hangs down. Other than that minor detail, very happy with my purchase.
The couch was easy to put together, and extremely comfortable. I ordered the dark gray, and while the fabric is durable and easy to clean, it pills very badly. It really bothered me at first, but I just use a pill shaver on it frequently. The other con is that the cushions slip extremely easily. Just sitting on it causes the cushions to slip to the floor. Otherwise we love the couch!
I like the idea my sectional came in a box because I live on 2nd floor. My family shared with me it was easy to assemble. My grand twins like the idea they can both lay on it together. More of a proper couch. Too hard to get comfy and take a nap on. Kids jump on the sit and it wobbles. Loves the colors and softness of the fabric though.
This sofa looks great. It’s not the most comfortable sofa I’ve ever sat on and is “extremely squeaky” according to my ten-year-old who cannot sit still anyway.
So I was skeptical about this. We ordered two couches this and the kiva and I let my husband pick the leather sectional. It’s beautiful- much nicer than expected and great quality. We have a one year old and he jumps, climbs, snacks and drools all over it. So far it has held up well. The cousins are supportive but have that worn in feel. I would recommend and would order again. I love that we are supporting a black owned business. Only con was shipping. The couch came almost a month later than expected and then the shipping carrier (separate company) messed up the delivery by a few days. That a super frustrating. Otherwise, smooth experience.

I had given up on finding a couch. Then I found Albany Park. I wanted something different. Their Ẹkáàbọ̀ Park Sofa and ottoman paired perfectly with the Blue Velvet Park Armchair. It brought the room to life. Aside from the style and comfort, my favorite thing about the furniture is that no matter what my three kids do to it, it always comes out clean. I am really happy with my purchase.

I’m overall very disappointed with this purchase. The couch has been in my home for 4 months. I purchased the gray fabric option. I already have the fabric fraying at the seam on the back pillows. The couch is misshapen on the back pillow portion and the crease is dipping between the seated portion (not chaise). I am already wanting/looking for a new couch within a year. I’m sure I won’t be able to sell this for anywhere near what I paid. Sad days.

I love my Koyo Velvet armchair. It's been a statement/focal point in my new home and everyone who has visited has commented on it. Definitely the most comfortable couch you will ever own! You can tell it's well built, nice sturdy construction, but still light enough to be easily moved. Put it together by myself in no time. Would also be really easy to move on my own since I can take it apart if I ever need to, which means never again will I have to get two large men to help me carry a sofa, or struggle to fit it through a door frame. Definite a plus. The extra deep seats and feather filled cushions make it absolutely perfect for lounging. The fabric feels soft yet durable, and I like that the cushion covers are removable for easy cleaning. It's exactly as advertised and everything I wanted. I'm so happy with this purchase, finally found my forever couch! Get this one, you won't be disappointed!

Never purchased a couch online before... so I had expectations that the color would be off etc. It was exactly what I was hoping for! Purchased from the manufacturer & was delivered right on time meticulously packaged. Hardware was solid and instructions were basic. Definitely a 2 person job to get frame to come together perfectly. I appreciated the call & text follow up from customer service to confirm my order.! I typically ignore review requests 😬 but felt compelled to share as I was SO happy!
I love this couch. It's better than I could have imagined. It's the perfect width for laying down. It's soft. The fabric is lush. I get so many compliments on how comfortable it is. The assembly was the easiest. It looks good and it feels better. This is the best couch I've ever owned. Highly recommend.
I love my sectional! It is the prettiest green color. Matches what was shown online. Everything was very easy to set up. Each piece of the sectional came in it's own box (so there are several boxes). Came with the tools needed to put it all together. The instructions were pretty straightforward. The couch is comfy (not sink in and stay for days comfy) while still being aesthetically appealing. My only complaint is that shipping took much longer than was originally stated.

The sofa sectional is great! I love the color and it's so comfortable. I love the fact that you can rearrange the sofa pieces the way you want them. And it's really soft.
Appearance wise it's beautiful. I ordered the vegan leather and like the color, I was worried it would be too orange but it's lovely. It's quite comfortable to relax on, however there are a few things I'm not wild about. The center support leg doesn't reach the ground on the main sofa stretch and the screws are pretty much impossible to put in without a drill, once I was able to connect the sections the two backs don't line up. It's not visible as long as the cushion is in place but it's a bit annoying. Overall I like it but I think there's room for improvement I'm the construction.

I decorate with vintage and midcentury second hand finds. Finding a great couch with style is difficult to say the least. I decided to buy Albany because the price point was great, the appearance was eye catching, and the business seemed worth a try. I am in love with my sofa!!! I need the chairs next... I had a few issues with hard or sharp objects along the back side (nails, staples). Gently hammered with mallet to ensure wouldn't poke through or poke a friend/pet/child. Otherwise, nice firm cushions but with softest texture: VELVET
I am in love with my Park armchair!!!! It perfectly cozy and just the right size for my WFH office space. I had been searching for months for the right reading chair - one large enough for me and my 20 lbs dog to snuggle in with a book or my laptop - and was struggling to find something that I liked that looked comfortable and in the budget range I was willing to pay. This chair checked all of those boxes and I especially love that it's a family owned company (which made me even happier about my purchase!) Since my chair has arrived I've recommended Albany Park to anyone looking for quality furniture and I recommend that you consider them too!
First I will say that I LOVE my couch. It is so comfortable and pretty to look at. I wouldn’t suggest getting the leather fabric if you have a large dog, my dogs nails have very easily scratched my cushions up already. Give yourself an extra few weeks added on to the estimated ship date. Worth the money. It is a great piece!

The couch is beautiful, and delivery only took a couple of weeks. I have two cons, though: assembly DEFINITELY doesn't take 15 minutes for the sectional - more like 2 hours if you're doing it alone. And the boxes are huge. The second con is that some of the predrilled holes weren't right, making assembly even trickier. But overall it's a gorgeous, comfortable couch.
My delivery has been delayed by 4 weeks. Feeling really frustrated by this.
The navy blue velvet & shiny gold legs are beautiful. It was incredibly easy to receive, move into my home, and assemble. Perfect napping couch because it is so comfy!!

I was looking for a true olive green couch for my first apartment and was struggling to find what I wanted that wasn’t over $2,000. One day this popped up on my Instagram ads and I immediately fell in love! It’s a great size for a small one bedroom apartment and easy to assemble. I loved that I could choose gold legs to make it my own, because I wanted gold to be an accent color. Also the dog hair slides right off the velvet!! I’ll definitely be back for the leather armchair :)

TO BE CLEAR - Our issue is not the month long delivery wait, rather the promises we were told earlier in the timeline that left us expecting a couch in just a few days. Based on other reviews this is the norm. If your order has not shipped yet and you came to the comments to see if this is a regular occurrence…it is 😊 4 days after our estimated ship date we were told our item would be shipped that week but to call again in a few days 11 days after our estimated ship date we were told the items would "go out today" 15 days past our estimated ship date an employee told me "they were swamped" then later in the same conversation told me the delay the shipper’s fault When we checked with the shipper (CEVA) they had not been dispatched to Albany Park’s warehouse 😊 24 days past our estimated ship date and the couch arrived, it took much longer than 15 minutes to put together and the middle support legs are very loose Check the FAQ’s, I’m sure you were told that your couch would ship 3-5 days with UPS Ground but please know this is a lie Darryl and Jessica…If I could put this in football terms…your customer service team is on the wrong one yard line with no defensive coordinator in sight. When we ordered your couch I expected Miami in the 80’s, not year 4 of the Al Golden era. Have Teneil give me a call.
Not only do I love this couch but all my family and friends love it too! I nap on it, sleep on it overnight, cuddle on it, work on it, entertain on it… it’s easy to clean, it’s super stylish, the color is bold and rich, it’s so easy to put together… there’s so many things I can say about the park collection. I’m actually sad I missed out on the new colors 😩.
I absolutely love the size and style of our new sofa. The green velvet is beautiful and soft to the touch. Based on other reviews, pictures, and videos on the Albany Park website, I thought the sofa would be much softer and the cushions thicker. The cushions are thinner than expected and not soft, even after weeks of breaking in. The places where the cushions meet each other are even less soft. Definitely a pretty sofa and lovely in our room, but I wish it were softer and more comfortable.
I really love this sofa..the ease of ordering it, the ease of receiving it, and especially the fact that it fit (in its pieces) up our very narrow staircase, down our very twisty hallway, and is now looking absolutely swell in the den. Thank you so much. Peace,deborah

I bought my Kova sectional on super sale and was so excited bc this style couch is not cheap at all anywhere! Anyway it was super cozy and arrived perfect, but within 3 months the gray material started to pile up. I don’t have pets. No amount of lint rolling or shaving made a difference. I also noticed the feathers from the stuffing poking out. I thought it was just one or two or perhaps a breaking in phase and it would stop eventually but nope. Feathers come out regularly, so often that if I don’t shake out the cushions and vacuum daily it feels like a chicken coup in my living room. A year later and it continues to shed feathers and prick us when we sit. Haven’t had a moment to try to sell it but I don’t recommend the woven material. Beautiful couch- terrible material.
The couch is beautiful. We bought the right-facing Park Couch in Vegan Leather with black legs. It fits into our space wonderfully. Assembly was challenging but not impossible. A screw driver is provided, but we wound up using an electric drill to put it together, as the screws were too tight to screw with the provided screw driver without stripping. It took a month for our couch to be delivered as opposed to the listed 2 weeks. We timed our order specifically around our move date. We got rid of our old couch so that we wouldn't have to worry about having the movers transport it and then have to find a bulk trash removal. We wound up with no couch in our new home for almost 3 weeks. FragilePak was an absolute nightmare. Our boxes arrived extremely beat up- ripped and caved in in some areas, and the hardware boxes clearly had water damage. The couch appeared to be in acceptable condition. If we notice any defects, we will definitely be utilizing the warranty. I don't know if we would order from Albany Park again, and I'm not sure if I'd recommend them to anyone who is going to need their furniture any time soon.
Overall it is a good couch. It isn't very soft and isn't supper comfy but gets the job done and is very big. The delivery took forever so add a few weeks to whenever they say it will be delivered. Comes in a couple boxes which are easy to move inside. Be advised you definitely need a power tool to get the screws in for the brackets on the bottom of the sectionals. Otherwise the set up was pretty straightforward. It softens up a little bit with time but is definitely on the firm side.

We ordered this sectional a couple months ago and have since received it. Set up was very easy and we absolutely LOVE our new couch. We cannot say enough great things about it, it checks all the boxes for comfort, style, and practicality. When my 11 year old nephew came over to our new house, the first thing he said is “Woah! You guys have a NICE COUCH” and I have never heard him comment on any furniture. The issue that we had was with the service/shipping company that Albany Park has chosen to use for delivery of their items. The tracking information I was given to track my shipment was invalid so I had no idea what was going on. My shipment arrived almost a week late (after several weeks of waiting) due to shipping delays at HUB and when it was delivered it was delivered to the wrong address. I was informed that I should be expecting a call or notification to schedule my delivery and that I would be required to sign for it but never heard anything. I tried calling the shipping company customer service line but remained on hold for 1 hr + each time. Finally I reached out to someone from the company who was able to check the tracking information when I woke up one morning and saw that it said it was delivered and signed for by (my own name). I asked my husband if he signed for it and he said no but he had seen a large delivery truck down the street. Sure enough, our neighbors house down the street had all of our Albany Park Packages outside in front of their house. Not only did it get delivered to the wrong house, it was put in like I signed for it, and i was not notified it was being delivered or given the opportunity to schedule the delivery or check for damage. Furthermore, there was damage to one of the boxes and we had to carry them (heavy couch pieces) from down the street up to our correct house. Ultimately, I don’t regret purchasing as the quality is amazing and we are very happy with our couch, but the delivery system and service could definitely use some improvements.
I bought two of the Rust colored Park Armchairs and really love them! They are perfectly oversized - one of our 35lb dogs can lay next to me if I move one of the side pillows. I can imagine the ottoman would be the perfect cherry on top as far as comfort goes, it just didn’t make sense in our space. Measure your space and check the sizing before you buy!
We love the quality and “worn” look. We are a family with dogs and a baby so it’s nice to have something that looks so nice but is also durable and easy to clean. The sectional is comfortable and not too soft or firm.
This sofa is comfortable and looks nice. It is pretty large so make sure to measure your room first. Assembly was very difficult; the backs/sides take a ton of force to lock into place. Also difficult to unlock pieces from each other when you want to reconfigure it.
The blush pink Albany Park sofa is a dream. It's a beautiful piece on its own but especially against our dark emerald walls. We hosted a big party recently and got so many compliments and people asking where we bought it. Crucially, it's also cozy enough for naps! The main thing to consider again for any future purchases would probably be assembly. It's great that it comes in multiple pieces, but it took loosening up the hardware a bit in our case for all to fit together. Overall though, totally worth it and will buy again from AP for other seating.
We loooove our sectional! It's big enough for all of us to watch a movie and put our feet up. It's exactly what we needed and sturdy enough for my 2 teens and 2 dogs!

Our couch came a couple days ago, and we are in love! We were a little unsure at first, we were worried it would be too firm, but the more we sat in it and laid in it, the more we began to love it! It was so easy to put together too! We will honestly buy all of our sofas, sectionals, etc. from Albany park because we are so obsessed! Also the customer service was excellent and replied to my questions literally within minutes.
I absolutely love my park sectional! The blue velvet is so rich and luxurious! The only complaint was the lack of assembly instructions. I took a little while, but my husband and I were able to put it together! My husband can’t stop saying how much he loves it! It is the perfect balance of firm and soft. It is a quality piece is furniture.

Hi! I bought a green velvet couch for my apartment, and I am obsessed with it. It is a gorgeous piece of furniture. My only complaint/concern is how firm/stiff the couch cushions are. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this firmness with this couch and if it has gotten plusher over time and frequent use? Thanks!
Absolutely the best couch ever. I have fallen asleep on it a number of times and slept thru the night Bc it’s THAT comfortable. It’s the perfect dimension for lounging. I’m 5’8 and my husband is 6’0 - we both spread out with plenty of room + a dog. Don’t stress about ordering it online and not sitting on it- trust me- it’s well worth the risk and wait. Fabric is also amazing. Comfortable but super durable. Since this is sounding like a fake review bc I like this couch that much- I will say it’s a tad awkward to assemble alone but not impossible. Best couch ever.
This was the first couch I've ever bought! I spent months searching and asking people for recommendations and finally stumbled upon the Kova; thank goodness I did! Not only is it the most comfortable piece of furniture I've ever encountered, it's also gorgeous. I've had it for a few months now, and you could barely tell it's been used; the quality is insane for the price! I would recommend this to anyone who is searching for the perfect piece for a small room or apartment living. Really really happy with this couch, it was worth the wait. Not only is it beautiful and comfortable, but it was so easy to get in the house and put together. We live in an old rowhome with and awkward, tight entry that makes it very difficult to move large pieces of furniture in. Since this came in two boxes and was assembled in the house, getting it in was no problem, and it’ll be easy to move out too. If you’re dealing with small spaces or awkward entries, this couch will probably work for you too!

Assembled my grey "The Park" sofa in less than 15 minutes. I was worried if it was going to be unstable with such easy assembly but it's been extremely solid. It is gorgeous and SO comfortable. Haven't had any issues and I've had it for about 2 months now. Recommend to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable couch.
We received our sectional in four easy (enough) to manage boxes yesterday and put it together today in about an hour. Would definitely recommend two people to assemble since it’s large. Anyway, it was super easy to put together once I found the instructions on the website (note a few steps are missing, but are easy enough to figure out with context clues). I have to say this sectional has exceeded ALLLLL my expectations!! It is beautiful, large enough for two humans, an 80 Lbs dog, and three cats, with plenty of room to spare. It sits up a bit higher and firmer than most sofas, which I like and makes it feel more polished. And as an animal lover, I could not be more thrilled with the gorgeous, incredible quality vegan leather. I was worried it would look fake but it’s beautiful and easy to clean dog drool off of it and has thus far proved uninteresting to the cats to scratch, but we’ll see if that lasts lol. All in all, I’m a big fan of this couch and the super speedy shipping from the company (it came a week early!!). I shopped around looking at overpriced sectionals for so long and am so happy I found Albany Park. Looking forward to an excuse to buy from y’all again!
I love the color, perfect fit, but its not as soft as I thought it would be. Definitely not bouncing on it like the commercials show. Hopefully it will loosen over time. All in all, I still love it.
Beautiful color (purchased in blue velvet) beautiful material that’s easy to clean, easy to build in just minutes, but just a tiny bit too firm. I mean who knows this might be a good thing for the future buuuuut I did want a comfy couch for sitting and sleeping (on occasion) on. It’s giant and had a modern touch, also the price! So great! My experience with customer service was very good throughout the entire time I was waiting to receive my sofa. I was pretty patient due to Covid and shipping delays that came with that. The couch arrived on time, but it was not an easy set up. I had to have a friend help me and we had to use a drill to get the chaise connected to the rest of the sofa, which was pretty inconvenient. The holes were also not in the right place, which made it difficult to assemble. The color of the sofa is great and the size is perfect. I will say after having it for a few weeks I noticed that it stains really easily, but they do come out just as easily. The description said it was very durable, but after only having it for a few weeks I noticed snags on it. I do have a dog, but she’s super small and doesn’t have long nails. Definitely not long enough to snag what’s supposed to be “durable fabric.” I’ve now had the sofa for 3 months and decided it was time to wash the cushion covers. When I opened the zipper the stitching inside was a nightmare. Loose threads galore. I decided not to take my chances and wash them because I thought that would make it worse. Now I constantly have loose threads coming out of the cushion covers. Overall I’d say it’s an okay couch, but I wouldn’t purchase from Albany park again. The quality doesn’t match the price.
It can be a little nerve wracking buying furniture online without seeing it in person. I am extremely pleased with the chairs that I got. Very comfortable. High quality. All I had to do was screw on the legs and they were ready to go. I would definitely recommend. Considering buying a new couch from them as well!

We were greatly surprised when it was delivered 1 week early. We had 1 hiccup with our order and customer service was ALL over it and all was cleared in within 2-3 days. I waited a little while before writing a review on this couch so I could give an honest review. The picture of it was taken today (we’ve had it for 2 months). I did months of looking and reading reviews and eventually came back to the Kova. It had fantastic reviews. We wanted something big and comfy that our whole family could relax on. This couch is it! It is so comfortable and our family of 5 can easily spread out on it. We have had the couch for 2 months. The cushions do need fluffed, but I knew that ahead of time. It’s not an issue for me. I love how full and brand-new it looks after they’re fluffed. With three kids and a dog, any couch is going to need some rearranging to make it look nice. And this has been so easy. The gray upholstery is a very forgiving fabric. It hides dirt well. I also love that I can toss the covers in the wash. The structure is sturdy and I’m hopeful we will enjoy it for years. I think this couch is definitely worth the cost. We are very happy with it!
I've had time to live with my sofa and I could not be happier. I already loved the look and now that I've seen how durable it is, I'm completely satisfied. I can sleep comfortably on it. I have a new kitten and the upholstery is not satisfying for him to claw, like he can't really dig his claws in as easily as he can with other things, so he mostly skips clawing the couch. I've spilled coffee on it and it cleans up great. I'd post a pic because I'm really proud of how it makes the old 70s panelling in my new house look - just a little messy from moving still, as my vacuum broke. The couch is everything I wanted and I'd definitely recommend it.

It’s very pretty - but it’s hard and not very comfortable. I thought the legs were hard to get on correctly but otherwise assembly was ok. We needed a couch to fit up a slim set of stairs so our options were limited. This works but it’s just ok.
The couch is very cute and very well constructed. I love the look of it! However, I feel that the couch cushion is not the most comfortable. After sitting on it for a while my hips start to hurt. At first I thought I just needed to break it in but I have had the couch for 5 months now and I am thinking about getting a replacement couch cushion that is comfier. Otherwise I really like the couch, I just wish the cushion was made with better foam or something.

This couch, first off, is huge. It’s so much bigger than it appears in pictures. It comfortably seats 5-6 people. It takes up its well deserved space. It’s great to look at, and even better to lay/sit on. It breaks in fairly quickly too! The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is the amount of time it took to put together and the problems we ran into when assembling it. The description says it takes 15 minutes; it took us 2 hours. The screws would not go into the pre-drilled holes using the tools they sent with the couch, so we attempted to use our own. to our surprise, that didn’t work either. We had to use a drill to get most of the screws in. A couple ended up not even going in even with the drill because they ended up being cross-threaded so many times, the threads were flattened. Honestly, it was worth the work in the end. This couch is simple, modern, comfortable, versatile, and just a great staple piece for a living room.
We love this couch. The depth is great- two people can lay side by side and it's great for napping. The cushions are comfy- as with anything with feathers, they will need to be reshaped/fluffed regularly. The only thing that's been an issue is the pilling on the cushion fabric. I need to take a sweater block to it, and hopefully that will fix it. I believe the directions say you can put this together in 20 minutes, but it took me longer doing it by myself. The pieces are made to fit very tightly as they'll slightly loosen with use. I appreciate that; it just made it a little harder to get them to fit during assembly.

The chair is awesome. The pillows are great and comfortable. Also everything is washable. The only draw back is wear the Albany Park logo tag is, the stitching is undone and the chair now has a minor whole. Sad to see with such a Decorative piece that is a focus point in my living room because it is so nice. Its in a open floor plan so everyone can see it as it isnt against a wall. Other than this the material is super soft and the other couches even look good now months after the fact. I dont have much company but I am content and glad with the color and quality. It just probably will need better packing solutions as we all know any currier company won't treat it with care🤷🏽♂️. Thanks any how. Hope to get more items to match and in time more for other rooms.
It’s a perfect size for what I wanted. It’s an expected color because it’s vegan leather. It’s not soft at all, but that’s fine with me because everything else is great. Also, it was the easiest couch I’ve ever put together. I would buy this couch again!

Not only is this sofa dreamy soft and gorgeous, it was so easy to assemble BY MYSELF! I’m a 44 year old female and did this alone. Another great feature, I think I can take it apart if I move again, and move it BY MYSELF!
I shopped around FOREVER and I'm so glad I found Albany Park. I was worried about the box sizes, and rightfully so, they were HUGE. If the incredible UPS man hadn't offered to shove them up my stairs and to my landing I would have definitely needed a second person to maneuver them. The boxes were also relatively beat up (actual holes) which had me worried, but the pieces inside were well packed with reinforced corners and foam covering so there wasn't any damage. Putting the couch together as just one person was totally feasible, but not as easy as it would seem in the video. I struggled for about 30 minutes when one of the brackets on the arm got jammed and wouldn't snap into place, or let me pull it out to reposition it. Ultimately I won that battle though, and I'm happy to trade in some sore muscles today for this magnificent couch. The couch was surprisingly firm to me at first, but the firmness is actually perfect now that I've had a day to reflect on it. It makes it so the long seat cushion doesn't sag or leave marks from where people were sitting, and it's making the couch more of a functional place vs a place I just sink completely into. If you're on the fence, I'd say 100% go for it; I feel it is perfectly worth the amount I paid.
Beautiful sofa that beckons to you from across the room! Everyone who sees it loves it. The fabric is soft and the depth is really great for lounging. Needs a couple extra lumbar pillows to be as cozy as it looks. Assembly was a little tricky but worth it overall.
We are loving this sectional so much. It feels like real leather and looks so much more expensive than it is. It was exactly what we wanted. The assembly did take some time, but wasn’t too complicated. The quality is so great, we ordered a chair to match!
I must say that I am quite pleased with my purchase. I bought the Kova L-Shape Sectional + Console. It's a very spacious set and invites me to puts my legs up to snuggle in my blanket.
Was hesitant about ordering a couch online before sitting on it but honestly no regrets. Great deep seats and very comfy. Seems well made and good quality so far and looks great in our living room. Highly recommend!
Delivery was super annoying, after quoting a delivery date of 10 days, nobody notified me it wasn’t coming for more than a month. The couch is gorgeous! I love it. It sounds a little crunchy and the cushions are slightly flat for this price point. Wish it was comfier and cushier.
i had a little trouble putting the sectional together but overall the couch is super cozy and comfortable. I love the texture of the fabric and how large the sectional part is! I would definitely recommend!
We received our sofa about 5 months ago. We ordered one sofa, two chairs, and an ottoman. There were some shipping delays beyond the estimated delivery date, liekly due to COVID, but customer service was great at getting back to me with my questions and concerns. These pieces are beautiful. I get compliments on every single person who sees them (all ages, décor tastes, etc). They are exactly as pictured and assemble very easily. My biggest disappointment is that the seat cushions are already misshapen. The center of the sofa is significantly more worn in than the sides after just over 5 months of wear. We do not have any pets or children, and generally use the sofa and chairs daily for reading or watching TV/movies. The seat cushions on all items were very firm upon arrival, which I don't mind, and are much softer in the places they have worn in. The chairs are exceptionally comfortable, despite the wear, but the sofa gets awkward and uncomfortable if more than two people sit on it, because the uneven wear in the center leans you in toward the person in the middle. It doesn't seem to be an issue that can be remedied from flipping the cushion, either, since it seems to be an issue with uneven wear on the sides. I recommend only buying the Park sofa if you intend to put it somewhere where it will get little use. The chairs and ottoman are great so far, but we do use them significantly less often than the sofa.
We love that we can reconfigure this couch to a longer version without the middle piece if we have company over. It’s so great for our family of four but could be awkward if you have people over because you are really climbing in and out of it how it’s shown.
On the whole, I really like the sectional. It is very easy to put together. And you can adjust it and reshape it after you've already put it together due to the locking/unlocking mechanisms. It is comfortable, but I'm not sure the comfort matches the price. I'm not sure about longevity either. One thing to note, they explicitly say on the website that they do not schedule deliveries, however, they have a 3rd party furniture delivery company they work with for the big stuff, which they neglect to mention, who does schedule. Problem is, the furniture company calls and can't comprehend something as simple as leaving a message. If you are like me, you don't bother answering the phone anymore due to telemarketers and scam calls. My furniture delivery was ready to be scheduled several weeks early, but I didn't know until I sent an email to Albany asking if they actually do 3rd party delivery, to which they did reply 'yes'. Anyway, everything eventually worked out and I did get my sectional. So, I probably would recommend them, if you are comfortable with the price. I have one more room that needs some furniture, and I have not decided if I will order from them again.
I purchased the Kova Sofa and ottoman for my TV room/den and I'm in love. Where do I begin? Let's see---the sofa is daybed meets sectional. It's the epitome of comfort. My husband and I are both tall and really wanted something that would accommodate our long legs. It's deep and oh so plush. It feels like getting a hug from a giant teddy bear wearing a fuzzy sweater. During the day I actually stop and daydream about coming home and being enveloped by my Kova. Did I mention I was in love? (Shhhh...don't tell my husband) Sunday afternoon games (or naps in my case) are made for the Kova. Assembly was just as simple as promised and customer service is top-notch. Ordering furniture online can be intimidating and down right scary; but Albany Park is bomb.com! So if you're on the fence and there is a Kova in your cart, do yourself a favor and hit the button to complete your order! You won't be disappointed! My only regret is that my space isn't big enough for more pieces. Thanks AP!
My Olive Green Albany Sofa is so comfy. This is my first purchase from Albany Park. I purchase this back in September when this couch was back ordered, needless to say I was super skeptical. I waited 3 months for it to ship and once it did it came in like 2 days. Putting it together was pretty easy too, definitely wasn't 30 min and my husband and I worked together, but it snapped right into place. The couch is incredibly comfortable and I love the design, it's not super huge and bulky, yet it's so roomy. I have no idea how Albany does it, but I'm so glad I decided to purchase this couch!
Order was not without some issues-I received the sofa with banged up boxes and missing hardware to attach legs-but the company sent the missing hardware within a week (expedited shipping would have been nice) and once I could put the sofa together it looks nice. The right arm piece has some puckering at the seam where it wasn't sewn well and the same side had a bracket slightly off which made it harder to slide in (I got it on with some effort) but otherwise it went together quickly. The seat cushion is not as comfortable as I had hoped, maybe with break-in it will soften. Overall I am satisfied but not in love with my purchase.
Received our couch yesterday & it was more than expected!! So easy to put together and amazingly comfortable!!! Shipping was delayed due to the crazy times but the customer service was above and beyond. So happy with the couch. It’s the perfect cuddle spot for my family of 6! I just got my couch and it has been great! Phenomenal quality, color is spot on to pictures and it was easy to assemble, even for a single person. It came in two 60ish pound boxes, and all the pieces just click slide together. It comfortable, a good mix of firm and plush. Very happy with my purchase.

This couch was absolutely one of my favorite purchases I’ve made in my 25 years of life. It is comfortable, and most people that walk into my house compliment it. Wasn’t sure if I wanted to pay this much for a couch, but it will definitely get me my money’s worth and then some.

We bought this couch for family/teenage lounging in our basement and it is great! Nice fabric ( we got blue velvet) went together easily, our family loves it. Have had several football boys sleep over and has been roomy enough for them. We all say it’s hard to get out of, literally, yes! But also because it is so comfy.
It definitely did what it said it would. After 2 failed attempts at getting a sofa into my apartment, this was PERFECT!! It's cozy and comfy and I feel like I melt into it! Would definitely recommend!

The sofa took way to long to ship and once I got it I thought it was worth the wait until the middle of the sofa started to bow in from normal sitting / lounging on it. It now has a bend to it and hope is doesn’t snap eventually. Maybe a solution is to ad more then one leg to the middle for more support it’s seems to be a rather long sofa so is should have more support.
We’ve been shopping around for a mid-century modern leather chair for a while. After placing an order with a different company, having an order cancelled and terrible customer service we decided to shop around elsewhere. I stumbled upon Albany Park during an Instagram search. I love their story, their style, the affordability, and their customer service. The chair came within the shipping time frame given to me, very well packaged, and very easily assembled. We are in love. There is a fight all day long on who gets to sit in the chair...usually the pup wins. Beautiful beautiful vegan leather, great construction. So happy!
I thought this looked like a great chair in which to curl up and read a book and I was right! The color is beautiful (we ordered blue but now I’m dying to see what the olive would have looked like in person) the fabric is soft and doesn’t collect cat hair as terribly as I expected and it’s super comfy. My only regret is that our living room isn’t big enough to also have ordered the ottoman. Their customer service is also wonderful. A week or so after we placed our order we thought we would cancel the chair in favor of another that was immediately available from a different retailer. I emailed them on a Sunday afternoon and they immediately responded cancelling my order. When 10 min or so later we decided we wanted this chair after all, they immediately responded un-cancelling my order. I have been very happy with our decision.
Love my Albany chair. The pattern so unique and gives a pop of color in our bedroom. A great place to lounge. It's oversized and both my grandsons can snuggle in with me when I read to them. The fabric is soft. Took a little longer to receive than promised, but worth the wait.
Overall we've been very happy with the Kova Sectional and Console. It's comfortable, well built, and looks great in our space However, the batch of cushions that we received with our couch have given us some issues. The fabric isn't wearing the same way as well as the back cushions or the rest of the couch. The cushions have picked up a lot of fabric pills that lint removers can't seem to pull off. Vacuuming it helps to remove some of them, but we've had the couch for about six months and the cushions looks like they're move like five years old because of the fabric wear.
This chair is amazing! It’s so comfy and perfectly oversized. It has become my pups favorite chair (he’s 100 pounds & fits perfectly). It was super easy to get the legs on. Highly recommend!
I like the sofa and ottoman, the color is rich and it is comfortable. It is the perfect size for my space. I am a little disappointed in 2 things. First is the long seat cushion shows the outline of the padding so it's not as smooth looking as the other cushions, it has 2 humps in it where the stitching is in the padding. Second is the front half of the seat appears to tilt more towards the floor so it looks a little lopsided. I double checked assembly and that's fine and it is very sturdy regardless. Overall happy with it but if I were a little more OCD it would bother me.
Seat is a bit firm to be considered super comfortable, but I love the softness of the back and side cushions. Hoping the seat breaks down a bit for a bit less firmness. The color and fabric are wonderful!
Very happy with our Kova Pit so far - it was worth the wait. Rust color is beautiful, gives color to the room but is neutral. It is former than expected, but still very comfortable. It does need to be fluffed weekly to maintain its shape - but I don’t mind it.
I love this chair. The velvet is luxurious and the color is as rich as it is shown in the pictures. The cushions are a little firm, but I think that's a good thing. It will soften with use. Assembly was pretty easy. I did find that couple of the predrilled screws didn't line up perfectly and made me work for it.
This is the most comfortable couch I have every sat in. It worked out so perfectly for our home. I love that we were able to purchase from such a small company and get such a high quality piece of furniture. We got it in the dark grey color and it looks so unique and the fabric is super durable, and hasn’t had any pilling (which I know it a problem with similar couches from West Elm). The only two problems I have with the couch is that a couple of them were super difficult to clasp together, it was definitely a two person job. But even after getting them together they will come apart easily. Another issue is the cushions are always falling off. I wish they had Velcro on to the bottom piece so that this would be less likely to happen. But still, it is an amazing couch so I still give it 4/5 stars. Thankfully the Velcro is easily fixable. Highly recommend. ❤️
I bought this sofa solely based on reviews, so I feel like I need to leave a review and pay it forward :) We moved into an old 3-story home with a narrow staircase up to the 3rd floor, so needed a modular sofa...and I didn't feel like waiting 6 months to get one. I ordered this sofa in January and it arrived in February. It is exactly as shown on the site - great quality, super comfy, and I love the color! I find myself hanging out on this sofa a lot. We have two dogs, so we needed durable and dog-friendly, and so far, this sofa is really easy to clean and not showing any signs of wear and tear (and the dogs are on it a LOT). I used to have a West Elm velvet sofa that was a magnet for dog hair and really hard to keep clean, so I was a little nervous getting the velvet finish on this sofa, but it's much much easier to clean. Plus the covers all zip off. I've now convinced two of my friends to buy this same sofa. Highly recommend!
I added this piece to the 121” sofa in place of an ottoman. Together they make a beautiful sectional that is perfect for our space. The olive green velvet is very rich and luxurious.
I only wish that the base pillows were a little more fluffy but I would still purchase this couch any day!
Shipping took about 1 month from order date. Given the supply chain issues, I was worried it would be delayed longer and kept checking in. Customer service was very communicative, which I appreciated it. Assembly was kind of a pain. Definitely recommend using a drill, and 2 people. However, my assembly partner had a really bad attitude and had never put furniture together, so if your'e pros it will probably go better. One piece broke off but we got it secured and it all worked out. The olive color is great. Coordinates well with pale pink, off-white, or rust orange. Love the brass legs. The velvet is a little lower quality than I would have hoped but it's fine. Love the overall style and look. It was a little firmer than I thought it would be but is already softening with use. For the price, would recommend.
Oh my did this sofa exceed expectations!! I've had it for about a year now. When I ordered it it arrived relatively quickly. Set up was a dream. Like they say, it's super fast assemble and not at all complicated. The quality is unmatched. I have two small children, so we chose the vegan leather. One day, I walk into the living room and my daughter had gotten a pen from my desk and was going to town on one of the cushions. I could have died! (It wasn't me she said, she was writing her name on it...) Anyway, here my beautiful couch is ruined right?? Nope! I didn't do anything special just gave it a wipe down with a mild cleaner every now and then (two kids). It took a bit of time buuttt pen marks? Gone! I don't know what this magic is, but this is by far the best piece of furniture I've ever owned. If you're on the fence, go for it! 10/10 would recommend.

I love my chair but sadly it came with a badly damaged UPS box and the damage extended to the fabric inside. Customer service ghosted me after I sent the required pictures and requested a new chair, or, someone to fix the torn fabric or a refund in full to include shipping. from the reviews I have read the company makes good furniture but all their customer service is out sourced to the Philipines and they are out of reach by phone, I tried for hours one day. They do not return phone messages and they ghost emails. I am very disappointed in Darryl and Jessica Sharpton for how they run thwir customer service.He is a former NFL player, he is american and the furniture is made in the US so why he avoids taking care of damage with his products is beyond my ability to figure out.
We ordered the corner sectional in vegan leather. We noticed two scratches on one of the cushions shortly after it was delivered (well within the 30 days no questions asked ). I waited until after the 4th of July holiday weekend to contact them but had trouble reaching their service department. I could not get through via phone and left a message. I received an email about a day later and was told that I waited too long to contact them about the damage and there was nothing they could do. Meanwhile, we had the couch for 2 weeks but only used for a week because we were not fully moved into our new home. They claimed it was wear and tear! Wear and tear after a week? I asked them to call me and they won’t call me back nor answer their phones during business hours. They only respond via email (usually takes 2+ days). I do not recommend purchasing anything from Albany Park as the quality is horrible for what you pay. They also won’t accept a return of the product because of the damage, which was there when we received the item. They should really update their website and advertising! If I was able to give 0 stars, I would.
I ordered couches on May 28th, 2022. I received them on June 11th defective. I decided to return my order, the shipping company used by Albany Park picked up the couches on June 28th. Its July 26th and I still don't have a refund. 2 months (and counting) turn around time for a refund, for a defective product.
I bought in total 12 pieces of the Kova sectionals from Albany Park. After almost a month, the pieces are not delivered. I bought 8 pieces and then wanted to add 4 more. Seems like a huge mistake. To recap: 1. Placed the Orders and then got confirmation from the logistics company with a date for delivery. It was almost 3 weeks out but I was ok 2. Logistics company called and said cannot deliver because (a) pieces are missing or (b) truck broke down 3. I called multiple times back and forth between the logistics company Metropolitan and Albany Park to request for partial delivery - after all things happen and if you don't have 2 of the 8 pieces, I can understand. Deliver the rest - I have kids and no furniture so I wanted to get the delivery, would like to have comfortable arrangement. But the company wont deliver partial. And every time the story changes - either pieces are not delivered to warehouse or missing or lost 3. I called to refund my money and cancel the order. But they said they cannot - they have already delivered!! So now I am stuck - they took money from me a month back, I stupidly ordered 12 pieces and so far, nothing is delivered and they wont issue refund (because in the records, it is delivered). Multiple emails, calls and no results. Just frustration.
My daughter bought a sofa in July with an Aug 5 delivery. That then became Aug 17. Then became Aug 28. Then became Sept 14. Then became Sept 17. The delivery requires planning on our part to be at home or have a neighbor available. They cancel the day of. Cannot get any expediting of delivery. Told we could pick up. Got dropped 3 times waiting on a albany park phone. They have our money and don’t seem to care we don’t have the couch. I could buy it new again and get at end of Sept according to their website. So frustrated, sad, and angry. Would never buy from them again.
I really wanted to like this sofa, I did my homework and read the reviews. The Kova sofa is pretty firm not "cloud like" as described. When my sofa arrived, an entire section was missing and have yet to get any answered on that, this was over 2 weeks ago. When I was putting the wooden legs on, a large piece of wood split off, one of the seat cushion zipper broke already. The "premium foam" in-between the feather layers for the seat is about 1" think and flattens right out, very cheap. I have been trying to call the 800 number listed for days and can not get though, just as you're the next call, you are instructed to leave a message and they never all you back. I have no idea where the rest of my sofa is, but you better believe I was charged for the entire sofa. I would defiantly NOT recommend this company.
The shipping company chosen by Albany Park is horrible, refusing to deliver to the front door or my house (and leave it on the street) and when I finally got that resolved the shipping company scheduled and then no showed. Third day waiting for the couch and missing work to do so.
I purchased an Albany Park Sectional Sofa several months ago, based on excellent reviews online. The process of purchasing was frustrating at best, some glitch in the system caused me to receive two couches, which customer service assured me had to be my mistake. The delivery was not good, difficult to unpack, difficult to put together. I've never purchased furniture that wasn't assembled at delivery. We got through that, got the couch put together and it is like a rock. Super cure, but the most uncomfortable couch i've ever had. I gave it a few months as I thought maybe it would break in, but not, it is like sitting on a bench. Nothing cozy or comfortable about it, no idea how they received so many good reviews. Maybe the fame and popularity of the company founders? I don't know, but it's now a $3000 couch that I will throw away.
Shipped an "Albany Sofa" to me with a warped left arm. Also the bracket was defective WITH a stripped screw. I think someone noticed this, attempted to fix it but stripped the screw and shipped out anyhow. Customer service was incredibly slow. I got a bad feeling and disputed the charge with AmEx. Kept working with Albany but wanted to reserve my rights. Took 30 days to get me a replacement part. That fixed one issue after 5-6 hours of my labor. Albany didn't answer the AmEx chargeback questions becuase they acknowledged my issue. A known defect and offered me an insulting $100 credit. AmEx closed dispute 100% in my favor due to their negligence and lack of chargeback response. Avoid these clowns and shop locally.
The ordering process was great. The delivery was fine. The issue arose when we opened one of the boxes and the corner sectional and armrests were damaged. Also, two of the legs were bent and unusable. We immediately notified Albany Park/Edloe Finch. We sent photos and replied very quickly to all of their inquiries. They keep asking what parts are damaged, even though we have told that several times. They sent a parts document and we identified the exact parts. They then asked again, and again, and again for the parts that were damaged and needed replacement. They charge $200 to send the sectional back, even though it arrived damaged and they did not send replacement parts. Save your money and shop from reputable companies.
i purchased the Albany Park Kova Pit after reading the reviews and doing many hours of research...videos,blogs, their ads..etc. I purchased the Kova pit because it was large and the ads made it look comfortable. Kids were jumping up and down on it like it was bouncy and soft. NOTHIHNG COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH! The cushions are flat! There is no bounce! The boxes (modular) that "connect" the pieces make it difficult to lay on(I wanted to be able to sit with my husband...NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL). You have to fluff the cushions every day! To pay $3,500 for a couch only to have it be a brick is so disappointing. I was furious! I called to see about returning the product but because I didn't "'save the 8 VERY LARGE BOXES it came in, I would have to find a way to get the furniture back to them AND pay $150 to send it back! I JUST RECEIVED IT! The cushions are very THIN 1.5 inch inserts. I asked if they could send BETTER OR THICKER CUSHIONS....They offered a $100 to "help" with the disappointment. LAUGHABLE! They also said I could send it back(at my expense of course AND exchange it for another couch!)...no thank you! I took videos and pictures and sent them to the company but heard nothing back until I contacted them again. This is when they offered the money. Now I have to order more cushion inserts(well over $100!). DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I did the research and spent much time looking into the reviews but all lies. I don't know if they were paid or sponsored reviews but this was truly a huge disappointment. Oh, I had to call about the "discount" they advertised online at the time of purchasing the furniture and "prove" I bought it during their $100 off promotion. GHEZZZ! I'm writing about this because I feel I was lied to about this product and the reviews were just not true or honest. Hopefully someone will be able to find this review and make a better choice(NOT TO BUY) Than I did. Save your money!...unless you have money to waste...I didn't so I want to help someone else. If you DO purchase...MAKE ROOM IN YOUR HOME TO SAVE THE VERY BULKY BOXES...maybe throw some cushions on them and make a similar comfortable couch.
So sorry I bought this sofa. It is scratched and looks terrible in less than a year. Scratches all over even though I had a cover on it. Company refuses to do anything.
What I ordered was the Beige Kova and what I received was their "upgraded" version which pictures have not been posted to their website. They failed to notify me that the color I chose was not what was showing up. Told me they would give me $200 and that I could not get the one I paid for online because it was discontinued and they were no longer manufacturing it. I was very excited to shop with this company because of a family referral and wanted to support a small online family business .... and I am so very disappointed with the way I have been treated.$200 off a $2000 sofa is nothing especially when you end up with a nude / yellow color sofa and they tell you oh ok well just send it back. Waiting now almost 2 weeks to speak with a manager to take care of this situation and NO ONE responds to me. Guess I just need to leave reviews everywhere until someone understands that what they are doing is FALSE ADVERTISING. Sending someone something that they did not order and then never communicate about the changes in fabric color or dimensions is NOT RIGHT! come on Albany Park. Make this right!
I wanted to love this couch. I bought it beginning of November but did not received until the 15th of December (SAid delivery within 7 days!) I had called over and over but it was delayed. A few days after I bought it they had a sale. I asked if I could be included in the sale since I had not received my couch yet. They said no. I complained and still got a no but was told they would give me 75 dollars. I said no way. The couch was supposed to be delivered before Thanksgiving. I called many many times and was told the same line. "we are a small business and sometimes it just takes longer. We cant control delivery" I said no you cant but you can choose who you use for delivery. When we received the couch one of the bottom pieces was dented in. I took pics of the boxes because even the box was dented in and had what looked like blood smears all over it. They sent us a replacement right away which was nice but I dont understand how the replacement was delivered in about 2 days and the couch took almost a month to get delivered. Thatpart of the couch is still dented even after the replacement and that side leans down more. 30 days for a return is definitely not enough time especially when a replacement piece had to be sent. I spent over 4000 dollars on this sectional and it is less than 1000 dollar quality. It is hard and not soft and the pieces move even after you hook them in together. The parts where you have to connect the top portion with the bottom portion is starting to break and you can see the metal. Looks really bad. I would say STAY AWAY from this sectional. I did a lot of searching and most everything I found said it was comfortable and in the top 3 sectionals. Either they lied OR they just wanted to support a small business. I have told everyone I know to stay away from Albany Park. Bad customer service and lies is why small businesses go out of business and why people go to box stores. I hope NO ONE else goes thru what I have with this company. Spending hard earned money for something you expect to be great and getting trash is not acceptable. I also waited to do a review because I wanted to see if I would eventually like it. We bought this for family nights because it is large BUT we havent had family night on it since we got it because it is so uncomfortable and terrible. Very sad and very upsetting.
This chair has the hardest seat base I’ve ever had in a chair. After sitting for an hour or so my tail bone is numb. Suspiciously, their website doesn’t allow you to sort reviews so you can read the not so good ones - so all you see are these reviews that rave about the chair (Park) being super comfy. Put it this way, no way would a bouncy toddler be able to jump on this chair. After three months of using this chair for about three nights a week the seat cushion is depressed and doesn’t spring back with plumping. For the price it isn’t worth it - I wouldn’t have selected this if I’d tried it out in a showroom. On the plus side the fabric is hard wearing and it’s nice to look at but I was hoping for a comfy chair I could sink into and this isn’t it.they need to I,prove the seat cushion and support base
Ordering this chair and ottoman from Albany Park was quick and easy. The shipment arrived in a timely manner and the delivery was without incident. The items were very easy to assemble. I just had to screw in the legs. The furniture is absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, it is also the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever sat on. Based on appearance, you think you are about to snuggle into a copzy cushion. Instead what you get is wood with a little straw on top. I don't know about their sofas, but avoid Albany Park chairs. Not worth the price.

Purchased a sofa from them. Kept asking them when it would ship. Got no reply, when I called I was put in transfer/voice mail hell. Finally got an email that it had shipped. The sofa was sitting at the dock of the shipping company. They finally called and scheduled a delivery date. The sofa was not delivered on the day they scheduled. When I called the shipping company, I was in transfer/voice mail hell again. I finally got a person on the phone who didnt know anything and would have someone call me back. I never received a call back ant told Albany Park that I wanted a refund and to send the sofa back. Worst customer service ever. Shipping company is a joke.
What you get when you buy a couch from from a company with sub par materials: Packaging that comes torn and destroyed Rusted and corroding steel connectors that hold the spine and the sectional together Threading that requires retooling to fit the screws Scratches on couch material 24 hours to return or you get hit with a 10% charge Damaged in transit when going back, they will hold you responsible They did offer to send me replacement parts, but the only things that didn't have any damage or defects were the pillows If they became the the last couch manufacturer on earth, I rather learn to sit on the floor than buy a couch from them
I bought a kona not 2 years ago and it’s falling apart. Contacted Albany Park because they advertise a good warranty but it’s not. Would not recommend
I placed order # AP_117191 in November 2023. Included two armchairs and ottomans from the Park line. Totaled $2,452.05. When the furniture arrived there were clear severe packaging issues. The box which housed the furniture legs were packaged on top of the cushions vs. placed securely inside the compartment located underneath the piece of furniture. When the box(es) arrived you could see the top protruding approximately 3-6 inches making the shipment larger than the container/box. I contacted customer service and they stated that the indentations would come out with water as the material was velvet. I assembled the furniture and have since used it for less than 60 days. The quality is HORRIBLE. The armchair cushions are flattened from 4 inches to about 1 inch (or less) after sitting in the seat within 15 minutes. While sitting you lean forward due to the cushion being thinner at the front of the armchair vs. the middle or back. Furthermore when sitting the armchair sits lower than the ottoman (matching piece) by about 1-2 inches. I have since contacted customer care again and shared photos. I have been told that the furniture is allowing flexing of the material to avoid tears. That I should "give the inserts a good fluff". Both times I've reached out to their customer care, they have avoided the issues and simplified the fix. The furniture is simply uncomfortable and performs as if it's been used for years - the cushions sag heavily. I've looked at purchasing foam inserts for the seats to try and solve the issues but when I look at the price, it simply should not be necessary. I am not happy with this company at all. Awful quality! I have communicated with a Jessa Cayetuna (quality issue) and a Michelle Macalinao (packaging issue). It's unethical and I have requested my money back. They claim that there is no manufacturer's defect but will provide a partial refund of $100 on a $2,452.05 order. Unethical, unprofessional and I will pursue.
